What we offer

Roswell International Air Center (ROW) Airport Limo Service

Executives, NMMI families and air race crews rely on our Roswell International Air Center limo service for sedans, SUVs and coaches, with one fixed fare covering the whole Pecos Valley drive each way.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Roswell International Air Center (ROW) Airport

Southeastern New Mexico runs on its own clock. Flights at Roswell Air Center cluster around a few departures to Dallas Fort Worth and Denver, the terminal opens two hours before each one, and the drive in from Artesia, Carlsbad, Ruidoso or Hobbs crosses an hour or two of open ranchland. Our Roswell International Air Center (ROW) airport limo service is built for that rhythm. A chauffeur tracks your flight, meets you at the terminal door with a name sign, and drives you anywhere in Chaves County or the wider Pecos Valley in a vehicle sized for your party. ROW is one of ten commercial and regional airports covered by our New Mexico airport limo service, so the same reservation desk that books your Roswell pickup can also arrange a Sunport connection in Albuquerque or a ride out of Hobbs on the same call.

Why Travelers Pick Our Chauffeurs at Roswell Air Center?

A small airport rewards precision. There is one passenger terminal, one commercial gate, and a schedule where a missed connection at DFW or DEN can cost a full day. Union Limousine treats every ROW reservation as a fixed appointment, with the chauffeur's arrival pinned to the live arrival time of your inbound aircraft as reported by the airline in real time. Fares are quoted in advance for the whole trip, including the long rural legs to Carlsbad Caverns, the Permian Basin oilfields, or the mountain towns around Ruidoso, so there is no surge pricing and no meter running across empty highway.

  • Licensed, insured chauffeurs who know US 285, US 70 and US 380 in every season, including summer monsoon flooding and winter ice
  • Flight monitoring for American Eagle and United Express arrivals, with automatic adjustment when a Dallas or Denver departure runs late
  • Flat, prequoted pricing to Artesia, Carlsbad, Hobbs, Ruidoso, Portales, Clovis and Lubbock, with no mileage surprises
  • Child seats, extra luggage space and wheelchair accessible options arranged at the time of booking
  • One confirmation covering both directions, so the return pickup for your early morning DFW flight is already locked in

Flight Tracking Matched to the DFW and DEN Schedules

American Eagle runs multiple daily round trips between Roswell and Dallas Fort Worth, and United Express added twice daily Denver service in February 2026. Both routes feed large hub banks, which means a late inbound aircraft is common and a long wait at the curb is pointless. Our dispatch desk watches the tail number, holds the chauffeur in a nearby staging position, and sends them to the terminal only when wheels are down. If your flight diverts to Albuquerque, El Paso or Lubbock because of weather, we reroute the pickup to the new airport and keep you informed by text.

Meet and Greet at a Single Door Terminal

ROW deplanes passengers through an exterior door into a compact, unsecured terminal, which makes the meet and greet simple. Your chauffeur waits inside near baggage claim and the rental car counters, holding a sign with your name or company logo, then takes your luggage straight to the vehicle parked in the lot outside. For arriving executives, visiting faculty or wedding parties, this is the difference between a frantic curb and a calm walk to a waiting sedan. Our New Mexico chauffeur service also handles multi stop days once you land, from a site visit in Artesia to a dinner reservation back on North Main Street.

Long Distance Transfers Across the Pecos Valley

Roswell is the regional gateway for a large slice of the state. Artesia sits about 40 miles south, Carlsbad roughly 75, Ruidoso and the Mescalero resorts about 70 miles west on US 70, Hobbs near 100 miles southeast, and Clovis and Portales about two hours north. Each of these transfers is a standard booking for us, priced as a single flat fare with the chauffeur staying with you for the full drive. Travelers headed to the Lincoln National Forest, the Bitter Lake National Wildlife Refuge or the Carlsbad Caverns visitor center can reserve round trip service with waiting time included.

Fleet Options for ROW Airport Transfers

Every reservation at Roswell Air Center is matched to the vehicle that suits the group, the luggage and the road. Capacities below are passenger counts with standard luggage; let the reservation desk know about oversized gear such as golf bags, ski cases bound for Ruidoso, or oilfield equipment crates.

  • Sedans, up to 3 passengers: ideal for executives and couples heading to downtown Roswell hotels, NMMI, or a single site visit in Artesia
  • SUVs, up to 6 passengers: the choice for families with car seats, hunting and fishing trips to Bottomless Lakes, and winter runs to Ruidoso with extra luggage
  • Stretch limousines, up to 20 passengers: weddings at Roswell venues, quinceañeras, prom nights, milestone birthdays and VIP arrivals for conventions at the Roswell Convention Center
  • Sprinter vans, up to 14 passengers: corporate teams flying in for Permian Basin projects, church and school groups, and tour parties headed to Carlsbad Caverns
  • Party buses, up to 30 passengers: bachelor and bachelorette weekends, UFO Festival crowds in July, and tailgating groups for NMMI Bronco game days
  • Mini charter buses, up to 35 passengers: athletic teams, air racing crews and sponsors, visiting delegations and multi day conference shuttles
  • Full size charter buses, up to 56 passengers: large tour groups, regional employee transport, military and cadet movements, and festival shuttle loops across Chaves County

Who Books ROW Airport Limo Service in New Mexico, NM?

