Idaho Falls Regional (IDA) Airport Limo Service
Groups of 3 to 56 ride together with our Idaho Falls Regional (IDA) Airport Limo Service, choosing sedans, SUVs, Sprinter vans, or coaches driven by chauffeurs who know the winter roads of East Idaho.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Idaho Falls Regional (IDA) Airport
Flights into Idaho Falls Regional Airport put you about two hours from the west gate of Yellowstone and minutes from the Snake River Greenbelt, so the ride after baggage claim deserves the same planning as the flight itself. Union Limousine provides Idaho airport limo service with a chauffeur who tracks your arrival, waits in the terminal, and carries your bags to a clean, climate controlled vehicle. Guests bound for a meeting at Idaho National Laboratory, a campus visit in Rexburg, or a cabin in Island Park all get a pickup planned around their schedule and group size.
Why Eastern Idaho Travelers Book Our IDA Limo Service?
Idaho Falls has grown into the busiest business and tourism hub between Boise and Salt Lake City, and the airport now handles record crowds. Since 1997, Union Limousine has built its reputation on punctual pickups and professional chauffeurs, and every IDA transfer follows that same standard:
- Live flight tracking on every Delta, United, Alaska, American, and Allegiant arrival, with pickup times adjusted for delays
- Meet and greet inside the terminal near baggage claim, with a name sign on request
- Flat quoted rates confirmed before you ride, with gratuity terms stated upfront
- Licensed, background checked chauffeurs who know winter driving on US Highway 20 and Interstate 15
- Child seats, extra luggage room, and space for golf bags or fishing gear on request
- Corporate billing for Idaho National Laboratory contractors and visiting project teams
Many guests pair the airport ride with other plans across the state. Our limo service in Idaho covers weddings, proms, and nights out from Pocatello to Coeur d'Alene, while travelers who only need a single sedan for a quick hotel run can book IDA car service at a lower rate.

Destinations We Serve From IDA Across Eastern Idaho

- Downtown Idaho Falls and the River Walk, about 10 minutes
- Ammon and Iona, about 15 minutes
- Rigby and Ririe, about 20 minutes
- Blackfoot, about 30 minutes south on Interstate 15
- Rexburg and BYU Idaho, roughly 35 minutes north on US Highway 20

Yellowstone remains the trip visitors ask about most. The National Park Service lists Idaho Falls among the airports near Yellowstone, and our SUVs and Sprinter vans handle the drive to the West Entrance with room for coolers and camera gear. For outdoor plans closer to town, the state guide to Idaho parks and camping helps you map a multi stop day before you reserve a vehicle.
When flights into Idaho Falls sell out, some travelers book through Pocatello, Jackson Hole, or Boise. We cover those connections too, including Pocatello airport car service for guests arriving at PIH, about 50 minutes south.

History and Regional Importance
Aviation in Idaho Falls dates to around 1930, and the original hangar district on the east side of the field is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Many locals still call the airport Fanning Field. The current terminal opened in 1959 and has been expanded several times, most recently through a $12 million project finished in 2022 that doubled the gate count to six. Today IDA ranks as the second busiest airport in Idaho after Boise and serves as the main air gateway for Eastern Idaho, western Wyoming, and the Yellowstone region.
Airlines and Domestic Destinations
Five airlines serve the terminal, and the city lists about a dozen nonstop destinations, some of them seasonal.
Year Round Routes
- Delta Air Lines to Salt Lake City (SLC)
- United Airlines to Denver (DEN)
- Alaska Airlines to Seattle Tacoma (SEA)
- American Airlines to Dallas Fort Worth (DFW)
- Allegiant Air to Las Vegas (LAS) and Phoenix Mesa (AZA)
Seasonal Routes
- American Airlines to Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) and Chicago O'Hare (ORD)
- Allegiant Air to Los Angeles (LAX), Oakland (OAK), San Diego (SAN), and Portland (PDX)
Schedules shift often, so confirm current flights with your airline before you book.
Terminal Information
The single terminal is compact and easy to walk. Ticketing and baggage claim sit on the ground level, and the six gates are split across two floors, three on each. A restaurant and bar operate for travelers waiting on departures. The city has also secured $12 million in federal Community Project Funding for a further expansion that will replace the outbound baggage system, enlarge the ticketing lobby, and open space for new airlines.
Passenger Traffic
Growth at IDA has been rapid. The airport counted 610,641 total passengers in 2024, up 11.9 percent from 2023 and about 73 percent above 2019. In November 2025 it passed its previous record of 316,044 enplaned passengers, set in 2022, and the city projected over 360,000 enplanements for the full year. New American Airlines service to Chicago adds further momentum into 2026.
Parking Overview
IDA operates economy, long term, short term, and hourly lots, and the first hour is free in every lot. According to the city's airport parking information, daily rates rose on October 1, 2026 to $8 in the Economy Lot, $12 in the Long Term Lot, and $16 in the Short Term Lot, with hourly parking at $2 per hour up to an $18 daily maximum. The lots do not accept cash, covered parking is not offered, and spaces cannot be reserved in advance.
Pick Up and Drop Off Guidance
Waiting at the curb in front of the terminal is prohibited. Drivers may stop briefly to load or unload, but vehicles cannot sit unattended. The airport has no dedicated cell phone lot yet, so private drivers wait along International Way near the Economy Lot within the posted signs, and parking there is not allowed between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. Our chauffeurs avoid that shuffle by parking legally and meeting you inside the terminal, then walking you straight to the vehicle.
Ground Transportation Options
Rental car counters are located in the terminal, with a dedicated rental car lot close by. Uber and Lyft operate in Idaho Falls, though driver supply can run thin late at night and during winter storms. Local taxis serve the airport on call, and a few nearby hotels run courtesy shuttles. For groups or travelers with fixed appointments, reserved airport chauffeur service gives the most predictable start to the trip.
Tips for Arriving Passengers
Before Your Flight
- Share your flight number at booking so we can follow delays and gate changes
- Arrive two hours before departures during busy periods, as the airport advises
- Pack layers, since Idaho Falls sits at 4,744 feet and evenings stay cool even in summer
Winter Travel Notes
From November through March, snow and crosswinds can slow traffic on US Highway 20 and Interstate 15. Our chauffeurs check road reports before each run and build extra time into pickups bound for Rexburg, Driggs, and Island Park.
