What we offer

Boise (BOI) Airport Limo Service

Corporate teams, wedding parties and Treasure Valley families rely on our Boise (BOI) Airport Limo Service for sedans, SUVs, Sprinter vans and coaches seating up to 56 guests led by vetted chauffeurs.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Boise (BOI) Airport

Flights into the Idaho capital deserve a calm finish. Union Limousine runs a dedicated Boise (BOI) Airport Limo Service for travelers heading to downtown Boise, Meridian, Eagle, Nampa and the mountain towns beyond the Treasure Valley. Every reservation belongs to our wider Idaho airport limo service network, so each ride comes with live flight tracking, a licensed chauffeur and a spotless vehicle staged before your wheels touch the runway.

Boise Airport sits roughly three miles south of downtown, which makes most transfers short. The trouble starts when a delayed connection drops you at the curb close to midnight with ski bags, a sleepy family or a client who expected a polished welcome. We take that problem off your plate with a confirmed driver, a fixed quote and a vehicle sized for your group.

Why Idaho Travelers Book Our BOI Limo Service?

Business travelers flying in for meetings at Micron Technology, families visiting Boise State University and couples arriving for a Sunnyslope wine country wedding all want the same thing at the terminal: a ride that is already waiting. Our dispatch team watches your flight from takeoff, adjusts the pickup time on its own and sends your chauffeur’s details by text before you deplane.

What Every Boise Airport Booking Includes?

  • Live flight monitoring with a grace period built into every arrival
  • All inclusive quotes confirmed in writing before travel day
  • Meet and greet service with a name sign in the baggage claim hall
  • Chauffeurs experienced with winter driving on Interstate 84 and Idaho mountain highways
  • Child safety seats and extra luggage space arranged at booking
  • Dispatch support around the clock, every day of the year

Destinations We Cover From Boise Airport

Our chauffeurs drive the full Treasure Valley and well past it. Travelers who need a ride that starts somewhere other than the airport can also book our limo service in Idaho for hotel pickups, dinners and events. For trip ideas around the capital region, the official Southwest Idaho travel guide highlights wineries, river trails and historic towns worth a stop.

Treasure Valley Transfers

  • Downtown Boise: the Idaho State Capitol, Grove Plaza, Boise Centre and the Basque Block
  • Boise State University and Albertsons Stadium on game days

Mountain and Resort Routes

Weekend escapes often begin at BOI. We run regular transfers north on Highway 55 to McCall, Payette Lake and Tamarack Resort near Donnelly, plus the 16 mile climb to Bogus Basin. Guests bound for Ketchum and the Wood River Valley can compare our private road transfer with our Sun Valley airport car service if they plan to fly closer to the resort on the return leg.

Winter Road Planning

Snow and black ice can slow Highway 55 and Highway 75 from November through March. Before every mountain departure, our dispatchers review live Idaho 511 road conditions and adjust timing, route or vehicle choice so you reach the lodge safely.

Our Boise Airport Fleet and Passenger Capacity

Union Limousine keeps a range of late model vehicles available for BOI pickups. Pick the class that matches your headcount, luggage and occasion.

History and Importance

Aviation in Boise began in 1926 at Booth Field, a gravel strip beside the Boise River on ground that now belongs to the Boise State University campus. Varney Air Lines carried some of the first commercial airmail in the country through that field in April 1926, a lineage that later grew into United Airlines. The city moved operations to the current bench site in 1936, and by 1938 the airport boasted the longest runway in the United States. Named Gowen Field in 1941, the airfield still shares its runways with the Idaho Air National Guard’s 124th Fighter Wing. BOI is celebrating its centennial in 2026 and serves as the primary gateway for southwest Idaho and eastern Oregon.

Airlines Operating at BOI

Eight carriers currently serve Boise: Alaska Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Southwest Airlines, United Airlines, American Airlines, Frontier Airlines, Allegiant Air and Sun Country Airlines.

Domestic Destinations

The route map covers roughly 30 nonstop destinations. Popular year round options include:

  • West Coast: Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland, Sacramento, Burbank, San Diego and Orange County
  • Hubs: Salt Lake City, Denver, Chicago O’Hare, Dallas/Fort Worth, Atlanta, Minneapolis and Phoenix
  • Leisure: Las Vegas, Spokane and Pullman Moscow
  • Seasonal: Anchorage, Bozeman, Palm Springs, Chicago Midway, Dallas Love Field and Honolulu (winter service from December 17, 2026)
  • Coming soon: Los Angeles nonstops on Alaska, Delta and Southwest starting March 11, 2027

Terminal Information

BOI operates a single three story terminal that opened in 2004, with Concourse B (13 gates) and Concourse C (11 gates). Ticketing and departures sit on the upper level, while baggage claim and most curbside services are on the lower level. The BOI Upgrade program has added two new parking garages, and a seven story rental car center is wrapping up in fall 2026. Design work continues on Concourse A, a planned ten gate expansion with enabling construction beginning this year.

Passenger Traffic

Boise handled 5,229,399 passengers in 2025, its fourth straight annual record and nearly 5 percent above the 4,990,885 travelers counted in 2024. Traffic has grown about 76 percent over the last decade, which explains why curbs and rideshare zones fill quickly during morning departure banks and Friday evening arrivals.

Pickup and Drop Off Guidance

Drop offs happen on the upper departure level. For arrivals, the airport’s ground transportation guide lists color coded curbs on the lower roadway: taxis use the black curb, hotel and economy lot shuttles use the green curb, and ValleyRide buses use the purple curb. Uber and Lyft load on the upper curb at the east end. Friends picking someone up can wait at the cell phone lot at 2950 S. Curtis Road, about five to seven minutes away. When you ride with us, your chauffeur meets you inside baggage claim and walks you to the car.

Ground Transportation Options

  • Rideshare apps (Uber and Lyft) from the upper curb
  • Metered taxis at the lower level black curb
  • ValleyRide public buses serving the airport on a regular schedule
  • Salt Lake Express coaches to Twin Falls, Pocatello and Salt Lake City
  • Sun Valley Express shuttles to Ketchum and Sun Valley
  • Courtesy hotel shuttles, rental cars and Turo pickups in the garages
  • Prebooked limousines, sedans, SUVs and coaches from our fleet

Tips for Arriving Passengers

  • Text your chauffeur once you deplane so the vehicle is ready when bags arrive.
  • Pack layers from October through April; morning temperatures often drop below freezing.
  • Boise sits at about 2,872 feet in a dry climate, so drink water after the flight.
  • Allow extra time for mountain transfers after snowstorms or wildfire smoke advisories.
  • Share oversize items like skis, bikes or fishing gear when booking.

Why a Prebooked Chauffeur Beats Taxis and Rideshare?

Rideshare prices climb after Broncos games, concerts and holiday weekends, and taxis rarely carry six travelers plus ski bags. A prebooked ride with Union Limousine locks in your price ahead of time, matches the vehicle to your group and keeps a professional waiting in baggage claim even when your flight runs late.

  • Fixed fares with no surge pricing
  • Vehicles chosen for your exact passenger and luggage count
  • No app queues or curbside searches after a long flight
  • Vetted, insured chauffeurs who know Idaho roads in every season