The passenger mix at Roswell is distinct. Energy executives, military families, students, researchers and curious tourists all share the same small departures lounge, and each group has a different reason to prebook a chauffeur. Union Limousine serves every one of them with the same discretion and punctuality, whether the trip is a quick hotel transfer or a full day on the road.

Energy and Dairy Industry Executives

Chaves County and the counties south of it anchor one of the most productive oil, gas and dairy regions in the country. Teams fly into ROW from Dallas and Denver and head directly to field offices in Artesia, Carlsbad or Hobbs. A chauffeured SUV or Sprinter van lets the team work on the way, keeps everyone together, and removes the fatigue of a long desert drive after an early flight.

New Mexico Military Institute Families and Alumni

Parents weekends, matriculation, graduation and Bronco athletics bring a steady stream of families through Roswell Air Center. The campus in downtown Roswell is about a 15 minute drive from the terminal, and many visiting families coordinate flights with the schedule on the New Mexico Military Institute visitor page. We provide sedans for parents, SUVs for families with younger siblings and luggage, and larger vehicles when extended family arrives for a commissioning ceremony.

Air Races, UFO Festival and Group Travel

The National Championship Air Races now call Roswell Air Center home every September, drawing pilots, crews, sponsors and spectators from across the country, while the UFO Festival each July fills every hotel in town. For groups of ten or more, our New Mexico airport Sprinter van service and larger coaches keep everyone on one vehicle with one driver who already knows the event parking and road closures around the airfield.

Weddings, Celebrations and Wine Country Days

Roswell hosts a growing number of destination weddings, and the Pecos Valley vineyards and the Spring River corridor are popular backdrops. Guests who fly in through ROW can step from the terminal into a stretch limousine or party bus bound for the venue, and our New Mexico limo service team coordinates timing with planners so photo sessions, ceremonies and receptions stay on schedule.

Roswell International Air Center (ROW) Airport Information

Roswell International Air Center sits at 1 Jerry Smith Circle, Roswell, NM 88203, about five miles south of downtown and the central business district. The city of Roswell owns and operates the airfield, which combines a modest commercial passenger terminal with one of the largest aviation industrial complexes in the Southwest.

History and Importance

The field opened in 1941 as the Roswell Army Flying School, was renamed Walker Air Force Base in January 1948 in honor of Medal of Honor recipient General Kenneth Newton Walker, and grew into the largest Strategic Air Command base in the Air Force before closing on June 30, 1967. The city converted the 4,600 acre installation into the Roswell Industrial Air Center, and commercial airline flights moved there from the old municipal field. Today the two runways, one of them 13,000 feet long, support aircraft storage, maintenance and painting companies, flight testing, and stratospheric balloon launches, including the record freefall jumps of 2012 and 2014. Hundreds of airliners from carriers around the world sit in storage on the ramps, a sight visible from the terminal windows.

Airlines Operating from ROW

Two carriers serve the airport. American Airlines, operating as American Eagle with regional jets, has been the long standing anchor tenant and runs multiple daily flights. United Airlines, operated by SkyWest under the United Express brand, began twice daily service on February 17, 2026. Both airlines sell through their own websites and major booking platforms, and both connect Roswell to the rest of their networks through a single hub stop.

Domestic Destinations

American Eagle flies nonstop to Dallas Fort Worth International (DFW), where passengers connect to hundreds of domestic and international destinations. United Express flies nonstop to Denver International (DEN), the carrier's largest Mountain West hub. Both routes operate year round. Past seasonal service has included Phoenix Sky Harbor, and the city continues to pursue additional routes as the air races and industrial growth lift demand.

Terminal Information

ROW uses a single passenger terminal with one TSA screening checkpoint, one boarding gate, a baggage claim area and rental car counters for Avis, Budget, Enterprise and Hertz located beside the baggage belt. The terminal opens two hours before each scheduled departure, and airport administration keeps weekday business hours. A café and bar, Top Flight Tavern, serves a limited menu on weekdays with extended bar hours later in the week. Because the building is compact, walking from the curb to the gate takes only a couple of minutes once screening is complete.

