What we offer

Centennial (APA) Airport Limo Service

Ski weekends, Red Rocks concerts, and Castle Rock weddings all begin smoothly with Centennial (APA) Airport limo service, pairing stretch limousines and Sprinter vans with Colorado trained chauffeurs.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Centennial (APA) Airport

Business jets touch down at Centennial Airport every few minutes, and the people stepping off them rarely want to stand at a hangar door waiting for a car. Our Centennial (APA) Airport limo service answers that moment with a chauffeur already parked at the FBO, a vehicle matched to the size of the party, and a route planned around live conditions on Arapahoe Road and Interstate 25. We run the same Colorado airport limo service standard at every field in the state, so a traveler who used us in Aspen last winter gets the identical experience when the flight reaches Englewood.

APA sits in the middle of the south metro business corridor, roughly 17 miles southeast of downtown Denver and only a few minutes from the Denver Tech Center, Inverness, and Meridian office parks. That geography shapes how we work. Most pickups here are corporate, many are time sensitive, and a fair number involve medical teams or flight crews who need a vehicle at odd hours. We staff the airport around the clock and treat a 3 a.m. arrival with the same care as a Monday morning executive transfer.

Why Travelers Choose Our Limo Service at Centennial Airport?

Private aviation moves on its own schedule, and ground transportation has to keep pace. Every reservation tied to a tail number or a JSX departure is tracked from wheels up, so a chauffeur is in position whether the aircraft arrives early, late, or diverts around a weather cell over the Front Range. Union Limousine has supported private flyers since 1997, and APA is now one of the busiest fields on our Colorado schedule. Clients who want a plainer vehicle for daily commuting between a hotel and the office park can use our Centennial Airport car service, which pairs the same chauffeurs with executive sedans at a lower price point.

  • FBO specific meeting points at Modern Aviation, Signature North, Signature South, and jetCenters of Colorado
  • Flight tracking for Part 91, Part 135, and JSX public charter arrivals
  • Chauffeurs trained on Interstate 25, the 470 beltway tollways, and Colorado winter driving
  • Child seats, ski racks, and wheelchair accessible SUV options on request
  • Flat rate airport transfer quotes with no surge pricing during storms or concerts
  • Hourly charters for roadshows that bounce between Greenwood Village, Cherry Creek, and downtown
  • Meet and greet with a name board inside the FBO lounge

Clients who fly into APA for a week of meetings often keep the same chauffeur for the entire stay. We can hold a vehicle on standby near the Tech Center, run the evening dinner reservation in Cherry Creek North, and be back at the hangar before the pilots finish their preflight checks.

Serving the Communities Around APA

Our coverage radiates outward from the airport across Arapahoe and Douglas Counties and into the wider Denver metro. Because we also provide limo service in Colorado statewide, the same booking desk can arrange a mountain transfer to Vail or Breckenridge on the day you arrive.

Denver Tech Center and Greenwood Village

The DTC was planned in the 1960s with airport access in mind, and the corridor along Interstate 25 between Belleview Avenue and Lincoln Avenue remains the densest cluster of corporate headquarters in the state. Transfers from APA to office towers near Fiddler's Green Circle take about ten minutes outside rush hour. We also cover Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre on summer concert nights, when hourly party bus and Sprinter bookings fill quickly.

Centennial, Englewood, and the Dove Valley Area

The airport's mailing address places it in Englewood, yet the surrounding neighborhoods include the city of Centennial, the Dove Valley business district, and the Broncos training complex a short drive east. Our Arapahoe County car service handles residential pickups in Cherry Creek Vista, Willow Creek, and Piney Creek, plus hotel runs to the properties clustered along County Line Road and Park Meadows Drive.

Lone Tree, Parker, Highlands Ranch, and Castle Rock

South of the field, the runways themselves extend into Douglas County, and Lone Tree is practically next door. We make regular runs to Park Meadows, the Lone Tree Arts Center, Sky Ridge Medical Center, and the growing RidgeGate district. Parker, Highlands Ranch, and Castle Rock sit within 20 to 35 minutes, which makes APA the natural arrival point for families and executives who live along the Interstate 25 south corridor.

