What we offer

Laughlin Bullhead International (IFP) Airport Limo Service

Golf groups, wedding parties, and private jet travelers rely on our Laughlin Bullhead International (IFP) Airport Limo Service for sedans, Sprinter vans, and coaches staged at the terminal on arrival.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Laughlin Bullhead International (IFP) Airport

Flights into IFP arrive within minutes of the Laughlin casino corridor, and the first thing most travelers want is a car that is already there. Our Arizona airport limo service covers Laughlin Bullhead International with a reserved chauffeur, a tracked flight, and a vehicle sized for your group. Whether you are heading to a riverfront resort on Casino Drive, a home in Fort Mohave, or an event in Kingman, we handle the ride so you can focus on the trip itself.

Bullhead City sits on the Arizona bank of the Colorado River, and Laughlin, Nevada, is a short bridge crossing away. Visitors who fly in on casino charters, residents returning from a Sun Country flight, and business travelers meeting a private jet at the FBO all share the same small terminal. Union Limousine serves every one of them with the same standard: a clean late model vehicle, a licensed chauffeur, and a quote confirmed before you leave home.

Why Travelers Reserve Our IFP Airport Limo Service?

Laughlin Bullhead International is a compact airport with a single terminal, walk up taxi counters, and a parking lot that sits right outside the doors. That simplicity works in your favor once a car is booked. Our chauffeur meets you at baggage claim, loads your luggage, and has you on Highway 95 or across the Laughlin Bridge in a few minutes. Because the airport has no gates and passengers walk directly from the aircraft into the holdroom, arrivals move quickly, and your car should be ready the moment you step outside.

  • Flight tracking on every charter and scheduled arrival, including the Sun Country casino flights
  • Meet and greet inside the terminal with a name sign at baggage claim
  • Fixed quotes for Laughlin, Bullhead City, Fort Mohave, Kingman, and Lake Havasu City
  • Child seats, extra luggage space, and wheelchair accessible vehicles on request
  • Round trip bookings with a return pickup timed to your departure

Service Coverage Across Arizona and the Tri State Area

Our limo service in Arizona runs statewide, and IFP is the natural gateway for the northwest corner of the state. From the terminal we cover Bullhead City neighborhoods, the Mohave Valley, Golden Shores, and Topock along the river, as well as Kingman and the Interstate 40 corridor. Long distance transfers to Phoenix Sky Harbor, Las Vegas, or Lake Havasu City are quoted as flat rates, so a four hour drive to the Valley never becomes a surprise on the receipt.

Laughlin Casino Resorts and Riverfront Pickups

Most of our IFP passengers are headed across the river. Laughlin's resorts line Casino Drive beside the Colorado, and the drive from the terminal takes roughly ten minutes. The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority publishes detailed driving directions to Laughlin that put Las Vegas about 90 miles away and Phoenix about 220 miles away, which explains why so many guests fly into IFP directly. We drop at the porte cochere of every property, including the Riverside Resort, Harrah's Laughlin, the Aquarius, the Edgewater, the Golden Nugget Laughlin, and the Tropicana Laughlin, and we return for your departure flight on the day you choose.

Our Fleet for Laughlin Bullhead International Airport

Every vehicle below is available for IFP pickups and drop offs. Capacities reflect comfortable seating with luggage, and we will recommend the right class once we know your group size and bag count.

Vehicle Classes and Capacities

Sedans (Up to 3 Passengers)

A black sedan is the standard choice for an individual or a couple arriving on a casino charter, a business traveler visiting a Bullhead City office, or a resident returning home to Fort Mohave. Leather seating, bottled water, and a quiet cabin come standard.

SUVs (Up to 6 Passengers)

Full size SUVs carry up to six passengers with golf bags, river gear, or a week of resort luggage. Families, foursomes heading to the Laughlin Ranch Golf Club, and small executive teams choose this class most often.

Stretch Limousines (Up to 20 Passengers)

Stretch limousines suit wedding parties staying at a riverfront resort, milestone birthdays on Casino Drive, and bachelor or bachelorette groups flying in for the weekend. Mood lighting, a bar area, and privacy glass turn the ride from IFP into the opening act of the celebration.

