REFUND POLICY

We know plans can change, so we’ve designed an industry-leading cancellation policy that’s flexible for our customers and supports our drivers. We respect your time and your driver’s time too – so we won’t charge cancellation fees (and any applicable ride-related expenses) unless your driver has already been assigned. See the specifics below.

Will I Get A Call When My Car Arrives?

As a courtesy to our customers, we do attempt to contact all our customers when their drivers are on location 10 minutes before the pickup.

Sedan, SUV or Stretch Limo Cancellations and Deposit Refunds: If cancellation is made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup date all deposits made will be fully refunded. For Holidays, Prom Dates or other special events refunds will be made for cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup date. If cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup date a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

Airport Arrivals:

Inside pick up for Sedan and SUVs will cost you $25 additional. Inside pick up for Stretch Limousines is $50, Vans is $80 and $150 for Buses.30 min free waiting time for Domestic Flights and 60min for international flights. Additional waiting time will cost you as, Sedan/SUVs $1 a min, Vans $1.5 a min and all others $150 an hour no matter if it’s even for 10min.

Payments:

Payment will be collected by “Union Limousine”. We collect payments 5/7 days prior to your Reservation date or on the receipt of the authorization from the customer to collect the payment.

Cancellation:

For a full refund, cancel your reservation? Sedan/SUV 24 hours prior, Vans 48 hours prior and 7 days prior for buses and limousines. Otherwise, your reservation will be 50% charged as a cancellation fee.  No refund in the case of a Show or driver on the way.

Waiting/stops:

10 minutes free waiting time for any non-airport pickup. Additional waiting time will cost you as, Sedan/SUVs $1 a min, Vans $1.5 a min and all others $150 an hour no matter if it’s even for 10min. A 10/15 minutes stop on your way to the destination will have $20 more on the reservation any stop exceeding it will have a price as per waiting time.

Damages/cleaning:

Additional charges may be applied if any damages are applied or an event occurs where cleaning is required. The amount will be determined by the serving driver assigned to your reservation.

Payment Authorization:

You have to submit an authorization form filled and signed by you, attached with a copy of your credit card and driving license Otherwise, just reply to the email with the text “I agree with the terms and conditions and authorize Union Limousine to charge for the services”
