What we offer

Northwest Arkansas National (XNA) Airport Limo Service

Groups of three to fifty six ride together with Northwest Arkansas National (XNA) Airport Limo Service. Sedans, Sprinters, stretch limos and coaches serve every part of Arkansas at a flat quoted rate.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Northwest Arkansas National (XNA) Airport

Every flight that touches down at Northwest Arkansas National (XNA) Airport brings someone who needs to get somewhere specific: a supplier meeting on the Walmart campus, a family reunion in Springdale, a game day in Fayetteville, or a quiet drive home to Rogers after a long week on the road. Union Limousine runs a professional Arkansas airport limo service built around those exact moments. We track your flight, position a licensed chauffeur at the terminal before you deplane, and carry you anywhere in Arkansas, AR in a vehicle that matches the size of your party and the tone of your trip.

Chauffeured Arrivals and Departures at XNA for Arkansas Travelers

XNA sits in Highfill, roughly halfway between Bentonville and Springdale, which makes it the natural gateway for the whole Northwest Arkansas corridor. Our chauffeurs know the Highway 264 approach, the Interstate 49 traffic patterns, and the quickest surface routes into every city along the Benton and Washington County line. Whether you are arriving on an early American flight from Dallas or catching a late United departure to Newark, we build the schedule around your itinerary so the car is where it should be, exactly when it should be there.

  • Live flight monitoring with automatic pickup time adjustments for early or delayed arrivals
  • Meet and greet inside the terminal near baggage claim, with a name sign for first time visitors
  • Fixed quotes confirmed in writing before the trip, with no surge pricing on game weekends
  • Child seats, luggage trailers for larger groups, and bottled water available on request
  • Round trip scheduling so your return ride to XNA is locked in at the same time you book the arrival

Who Books XNA Airport Limo Service in Arkansas?

Northwest Arkansas is home to the headquarters of Walmart, Tyson Foods, and J.B. Hunt, plus hundreds of supplier offices that follow them here. That mix creates a steady flow of executives, vendors, recruiters, and conference attendees, and many of them discover that a limo service in Arkansas saves them the two biggest headaches of a business trip: finding a rental counter after a late landing and navigating an unfamiliar road network before an 8 a.m. meeting.

Corporate Travel to Bentonville, Rogers, and Springdale

For companies that send staff through XNA every week, we set up a corporate account with a single point of contact, consolidated monthly invoicing, and chauffeurs who memorize the preferred drop off points at the Walmart Home Office, the Tyson campus, and the hotels along Pinnacle Hills Parkway. Our XNA airport car service also handles roadshows that run from the airport to multiple supplier offices in one day, with the chauffeur waiting between stops so nobody has to reorder a ride.

Celebrations, Razorback Weekends, and Group Trips

Fall Saturdays in Fayetteville pull alumni and fans in from every direction, and a large share of them fly into XNA. We move tailgate groups, wedding parties headed to venues in the Ozark foothills, and bachelor or bachelorette trips bound for Bentonville's downtown square. Larger parties that want to stay together from the terminal to the hotel often choose our Arkansas airport Sprinter van service, which seats up to fourteen with room for luggage and coolers.

Our Fleet for XNA Airport Transfers

Union Limousine keeps a mixed fleet so that a lone consultant and a fifty person conference delegation can both book the right vehicle for the same arrival window. Every vehicle is late model, detailed before dispatch, and driven by a chauffeur who is background checked and commercially insured.

Northwest Arkansas National (XNA) Airport Information

Before you book, here is what makes XNA different from most regional airports, along with practical guidance for the terminal, parking, and curbside logistics.

  • Airport Name: Northwest Arkansas National (XNA) Airport
  • Airport Code: XNA
  • Address: 1 Airport Blvd, Bentonville, AR 72713, United States
  • Phone: +1 479-205-1000

History and Regional Importance

XNA opened for commercial service on November 1, 1998, after an eight year effort that began with a phone call from Walmart founder Sam Walton to his congressman. Five cities and two counties formed a regional airport authority, voters approved it in 1992, and construction broke ground in 1995. President Bill Clinton dedicated the field a few days after the first flights, and the terminal was later named for Alice L. Walton in recognition of her role in the project. The full story is preserved in the airport's own history of Northwest Arkansas National Airport, which notes it was only the third brand new commercial airport built in the United States in a quarter century. Today it anchors one of the fastest growing metro areas in the country and has carried the majority of Arkansas air passengers

since 2024.

Airlines and Nonstop Destinations

Six carriers currently serve XNA: American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, United Airlines, Allegiant Air, Frontier Airlines, and Breeze Airways. Together they offer nonstop flights to 28 cities, including the major hubs at Dallas Fort Worth, Chicago O'Hare, Atlanta, Houston, Charlotte, Denver, and Newark, plus leisure routes to Las Vegas, Orlando, Los Angeles, and Phoenix. The larger airlines fly their routes daily, while the low cost carriers operate several times a week, so a chauffeur who confirms your exact flight number matters here.

Terminal Layout

XNA operates a single terminal, the Alice L. Walton Terminal Building, with ticketing, security, and baggage claim all on one compact footprint. Gates sit along one concourse reachable through a central checkpoint, and the walk from curb to gate rarely takes longer than ten minutes. A new Western Concourse is under construction to add gate capacity as traffic grows, so expect some detours around the airside work zones over the next few years.

