What we offer

New Hampshire Limo Service

Weddings at Bretton Woods, race weekends in Loudon, corporate runs to Nashua and Bedford. We scale from a quiet sedan for three up to a 56 seat motorcoach, all on one booking and one clear flat price.

Stretch Limo Rental Service in New Hampshire

New Hampshire punches well above its size when it comes to ground travel. A single day can start with a 6:00 a.m. pickup in Portsmouth, run a client to a Bedford office park by mid morning, then climb Route 93 through Franconia Notch for an evening event in Bretton Woods. Roads narrow, cell coverage thins out above Plymouth, and a January squall coming off Mount Washington can add ninety minutes to a drive that Google Maps swore was two hours. That is the gap our Limousine Service was built to close. We keep chauffeured vehicles staged across the southern tier and the Lakes Region so that pickups in Manchester, Nashua, Concord, Dover, and Salem happen on time, and we plan northbound runs around real conditions instead of an optimistic estimate.

Union Limousine has moved travelers through New England since 1997 in vehicles that arrive clean, quiet, and early. A Granite State ride is rarely a simple point to point transfer. It is a wedding party spread across three inns on Lake Winnipesaukee, a pharmaceutical team flying into two different airports on the same afternoon, or a family that wants one vehicle from a Logan arrival gate all the way to a rental in North Conway. We quote those jobs flat, confirm them in writing, and assign a chauffeur who has driven the route before.

Where We Drive Across the Granite State

Our coverage runs the full length of the state and spills across the borders where riders actually need to go. Southern New Hampshire sees the heaviest volume, but our chauffeurs work the notches and the Seacoast just as regularly.

Merrimack Valley and the Southern Tier

Manchester, Nashua, Concord, Bedford, Merrimack, Londonderry, Derry, Hudson, Salem, Milford, and Goffstown make up the state population core, and they generate most of our weekday work. Corporate riders head to offices around Nashua and the Amherst Street corridor, to the Manchester Millyard, and down Route 3 toward the Massachusetts line. Evening jobs cluster around SNHU Arena, the Currier Museum of Art, Delta Dental Stadium, and the restaurant blocks on Elm Street. Because New Hampshire charges no sales tax, we also run steady shopping trips to the Mall of New Hampshire and the Merrimack Premium Outlets for groups coming north from Boston.

The Seacoast and Great Bay

Portsmouth, Dover, Rochester, Exeter, Hampton, Newington, Durham, and New Castle sit inside a compact eighteen mile band that punches far above its size for events. We run rehearsal dinners at Wentworth by the Sea, concerts at the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom and The Music Hall, Strawbery Banke tours, University of New Hampshire parents weekends in Durham, and Phillips Exeter Academy drop offs. Summer traffic on Route 1A moves at a crawl between June and Labor Day, so our Seacoast quotes build in that reality instead of pretending it away.

Lakes Region and the White Mountains

North of Concord the work changes character. Wolfeboro, Meredith, Laconia, Gilford, and Moultonborough fill up between Memorial Day and Columbus Day with weddings at Church Landing, boat charters on Winnipesaukee, concerts at the BankNH Pavilion, and Castle in the Clouds receptions. Push further and you reach Lincoln, Woodstock, Franconia, Bartlett, Jackson, and North Conway, where our winter calendar fills with transfers to Loon, Cannon, Bretton Woods, Attitash, Wildcat, Waterville Valley, and Gunstock. The White Mountains region draws heavy foliage traffic through late September and October, and we schedule those runs with extra buffer because Route 302 and the Kancamagus back up badly on clear weekends.

Upper Valley and Monadnock

Hanover, Lebanon, Enfield, and Claremont anchor our Upper Valley coverage, which leans heavily on Dartmouth College commencement weekends, alumni events, and medical transfers to the Dartmouth Hitchcock campus in Lebanon. To the southwest, Keene, Peterborough, Jaffrey, and Rindge round out our Monadnock work, including college moves and summer theater runs. Both regions sit far from any commercial airport, which makes a reliable chauffeured ride the practical choice over a rental car and an unfamiliar mountain road at night.

Airport Transfers Across New Hampshire and Beyond

Airport work is the backbone of our weekday schedule. We monitor tail numbers and scheduled arrivals so a chauffeur is curbside when a flight lands early and still there when it lands two hours late, with no extra charge for delays outside your control.

Airports We Cover Every Day

Manchester Boston Regional Airport, MHT

MHT sits in Manchester and Londonderry roughly fifty miles north of Boston and moves about 1.3 million passengers a year across eight carriers, including Southwest, American, JetBlue, Breeze, Avelo, Sun Country, and United, reaching sixteen nonstop destinations. Security lines run short and the garage sits steps from the terminal, which makes it the practical choice for anyone in the southern half of the state. We stage vehicles near the arrivals level and handle curbside meets or greeter service inside baggage claim on request.

