What we offer

Felts Field Spokane (SFF) Airport Limo Service

Private charter passengers and wedding groups choose our Felts Field Spokane (SFF) Airport Limo Service for FBO meet and greet, Sprinter vans, stretch limousines, and rides up to Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Felts Field Spokane (SFF) Airport

Felts Field sits on the south bank of the Spokane River, a short drive east of downtown, and it has quietly become one of the most interesting places to begin a trip in eastern Washington. With SeaPort Airlines now flying nine seat turboprops to Seattle and private charters departing from the field every day, travelers need ground transportation that matches the speed of the flight itself. Our Washington airport limo service covers Felts Field with chauffeured sedans, SUVs, stretch limousines, and larger vehicles that meet you at the curb of the historic terminal. Union Limousine has coordinated airport transfers since 1997, and we bring that same discipline to every SFF pickup across Washington, WA.

Why Travelers Choose Our SFF Limo Service in Washington?

A general aviation field runs on a different rhythm than a large commercial hub. Flights board twenty minutes before departure, parking sits a few steps from the counter, and there is no long concourse walk. We built our Felts Field service around that pace so the ground portion of your journey feels just as quick.

  • Flight tracking on every SeaPort and charter arrival, so your chauffeur is waiting at E Rutter Ave the moment you step outside
  • Complimentary wait time built into each airport pickup, with no rush and no surprise charges
  • Late model vehicles detailed before every trip, including winter ready SUVs for Spokane snow season
  • Professional chauffeurs who know Trent Avenue, Interstate 90, and the fastest route into Spokane Valley or downtown
  • Transparent flat rates quoted before you book, for Liberty Lake runs and Coeur d’Alene transfers alike
  • Reservations available around the clock, with a live dispatch team watching each SFF transfer

Felts Field Limo Services We Provide

Every booking is arranged for the way you actually travel. Business flyers on the Boeing Field route, families meeting a relative off a private charter, and groups bound for a Gonzaga game all have different needs, and our limo service in Washington adapts the vehicle, timing, and route to fit each one.

Executive Transfers for SeaPort Commuter Flights

The morning and evening SeaPort departures to Seattle draw a steady stream of executives, consultants, and healthcare professionals. We schedule sedan and SUV pickups to arrive at Felts Field with comfortable margin, and on the return leg your chauffeur tracks the inbound Pilatus so a delayed flight never leaves you waiting at the curb.

Private Charter and FBO Pickups at Aero Center

Passengers arriving on PVTAir, corporate aircraft, or a fractional jet typically clear through Aero Center Felts Field at 6095 E Rutter Ave. Our chauffeurs are familiar with ramp side meeting points at the FBO and coordinate directly with your flight crew or scheduler. If you prefer a sedan over a limousine for a quick ride into the city, our Felts Field car service offers the same chauffeur standards in a more understated vehicle.

Connections Between Felts Field and Spokane International

Many travelers fly commercially into GEG and then continue on a charter from Felts Field, or the reverse. The two airports sit roughly twelve miles apart on opposite sides of the city, and we handle that connection with a single reservation. Book our Spokane International (GEG) airport limo for the commercial side and we will time the Felts Field leg to match.

Group Transfers for Events, Weddings, and Corporate Retreats

Wedding parties flying in for a ceremony at a Spokane Valley venue, sales teams arriving for a conference at the Spokane Convention Center, and alumni groups heading to the McCarthey Athletic Center all travel together with us. Our Sprinter van service in Washington moves mid sized groups in one vehicle, while party buses and charter coaches handle larger delegations. A single limo service reservation covers arrival, venue shuttles, and the return flight.

Our Fleet for Felts Field Transfers

Union Limousine maintains vehicles sized for every passenger count that arrives at SFF, from a single executive on a Pilatus turboprop to a touring group that chartered an entire aircraft. Each vehicle is inspected, cleaned, and stocked before dispatch.

Sedans (Up to 3 Passengers)

Ideal for the Boeing Field commuter, a visiting physician headed to Providence Sacred Heart, or a couple traveling light. Leather seating, climate control, and a quiet cabin make the ride to downtown Spokane feel like an extension of the flight.

SUVs (Up to 6 Passengers)

Families with luggage, ski groups bound for Mt. Spokane or Schweitzer, and small executive teams prefer the extra cargo room. All wheel drive is a real advantage on winter mornings along Trent Avenue.

