What we offer

Texarkana Regional (TXK) Airport Limo Service

Business travelers connecting through DFW rely on our Texarkana Regional (TXK) Airport Limo Service for a chauffeur waiting at the curb, a fixed fare, and a calm, private ride to any Arkansas address.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Texarkana Regional (TXK) Airport

A flight into Texarkana usually starts in Dallas and ends with a very short taxi roll to a quiet regional terminal, which is exactly where a reserved chauffeur earns its keep. Our Texarkana Regional (TXK) Airport Limo Service covers every arrival and departure at the Jim E. Yates Terminal with a licensed chauffeur, a tracked flight, and a vehicle sized to the group. Union Limousine runs this route for executives heading to Red River Army Depot, families flying in for Four States Fair week, wedding parties headed to a venue on the Arkansas side, and anyone who would prefer to step off the jet bridge and straight into a waiting black car.

The airport sits about three miles northeast of downtown, just off East 19th Street and close to Interstate 49, so the drive to a Texarkana hotel, a Miller County address, or a meeting on State Line Avenue takes minutes. We also run longer transfers across southwest Arkansas: Hope, Ashdown, Magnolia, Camden, El Dorado, and Hot Springs are all regular destinations for our chauffeurs.

Limo Service to and from Texarkana Regional Airport in Arkansas, AR

Every TXK booking follows the same routine. Your chauffeur confirms the American Eagle flight number the day before, watches the inbound from DFW on the morning of travel, and adjusts the pickup time if the jet is early or late. Arrivals meet at the curb in front of the terminal, where the airport allows active loading only, or inside at baggage claim for a meet and greet when you want help with luggage. Departures are timed to the airline's 45 minute check in cutoff and the airport's advice to arrive 90 minutes ahead, so you are never rushing through the single security checkpoint. This is the same standard we hold on our wider limo service in Arkansas, from Fayetteville to the Delta.

Who Books a Chauffeur at TXK?

  • Corporate travelers connecting through DFW who need a punctual ride to Red River Army Depot, TexAmericas Center, or a downtown office
  • Families and visiting relatives who want a child seat installed and a driver who handles luggage
  • Wedding and prom groups traveling between the airport, Texarkana venues, and lakeside properties at Millwood or Wright Patman
  • University guests and recruits visiting UA Hope Texarkana or Texas A&M University Texarkana
  • Medical travelers heading to CHRISTUS St. Michael or Wadley Regional who need a calm, door to door transfer

Our Fleet for Texarkana Regional Airport Transfers

Group size decides the vehicle. Each class below is chauffeur driven, commercially insured, and detailed before every pickup at TXK.

Sedans, Up to 3 Passengers

A black executive sedan suits the single business traveler or a couple with carry on bags. It is the usual pick for a quick hop from the terminal to a hotel near Interstate 30 or a meeting at the federal courthouse downtown.

SUVs, Up to 6 Passengers

Full size SUVs carry a family with checked luggage, golf bags, or hunting gear bound for the Sulphur River bottoms. The extra ground clearance and cargo room make them the right choice for lake trips and rural addresses in Miller and Little River counties.

Stretch Limousines, Up to 20 Passengers

Stretch limos are booked for weddings, proms, anniversaries, and milestone birthdays that begin or end with a flight. Expect leather seating, mood lighting, and a privacy divider for the ride between TXK and the celebration.

Sprinter Vans, Up to 14 Passengers

Executive Sprinter vans are the workhorse for corporate teams and extended families. High ceilings let passengers stand up, and the rear cargo bay swallows a full group's luggage without stacking bags on seats.

Party Buses, Up to 30 Passengers

Party buses turn a bachelor weekend, a reunion, or a game day into a rolling event. Sound systems, perimeter seating, and onboard coolers keep the group together from the airport to the venue and back.

Mini Charter Buses, Up to 35 Passengers

Mini coaches handle conference delegations, church groups, and athletic teams flying into Texarkana. They include overhead storage, climate control, and a chauffeur who knows the drop off lanes at the Texarkana Convention Center.

Full Size Charter Buses, Up to 56 Passengers

Full size motorcoaches move large tours and corporate groups across the Ark La Tex region. Restrooms, reclining seats, and underfloor luggage bays make them comfortable for runs to Shreveport, Hot Springs, or Little Rock.

Local Areas and Venues We Serve Around TXK

Texarkana is one city split by a state line, and our chauffeurs work both sides without a second thought. On the Arkansas side we cover downtown, the Texarkana Convention Center district on Convention Plaza Drive, and the campus of UA Hope Texarkana on U of A Way, where visiting families and prospective students often need a ride straight from the terminal. Across State Line Avenue, the historic Perot Theatre on Main Street anchors the downtown arts scene and draws show goers who want a chauffeur waiting at the stage door after the final curtain.

Farther afield, we drive guests to the Four States Fairgrounds, Spring Lake Park, the Ace of Clubs House, and lake houses on Wright Patman and Millwood. Travelers from Hope, Ashdown, Prescott, and Nashville, AR book us for the trip to the airport when the alternative is leaving a car in the lot for a week. For larger teams spread across several towns, our Sprinter van service in Arkansas collects everyone on one route and delivers them to the terminal together.

Texarkana Regional (TXK) Airport Information

Texarkana Regional Airport, also called Webb Field, is the commercial gateway for the Ark La Tex corner where Arkansas, Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma meet. The airport was certified in 1928, and American Airlines began serving the field in June 1931 with a Ford Trimotor, a relationship that has lasted for nine decades. Civilian Conservation Corps and WPA crews built the early airfield and terminal during the 1930s, a 1960 terminal served passengers for the next six decades, and the Texarkana Regional Airport Authority, backed by both cities of Texarkana, now owns and operates the facility.

