What we offer

LaGuardia (LGA) Airport Charter Bus Service

Land at LaGuardia and board together. Our LGA charter buses greet corporate teams, sports squads, and tour groups at Terminal B or C, load every bag, and roll straight into Manhattan on your schedule.

Charter Bus Rental Service to and from LaGuardia (LGA) Airport

Groups landing at LaGuardia deserve one vehicle, one driver, and one departure time. Our LaGuardia (LGA) Airport Charter Bus Rental Service brings mini coaches and full size buses to the terminal curb in East Elmhurst so corporate teams, school groups, wedding parties, and tour operators can leave the airport together. Union Limousine has run chauffeured vehicles across the five boroughs since 1997, and our New York airport charter bus service covers LGA with the same dispatch desk that manages JFK and Newark every day. Tell us the flight numbers and the head count, and we handle the rest.

Why Groups Choose Our LGA Charter Bus Rental?

LaGuardia sits eight miles from Midtown, which sounds simple until 40 people with checked bags try to split across taxis on the Grand Central Parkway. A single coach removes that scramble. Your chauffeur watches the inbound flight, positions the bus at the correct terminal loading zone, and greets the group leader with a name board. Bags go into the underfloor bays, passengers settle into reclining seats, and the coach pulls onto the parkway as one unit. Union Limousine keeps this process consistent when you book a 24 passenger mini coach for a sales team or two 56 passenger coaches for a convention delegation.

Built for Terminal B and Terminal C Group Arrivals

The rebuilt LaGuardia has three passenger terminals with very different loading layouts, and our drivers know each one. Terminal B, the 35 gate hub run by LaGuardia Gateway Partners, routes car service pickups through Level 2 of its parking garage, so our dispatcher confirms the exact coach staging point with airport operations before your group lands. Terminal C, the Delta terminal to the east, keeps commercial loading closer to the arrivals doors. Terminal A, the historic Marine Air Terminal, has a single small frontage where a Sprinter van or mini coach works best. We match the vehicle to the terminal so nobody drags luggage any extra distance.

Group Trips We Handle From LaGuardia

Most LGA coach bookings fall into a handful of patterns, and our fleet is sized for each of them.

Corporate and Conference Transfers

Companies flying staff into LaGuardia for meetings often book the coach for the full day. We collect the team at arrivals, run to a Midtown hotel, then stay on call for the evening dinner and the return flight. Planners hosting aviation events at The Atrium at LaGuardia, the conference center beside Terminal B that seats up to 200 attendees, use our coaches to bring guests in from Manhattan hotels and back out after the last session. A Manhattan car service sedan can shadow the bus for executives who need to peel off early.

Sports Teams, Schools, and Tour Groups

Visiting teams headed for Citi Field, the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, or a college matchup in the Bronx land at LGA because it is the closest field to those venues. A 56 passenger coach carries the roster, coaches, and equipment in one trip. Student groups arriving for Broadway week or a campus tour ride in mini charter buses that fit school budgets, and international tour operators pair our coaches with a Queens car service vehicle for the guide who arrives on a separate flight.

Weddings and Private Celebrations

Out of town guests flying in for a wedding at a Long Island estate or a Brooklyn car service destination like a Williamsburg rooftop venue arrive across several flights. We stage a party bus or mini coach at LGA, hold it until the last arrival clears baggage claim, and deliver everyone to the hotel block in one relaxed ride. The same vehicle can return for the ceremony shuttle the next day.

Our LaGuardia Fleet by Group Size

Union Limousine maintains seven vehicle classes so an LGA booking never pays for empty seats. Every vehicle is TLC licensed, commercially insured, and driven by a chauffeur who works New York airports weekly.

