What we offer

Lebanon Municipal (LEB) Airport Limo Service

Wedding parties, medical travelers, and Dartmouth visitors trust our Lebanon Municipal (LEB) Airport limo service for sedans through 56 seat coaches, with chauffeurs who know every Upper Valley route.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Lebanon Municipal (LEB) Airport

Lebanon Municipal Airport sits at the western edge of the Granite State, a short hop from Dartmouth College, Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, and the Vermont line. Flights here are small, schedules are tight, and the terminal closes early in the evening, which is exactly why a prebooked ride matters. Our New Hampshire airport limo service meets every Cape Air arrival at LEB with a licensed chauffeur, a spotless vehicle, and a fare you agreed to before the plane left Boston or White Plains. Whether you are heading to a Hanover hotel, a hospital appointment in Lebanon, a wedding in Woodstock, or a conference in Concord, we handle the drive so you can relax after the flight.

Union Limousine has run chauffeured transportation since 1997, and that experience shows at a small regional field like LEB. We know the terminal layout, the typical Cape Air arrival windows, and the Upper Valley roads that connect West Lebanon to the rest of New Hampshire and eastern Vermont. Every reservation includes flight monitoring, meet and greet at the terminal door, and door to door service to any address in the state.

Why Upper Valley Travelers Book Our LEB Airport Limo?

A nine seat Cape Air flight lands, the handful of passengers walk through a compact terminal, and within minutes the arrivals area is empty. There is no taxi rank waiting outside, and rideshare coverage in West Lebanon is thin, especially on winter evenings. Travelers who book ahead step straight into a warm vehicle with their chauffeur already holding the door.

Live Flight Tracking for Every Cape Air Arrival

Cape Air runs four daily round trips to Boston Logan and two to Westchester County Airport in White Plains. Fog over the Connecticut River valley or a weather hold at Logan can shift those times. Our dispatch team tracks each tail number from pushback to touchdown and adjusts your pickup automatically, so an early arrival or a 40 minute delay never costs you a waiting fee.

Flat Rates Across New Hampshire With No Surge Pricing

Every quote from our New Hampshire limo service is all inclusive. Tolls on Interstate 93, airport fees, and gratuity are built into the number you see when you book. Holiday weekends, Dartmouth commencement, and leaf season bring heavy demand to the Upper Valley, and surge pricing on app based rides can double a fare in minutes. Our rate stays fixed from the moment you confirm.

Chauffeurs Who Know the Upper Valley

Our drivers are background checked, drug tested, and trained on the specific routes travelers use from LEB: Route 120 into Hanover, Interstate 89 south toward Concord and Manchester, Route 4 east into Enfield and Canaan, and the Vermont side through White River Junction, Woodstock, and Quechee. They dress professionally, assist with luggage, and keep the cabin quiet unless you prefer conversation.

Popular Destinations From Lebanon Municipal Airport

Hanover and Dartmouth College

Hanover is roughly 15 minutes from the LEB terminal via Route 120 and Route 10. Prospective students, visiting faculty, alumni returning for reunions, and families attending commencement all rely on us for transfers to the Hanover Inn, the Hopkins Center, and campus residence halls. The college publishes travel directions on its Visit Dartmouth page, and our chauffeurs follow the approved drop points for the Green and surrounding streets so you are never left at the wrong curb with bags in hand.

Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center and Medical Travel

Many LEB passengers are flying in for appointments, consultations, or family visits at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center on Medical Center Drive in Lebanon, about ten minutes from the airport. We provide gentle, unhurried transfers for patients and caregivers, with assistance in and out of the vehicle, room for medical equipment, and the option to schedule a return pickup at a precise time after a procedure. Companions traveling for extended stays can also book daily transfers between the hospital and hotels in Lebanon, Hanover, and White River Junction.

