LAS sits about 5 miles south of the Las Vegas Strip in Paradise, Nevada, accessible via Interstate 15, Interstate 215, and Paradise Road. The airport was renamed from McCarran International to Harry Reid International in December 2021 and is owned and operated by Clark County. LAS runs from two terminals (Terminal 1 and Terminal 3) connected by an automated people mover, with four runways and four passenger concourses (A, B, C, D). The airport handles roughly 58 million passengers annually. Our chauffeurs stage at the commercial vehicle lane outside baggage claim.
LAS to Bellagio, Caesars Palace, and the central Strip runs about 10 to 15 minutes via Interstate 15 northbound, LAS to Wynn, Encore, and Resorts World runs about 15 to 20 minutes, and LAS to the Sahara and the Strat at the north end runs about 20 minutes. During peak convention weeks and Saturday night Strip traffic, plan for 25 to 35 minutes. Our chauffeurs route via Paradise Road or Frank Sinatra Drive when the Interstate 15 ramp at Tropicana backs up.

The Las Vegas Grand Prix (November, Formula 1 night race down the Strip) generates the most aggressive demand spike of our Las Vegas year, surpassing even CES and Super Bowl. We require ten to fourteen weeks of lead time for race week SUV, Sprinter, and stretch limo bookings, with paddock club guests, sponsor delegations, and team principals all competing for fleet capacity. Race week street closures around the Strip require chauffeurs who hold credentials and route around closure schedules.
Yes. Dispatch runs around the clock with a live human on the line, and we operate red eye international arrivals, 4 am corporate departures, and overnight wedding chapel pickups regularly. Las Vegas is one of the few cities where late night demand can exceed daytime demand, and we staff accordingly. There is no surcharge for late night or early morning service on standard bookings.
