What we offer

Easton Airport (ESN) Airport Limo Service

Wedding parties, corporate teams and families flying private choose our Easton Airport (ESN) Limo Service for ramp side pickups, flat quoted rates, and chauffeurs who know every Eastern Shore highway.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Easton Airport (ESN) Airport

Private jets, turboprops and charter flights touch down at Easton Airport every day of the year, and the people stepping off them expect the ground leg to match the air leg. Union Limousine delivers that match with a Maryland airport limo service built around Newnam Field. A licensed chauffeur meets your aircraft at the FBO, loads the bags, and drives you to St. Michaels, Annapolis, Washington, Baltimore or anywhere else in Maryland, MD in a late model sedan, SUV, stretch limousine, Sprinter van or coach.

Easton Airport has no scheduled airline counters, no rental car desk inside the terminal, and no taxi line waiting outside. Travelers who arrive without a reservation often spend a frustrating half hour on the phone. Our Easton Airport (ESN) airport limo service removes that gap. We track your tail number, time the pickup to the actual wheels down moment, and keep the car at the ramp gate so you walk straight from the aircraft steps to a climate controlled cabin.

Why Private Flyers Choose Us at Newnam Field?

Easton is a general aviation field with four fixed base operators spread across the ramp, so the small details of a pickup matter. Our dispatch team confirms which FBO your flight is handled by, whether that is Easton Jet Service, Maryland Air, NexGen Flight Solutions or Trident, and sends the chauffeur to that exact door. Here is what comes standard with every Easton Airport limo booking:

  • Live flight tracking on the tail number, with the pickup adjusted automatically if the aircraft departs late or arrives early
  • Ramp side meet and greet at the FBO lounge, with the chauffeur holding a name sign and handling every bag
  • Professionally licensed, background checked chauffeurs who know Route 50, Route 322 and the back roads to the waterfront towns
  • Flat, quoted pricing to Annapolis, Baltimore, Washington and the Delaware beaches with no surge pricing on holiday weekends
  • Child seats, extra luggage space and multiple vehicle convoys for larger parties on request
  • Round the clock reservations and dispatch, which matters at an airport where the tower closes at 10 pm

Easton Airport (ESN) Limo Service for Every Kind of Trip

The flights into ESN are as varied as the Eastern Shore itself. On a single morning the ramp might hold a corporate jet from Teterboro, a family turboprop from Nantucket and a charter Caravan bringing a wedding party down from Westchester. We size the vehicle and the timing to the trip.

Corporate and Charter Jet Arrivals

Executives flying into Easton usually have a board meeting in Annapolis, a site visit in Cambridge or a dinner on the Miles River within hours of arrival. Our black sedans and SUVs carry onboard Wi Fi, bottled water and a quiet cabin that doubles as a mobile office. Chauffeurs coordinate with executive assistants and flight crews so the car is positioned before the aircraft shuts down.

Weddings and Waterfront Celebrations in Talbot County

Talbot County hosts hundreds of waterfront weddings each season at the Inn at Perry Cabin, the Chesapeake Bay Maritime Museum, the Tidewater Inn and private estates along the Tred Avon River. Stretch limousines and party buses move bridal parties and guests between the airport, hotels and venues, and a dedicated coordinator keeps the full day running on schedule.

Weekend Getaways to St. Michaels, Oxford and Tilghman Island

Leisure travelers fly into ESN to avoid the Bay Bridge backups that stretch for miles on summer Fridays. A chauffeured SUV turns the last 12 miles to St. Michaels into a relaxed ride past farm stands and creeks, with a stop in downtown Easton for coffee at the Avalon Theatre block if you like. Day trips to the Oxford Bellevue Ferry, Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge and the crab houses of Tilghman Island can be added to any booking.

Connections to BWI and Other Commercial Airports

Plenty of families fly commercially into Baltimore and finish the trip by private aircraft out of Easton, or the reverse. We run direct transfers between ESN and Thurgood Marshall, and the same chauffeur who meets you at Newnam Field can handle a BWI airport limo service pickup later in the week. Reagan National, Dulles and Salisbury Regional are covered on the same flat rate structure.

Our Fleet for Easton Airport Transfers

Every vehicle in the Union Limousine fleet is detailed before each ESN assignment and inspected to Maryland Public Service Commission standards. Capacities below are listed by passenger count with normal luggage.

Executive Sedans (Up to 3 Passengers)

Mercedes E Class, BMW 5 Series, Cadillac and Lincoln sedans with leather seating and a trunk sized for two large suitcases and carry on bags. The right fit for a single executive, a couple on a getaway weekend or a quick hop from the FBO to a downtown Easton hotel.

Luxury SUVs (Up to 6 Passengers)

Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Suburban and Lincoln Navigator models with three rows, privacy glass and generous cargo space for golf bags, strollers and fishing gear. Popular with families heading to St. Michaels and with corporate groups that want to ride together to Annapolis.