Sprinter Vans (Up to 14 Passengers)

Sprinter vans are popular with golf groups, extended families, and corporate crews who want to travel together with luggage in one vehicle. High roofs make it easy to board, and the rear cargo bay handles coolers and sports equipment for Lake Mohave outings.

Party Buses (Up to 30 Passengers)

Party buses carry up to thirty guests for casino crawls along Casino Drive, Laughlin River Run gatherings, and reunion weekends. Wraparound seating, sound systems, and bar space keep the group together from the terminal to the first stop.

Mini Charter Buses (Up to 35 Passengers)

Mini coaches work well for tour groups, church trips, and company retreats arriving on a single charter flight. Overhead racks and under floor storage keep aisles clear, and the smaller footprint fits resort loading zones with ease.

Full Size Charter Buses (Up to 56 Passengers)

Full size motorcoaches handle entire charter manifests, conference delegations, and sports teams. Restrooms, reclining seats, and climate control make the longer transfers to Las Vegas or Phoenix comfortable for everyone on board.

Group and Event Transportation from IFP

Casino charters often deliver an entire planeload of guests who want to move as a group. We coordinate charter bus rental in Arizona for tour operators, reunion planners, and corporate hosts who need coaches staged at the terminal as the aircraft parks. For mid size groups, our Sprinter van service in Arizona offers a single vehicle for up to fourteen travelers with luggage, which is ideal for golf outings to Mojave Resort or weddings at the Laughlin Event Center. Tell us the flight number and headcount, and we will build the staging plan.

Corporate Travel and Private Aviation at IFP

The Mohave County FBO on the field serves corporate jets and turboprops, and executives who arrive that way expect a chauffeur on the ramp side. Our Arizona airport chauffeur service meets private flights at the general aviation facility, handles luggage transfers, and keeps the schedule on time for meetings in Bullhead City, Kingman, or Las Vegas. Hourly bookings with Union Limousine are available for site visits across Mohave County.

About Laughlin Bullhead International Airport (IFP)

  • Airport name: Laughlin Bullhead International Airport

History and Importance of the Airport

The airfield dates to 1943, when it was laid out on federal land to serve the workers building Davis Dam a couple of miles upstream. The Bureau of Reclamation's Davis Dam project page records construction from 1942 to 1950, and the dam's reservoir, Lake Mohave, still shapes the region's tourism. Mohave County leased the field in 1968, the Mohave County Airport Authority took over operations in 1979, and a new terminal opened on the east side of the original site in the early 1990s. That is when the airport took its current name and its IFP code. A runway extension completed in 2017 brought the strip to 8,500 feet, long enough for Boeing 737 charters and emergency diversions by major carriers, and the airport remains one of the busiest non metropolitan passenger fields serving Arizona and Nevada.

Airlines Operating from IFP

Laughlin Bullhead International is unusual among Arizona commercial airports because its passenger traffic is built on casino charters. Sun Country Airlines operates Boeing 737 charter flights for the Riverside Resort, bringing guests from dozens of cities across the Midwest, the Mountain West, and the Pacific Northwest, and Sun Country has expanded its crew base at the airport. Allegiant Air has also flown casino charters into IFP. Scheduled airline service is in flux: the airport announced in 2025 that Southern Airways Express intended to operate two daily round trips to Los Angeles International with nine seat Cessna Grand Caravans, and in November 2025 the airport director said the carrier was still seeking a revenue guarantee before launch. Always confirm the current schedule with the airport before planning a connection.

Domestic Destinations

Charter departure boards at IFP rotate through a wide list of cities. Recent Sun Country schedules have included Minneapolis, Chicago Rockford, Albuquerque, Boise, Billings, Bismarck, Bellingham, Nashville, Casper, Des Moines, Eau Claire, Bemidji, Austin, and Phoenix Mesa Gateway. Because these flights are tied to resort packages, routes change by season, and winter months are the busiest for snowbird traffic from the northern states.