Woodstock, Quechee, and Killington

Cross the Connecticut River and the Vermont countryside opens up fast. Woodstock Inn weddings, Quechee Gorge weekends, and ski trips to Killington and Okemo are among the most requested rides from LEB. SUVs with ski racks and Sprinter vans with cargo space keep gear organized, and our chauffeurs are experienced on Route 4 in snow and ice.

Concord, Manchester, and Boston Connections

Some travelers use LEB for the inbound leg and then need to reach the state capital, the Seacoast, or Logan Airport for an international departure. Concord is about 70 minutes south on Interstate 89, Manchester roughly 90 minutes, and Boston Logan around two and a half hours depending on traffic. Our New Hampshire chauffeur service covers all of these long distance transfers with the same fixed rate and the same professional driver from start to finish.

New London, Sunapee, and the Dartmouth Lake Sunapee Region

Lake Sunapee summer homes, Colby Sawyer College in New London, and Mount Sunapee Resort are 25 to 40 minutes from the airport. We regularly run family groups from LEB to lakefront rentals in Sunapee Harbor and Newbury, and return them for early morning Cape Air departures without a predawn drive.

Brief History and Importance

The federal government built the field during World War II and turned it over to the Town of Lebanon in June 1944. Scheduled airline service began in 1948, when Northeast Airlines added Lebanon to a route that linked New York, Hartford, Keene, Montpelier, Burlington, and Montreal. By 1954 the airport was boarding about 8,000 passengers a year. Northeast merged into Delta Air Lines in 1972, and Delta kept serving the Upper Valley for a time. Later decades brought commuter carriers such as Colgan Air, which flew to New York LaGuardia under the US Airways Express banner, and Cape Air, which arrived in 2008 and remains the airline today.

Today LEB covers 563 acres and operates two paved runways: 7/25 at 5,496 feet and 18/36 at 5,200 feet. It is the northernmost commercial airport in New Hampshire, the largest airport serving the Upper Valley, and the only field north of Manchester with an air traffic control tower. The FAA classifies it as a nonhub primary commercial service airport. Corporate aircraft for regional employers, medical flights, charter operators, and flight training all share the field alongside the daily airline schedule.

Airlines Operating From LEB

Cape Air is the sole scheduled carrier, flying nine seat Tecnam P2012 Traveller twin engine aircraft under the federal EAS program, which subsidizes air links between rural communities and major hubs. A codeshare with JetBlue lets passengers book LEB connections on a single JetBlue ticket, which is why booking sites list both carriers. The current federal contract runs December 1, 2022 through November 30, 2026. Three airlines bid on the next term, and on July 1, 2026 the Lebanon City Council voted 7 to 1 to recommend Cape Air for a new four year contract starting December 1, 2026. The U.S. Department of Transportation makes the final selection, so travelers should confirm the operating carrier when booking flights after that date.

Domestic Destinations

  • Boston Logan International (BOS): 28 weekly round trips, roughly one hour in the air, with connections across JetBlue's network
  • Westchester County Airport (HPN), White Plains, New York: 14 weekly round trips, about 90 minutes in the air, with Cape Air ground service into Manhattan

Terminal Information

The passenger terminal opened on the south side of the east west runway in 1980 and totals about 17,000 square feet. A recent renovation refreshed the interior, and the building now offers free WiFi, a small lounge area, a TSA checkpoint, and Bright Side Brewing, a family owned nano brew pub. Avis operates a rental counter inside the terminal. Terminal hours are 6:00 AM to 7:30 PM daily, and the administration office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Granite Air Center, the fixed base operator, and Sharkey's Helicopters are located on the north ramp, where private and charter flights arrive.

Passenger Traffic

LEB is a low volume field by design. Historical enplanements ran around 6,000 to 8,000 per year, with 6,089 in 2009 and 7,832 in 2010. The pandemic cut commercial traffic by nearly two thirds, and charter flights helped fill the gap. According to the city manager's report cited in local coverage of the 2026 airline bids, 2,853 passengers had departed LEB in the first four months of 2026. That pace means arrivals are small and spread across the day, and ground transportation has to be arranged ahead because there is no standing queue of cars.