Stretch Limousines (Up to 20 Passengers)

Classic stretch limousines in white and black for wedding parties, anniversary dinners and milestone birthdays. Fiber optic lighting, a stocked bar area and a privacy divider make the ride from Easton Airport to a waterfront venue feel like the first event of the evening.

Mercedes Sprinter Vans (Up to 14 Passengers)

High roof Sprinters with captain chairs, USB charging at every seat and room to stand up and move around. The best choice for corporate retreats arriving at ESN with luggage, sailing crews headed to the Miles River Yacht Club and multigenerational families traveling together.

Party Buses (Up to 30 Passengers)

Perimeter leather seating, premium sound, LED ceilings and a wet bar for bachelor and bachelorette weekends, winery tours along the Chesapeake Wine Trail and post wedding send offs. Groups board at the airport and keep the celebration going all the way to Cambridge or Chestertown.

Mini Charter Buses (Up to 35 Passengers)

Forward facing reclining seats, overhead storage and under floor luggage bays. Ideal for conference groups flying into Easton for the Waterfowl Festival, academic delegations visiting the Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay and sports teams with equipment.

Full Size Charter Buses (Up to 56 Passengers)

Full motorcoaches with restrooms, Wi Fi, power outlets and tinted panoramic windows. Built for large corporate incentive trips, church and school groups and destination weddings that fly into ESN on multiple aircraft and travel to the venue as one group.

Serving Maryland, MD from the Eastern Shore to the Western Shore

Easton sits in the middle of Talbot County, roughly 35 miles southeast of the Bay Bridge and 70 miles from downtown Baltimore. Our limo service in Maryland reaches every corner of the state from this base, including the river towns of Oxford, St. Michaels and Tilghman Island, the college town of Chestertown in Kent County, the Hyatt resort and historic district in Cambridge, Kent Island and Stevensville on the far side of the Kent Narrows, and the Delaware beach towns of Rehoboth and Bethany reached by Route 404.

Crossing the bay, the same chauffeur carries you to the Naval Academy and State House in Annapolis, the Inner Harbor and Camden Yards in Baltimore, Columbia and Bethesda in the Washington suburbs, and the museums and embassies of the capital itself. The state tourism office profiles each of these regions on its Visit and Explore portal, and our chauffeurs know them from years of driving the routes. Whether the trip is a 10 minute hop into downtown Easton or a two hour run to Deep Creek Lake, the quote is fixed before the car rolls.

History and Role of Easton Airport

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers built the field in 1943 as an auxiliary airstrip, used for practice and emergency landings by wartime bombers and fighters. After the war the Town of Easton took it over as Easton Municipal Airport, and in May 1993 the Talbot County Council renamed it Easton Airport/Newnam Field in honor of William S. D. Newnam, who served the county and the airport for four decades. The original terminal came down in 2002, and a new control tower opened in September 2007 when Easton was ranked the second busiest airport in Maryland.

Today the FAA lists ESN among 84 National level general aviation airports in the United States, a designation reserved for fields that serve corporate and charter traffic across state lines. It is also a TSA approved DCA Gateway airport, which allows pre cleared charter and corporate flights to continue directly into Reagan National. The Maryland State Police base their Trooper 6 helicopter here, Talbot County EMS runs five advanced life support units from the field, and an Airfield Modernization Program approved in 2018 is now in its construction phase.

Airlines and Scheduled Service at ESN

No commercial airline operates scheduled flights from Easton Airport. The field serves private, corporate and charter aviation, and the four FBOs on the ramp handle fueling, hangar space, catering and crew services. Charter departures can be arranged through East Coast Flight Services, NexGen Flight Solutions and Trident Aircraft, all based on the field, while Pray Aviation and Tidewater Aviation provide flight training. Travelers who need a scheduled airline fly from BWI, Reagan National, Dulles or Salisbury Regional and complete the trip by road.

Domestic Destinations Reached Through ESN

Because every flight is private, the destination list changes daily. Common city pairs include Teterboro and White Plains in the New York area, Boston and Nantucket, Palm Beach and Naples in Florida, Chicago Executive, Hilton Head and the Outer Banks, plus the short hop into Reagan National under the DCA Gateway program. Aircraft on the ramp range from single engine pistons and Pilatus turboprops to midsize jets such as the Citation and Challenger, and the 5,500 ft main runway with its instrument approach handles all of them in most weather.

Terminal and Facilities

The passenger terminal at 29137 Newnam Road is a single level building on the north side of the ramp near the approach end of Runway 22. Inside are the Maryland Air FBO counter, a pilot lounge, flight planning space and a 75th anniversary display tracing the airport's history. The other FBOs operate from their own hangars along the flight line, each with a lobby, restrooms and crew areas. The administrative office at 29051 Corkran Road handles gate cards, hangar waiting lists and parking questions. Aircraft maintenance is available through Air Repair, Trident Maintenance and WestAir, and an avionics and pilot shop serves the based fleet.