  • Sedans, up to 3 passengers: executive arrivals, a single VIP, or the advance person landing before the group. Book through our LGA car service page.
  • SUVs, up to 6 passengers: small families with strollers, film crews with camera cases, or a leadership team traveling light.
  • Stretch limousines, up to 20 passengers: bridal parties, milestone birthdays, and prom groups meeting a flight at Terminal B. See the LGA limo service page for stretch models.
  • Sprinter vans, up to 14 passengers: the best fit for Terminal A pickups, executive retreats, and airport runs where the group wants captain chairs and USB power. Reserve one on our LGA Sprinter van rental page.
  • Party buses, up to 30 passengers: bachelor and bachelorette weekends, sweet sixteens, and reunion groups who want the celebration to start at the airport. Our 30 passenger party bus includes wraparound seating plus a full sound system.
  • Mini charter buses, up to 35 passengers: the workhorse for corporate transfers, youth sports teams, church groups, and school trips. The 36 passenger mini coach has overhead racks and rear luggage space.
  • Full size charter buses, up to 56 passengers: conventions, tour operators, university athletics, and large wedding blocks. Our 56 passenger coach bus offers restroom, climate control, and underfloor bays for 56 checked bags.

LaGuardia (LGA) Airport Information

Airport Overview and Contact Details

LaGuardia Airport, IATA code LGA, sits on the Flushing Bay waterfront at East Elmhurst, NY 11371, United States. The airport information line is +1 718 533 3400, and terminal maps, parking rates, and live flight status are published on the official site at  laguardiaairport.com. The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey owns and operates the field.

History and Importance

The airport opened in 1939 as New York Municipal Airport, then took the name of Mayor Fiorello La Guardia, who campaigned for a commercial field inside city limits. For decades it carried the reputation of a cramped, aging gateway. That changed with an 8 billion dollar rebuild, the first full reconstruction of a major United States airport in over 25 years, which finished in 2024 and delivered two new terminal headhouses, new roadways, and 78 gates. Skytrax named LaGuardia the best airport in North America for domestic and short haul travel in 2025, and Terminal B holds a five star Skytrax rating. For New York, NY, LGA is now the preferred domestic gateway for business travelers because of its short drive to Manhattan.

Airlines Operating at LGA

Eight airlines currently serve LaGuardia. American Airlines, United Airlines, JetBlue, Southwest Airlines, Frontier Airlines, Air Canada, and Porter Airlines operate from Terminal B. Delta occupies Terminal C, where it runs one of its largest hubs. Southwest and American offer curbside bag check at Terminal B, and Delta offers it at Terminal C, which speeds up departures for groups our coaches drop at the curb.

Domestic Destinations

A federal perimeter rule limits most LGA flights to 1,500 miles, with Denver as the main exception and Saturdays exempt, so the schedule is built around the eastern half of the country. Top routes include Chicago O'Hare, Atlanta, Miami, Boston, Washington Reagan, Charlotte, Dallas Fort Worth, Detroit, Minneapolis, Nashville, Orlando, and Denver. Air Canada and Porter add Toronto and Montreal, which means Canadian groups clear customs before boarding and walk straight to our coach on arrival.

Terminal Information

Terminal A, the Marine Air Terminal

Terminal A is the original 1939 art deco building at the western edge of the airport, home to the famous Flight mural. It operates apart from Terminals B and C with its own entrance and lot, and it is served by the free All Terminals Shuttle. In November 2025 the Port Authority announced plans to replace its passenger facilities while preserving the landmark structure.

Terminal B

The 1.3 million square foot Terminal B opened in phases from 2018 to 2022 and offers 35 gates across two island concourses linked by skybridges over active taxiways. Check in is on Level 3, baggage claim on Level 2, and car service pickups are inside the 3,000 space garage connected by walkway.

Terminal C

Delta's Terminal C opened in June 2022 and reached completion in 2024. It consolidates 38 gates across four concourses under one arrivals and departures hall and sits at the eastern end of the airport. A dedicated 2,800 space Terminal C garage opened in January 2026.