Passenger Traffic

The FAA classifies ROW as a nonhub commercial service airport. Annual boardings have historically run in the tens of thousands, with the city reporting about 59,000 enplanements in 2019, a sharp recovery through 2021, and steady load factors around 75 percent on the Dallas route in recent years. The arrival of United's Denver flights in 2026 roughly doubled the number of daily departures, and the National Championship Air Races each September bring the busiest passenger weeks of the year.

Parking Overview

Parking at Roswell Air Center is free in the surface lots directly in front of the terminal, for both short and long term stays. The city used an FAA Military Airport Program grant to expand the terminal lot with roughly 200 additional spaces, a portion of them covered. Even with free parking, many travelers prefer a chauffeured drop off during the air races and festival weeks, when the lots fill early and the walk from overflow areas is long in July heat.

Pick Up and Drop Off Guidance

The curb in front of the terminal is reserved for active loading and unloading. Departing passengers should arrive at least 90 minutes before the scheduled departure, since the single checkpoint processes an entire flight's passengers in one wave and TSA staffing is matched to the flight schedule. Our chauffeurs drop at the terminal door, help with luggage to the check in counter, and on arrivals wait inside near baggage claim before escorting you to the vehicle in the adjacent lot.

Ground Transportation Options

The airport's ground transportation page lists rental cars inside the terminal, a small pool of Lyft drivers in town, hotel shuttles on request, and the Shuttle Ruidoso charter service for the mountain resorts. Roswell Transit buses also stop at the Air Center seven days a week, with the first weekday bus reaching the terminal around 6:30 a.m. and the last departing after 8 p.m.; weekend hours are shorter, and the city's Roswell Transit office asks riders with flights outside those hours to call a day ahead. There is no taxi stand, and rideshare availability is thin for late arrivals, which is why prebooked chauffeur service is the reliable option for anyone with a connection to make or a long drive ahead.

Tips for Arriving Passengers

Confirm your rental or chauffeur before departure, because rental counters keep staggered hours tied to the flight schedule and may be closed when a delayed flight lands. Pack for the high desert: afternoons are hot and dry, mornings can be cold, and sudden summer storms can flood low crossings on US 285. If you have time before heading south, Bottomless Lakes State Park is about 15 miles southeast of the airport and makes an easy first stop; the state parks division posts hours and camping details on the Bottomless Lakes State Park page. Cell coverage fades on stretches of US 70 and US 82, so share your itinerary with your chauffeur and your host before leaving the terminal.

Why a Prebooked Chauffeur Beats Taxis and Rideshare at ROW?

Roswell has no airport taxi queue and only a handful of rideshare drivers, most of whom do not accept 90 minute trips to Carlsbad or Ruidoso at 10 p.m. A reservation with Union Limousine removes that uncertainty: the vehicle is assigned days in advance, the chauffeur is tracking your flight, the fare is fixed regardless of demand, and the same company handles your return to the terminal. For corporate accounts we can bill monthly, keep passenger profiles on file, and provide the same chauffeur for recurring site visits.

Chauffeurs are staged near the terminal before the live arrival time of your flight, so they are inside at baggage claim when you walk through the door. For departures, we schedule pickups so you reach the terminal at least 90 minutes before the flight.

Yes. Dispatch monitors every inbound aircraft from Dallas Fort Worth and Denver and adjusts the pickup automatically. If a flight diverts to another airport because of weather, the pickup moves with it at no extra charge for the change.

Fares are quoted as flat rates based on vehicle type and destination, and the quote covers the full trip with no mileage meter. Request a price online or by phone with your date, party size and destination for an exact figure.

Absolutely. The Ruidoso corridor on US 70 is one of our most common transfers from Roswell, and SUVs with extra luggage space are available for ski season. Round trips with waiting time can be arranged for day visits.

There is no taxi stand at the terminal, and rideshare availability in Roswell is limited, especially for late flights and long trips. A prebooked chauffeur guarantees a vehicle and a fixed fare regardless of demand.

Your chauffeur waits inside the terminal beside the baggage claim and rental car counters with a name sign. After collecting your bags, they walk you to the vehicle parked in the lot directly in front of the building.

Sprinter vans seat up to 14, party buses up to 30, mini coaches up to 35 and full size charter buses up to 56. Groups for the air races, NMMI events or oilfield crews can keep everyone on a single vehicle.

Yes. We schedule shuttles, VIP sedans and coaches for teams, sponsors and spectators during the National Championship Air Races in September, with chauffeurs briefed on event parking and road closures around the airfield.

Child seats, booster seats and wheelchair accessible vehicles can be reserved at the time of booking. Please mention ages and any mobility needs so the right vehicle is assigned for your Roswell pickup.

Corporate accounts receive monthly invoicing, saved passenger profiles and the option to request the same chauffeur for recurring site visits. Contact the reservations team to open an account before your next trip through ROW.