Passenger Traffic

The airport crossed one million annual boardings for the first time in 2024, reached about 1.2 million enplanements in 2025, and set a new monthly record in June 2026 with over 129,000 departing passengers. Counting arrivals and departures together, XNA now handles roughly 2.5 million passengers a year, which places it well ahead of Little Rock as the busiest airport in the state.

Parking Overview

A four level covered parking deck stands directly across from the terminal with about 1,500 spaces and overhead availability lights. Surrounding surface lots offer long term and economy parking at lower daily rates, with a shuttle running from the economy lot to the terminal doors. During holiday weeks and Razorback home games the deck fills quickly, which is one of the reasons many local travelers book a chauffeur in both directions and leave the car at home.

Pick Up and Drop Off Guidance

Departing passengers are dropped at the curb outside the ticketing doors on the terminal's front drive. For arrivals, our chauffeur meets you inside the terminal near the baggage claim carousels and escorts you to the vehicle waiting in the commercial loading zone just outside the arrivals doors. Share your flight number and cell phone number when you book, and the chauffeur will text you as soon as the aircraft is on the ground.

Ground Transportation Options

Beyond private chauffeur service, XNA passengers can choose from rental car counters inside the terminal, a shuttle and taxi stand beside baggage claim, and app based rideshare pickups from a designated area. Public transit is limited: there is no scheduled bus directly into the terminal, though the City of Bentonville publishes details on nearby Ozark Regional Transit routes that connect Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, and Fayetteville once you reach town. For most visitors with luggage, a reserved car is the only option that removes the waiting entirely.

Tips for Arriving Passengers

  • Turn on your phone before leaving the jet bridge so your chauffeur's text reaches you immediately
  • Baggage at XNA typically arrives within fifteen minutes; your chauffeur will be at the carousel before it does
  • Winter ice storms can close Highway 264 briefly, so allow a buffer on early morning departures in January and February
  • Bentonville, Rogers, and Springdale are each twenty to thirty minutes from the terminal; Fayetteville is closer to forty
  • Keep your airline app open on departure day and share any gate change with the chauffeur handling your return

Why Pre Booking a Chauffeur Beats Taxis and Rideshare at XNA?

Rideshare supply around Highfill is thin, and late night arrivals often watch the app cycle through driver searches while the parking deck empties. Taxis are fewer still. A pre booked limo service removes that uncertainty: the rate is confirmed before your flight leaves the ground, the vehicle is matched to your luggage and group size, and the chauffeur has already studied your drop off address. Union Limousine chauffeurs also wait through delays at no extra charge, which no app can promise.

Nearby Airports, Venues, and Local Areas We Serve

Our Arkansas coverage extends well beyond the XNA perimeter. We regularly connect travelers to Bentonville's downtown square and the Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, where cars can drop guests at the front entrance; to the Walmart AMP amphitheater and Pinnacle Hills in Rogers; to the Arvest Ballpark district in Springdale; and to Dickson Street, Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium, and the University of Arkansas campus in Fayetteville. Longer transfers reach Eureka Springs, Siloam Springs, Fort Smith, and the lake communities around Beaver Lake. Travelers whose itinerary runs through the capital can pair this page with our Clinton National Airport limo service in Little Rock, and we also cover Fort Smith Regional for travelers working the River Valley.

Your chauffeur waits inside the terminal beside the baggage claim carousels, holding a name sign if you request one. Once your bags arrive, you walk together to the vehicle parked in the commercial loading zone outside the arrivals doors.

Standard sedan and SUV transfers can usually be confirmed with 24 hours of notice. Stretch limousines, Sprinter vans, and charter buses book out faster around Razorback home games, graduation weekends, and major Bentonville conferences, so two weeks ahead is a safer window for groups.

We monitor every inbound flight in real time. If your aircraft lands early, the chauffeur is already positioned. If it is delayed, the pickup time shifts automatically and no waiting fee is charged for airline delays.

The trip from the terminal to the Bentonville square typically takes twenty to twenty five minutes by way of Highway 12. Allow a few extra minutes on weekday mornings when traffic builds around the Walmart Home Office campus.

Yes. Game day transfers to Fayetteville are among our most requested XNA routes each fall. We recommend a Sprinter van or party bus for tailgate groups, and we stage the return pickup at an agreed meeting point to avoid the post game traffic around Razorback Road.

Forward facing and booster seats are available for sedan, SUV, and Sprinter van bookings at no additional charge. Let us know the ages of the children when you reserve so the correct seats are installed before the chauffeur leaves for the airport.

Standard luggage is included in every quote. Golf bags, ski equipment, trade show cases, and other oversized items simply need to be mentioned at booking so we can assign an SUV, Sprinter, or coach with the right cargo space. There is no surprise surcharge at the curb.

We serve the entire region, including Bentonville, Rogers, Springdale, Fayetteville, Lowell, Bella Vista, Siloam Springs, Centerton, and Eureka Springs, along with longer transfers to Fort Smith, Harrison, and the Beaver Lake communities.

Yes. Corporate accounts receive a dedicated booking contact, monthly consolidated invoicing, saved traveler profiles, and consistent chauffeurs who know each office's preferred entrances. Many Bentonville supplier teams run all of their XNA transfers through one account.

Every chauffeur holds a valid commercial driver credential, passes a background check and drug screening, and operates a vehicle covered by full commercial livery insurance. Vehicles are inspected and detailed before each XNA assignment.