Stretch Limousines (Up to 20 Passengers)

Wedding parties, milestone birthdays, and celebration arrivals get a dramatic welcome at the 1932 terminal. Fiber optic lighting, a premium sound system, and a stocked bar area turn the ride into part of the occasion.

Sprinter Vans (Up to 14 Passengers)

A tall cabin with individual captain seats, USB charging, and room to stand makes the Sprinter a favorite for corporate groups, film crews, and sports teams connecting through Felts Field.

Party Buses (Up to 30 Passengers)

Bachelor and bachelorette weekends, brewery tours through the Spokane Valley, and concert nights at the Spokane Arena call for wraparound seating, dance floor lighting, and a sound system that sets the tone before you arrive.

Mini Charter Buses (Up to 35 Passengers)

School groups, church delegations, and conference cohorts use the mini coach for airport to hotel transfers with overhead storage, reclining seats, and a professional driver who manages the full itinerary.

Full Size Charter Buses (Up to 56 Passengers)

When an entire organization lands at Felts Field, the full size motorcoach moves everyone together with underfloor luggage bays, an onboard restroom, and Wi Fi for the ride to Coeur d’Alene, Pullman, or the Tri Cities.

History and Importance of Felts Field

Flying began on this stretch of riverbank in the late 1910s, and the Northwest Aircraft Company leased the ground from the city in 1919. In September 1927 the field was renamed for Lieutenant James Buell Felts, a Washington Air National Guard pilot who died in a crash that spring. Two years later Nick Mamer and Art Walker launched the Spokane Sun God from here on a 120 hour nonstop endurance flight to New York and back, and airmail service followed the same year. Felts Field served as Spokane’s municipal airport through the 1930s until commercial traffic moved to Geiger Field after the Second World War. The surviving terminal, hangars, and clock tower now form a historic district on the National Register, and the airport is jointly owned by the City of Spokane and Spokane County under the Spokane Airport Board. Today Felts Field is a designated reliever airport for Spokane International, covering 416 acres with a 4,499 foot main runway, a shorter parallel runway, a turf strip, and a control tower staffed from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Airlines Operating from SFF

SeaPort Airlines restored scheduled passenger service to Felts Field on March 9, 2026, the first airline flights here since the 1940s. The carrier operates nine seat Pilatus PC 12 turboprops with four round trips each day, two in the morning and two in the evening, and passengers check in at a counter inside the terminal without TSA screening. PVTAir, based on the field since 1976, offers private charter on Pilatus and King Air B200 aircraft, and Life Flight Network stages air medical missions from its hangar on E Rutter Ave.

Domestic Destinations

The scheduled route links Felts Field with King County International Airport, Boeing Field, which sits four miles south of downtown Seattle. The flight takes roughly an hour, and SeaPort connects onward from Boeing Field to Portland International on its original shuttle route. Charter operators reach destinations across the Pacific Northwest, Montana, Idaho, and California on request.

Terminal Information

The passenger terminal is the original 1932 Art Deco building that anchored Spokane’s first airport, and it still houses the SeaPort Airlines counter and the Skyway Cafe, which is closed for renovation at the time of writing. There is one small lobby, a single boarding door onto the ramp, and a short walk of about 100 feet from the parking area to the aircraft. Aero Center Felts Field, the full service FBO next door, handles private and corporate arrivals with a separate lounge, 94,000 square feet of ramp, heated hangar space, and Jet A and 100LL fueling.

Passenger Traffic

Felts Field is a general aviation airport first, with over 170 based aircraft and about 65 tenants on the field. Scheduled passenger volume is modest by design, since each SeaPort flight carries at most nine people. The airfield still records tens of thousands of takeoffs and landings a year from flight schools, charters, medical flights, and vintage aircraft restorers. The summer Neighbor Day open house and fly in events bring additional crowds to the terminal area.

Parking Overview

Parking at Felts Field is free. SeaPort passengers use the surface lot directly in front of the terminal at 6105 E Rutter Ave, and the airline promotes the ability to park within 100 feet of the counter. Charter passengers park at Aero Center or are met on the ramp. There are no garages, no shuttles, and no reserved premium lots, which keeps the arrival simple and means a chauffeur pickup is the only way to avoid driving yourself.

