What we offer

Columbus Metropolitan (CSG) Airport Limo Service

Corporate teams and wedding parties trust our Columbus Metropolitan (CSG) Airport Limo Service for sedans through 56 seat coaches, licensed chauffeurs and on time pickups at every Georgia destination.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Columbus Metropolitan (CSG) Airport

Chauffeured travel through Columbus Airport should feel calm from the moment your flight lands until the door closes at your destination. Our Georgia airport limo service covers every CSG arrival and departure with a licensed chauffeur, a clean late model vehicle and a fixed rate confirmed before you travel. Union Limousine has delivered professional chauffeured transportation since 1997, and that same standard now serves Columbus, Fort Benning, Phenix City and every corner of Georgia, GA.

Chauffeured Rides to and from Columbus Airport

Travelers choose CSG because it sits six miles from downtown Columbus and keeps lines short. The missing piece is dependable ground transportation that matches the airport's convenience. Our chauffeurs monitor inbound Delta flights from Atlanta, adjust pickup times automatically and meet you curbside or inside the terminal, whichever you prefer. For departures, we schedule your pickup around the airport's advice to arrive ninety minutes before boarding so check in and screening never feel rushed.

Every reservation through our limo service includes the following:

  • Live flight tracking for every Delta arrival and departure at CSG
  • Complimentary wait time on airport pickups so delays cost you nothing
  • Meet and greet at baggage claim with a name sign on request
  • Child seats, extra luggage space and accessibility accommodations arranged in advance
  • Door to door service to any address in Georgia, GA, plus Phenix City and Auburn across the state line
  • Clear flat pricing with tolls, fuel and gratuity options shown before you confirm

Our Fleet for CSG Airport Transfers

Brief History and Importance

Columbus Airport is owned and operated by the Columbus Airport Commission and calls itself the hometown airport for the second largest city in Georgia. The field covers roughly 680 acres at 397 feet above sea level and ranks as the fourth largest airport in the state by activity. Its main runway, 6/24, measures 6,997 feet and was completely rebuilt in concrete during a $26 million project that closed commercial operations for about 100 days in late 2025. The rebuild improved drainage and lighting, and it allows heavier aircraft to land, which positions CSG for future air service and cargo growth. The airport also leases around 140 general aviation hangars and generates a direct economic impact of about $70 million for the Columbus metro area.

Airlines and Domestic Destinations

Scheduled passenger service at CSG is operated by Delta Air Lines through its regional partners, with multiple daily flights to Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The Atlanta connection opens hundreds of domestic and international onward destinations on a single ticket, which is why many Columbus residents prefer a short hop to ATL over a two hour drive on I 185 and I 85. The airport's fact sheet also lists American Airlines from its earlier service to Dallas Fort Worth and Charlotte, so travelers should confirm current schedules directly with the carrier before booking. Delta ticket counters close thirty minutes before departure, and the airport asks passengers to arrive ninety minutes ahead of their flight.

Terminal Information

The terminal complex covers about 66,000 square feet across two connected buildings with three gates in total. Ticketing, security screening, baggage claim and the rental car counters all sit on one level, and the airport is free of architectural barriers for passengers with disabilities. Propeller's SkyBar serves coffee, beer and wine inside the terminal, vending offers hot food and snacks, and an Executive Conference Center on the second floor is available for business travelers who need a meeting space between flights. Operating hours run from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Passenger Traffic

CSG handles over 100,000 passengers a year according to the Airport Commission, with traffic driven by military travel connected to Fort Benning, business trips to regional manufacturers and leisure flyers connecting through Atlanta. About 600 people work at the airport across airline, security, concession and ground transportation roles. The 2025 runway reconstruction briefly paused all commercial, military and large aircraft operations, and passenger counts have been rebuilding since service resumed.

Parking Overview

Two surface lots sit within a short walk of the terminal, so no shuttle is required. Short term parking is adjacent to the terminal and costs $2 for the first thirty minutes, $3 up to one hour, $2 for each additional hour and $10 per day. Long term parking charges $3 for the first hour, $2 for each additional hour and $9 per day. The parking day resets at 1 a.m., exit lanes accept debit and credit cards only, and cash customers pay inside at the kiosk. Both lots include accessible spaces and designated veteran parking. In total the airport offers over 1,200 public spaces, including the rental car ready and return lot.

Pick Up and Drop Off Guidance

Departing passengers are dropped at the curb in front of ticketing, where the walkway leads directly into the terminal. Arriving passengers exit through baggage claim at the east end of the main terminal, which is the same area used by taxis and rideshare drivers. Because the terminal is compact, a chauffeur waiting at the east entrance is visible within seconds of leaving baggage claim. We recommend sharing your flight number at booking so your chauffeur can time the curbside meet to the minute.

Ground Transportation at CSG

The airport's car rental and transportation page lists Alamo, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz and National on site, Yellow Cab at the east end of the terminal, and Uber and Lyft pickups at the east entrance. Public transit is limited: the METRA city bus stops across Airport Thruway at the Walmart on the northwest corner of the property, which means a walk with luggage before the ride even begins. Rental counters also keep reduced weekend hours, and Hertz closes on Saturdays and Sundays.

Tips for Arriving Passengers

  • Turn your phone on before deplaning; your chauffeur sends a text with the exact meeting point
  • Baggage claim and the exit are steps apart, so expect to be outside within ten minutes of landing
  • Military arrivals heading to Fort Benning should allow extra time for gate security at the post entrance
  • Evening arrivals after rental counters close rely on taxis, rideshare or a prebooked chauffeur
  • Check Delta's app for gate changes, since Atlanta connections can shift during storms

Why a Prebooked Chauffeur Beats Taxis and Rideshare at CSG?

Rideshare supply around Columbus Airport thins out late at night and during Fort Benning graduation weekends, when hundreds of families arrive on the same Atlanta flights. Taxis run on a meter, so a trip to Phenix City or Pine Mountain carries an unknown total until you arrive. A prebooked chauffeur removes both problems: the vehicle is assigned to you before your flight departs, the price is locked, and the driver knows the route to the post, the hotel or the venue. Larger groups gain even more, since one Sprinter or mini coach replaces four or five separate rideshare cars.

Columbus Area Destinations and Nearby Airports

Columbus sits on the Chattahoochee River at the Alabama line, and our service radius follows the same geography. Military families book transfers to Fort Benning for Infantry and Ranger School graduations and visit the National Infantry Museum on Legacy Way. Downtown runs bring guests to the Columbus Convention and Trade Center, the RiverCenter for the Performing Arts, the Columbus Civic Center and the Riverwalk, while Uptown restaurants and the whitewater course draw weekend visitors. Across the river, Phenix City hotels and Auburn University events in Auburn, Alabama, are within an hour.

Need a ride beyond Muscogee County? Our Muscogee County car service connects to Harris County, Pine Mountain and Callaway Gardens, LaGrange, West Point and the Kia Georgia plant, Cusseta, Americus and Warm Springs. For general aviation arrivals we also serve Harris County Airport (PIM) and LaGrange Callaway Airport (LGC), and for travelers who prefer the big hub, our Atlanta airport limo service runs the I 185 and I 85 corridor between Columbus and ATL every day.
