Standard Rental Agreement
Important: Gratuities are at the client’s discretion. No additional payments beyond the agreed fare and authorized charges may be made directly to the chauffeur.
Waiting Time Charges
Non-Airport Pickups- 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time included
Airport Pickups- Domestic flights: 45 minutes free
- International flights: 60 minutes free
- Private airports: 30 minutes free
Additional Waiting Time Rates- Sedan/SUV: $1.50 per minute
- Vans: $2.50 per minute
- Limousines & Buses: Hourly rate applies (charged in full-hour increments)
Extra Stop Charges
- Sedan/SUV: One stop up to 10–20 minutes — $25 additional
- Stops exceeding 20 minutes — charged at applicable waiting time rates
- For Vans, Limousines, and Buses — pricing varies; please contact customer support
Payments
Payments will be processed under the name: unionlimousine.com
Charges are collected either:
- 5–7 days prior to the reservation date, or
- Upon receipt of customer authorization to process payment
Cancellation Policy
To qualify for a refund, cancellations must be made within the following timeframes:
- Sedan/SUV: At least 24 hours prior
- Vans: At least 72 hours prior
- Limousines & Buses: At least 7 days prior
Late cancellations will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No refunds will be issued for:- No-shows
- Cancellations made after driver dispatch
- Driver already en route to pickup
Damages & Cleaning
Clients are responsible for any damage to the vehicle or excessive cleaning required during or after service. Applicable charges will be assessed based on the extent of damage or cleaning needed.
Payment Authorization
To confirm your reservation, you must submit a completed and signed payment authorization form along with a copy of your valid credit or debit card.
By signing the authorization form, you agree to allow unionlimousine.com to charge your card for the agreed amount and any additional authorized charges related to your reservation.