Pick Up and Drop Off Guidance

Our chauffeurs meet SeaPort passengers at the curb directly outside the terminal entrance on E Rutter Ave. For private flights, we coordinate with Aero Center at 6095 E Rutter Ave Ste 1 so the vehicle is positioned at the FBO door when the aircraft blocks in. On departure, we drop you at the terminal roughly 30 minutes before a SeaPort flight, which leaves time to check in and still board 20 minutes prior. Text your chauffeur if your charter crew asks you to use a different hangar.

Ground Transportation Options

Felts Field has no permanent taxi stand and no dedicated rideshare lot, so most arriving passengers rely on rental cars arranged through the airport or a pre booked car. Spokane Transit Authority buses serve Trent Avenue and the Spokane Valley corridor near the airport, and the full list of STA routes and schedules shows the Valley and City Line connections into downtown. For anyone with luggage, a tight meeting schedule, or a late evening arrival, a chauffeured vehicle waiting at the door remains the most reliable choice.

Tips for Arriving Passengers

Before Your Flight Lands

Share your SeaPort flight number or your charter tail number when you book. We track the aircraft from takeoff at Boeing Field or the departure FBO, so a weather hold over the Cascades adjusts your pickup automatically.

At the Terminal Curb

Step out of the lobby and look for your chauffeur holding a name sign. The curb is small and quiet, so you will be in the vehicle within a minute or two of leaving the aircraft.

On the Road into Spokane

Downtown is about 15 minutes west via Trent Avenue, Spokane Valley hotels are 10 minutes east, and Coeur d’Alene is a 35 minute drive on Interstate 90. Winter travelers should allow extra time after fresh snowfall.

Why a Pre Booked Chauffeur Beats Taxis and Rideshare at SFF?

At a small airfield, app based rides can take 15 to 25 minutes to arrive, and surge pricing climbs whenever a flight lands during the evening commute. A taxi called from the lobby faces the same wait. A pre booked chauffeur eliminates that gap entirely: the vehicle is already parked at the curb, the fare is fixed, the driver knows your destination, and your luggage is loaded before a rideshare would even accept the request. For corporate travelers billing to a client, the itemized receipt and consistent service make reconciliation easier as well.

Local Areas and Venues We Serve Around Felts Field

From SFF we reach Spokane Valley, Millwood, Liberty Lake, Otis Orchards, Hillyard, and the Logan neighborhood around Gonzaga University within minutes. Downtown arrivals head to the Davenport hotels, Riverfront Park, the Spokane Convention Center, and the Spokane Arena, and the many things to do in Spokane keep our chauffeurs busy year round with visitors bound for the Centennial Trail, Manito Park, and Arbor Crest Wine Cellars overlooking the river. Regional trips include Northern Quest Resort in Airway Heights, Coeur d’Alene Resort across the Idaho line, Washington State University in Pullman, and Schweitzer Mountain near Sandpoint. We also connect Felts Field with Spokane International (GEG), Coeur d’Alene Airport (COE), and Pullman Moscow Regional (PUW) for multi airport itineraries.

Frequently Asked Questions

For SeaPort flights, your chauffeur waits at the curb directly outside the 1932 terminal on E Rutter Ave with a name sign. For charters, we meet you at the Aero Center FBO door or on the ramp as your crew directs.

Yes. We monitor every SeaPort departure from Seattle and adjust your pickup to the actual arrival time, so an early or delayed flight never changes the experience at the curb.

Most transfers take 15 to 20 minutes via Trent Avenue, depending on traffic. Spokane Valley hotels are closer, usually under 10 minutes from the terminal.

Absolutely. Coeur d’Alene is about 35 minutes east on Interstate 90, and we regularly transfer resort guests, golfers, and lake house visitors across the state line.

No. Flight tracking and complimentary wait time are included with every airport pickup, so a delayed charter or commuter flight does not add to your fare.

A Sprinter van seats up to 14 with room for luggage, which suits a full charter load perfectly. Two SUVs are an alternative if the group wants to split toward different hotels.

Yes. We connect the two Spokane airports on one reservation, timing the 12 mile drive across the city so you arrive with margin for your commercial or charter departure.

We do. Our SUVs run all wheel drive with appropriate winter tires during the season, and chauffeurs plan extra time for Trent Avenue and the Interstate 90 corridor after snowfall.

SeaPort asks passengers to arrive about 20 minutes before departure since there is no security line. We typically drop you at the terminal 30 minutes ahead to keep things relaxed.

Yes. Stretch limousines, party buses, and mini coaches handle guest shuttles from the terminal to venues in Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, and Green Bluff, with return runs after the reception.
