What we offer

Atlantic City International (ACY) Airport Charter Bus Service

Fly into ACY on Breeze or Allegiant and step onto a waiting coach. Our Atlantic City International (ACY) Airport charter bus rental service moves casino, convention and wedding groups across South NJ.

Charter Bus Rental Service to and from Atlantic City International (ACY) Airport

Groups landing at Atlantic City International (ACY) Airport deserve a coach that is already staged, cooled, and waiting when the doors open at baggage claim. Our Atlantic City International (ACY) Airport charter bus rental service covers Egg Harbor Township pickups, casino transfers along the Boardwalk, corporate shuttles to Galloway and Hammonton, and long hauls up the Garden State Parkway toward North Jersey. Union Limousine has staged vehicles at ACY for wedding parties, sales conferences, college teams, and tour operators, and every reservation is run by the same dispatch desk that manages our New Jersey airport charter bus rental program across the state.

Charter Bus Service Timed to ACY Arrivals

ACY runs a compact schedule, which means Breeze and Allegiant arrivals often land within the same hour and the curb fills fast. We monitor your flight number from departure, so a delayed jet from Fort Lauderdale or an early arrival from Charleston never leaves a chauffeur guessing. Your coach holds in the free cell phone lot or the commercial lane until wheels touch down, then rolls to the terminal as your group clears the concourse. A uniformed chauffeur meets you inside with a name sign, loads luggage into the bays, and confirms the route before pulling away. Smaller parties can pair the coach with an Atlantic City airport car service sedan for executives who need to leave ahead of the main group.

Who Books Group Transportation at ACY?

  • Casino and hospitality groups heading to Hard Rock, Ocean, and Borgata on the marina and Boardwalk
  • Convention delegates bound for the Atlantic City Convention Center and downtown hotels
  • Wedding guests spread across Cape May, Ocean City, and Brigantine rentals
  • College athletics and youth tournament teams traveling with coolers and equipment bags
  • Engineering and aviation contractors working at the FAA technical campus that shares the ACY airfield
  • Cruise passengers connecting to Cape Liberty through our Bayonne cruise terminal car service

Our Fleet for ACY Group Travel

Every vehicle in the lineup is climate controlled, professionally detailed, and driven by a chauffeur who knows the Atlantic City Expressway, the Black Horse Pike, and the back roads around Egg Harbor Township. Pick the size that fits your headcount and your luggage, and we will pair it with a driver who has worked the ACY curb before.

Where We Take Groups From ACY?

Atlantic County and the Shore

Most ACY charters stay close to home. The terminal sits about twelve miles west of the Boardwalk, roughly twenty minutes by expressway, and our Atlantic County car service team runs the route dozens of times a week. Concert and boxing crowds heading to Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall can be dropped at the Mississippi Avenue side while the coach parks nearby, and visiting academic delegations bound for Stockton University in Galloway are on campus in under fifteen minutes. We also cover Brigantine, Margate, Ventnor, Absecon, Somers Point, and the blueberry farms and wineries around Hammonton.

Cape May, Cumberland, Ocean, and Camden Counties

ACY is the closest commercial airport for the southern shore, so wedding blocks and family reunions often fly in here and ride south. Our Cape May County car service reaches Ocean City, Sea Isle City, Stone Harbor, the Wildwoods, and Cape May itself, with private aviation transfers available at the Cape May airport in Rio Grande. Westbound groups use our Cumberland County car service for Vineland and Millville, including corporate arrivals at Millville airport. To the north, our Ocean County car service handles Long Beach Island, Toms River, and Lakewood, while the Camden County car service covers Cherry Hill, Voorhees, and the Philadelphia side of the Delaware.

Statewide and Regional Runs

When a group flies into ACY on a low fare and needs to be in North Jersey by evening, a coach is the simplest answer. We run direct transfers to Newark airport for international connections, to Trenton airport and Princeton for corporate campuses, and into Manhattan for Broadway weekends. Every one of those trips is dispatched under the same standards as our wider New Jersey charter bus service, and executives who want a dedicated driver for the whole visit can add our New Jersey airport chauffeur service to the booking.

Atlantic City International (ACY) Airport Guide

Atlantic City International Airport is located at 101 Atlantic City International Airport, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234, United States, and can be reached at +1 609 645 7895. The official site is acairport.com. Here is what arriving groups should know before their coach pulls up.

History and Regional Role

The airfield opened in 1942 as Naval Air Station Atlantic City, training Navy pilots during the Second World War before the Navy released it to civilian control. The Federal Aviation Administration later built its William J. Hughes Technical Center on the property, and the New Jersey Air National Guard's 177th Fighter Wing still flies from the same runways. The South Jersey Transportation Authority, which also operates the Atlantic City Expressway, owns and manages the passenger terminal today. With a main runway just over 10,000 feet long, ACY handles everything from Airbus jets to government research aircraft, and it serves travelers from southern New Jersey, the Philadelphia suburbs, and northern Delaware who would otherwise drive to PHL or EWR.

Airlines Operating From ACY

As of September 2026, scheduled passenger service at ACY comes from three carriers. Breeze Airways launched at the airport in May 2026 and has been adding routes every few weeks, Allegiant flies leisure routes to Florida and the Carolinas, and American Airlines links ACY to its Philadelphia hub through the Landline motorcoach, which checks passengers and bags at the ACY terminal and delivers them airside at PHL. Spirit Airlines, the airport's longtime anchor carrier, ceased operations in May 2026, and the airport has stated that every former Spirit route will be covered by Breeze by the end of the year.