Parking Overview

Parking at Lebanon Municipal Airport is free for the full length of your trip, whether you fly or rent a car. The main lot sits directly in front of the terminal. Travelers leaving a vehicle longer than a week are asked to submit the airport's long term parking form so staff can keep track of the lot during snow removal. For most visitors, the better plan is to leave the car at home and book a chauffeur for both ends of the trip.

Pick Up and Drop Off Guidance

The curb in front of the terminal doors serves as the loading zone for departures and arrivals. There is no separate commercial lane, so our chauffeur positions the vehicle at the curb or in the nearby lot and meets you inside the terminal with a name sign. For departures, we recommend arriving 60 minutes before a Cape Air flight. TSA screening is quick at LEB, but the single checkpoint and small staff mean a late arrival can mean a missed flight. For arrivals, text or call your chauffeur as soon as you deplane; most passengers are curbside within five minutes of touchdown.

Ground Transportation Options

Apart from the Avis counter in the terminal, ground options at LEB are limited. Advance Transit runs fare free buses across Lebanon, Hanover, West Lebanon, Enfield, Canaan, and the Vermont towns of Hartford and Norwich, though no route stops directly at the terminal and schedules do not match every flight. The Amtrak Vermonter stops in White River Junction, about ten minutes away. A short list of local taxi and shuttle operators serves the field by appointment. For a guaranteed vehicle at a guaranteed time, our LEB car service is the dependable choice, with sedans through full size coaches available on reservation.

Tips for Arriving Passengers

  • Cape Air baggage limits are strict on the nine seat Traveller; confirm weight allowances before packing and let us know about oversized items so we send the right vehicle
  • Winter arrivals can see snow on the ramp; wear footwear suited to a short outdoor walk from aircraft to terminal
  • Cell coverage is good at the terminal but patchy on some Vermont back roads; share your hotel address with us at booking so your chauffeur has it in advance
  • The terminal closes at 7:30 PM; if your flight is delayed late into the evening, a prebooked chauffeur is the only ride that will still be waiting
  • Hanover hotels fill months ahead for commencement and reunion weekends; reserve ground transportation at the same time you book the room

Why a Prebooked Chauffeur Beats Taxis and Rideshare at LEB?

At a large hub, hailing a ride on arrival is easy. At LEB, a rideshare request can sit unanswered for 20 minutes or longer, and app pricing climbs during peak Dartmouth weekends. Taxis operate by appointment, with limited capacity for luggage or groups. A reserved Union Limousine chauffeur removes all of that uncertainty. Your vehicle is assigned the night before, the driver is tracking your flight, the fare is locked, and the cabin is sized for your party. For medical travelers, elderly passengers, and families with children, that reliability is the whole point.

Group, Corporate, and Event Travel From LEB

Companies based in the Upper Valley often bring in clients and candidates through Lebanon because it saves a two hour drive from Boston or Manchester. Union Limousine coordinates multi vehicle arrivals for corporate boards, recruiting days, and executive retreats, with a single point of contact and consolidated billing. Wedding planners use our New Hampshire airport Sprinter van service to move guests from the terminal to inns in Woodstock, Quechee, and Hanover on a rolling schedule across the weekend. Athletic programs, admissions groups, and medical conferences book mini and full size charter buses for the same reason: one reservation, one invoice, and every passenger accounted for.

Reserve Your Lebanon Municipal Airport Limo Today

Booking takes about two minutes. Share your Cape Air flight number, your destination address, and the number of passengers and bags, and Union Limousine will confirm a fixed rate and a vehicle immediately. Need the same chauffeur for the return trip? Book round trip at once and we will hold the car for your departure. Our limo service runs 24 hours a day, every day of the year, so late night Vermont wedding pickups and 6:00 AM airport drops are never a problem. Reserve online or call our reservations desk, and arrive at LEB knowing the hardest part of the trip is already handled.