Passenger Traffic

LaGuardia handles over 30 million passengers a year, which works out to roughly 90,000 travelers on a typical day. Monday mornings and Thursday evenings carry the heaviest business loads, and holiday weekends push both terminals to capacity. Group coaches booked for those windows get earlier staging times from our dispatch desk.

Parking Overview

Onsite parking is limited to the Terminal B and Terminal C garages plus an economy lot, and the garages fill early on peak days. Short stay pricing starts at a few dollars for 30 minutes and climbs quickly, with daily rates that rank among the highest in the region. The free Cell Phone Lot on 94th Street between 23rd Avenue and Ditmars Boulevard operates 7 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. for private drivers waiting on arrivals. Commercial vehicles are barred from that lot, which is one reason a chartered coach with its own staging plan is the easier choice for groups.

Pick Up and Drop Off Guidance

Terminal frontages are for active loading only. Vehicles left unattended are towed, and a driver may not wait at the curb until the passenger and every bag are present. Our chauffeurs stage away from the terminal, then move to the loading point the moment your group leader texts that the bags are collected.

Where Your Coach Meets You?

Terminal B Group Loading

Follow the Car Services signs from baggage claim on Level 2 toward the garage walkway. Your driver will confirm the exact bay by text and stand at the walkway with a sign bearing your group name.

Terminal C Group Loading

Exit the arrivals hall to the commercial vehicle lanes outside baggage claim. Coaches and Sprinter vans load here under the canopy, and our driver keeps the door open only when the full group is ready.

Cell Phone Lot Rules for Private Drivers

Friends collecting a single passenger can use the free lot, but they must stay with the car, arrive with the flight, and leave once the traveler is curbside. Limos, shuttles, and rideshare drivers on duty have separate holding areas.

Ground Transportation Options

The free Q70 LaGuardia Link bus connects Terminals B and C to the subway at Jackson Heights and the Long Island Rail Road at Woodside, and the M60 bus runs to Upper Manhattan. Yellow taxis queue outside each terminal, app rides pick up in designated garage zones, and rental car counters are reached by the All Terminals Shuttle. None of those choices moves 40 people together with their luggage, which is where a chartered coach earns its keep. Travelers continuing to Newark Airport car service or Westchester County Airport car service connections can also book a direct transfer with us.

Tips for Arriving Passengers

Send your flight numbers to dispatch the day before travel so we track delays in real time. Ask the group to keep phones on after landing and to gather at one baggage carousel. Assign a single point of contact who texts the driver once the last bag appears. Allow 25 to 45 minutes from LGA to Midtown outside rush hour and closer to an hour on weekday afternoons. Arriving at Terminal A? Use the terminal shuttle to reach Terminal B if your coach is staged there, or request a Sprinter van that can load at Terminal A directly.

Why a Prebooked Chauffeur Beats the Taxi Line?

A taxi carries four people. A rideshare surges the moment three flights land at once. A prebooked coach or chauffeured vehicle is priced before you fly, tracks the flight, and waits through delays at no extra stress to you. For groups, the math is simple: one coach replaces ten taxis, one invoice replaces forty receipts, and one driver takes responsibility for every bag. Our New York airport chauffeur service extends that same reliability to individual travelers who prefer a sedan.

Neighborhoods and Venues We Serve From LGA

LaGuardia borders East Elmhurst, Astoria, Jackson Heights, and Corona, and our coaches reach Flushing, Long Island City, and Forest Hills within minutes. Popular group drops include Citi Field, the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center during the US Open, Flushing Meadows Corona Park, Kaufman Astoria Studios, and the Queens Museum. Beyond Queens we run daily to Midtown and the Financial District, Yankee Stadium and Fordham through our Bronx car service desk, White Plains and Rye via Westchester car service, and Garden City, Great Neck, and the North Shore estates through Nassau County car service. Cruise groups sailing from Manhattan or Brooklyn ride our New York cruise terminal car service coaches, and multi airport itineraries can pair this page with our JFK Airport charter bus rental service.