Airlines and Domestic Destinations

American Eagle, operated by Envoy Air, is the only scheduled carrier at TXK. Regional jets fly nonstop to Dallas Fort Worth International (DFW) several times a day, and from DFW passengers connect to the full American network across the United States and overseas. The new terminal was designed with room for three airlines, and airport leadership has publicly pursued added service to Charlotte and Houston as passenger numbers grow. For nonstop options to more cities, travelers in the region also use Shreveport Regional (SHV) to the south and Bill and Hillary Clinton National (LIT) in Little Rock.

Terminal Information

The Jim E. Yates Terminal opened with a ribbon cutting on June 28, 2024, and handled its first departure on July 1, 2024. The two story, roughly 40,000 square foot building replaced the 1960 terminal and was the centerpiece of a project costing close to 49 million dollars that also delivered new taxiways, a new entrance road, and a fresh parking lot. Passengers now board through two enclosed jet bridges; the old building relied on rolling stairs out on the ramp. Inside you will find a single ticketing hall, one TSA checkpoint, a departure lounge with tall windows facing the airfield, a larger baggage claim, concessions space, and a business center. A solar canopy over the parking lot shades vehicles and supplies a large share of the terminal's power. A 500 foot runway extension is scheduled to finish in spring 2027, and the former terminal is being converted into a flight school and a children's museum with Texarkana College.

Passenger Traffic

TXK is a nonhub primary commercial service airport. Federal transportation data recorded about 73,000 total passengers in both 2018 and 2019, and the FAA counted close to 27,000 enplanements in 2019. Traffic fell to under 34,000 passengers in 2020 and has been rebuilding since, with the new terminal and the planned runway work both aimed at supporting more flights and more seats.

Parking Overview

Two self park lots sit directly across from the terminal, on the far side of the rental car return area. The covered lot has 179 spaces at a maximum of 14 dollars per day, and the uncovered lot has 78 spaces at a maximum of 12 dollars per day, both charged hourly with the first hour free. The parking page on the airport's site explains the ticket kiosk process, notes that cash is no longer accepted, and lists a 75 dollar lost ticket fee. Disabled veterans park free immediately outside the terminal with the proper plate or placard displayed.

Pick Up and Drop Off Guidance

A single curbside lane runs along the front of the terminal for drop off and pick up. Federal rules prohibit stopping there unless you are actively loading or unloading, and unattended vehicles are ticketed or towed. Drivers meeting a passenger inside should use the short term spaces in the main lot, where the first hour costs nothing. Arriving from Interstate 49, take the TXK Blvd exit and follow the airport signs; from Highway 67, follow the Texarkana Regional Airport signs onto TXK Blvd.

Ground Transportation Options

Avis, Budget, and Hertz keep counters inside the terminal across from airline check in. A handful of local taxi and limousine companies serve the airport, and the airport itself recommends prearranging those rides. Uber and Lyft operate in Texarkana, though the airport warns that app based drivers are often scarce and advises passengers to coordinate before departing. Public transit in the metro is provided by T Line, which runs eight fixed and paratransit routes across Texarkana, Wake Village, and Nash on weekdays and Saturdays, though its routes are built around the city core and the transit center downtown.

Tips for Arriving Passengers

  • Flights from DFW are short, so share your flight number with your chauffeur and let flight tracking handle the timing
  • Baggage claim is steps from the curb; have your driver's contact ready before the seatbelt sign goes off
  • Cell coverage is strong at the terminal, but rideshare supply is thin, so a reserved car avoids a long wait
  • Rental cars are limited at a small station; reserve early during fair week and holiday weekends
  • Keep hotel and meeting addresses handy, since many Texarkana street names repeat on both sides of the state line

Why a Pre Booked Chauffeur Beats Taxis and Rideshare at TXK?

Small airports punish the unplanned ride. With only a few arrivals a day, taxis and app based drivers show up when they feel like it, and a late evening landing can mean twenty minutes standing at an empty curb. A reserved Union Limousine chauffeur removes that risk: the car is positioned before the jet lands, the fare is fixed in advance, and the vehicle actually fits your luggage and your party. For business travelers, a quiet sedan with a professional driver also turns the ride into working time, with the price and route settled before the wheels move.

Why Choose Us for TXK Airport Transportation?

  • Live flight monitoring on every American Eagle arrival with pickup times adjusted automatically
  • All inclusive quotes with tolls, airport fees, and gratuity options shown before you confirm
  • Chauffeurs who know the curb rules, the lot layout, and the fastest routes onto Interstate 30 and Interstate 49
  • Child seats, meet and greet, and luggage assistance available on request
  • One account covers Texarkana and every other commercial airport in the state

Travelers who split time between Texarkana and the northwest corner of the state can keep the same account and expectations for our Northwest Arkansas National (XNA) Airport Limo Service, with chauffeurs standing by in Bentonville and Fayetteville. The full menu of vehicles and service types is laid out on our limo service page.

Hourly Charters from Texarkana Regional Airport

When a day calls for several stops, book the chauffeur by the hour. Site visits across TexAmericas Center, a wedding day that moves from airport to church to reception, or a college tour that covers two campuses are easier when the car stays with you.

Corporate Accounts and Recurring Transfers

Companies with regular DFW connections set up a corporate account with us for monthly invoicing, saved traveler profiles, and standing pickup instructions at TXK. Executive assistants book in seconds and receive confirmations and chauffeur details automatically.

Early Morning and Late Night Pickups

The first departure to DFW leaves early, and the last arrival lands after dark. We staff both ends of the schedule, so a 4 a.m. pickup in Hope or an 11 p.m. meet at baggage claim is confirmed the same way as a midday ride.