Downtown Denver and Union Station

Downtown trips run about 30 to 40 minutes depending on the hour. We drop at the Colorado Convention Center, Ball Arena, Coors Field, and the hotels of LoDo, and we coordinate with rail timetables for passengers connecting to the California Zephyr or the seasonal Winter Park Express at Denver Union Station on Wynkoop Street.

Connections to Denver International Airport and Other Fields

Crews and passengers frequently split a trip between APA and the big commercial hub 40 miles to the northeast. Our Denver International Airport limo service covers that connection with a single reservation, timed so a private flight into Centennial can feed a scheduled departure at DEN without a nervous dash up the E 470 tollway. We also connect to Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport in Broomfield and to Colorado Springs Airport for travelers working both ends of the Front Range.

Our Fleet for Centennial Airport Transfers

Every vehicle we dispatch to APA is late model, detailed before each trip, and driven by a professionally licensed chauffeur. Choose by headcount and occasion.

Sedans (Up to 3 Passengers)

Executive sedans suit one or two travelers heading to the Tech Center, a hospital campus, or a Cherry Creek hotel. Rear seat charging, bottled water, and a quiet cabin make them the default for corporate airport transfers.

SUVs (Up to 6 Passengers)

Full size SUVs carry small teams with checked bags, golf clubs, or ski equipment bound for the Interstate 70 corridor. They are the right call in winter, when a higher clearance vehicle handles fresh snow on Arapahoe Road with confidence.

Stretch Limousines (Up to 20 Passengers)

Stretch limousines turn a Castle Rock wedding, a Lone Tree prom night, or a milestone birthday into an event from the hangar door onward. Ten to twenty passengers ride together with mood lighting, a bar area, and privacy glass.

Sprinter Vans (Up to 14 Passengers)

Executive Sprinter vans are our most requested vehicle for corporate groups arriving at APA. High roofs let passengers stand, individual leather seats recline, and onboard Wi Fi keeps a sales team working on the way to Greenwood Village.

Party Buses (Up to 30 Passengers)

Party buses handle bachelor and bachelorette weekends, Red Rocks concert nights, and brewery tours through the RiNo district. Perimeter seating, sound systems, and coolers come standard for groups of 20 to 30.

Mini Charter Buses (Up to 35 Passengers)

Mini coaches fit conference delegations, youth sports teams flying in for tournaments at Dove Valley, and corporate retreats heading to a mountain resort. Overhead storage and forward facing seats keep a 25 to 35 person group comfortable on longer drives.

Full Size Charter Buses (Up to 56 Passengers)

For incentive trips, trade show groups bound for the Colorado Convention Center, and multi day tours across the state, full size motor coaches seat up to 56 with restrooms, luggage bays, and climate control.

Centennial (APA) Airport Information

Travelers new to private aviation in Denver often ask how APA works, since it operates nothing like a commercial terminal. The details below come from the airport authority and from our chauffeurs' daily experience on the field.

Quick Reference

  • Airport name: Centennial Airport
  • Airport code: APA (ICAO KAPA)
  • Address: 7565 S Peoria St, Englewood, CO 80112, United States

History and Importance

Arapahoe County and the FAA began planning a reliever field for Stapleton International in 1960, and George M. Wallace, the developer behind the Denver Tech Center, pushed the project forward so his office park would have its own runway nearby. Construction started in 1967 on 380 acres bought with a $1.6 million federal grant, and the airport opened on May 12, 1968, as Arapahoe County Airport, with a reported 51,000 people attending the three day celebration. The Arapahoe County Public Airport Authority took over in 1975, the field was renamed Centennial Airport on July 13, 1984, and U.S. Customs service arrived in 1996.