Domestic Destinations

  • Breeze Airways: Charleston, Raleigh Durham, Orlando, and Tampa
  • Allegiant: Fort Lauderdale, Orlando Sanford, Punta Gorda, St. Pete Clearwater, and Myrtle Beach
  • American Airlines Landline: Philadelphia International, with connections across the American network

Fall 2026 Route Additions

Breeze has scheduled Vero Beach for October 2, Fort Myers and Myrtle Beach for October 22, and West Palm Beach for December 17, 2026. Winter Florida service is the busiest period on the ACY schedule, so groups traveling between Thanksgiving and Easter should reserve coaches early.

Connection Note

The Landline coach operates as a ticketed American Airlines flight segment, so passengers using it should treat the ACY curb as their departure gate and allow the same buffer they would for a jet.

Terminal Information

ACY operates a single passenger terminal. Airline ticket counters, the TSA checkpoint, and rental car desks sit on the ground level, with a compact concourse of gates beyond security. Shops, a bar, and grab and go dining are past the checkpoint, and baggage claim opens directly onto the arrivals curb. Because there is only one building, meeting a chauffeur takes minutes, and there is no terminal shuttle to wait for.

Passenger Traffic

Federal Aviation Administration figures show ACY handled 845,108 passengers in 2025, and the airport itself describes annual traffic at roughly one million travelers when charter, military, and general aviation movements are counted. The field recorded about 56,600 aircraft operations in 2024. Passenger numbers are expected to climb through 2026 as Breeze replaces Spirit capacity and adds new Florida routes.

Parking Overview

The airport offers garage, short term, and economy parking within walking distance of the terminal. Garage parking is $15 per day, short term is $22 per day, and economy is $12 per day, with each lot charging $2 for the first hour and $1 for each additional hour up to four hours before the daily rate applies. All lots became cashless on January 1, 2024, accepting Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and E ZPass Plus in designated lanes. Spaces can be reserved online, an overflow lot opens when the garage and economy lot fill, and a free cell phone lot is available for anyone collecting an arriving passenger.

Pickup and Drop Off Guidance

The arrivals curb is for active loading only, and airport staff move idling vehicles along quickly during peak banks. For coach groups we stage in the cell phone lot or commercial area and time the approach to your baggage claim exit. Share your flight number, airline, and headcount at booking, and your chauffeur will text you as soon as the vehicle is positioned. Departing groups are dropped at the ticketing curb, where the Landline coach and airline counters are steps away.

Ground Transportation Options

Taxis are arranged at a service desk located between baggage claim and the terminal exit. Uber and Lyft pick up curbside, Turo car sharing is offered on site, and several national rental car brands operate counters in the terminal. NJ Transit bus route 554 links the airport to the Atlantic City bus terminal and the Lindenwold rail station, and Atlantic City Rail Line trains to Philadelphia depart from the downtown station near the convention center.

Tips for Arriving Passengers

  • Give your chauffeur the flight number, since Breeze and Allegiant schedules shift seasonally
  • Confirm a meeting point inside baggage claim before you board, especially for groups over twenty
  • Bring a copy of the passenger list for the driver so head counts move fast at the curb
  • Expect cell service to be strong on the airport road but patchy in the Pinelands stretches of Route 30
  • Check casino check in times, since many properties will hold luggage for early arrivals

Why a Prebooked Chauffeur Beats Waiting for a Taxi or Rideshare?

ACY's rideshare pool is small, and a single arriving flight can empty the queue within minutes, leaving the last passengers refreshing the app while surge pricing climbs. Taxis handle one or two families at a time, so a group of thirty can spend an hour cycling through the desk. A prebooked coach removes all of that. The price is fixed before you fly, the vehicle is on site before you land, and one chauffeur handles luggage, tolls, and routing for the entire party. Union Limousine also carries the commercial insurance and licensing that casino and convention venues require of buses on their property, which a string of rideshare cars cannot offer.

We position the coach in the cell phone lot before your scheduled landing time and move to the curb once the aircraft is on the ground. Delays are tracked automatically, so an early or late arrival costs you nothing extra.

Coaches stage in the free cell phone lot or the commercial vehicle area until the group has collected bags, then pull to the arrivals curb for a quick load. Your chauffeur will meet you inside baggage claim with a sign.

Yes. A full size coach seats up to 56 passengers with luggage below, and the run to Cape May takes about an hour by the Garden State Parkway. Mini coaches and Sprinter vans are available for smaller wedding blocks.

Every reservation is linked to your flight number, so dispatch sees gate changes, diversions, and early landings in real time. You will not need to call when a schedule shifts.

Full size coaches can load at the arrivals curb for active boarding only. We handle the timing so the vehicle arrives as your group exits baggage claim and leaves before airport staff need the space.

Quotes are based on vehicle size, total hours, mileage, tolls, and time of day. ACY to Newark Airport runs about two and a half hours, and you will receive a fixed figure in writing before you confirm.

Absolutely. Many conventions pair a coach for the main party with an SUV or sedan for speakers and executives. Both vehicles are dispatched together and meet at the same baggage claim door.

Full size and mini coaches offer WiFi and USB ports on request, along with reading lights and a PA system. Let us know at booking so the correct vehicle is assigned.

Two to three weeks is comfortable for most dates. Casino event weekends, summer shore Saturdays, and the winter Florida travel season book out faster, so reserve as soon as your flight is ticketed.

Yes. We run junkets to Hard Rock, Ocean, Borgata, and Tropicana, plus delegate shuttles to the Atlantic City Convention Center, and we carry the insurance that those venues require from bus operators.