Passenger and Aircraft Traffic

Over 200 aircraft call Easton home, and the tower logs about 200 movements on a typical day, with the FAA recording 73,201 operations in the year ending June 2022. Activity peaks on spring and fall weekends when corporate traffic, flight training and leisure flyers overlap, and again during the Waterfowl Festival each November. Since there are no airline passengers, the airport publishes no enplanement count; the traveler flow is measured in private flights, and that flow is among the heaviest of any general aviation field in the state.

Parking at Easton Airport

Automobile parking at ESN is free for airport customers, including long stays. The long term lot is the gravel area to the right of the terminal along Joe Marsh and Jet Lane, with a 30 day maximum; anyone who needs to leave a vehicle longer should call the airport office first. Aircraft overnight parking is available at the north and south ends of the ramp, with fees paid directly to the airport, and the published rates as of July 2026 are $10 for single engine aircraft, $35 for twins and turboprops and $100 for jets.

Pick Up and Drop Off at the Terminal

There is no designated commercial curb at Easton. Chauffeurs meet passengers inside the FBO lounge that handled the flight, and with advance clearance from the FBO a vehicle can be positioned on the ramp beside the aircraft for direct planeside loading. The terminal driveway off Newnam Road has short term spaces for drop off, and the gate to the apron is controlled by card access, so the FBO must be notified of any vehicle that needs to pass through. Our dispatchers handle that coordination for every booking so your chauffeur is already inside when you arrive.

Ground Transportation Options

The airport's own transportation page lists a handful of local taxi and chauffeur operators, a hotel shuttle from the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Easton, and Rescue Auto Rental for daily or weekly cars delivered to the terminal. BayRunner Shuttle runs scheduled vans between the Eastern Shore and BWI for airline passengers. Rideshare apps show thin coverage this far from the Bay Bridge, especially late in the evening and on Sundays. A reserved Easton Airport car service is the only option that guarantees a specific vehicle, a named chauffeur and a fixed price before the flight leaves its origin.

Tips for Passengers Arriving at ESN

  • Share your tail number and FBO with your chauffeur booking; we track the aircraft, not a flight number, so the FBO name is what lets us position the car correctly
  • Expect Runway 4/22 closures through December 18, 2026 for the Airfield Modernization Program, which can shift arrivals to the shorter Runway 15/33 or shuffle slots on busy days
  • Cell coverage is strong on the field but drops along the creeks toward St. Michaels and Oxford, so confirm pickup details before you leave the terminal
  • Summer weekend traffic on Route 50 toward the Bay Bridge can add an hour to an Annapolis run; the Maryland Department of Transportation publishes live conditions, and our chauffeurs route around backups in real time
  • The tower closes at 10 pm, and the airport office keeps weekday hours, so late night and weekend arrivals should have ground transportation locked in before departure
  • Bring a jacket between October and April; the ramp sits on open farmland and the wind off the Chesapeake catches many city travelers by surprise

Why a Reserved Chauffeur Beats a Taxi or Rideshare at ESN?

Easton has two or three taxi companies serving the whole county and no app based drivers staged near the field. A passenger who lands at 9 pm on a Sunday and opens a rideshare app often sees a 40 minute wait or no cars at all. A reserved chauffeur eliminates the wait entirely: the vehicle is parked at the FBO before the aircraft is on final approach, the fare was agreed when the booking was made, and the chauffeur already knows the destination, be it a St. Michaels inn or a Baltimore office tower. Union Limousine also carries the commercial insurance, PSC licensing and chauffeur vetting that a Maryland airport chauffeur service requires, which matters when the people in the back seat are clients, wedding guests or your own family.

Inside the lounge of the FBO that handled your flight: Easton Jet Service, Maryland Air, NexGen Flight Solutions or Trident. With FBO clearance, we can position the vehicle on the ramp beside the aircraft for planeside loading.

About 25 minutes for the 12 mile drive west on Route 33. Oxford takes about 20 minutes, Tilghman Island about 40 minutes, and Cambridge about 25 minutes south on Route 50.

Yes. Annapolis is roughly 40 miles and 50 minutes across the Bay Bridge, and downtown Washington is about 75 miles and 90 minutes outside of rush hour. Both routes carry a flat quoted rate with no surge pricing.

No commercial airline serves ESN. The nearest scheduled service is at Salisbury Regional, BWI, Reagan National and Dulles, and we run direct transfers between Easton and each of them.

Yes. Many clients fly commercially into BWI and finish by private aircraft from Easton, or the reverse. One reservation can cover both legs with the same chauffeur and a combined flat rate.

Sedans and SUVs can usually be confirmed with a few hours notice. Stretch limousines, Sprinters and coaches for weddings, the Waterfowl Festival or summer weekends should be booked one to three weeks ahead.