Today APA spans about 1,400 acres across Arapahoe and Douglas Counties, supports over 125 on field businesses, and generates roughly $2.4 billion in annual economic activity along with about 9,200 jobs, according to the Colorado Department of Transportation's 2025 airport economic impact study. The authority also works closely with its neighbors on noise. In April 2026 the FAA accepted the airport's updated noise exposure map, a planning document that shapes flight procedures over Centennial, Lone Tree, and Parker.

Airlines and Public Charter Flights at APA

Centennial is a general aviation airport, and a 2003 federal provision known as the Zero Seat Law lets the authority prohibit scheduled airline service. No airline sells tickets here in the traditional sense. The exception is JSX, a public charter carrier that moved its Denver operation from Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport to Centennial on September 10, 2025. JSX sells individual seats on 30 seat regional jets and boards passengers at the Modern Aviation hangar at 8207 Interport Boulevard on the south side of the field, with check in opening 20 minutes before departure.

Beyond JSX, the field hosts fractional and charter operators, the Key Lime Air and Denver Air Connection headquarters, the largest air ambulance companies in the Denver region, and several flight schools. The airport authority's overview of Centennial Airport notes that the field connected travelers to 1,663 locations in 2023, covering all 50 states and 41 other countries.

Domestic Destinations

JSX flies year round from APA to Las Vegas and Scottsdale, added Orange County, California, in January 2026, and operates Dallas Love Field four days a week on a seasonal basis. Burbank service ended in early January 2026. Private and charter traffic reaches far wider, with frequent movements to Aspen, Grand Junction, Hayden, Dallas, Scottsdale, Chicago, and the California coast, so almost any domestic city is reachable by arranging a charter through an on field operator.

Terminal Information

There is no central passenger terminal at Centennial. Each fixed base operator runs its own private terminal with lounges, conference rooms, and ramp access:

  • jetCenters of Colorado, on the north side of the field
  • Modern Aviation, with a 7,000 square foot terminal opened in 2023 and the JSX departure lounge
  • Signature Aviation North, with on site customs and immigration and long term vehicle parking
  • Signature Aviation South, on the Interport Boulevard campus
  • Centennial Vertiport, for helicopter and advanced air mobility arrivals

U.S. Customs operates from an office at 7601 S Peoria Street, Suite D16, with 24/7 on demand clearance for international arrivals. After hours clearances carry a higher fee.

Passenger Traffic and Activity

Centennial logged 360,725 aircraft operations in 2023, the highest total of any general aviation airport in the world that year, and its all time record stands at 466,267 operations in 1998. Activity remains strong. The airport recorded 155,368 operations in the first half of 2026, an average of 880 per day, with a single day peak of 1,351 movements on May 7, 2026. Roughly 850 aircraft are based here, including about 180 jets, and the field handled 486 international arrivals through June 2026. Medevac flights alone topped 6,100 in 2025.

Parking Overview

Parking at APA is handled by the FBOs. Each terminal has its own surface lot directly outside the lounge, and Signature North offers long term vehicle parking for owners and crews who fly out on extended trips. JSX passengers use the lot at Modern Aviation. There are no garages, shuttle buses, or pay stations of the kind found at DEN, and lots at the busiest terminals can fill on weekday mornings, which is one reason many travelers simply arrange a chauffeur pickup.

Pick Up and Drop Off Guidance

Tell us which FBO your flight is using when you book. The terminals sit on different sides of the airport, and the drive between Signature North and the Modern Aviation campus on the south side can take ten minutes, so confirming the right building prevents a late start.

Meeting Points by FBO

Our chauffeur parks in the FBO lot, checks in with the front desk, and meets you inside the lounge with a name board. Line crews bring luggage from the aircraft to the lobby, and we load from there.

Modern Aviation and JSX Departures

JSX passengers are dropped at the Modern Aviation hangar entrance on Interport Boulevard. Plan to arrive about 30 minutes before departure, since check in closes 20 minutes out. On arrival, bags are delivered planeside and the walk to our vehicle takes under a minute.

