What we offer

Spokane International (GEG) Airport Limo Service

Wedding parties, ski groups, and visiting teams fill our stretch limos, Sprinter vans, and coaches at Spokane Airport, with one confirmed price covering rides to Coeur d'Alene, Pullman, or Schweitzer.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Spokane International (GEG) Airport

Flights into Spokane International Airport arrive on the West Plains, about seven miles down Airport Drive from downtown, Riverfront Park, and the Interstate 90 corridor toward Coeur d'Alene. Our Spokane International (GEG) Airport limo service meets you at the terminal curb or inside baggage claim with a chauffeur who already has your flight number, your arrival concourse, and your route loaded. As part of our Washington airport limo service, Union Limousine covers GEG transfers for executives, families, wedding parties, sports teams, and conference groups who want a quiet, prebooked ride anywhere in Washington, WA.

Why Washington Travelers Choose Our GEG Limo Service?

Spokane Airport handled a record 4,350,330 passengers in 2025, and the second phase of its Terminal Renovation and Expansion program now has crews working between the Concourse C garage and the A and B sky bridges. Inbound Airport Drive dropped from three lanes to two in June 2026, and the old paid hourly lot is gone. We track those changes every day so your chauffeur stages in the right spot and you walk straight from the carousel to the car.

Chauffeurs Who Know Airport Drive and the West Plains

Every chauffeur on our Spokane roster drives the Sunset Highway, Highway 2 through Airway Heights, Interstate 90 east to Spokane Valley and Liberty Lake, and the Maple Street and Monroe Street bridges into downtown on a regular basis. When Geiger Boulevard backs up or a winter storm slows Flint Road, we reroute before you notice.

Flight Tracking and Real Time Pickup Timing

We watch every inbound flight from Seattle, Denver, Salt Lake City, Phoenix, Minneapolis, and the other GEG nonstop markets. If your Alaska or Delta flight lands early, your chauffeur is already at the curb. If a Southwest connection through Las Vegas runs late, we move the pickup window and text you the moment your vehicle is in position.

Spokane Airport Limo Service for Every Trip Type

Our limo service at GEG is built around the way people actually move through the Inland Northwest, from a single executive with a carry on to a 56 passenger delegation with checked bags and equipment cases.

Corporate Travel to Downtown Spokane and Liberty Lake

Executives flying in for meetings in the Davenport district, at the Spokane Convention Center, or at the technology campuses around Liberty Lake ride in sedans and SUVs with charging ports, bottled water, and a cabin quiet enough for calls. Corporate accounts receive consolidated monthly invoicing and one dedicated coordinator for every booking.

Weddings, Wine Tours, and Group Celebrations

Stretch limousines and party buses carry bridal parties to riverside venues, tasting groups to the Cork District wineries downtown, and birthday crowds to concerts at the Spokane Arena and the First Interstate Center for the Arts. Decorations, a champagne toast, and a photo stop at the Spokane Falls can all be arranged in advance.

Coeur d'Alene, Pullman, and Regional Transfers

GEG is the main commercial gateway for Coeur d'Alene, Sandpoint, Moses Lake, and the Palouse. Sprinter vans and mini coaches carry visiting teams to Washington State University in Pullman, ski groups to Schweitzer and Mount Spokane, and lake resort guests across the Idaho line. Our chauffeur service in Washington also handles long distance runs west to Wenatchee, Kennewick, Pasco, Richland, and Seattle.

Brief History and Regional Importance

The site was known as Sunset Field until 1941, when the War Department bought it from the county and renamed it Geiger Field after Army aviation pioneer Major Harold Geiger. That name survives in the airport code GEG. During World War II, Geiger Field trained Flying Fortress bomber crews for Second Air Force, and the first formal military fire protection course in the country opened here in 1943. The City of Spokane took over the field in 1946, replacing Felts Field as the municipal airport, and the present name arrived in 1960 when Air Canada began service to Calgary. The Concourse A and B complex opened on April 1, 1965, and gained a second level with jet bridges in 1974, the same year Expo '74 drew the world to Riverfront Park. Today the airport supports over 3,000 jobs and moves passengers and cargo for a region of 30 counties.