Terminal Information

IFP has one terminal on the north side of the apron. Ticket counters, the TSA checkpoint, rental car desks, and airport administration sit in the main building, and a covered walkway of about 100 feet connects it to the departure holdroom. There are no jet bridges; passengers walk across the ramp to board. Amenities include free Wi Fi, a cafe and snack area, vending machines, and a 24 hour aircraft rescue and fire fighting station. A renovation of the Terminal B holdroom restrooms was out for bid in 2026.

Passenger Traffic

The Arizona Office of Tourism tracks IFP as a charter airport. For calendar year 2025 the airport reported 145,871 domestic passengers, up 12.1 percent from 130,113 in 2024, plus 4,968 international charter passengers. February 2026 counted 12,959 domestic passengers, and the record year remains 2013, when all jet charter service pushed the total to 228,535 passengers on about 4.5 flights per day. Those figures make IFP the fourth or fifth busiest passenger airport in the state in most years.

Parking Overview

Parking at Laughlin Bullhead International is free for every traveler, with no charge for short visits or multi day stays. Two surface lots in front of the terminal hold about 400 vehicles, expanded from 90 spaces during the terminal project completed in 2008. Lots are unshaded, so summer visitors should expect hot interiors on return. Guests who book a chauffeur avoid the lot entirely and step from the terminal into a cooled vehicle.

Pick Up and Drop Off Guidance

The terminal curb on Laughlin View Drive handles both arrivals and departures, and commercial vehicles stage in the designated ground transportation area beside the main entrance.

Arrivals

Our chauffeur tracks your flight and waits inside at baggage claim with a name sign. Once bags are collected, the vehicle is brought to the curb within two to three minutes.

Charter Group Arrivals

When a full 737 charter arrives, the small baggage area fills quickly. We recommend a meeting point near the rental car desks so your group can gather before walking out together.

Private Aviation Arrivals

Passengers arriving at the Mohave County FBO are met at the general aviation building on the south side of the field, with the vehicle positioned at the FBO door.

Departures

For departures we pull directly to the terminal entrance. TSA screening is staffed around flight times, and the airport suggests arriving about 90 minutes before a charter departure.

Ground Transportation Options

The airport lists an on demand provider with a counter in the terminal, four local taxi companies, an Avis rental counter, and a car sharing marketplace with airport pickup. The City of Bullhead City runs the Bullhead Area Transit System, and its Bullhead City transit page shows four fixed routes with a one dollar cash fare; the buses operate inside city limits and do not cross to the Laughlin resorts. Casino shuttles run on resort schedules and fill fast when a charter arrives. A reserved chauffeur is the only option that is confirmed in writing before you fly.

Tips for Arriving Passengers

  • Arizona does not observe daylight saving time, so Bullhead City and Laughlin can differ by an hour in summer; confirm pickup times in the airport's time zone
  • Summer highs regularly pass 110 degrees; carry water and plan for the short walk across the ramp
  • Cell coverage is strong at the terminal, but the river canyon can drop signal, so save your chauffeur's number before you land
  • Baggage claim is compact; tag bags clearly because charter groups share one carousel
  • Keep ID handy for the TSA checkpoint on departure, which opens only around scheduled flight times

Why a Reserved Chauffeur Makes Sense at IFP?

Taxis at IFP operate on a walk up basis, and the on demand counter serves whoever reaches it first. When a 737 charter unloads, 150 guests compete for a handful of cabs and shuttles, and rideshare coverage in Bullhead City is thin at odd hours. A chauffeur pre booked through Union Limousine eliminates the queue. Your rate is locked, your driver already knows the flight, and the vehicle is cooled and loaded before the shuttle line has moved. For departures, we pick you up at the resort at a set time and deliver you to the curb with time to spare, which matters when the checkpoint opens only around flight times.

Nearby Airports and Alternatives

Travelers who cannot find an IFP charter that fits their dates often fly into Harry Reid International in Las Vegas, about 90 miles northwest, or Phoenix Sky Harbor, roughly 220 miles southeast. We serve both with flat rate transfers to Laughlin and Bullhead City. Closer options include Kingman Airport (IGM), about 35 miles east, and Lake Havasu City Municipal (HII), about 75 miles south. Our IFP airport car service can connect any of these fields with a single reservation, which is useful for groups arriving on different flights.