What to Tell Your Chauffeur

Share the tail number or JSX flight number, the FBO name, and a mobile contact. We confirm the pickup by text once the aircraft is on final approach.

Ground Transportation Options

Public transit does not serve the airport directly. The nearest RTD light rail stations are at Dry Creek Road and Lincoln Avenue along Interstate 25, each a short drive away, and no bus route stops at the terminals. Rental cars are available only through arrangements with the FBOs, taxis rarely wait on the field, and rideshare drivers often struggle to locate the correct hangar. A pre booked chauffeur, an FBO arranged hotel shuttle, or a crew car for pilots round out the list.

Tips for Arriving Passengers

  • Confirm your FBO before departure, since the terminals are spread around a 1,400 acre field
  • International arrivals should allow time for customs, and after hours clearances cost double the standard fee
  • Field elevation is 5,885 feet, so hydrate and take the first evening easy
  • Winter arrivals should expect deicing delays; the airport recorded over 24 inches of snow in the first six months of 2026
  • Keep a photo ID handy for JSX, which runs its own security screening in the lounge
  • Mountain bound travelers can have ski gear loaded directly from the ramp into an SUV or Sprinter

Why a Pre Booked Chauffeur Is the Smarter Choice at APA?

Taxis and rideshare apps were built for commercial terminals with marked curbs and queues. Centennial has neither. Drivers summoned on demand frequently arrive at the wrong hangar, wait at a locked gate, or cancel when they see a 15 minute reposition to the right building. Surge pricing kicks in on concert nights at Fiddler's Green and during snowstorms along Interstate 25, exactly when travelers need reliability most. A pre booked chauffeur removes all of that. The vehicle is on site before the aircraft lands, the price is fixed in advance, the chauffeur knows every FBO lobby by name, and luggage goes from the ramp to the trunk without a handoff in the parking lot.

Booking Your Centennial Airport Limo

Reservations can be made online or by phone at any hour. Union Limousine confirms each APA booking with the chauffeur's name and vehicle details the evening before travel, and our dispatch desk monitors flights overnight. Corporate accounts receive monthly invoicing and a dedicated coordinator, while one time travelers can book a single limo service transfer in under two minutes. Wedding parties, film crews, and medical teams can speak with a planner who builds multi vehicle schedules around the day's timeline.

JSX boards its public charter flights at the Modern Aviation hangar at 8207 Interport Boulevard on the south side of the field. Tell us you are flying JSX and the chauffeur will meet you at that entrance.

The Tech Center is about six miles northwest of the airport. Most transfers take 10 to 15 minutes, and we can hold the vehicle on standby for meetings that run across the day.

Yes. Denver International is roughly 40 miles northeast, and one reservation covers the full connection. We time the pickup to your private flight so you reach DEN with a comfortable buffer.

We track every tail number and JSX flight from wheels up. If weather over the Front Range delays or diverts your aircraft, the chauffeur adjusts automatically and there is no extra charge for waiting.

No. Each FBO runs its own private terminal and surface lot. There are no garages or shuttle buses, which is why many travelers prefer a chauffeur pickup directly at the lounge.

An executive Sprinter van seats up to 14 with room for luggage and offers onboard Wi Fi. For larger delegations, mini coaches carry up to 35 and full size motor coaches up to 56.

Expect 30 to 40 minutes depending on traffic on Interstate 25. Early morning and late evening trips are often closer to 25 minutes, while weekday rush hour can push past 45.

Absolutely. SUVs and Sprinter vans carry skis and boards, and we load straight from the ramp. The drive to Breckenridge runs about two hours and to Vail about two and a half in good conditions.

Yes. All three sit within 20 to 35 minutes of the airport along the Interstate 25 south corridor, and residential pickups in Highlands Ranch and Greenwood Village are also routine.

Airport transfers are quoted as a flat rate that includes tolls, fuel, and wait time tied to flight tracking. Hourly rates apply for roadshows and events, and there is never surge pricing.
