Partner Requirements
What you'll need to be onboarded, whether you are joining as an individual chauffeur or as an affiliate company.
For Chauffeurs
- Valid driver's license with active vehicle insurance.
- Commercial driving license if required by your local regulations.
- Clean, luxury vehicle such as a business sedan or premium SUV, in excellent condition, smoke-free and compliant with local regulations.
For Affiliate Companies
- Valid company registration and all applicable business licences.
- Fleet information including vehicle details: make, model, year and colour.
- Insurance and licences for every chauffeur and vehicle in your fleet.
Fleet Standards
Accepted Vehicle Types
All vehicles must meet our luxury standards and maintain a spotless appearance, for the best client and partner experience.
Sedans
Business and executive-class sedans: Mercedes E-Class, BMW 7 Series, Cadillac CT6, Lincoln Continental or similar.
SUVs
Luxury and premium SUVs: Cadillac Escalade, Lincoln Navigator, GMC Yukon Denali, Chevrolet Suburban or similar.
Limousines
Stretch limousines for weddings, proms and premium events: Chrysler 300, Lincoln Stretch, Mercedes-Benz S-Class Stretch or similar.
Sprinter Vans
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter vans, 10 to 15 passengers, in executive or shuttle configuration, ideal for group transfers.
Party Buses
Party buses from 20 to 40 passengers, with lounge seating, LED lighting, sound systems and a dance floor for events.
Coach Buses
Full-size motor coaches, 40 to 56 passengers, with luggage bays, restroom and premium seating for long-distance travel.

Payments for completed rides are made directly to your bank account every week. You will receive a detailed statement outlining your earnings, tips and any adjustments, with no hidden deductions.
We accept business and premium sedans (Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Cadillac CT6), luxury SUVs (Cadillac Escalade, GMC Yukon Denali, Chevrolet Suburban) and executive vans. All vehicles must be under five years old, well maintained and smoke-free.
Absolutely. We welcome both experienced chauffeurs and companies new to the industry. What matters most is your professionalism, reliability and commitment to premium service. Our team will guide you through onboarding whatever your experience level.
Most partners are fully onboarded within three to five business days of submitting complete documentation. Complex cases, such as multi-state affiliates or fleets over ten vehicles, may take up to ten business days.
There is no upfront cost to join the Union Limousine partner network. We take a small commission from each completed ride to cover platform, dispatch and support costs. Full commission details are shared during onboarding.
Yes. All chauffeurs and vehicles must carry active commercial livery insurance meeting the minimum state requirements. If you do not currently have this coverage, our onboarding team can recommend trusted insurance partners.