Portsmouth International at Pease, PSM

Pease serves charter flights, military movements, and a growing base of private aviation on the Seacoast. Our chauffeurs meet arrivals at the FBO ramp, load directly from the aircraft, and run riders into Portsmouth, Dover, or across to Maine. Corporate flight departments use us for crew shuttles when a Sprinter or a mini charter bus makes more sense than a string of sedans.

Boston Logan, Lebanon, and Regional Fields

Plenty of New Hampshire travelers still fly out of Boston Logan for international routes and wider schedules. From Nashua the drive runs about fifty miles and from Portsmouth about sixty, both of which we quote flat with tolls and airport fees folded in. Lebanon Municipal Airport, LEB, covers the Upper Valley with commuter service, while Nashua Boire Field, ASH, Laconia Municipal, LCI, and Concord Municipal, CON, handle the private and charter side. We drive to all of them, plus Bradley International in Connecticut and Portland International Jetport in Maine when a schedule calls for it.

Our Fleet and What Each Vehicle Handles Best

Seven vehicle classes cover everything from a solo executive run to a fifty six seat coach movement. Sizing the vehicle correctly is what keeps a quote honest, so we ask about luggage, ski gear, and golf bags before confirming a class.

  • Sedans, up to 3 passengers. Our workhorse for airport runs, executive transfers, and medical appointments. Quiet cabin, bottled water, and room for two large cases plus carry ons.
  • SUVs, up to 6 passengers. The right call for winter mountain routes, families with ski or snowboard gear, and small groups heading to North Conway or Franconia. Extra ground clearance matters above Plymouth in February.
  • Stretch Limousines, up to 20 passengers. Weddings, proms, milestone birthdays, and anniversary evenings. Bar service, mood lighting, and audio, with the larger builds seating a full bridal party in one vehicle.
  • Sprinter Vans, up to 14 passengers. Corporate teams, flight crews, and wine or brewery tours. High roof interiors let riders stand, and the rear cargo area swallows luggage for a full group without a chase vehicle.
  • Party Buses, up to 30 passengers. Bachelor and bachelorette nights, casino runs, Laconia Motorcycle Week groups, and Portsmouth pub circuits. Perimeter seating, sound systems, and a chauffeur handling every stop.
  • Mini Charter Buses, up to 35 passengers. Wedding guest shuttles between inns, school and athletic trips, and conference transfers. Small enough for the tight approach roads at Lakes Region venues that a full coach cannot manage.
  • Full Size Charter Buses, up to 56 passengers. Corporate offsites, university movements, ski club charters, and multi day tours. Reclining seats, overhead storage, onboard restroom, and undercarriage bays for skis and equipment.

Every vehicle in the fleet carries commercial insurance and clears inspection on a fixed schedule. Our motorcoach operations follow federal passenger carrier safety regulations covering driver qualification, hours of service, and vehicle maintenance records, and our chauffeurs hold the licensing and endorsements their vehicle class requires. Union Limousine has operated to that standard for close to three decades, which is why corporate travel managers across the state keep us on approved vendor lists.

Occasions We Cover Across New Hampshire

Weddings and Private Celebrations

Granite State weddings scatter guests across a wide radius, because the inn, the ceremony site, and the reception hall are often three separate addresses on winding roads. We build shuttle loops that keep guests moving between properties around Meredith, Wolfeboro, Bretton Woods, and the Seacoast, then hold a stretch limousine for the couple. Venue coordinators at the Omni Mount Washington Resort, Wentworth by the Sea, Mountain View Grand, Bedford Village Inn, and Canterbury Shaker Village know our chauffeurs by name.

Corporate and Executive Travel

Defense, biotech, and financial employers cluster around Nashua, Merrimack, Portsmouth, and Manchester, and their travel patterns are demanding. We run recurring executive schedules, board meeting shuttles, client roadshows, and site visit circuits, with billing consolidated to a single account. Our Services extend to hourly charters, which keep a vehicle and chauffeur held for your team through the whole day so a schedule that shifts at noon does not require a fresh booking for every leg. Union Limousine handles that consolidation on one invoice.

Sports, Concerts, and Seasonal Events

New Hampshire Motor Speedway in Loudon draws enormous race weekend crowds, and parking there rewards anyone who arrives by coach. We run group charters to the speedway, to Fisher Cats games in Manchester, to summer shows at the BankNH Pavilion, and to Dartmouth and UNH athletics. Fall brings foliage tours through the notches, and winter fills with ski shuttles that start before the lifts open.

Medical, Student, and Long Distance Runs

We handle non emergency medical transport to Dartmouth Hitchcock in Lebanon, Catholic Medical Center and Elliot Hospital in Manchester, and Boston teaching hospitals, with chauffeurs trained to assist riders who need extra time. Student travel covers move in and move out weekends at UNH, Dartmouth, Saint Anselm, Keene State, and Plymouth State, plus boarding school runs to Exeter, St. Paul, and Brewster Academy.

How Our Booking and Pricing Work

Flat Quotes, Confirmed in Writing

You receive a written quote covering the vehicle class, mileage, chauffeur gratuity, tolls, and airport fees before you commit. That number holds unless you change the itinerary. Winter routes north of the notches carry a seasonal adjustment that we state up front, never as a surprise line on the final invoice.

Flight Tracking and Wait Time

Airport reservations include automatic flight monitoring. Domestic arrivals get a complimentary grace period after wheels down and international arrivals get longer, which covers customs and baggage without the meter running the moment the plane touches the runway.

Coverage Every Hour of the Year

Dispatch answers around the clock, every day of the year. Early flights out of MHT and Logan mean a large share of our pickups happen between 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m., and those runs are scheduled the same way an afternoon transfer is.

What Arrives at Your Curb

A vehicle washed that day, a chauffeur in business attire holding a name card when you request a meet and greet, bottled water, phone charging, and a route already checked against live conditions. Small details compound over a two hour drive through the notches.

Reserve Your New Hampshire Limo Today

Tell us the date, the pickup address, the passenger count, and where you are headed, and we will send back a flat quote with the right vehicle class attached. Reservations for wedding weekends, race weekends in Loudon, foliage season, and holiday ski dates should be placed early, because the larger coaches and stretch limousines book out first. Reach Union Limousine by phone or through the online form, and a dispatcher will confirm your booking in writing the same day. Whether you need a single sedan to Manchester Boston Regional at dawn or fifty six seats to move a company north for an offsite, we have the vehicle and the chauffeur ready.

Frequently Asked Questions

Explore our FAQs to learn more about our luxury fleet, professional chauffeurs, airport transfers, reservations, and private transportation services designed for a comfortable and seamless travel experience.

For standard airport transfers and business travel, 48 to 72 hours is usually enough. Weddings, race weekends at Loudon, peak foliage dates in October, and holiday ski weekends should be reserved four to eight weeks out, since the stretch limousines and larger coaches fill first. We do take same day requests and will tell you honestly what is available.

Yes. We run to Loon, Cannon, Bretton Woods, Attitash, Wildcat, and Waterville Valley through the full ski season. Northbound winter routes go out in SUVs or vehicles fitted for the conditions, and we build extra time into the schedule so a storm on Route 302 or through Franconia Notch does not put you behind.

Plan on roughly one hour and fifteen minutes without traffic, and closer to two hours during Boston rush periods or on summer Friday evenings. We quote that leg flat with tolls included, so heavy traffic on Route 93 does not change what you pay.

That is one of our most requested services. We build looping shuttle schedules between inns, ceremony sites, and reception halls using mini charter buses or Sprinter vans, then hold a stretch limousine for the couple. Give us the property addresses and timing and we will map the loop for you.

Manchester Boston Regional, Portsmouth International at Pease, Lebanon Municipal, Nashua Boire Field, Laconia Municipal, and Concord Municipal inside the state. We also run daily to Boston Logan, Bradley International in Connecticut, and Portland International Jetport in Maine.

Our full size charter buses seat up to 56 passengers with reclining seats, overhead storage, an onboard restroom, and undercarriage bays for luggage or ski equipment. For groups between those sizes we have mini charter buses at 35, party buses at 30, and stretch limousines at 20.

Yes. We calculate chauffeur gratuity, tolls, parking, and airport access fees into the flat rate you approve before booking. The only figures that change afterward are ones you add yourself, such as an extra stop or additional hours on the road.

Dispatch runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and a large share of our volume falls between 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. because of early departures from Manchester and Boston. Those pickups are staffed and dispatched exactly like an afternoon run.

We monitor your flight from the moment it is scheduled. If the arrival slides, your chauffeur is reassigned to the new landing time at no additional charge, and if you divert to another airport, call dispatch and we will reposition a vehicle for you.

We do. Hanover, Lebanon, Enfield, and Claremont are regular stops, particularly for Dartmouth College events, alumni weekends, and appointments at the Dartmouth Hitchcock campus. Because the Upper Valley sits well away from commercial air service, most of those trips connect through Manchester, Lebanon, or Boston.