Airlines Operating From GEG

Seven passenger airlines serve Spokane International Airport: Alaska Airlines, Allegiant Air, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Southwest Airlines, Sun Country Airlines on a seasonal basis, and United Airlines. Regional partners SkyWest and Horizon Air operate many of the Delta Connection, United Express, and Alaska departures. FedEx and UPS handle air cargo, with UPS flying to its Louisville hub. Southwest carried the largest share of passengers over the most recent twelve month reporting period at close to 23 percent.

Nonstop Domestic Destinations

Spokane offers nonstop flights to over 20 cities and one connection access to over 230 destinations. Seattle Tacoma is the busiest route by far with over 540,000 annual passengers on Alaska and Delta, followed by Denver, Salt Lake City, Phoenix Sky Harbor, Minneapolis St. Paul, Portland, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Atlanta, and Dallas Fort Worth. Other nonstop markets include Boise, Chicago O'Hare, San Francisco, San Diego, Orange County, Oakland, Sacramento, San Jose, Phoenix Mesa, and seasonal service to Anchorage, Houston Intercontinental, Chicago Midway, and Dallas Love Field. Alaska Airlines begins seasonal Honolulu flights on December 19, 2026.

Terminal and Concourse Layout

The passenger facility has three connected structures: the 1965 Concourse A and B complex in the center with its 37,000 square foot rotunda, Concourse C to the southwest, and the Ground Transportation Center to the north. Southwest operates from Concourse A. Delta and United use Concourse B. Alaska, Allegiant, American, and Sun Country use Concourse C, which completed its 144,000 square foot expansion in late May 2026 with new gates and boarding bridges. The two concourse buildings do not yet share a post security connector, so connecting passengers currently pass through the public side. Phase two of the TREX program, the Central Hall, is under construction and will consolidate security screening and baggage claim for all carriers, with a planned finish in 2027.

Passenger Traffic

GEG posted 4,350,330 passengers in 2025, a 2 percent gain on the 2024 total of 4,264,875 and the third record year in a row. The airport recorded 68,152 aircraft operations and handled 60,153 tons of cargo over the same period. The FAA classifies GEG as a small hub primary airport, and it ranks second in Washington by passengers behind Seattle Tacoma.

Parking Overview

Five parking products serve the terminal: the covered Garage, the Outside Lot, the Concourse C Lot, a Short Term area capped at two hours, and the Economy Lot with shuttle service. Current rates run $5 for the first two hours in every lot, with daily maximums of $18 in the Garage, $11 in the Outside and Concourse C lots, and $8 in Economy. The Concourse C Lot was expanded to 1,615 spaces in late 2024, and the full breakdown is posted on the airport's parking information page.

Lot Rates at a Glance

  • Garage: $5 up to two hours, $18 daily maximum, 8 foot 6 inch clearance on level one
  • Outside and Concourse C lots: $5 up to two hours, $11 daily maximum
  • Economy Lot: $8 daily maximum with lift equipped shuttles to the terminal
  • ChargePoint EV charging in the Garage, Outside, Economy, and Cell Phone lots at no extra cost

Vehicles Over 60 Days

Any vehicle left over 60 days without prior arrangement may be treated as abandoned, so long trips should be cleared with the Parking Office at +1 509 455 6457 first.

Grace Period

Each lot allows a ten minute grace period for drivers who enter the wrong lot or drop someone at a parked car.

Pickup and Drop Off Guidance

Departing passengers are dropped at the curb outside their concourse, with a 14 foot clearance in front of the main terminal and Concourse C. Arriving passengers exit baggage claim to the main curb, where rideshare and prebooked vehicles load. Friends and family waiting for a traveler should use the free Cell Phone Lot on inbound Airport Drive just past Flint Road, which has restrooms and a one hour maximum wait. During TREX construction, allow extra minutes on the approach road and plan to be inside the terminal two hours before a domestic departure.

Ground Transportation Options

Uber and Lyft pick up at the main curb outside baggage claim. Taxis stage at the Ground Transportation Center beside the A and B baggage claim. A consolidated rental car facility shares the north end of the terminal, and Turo is the only peer to peer car sharing service authorized on airport property. Spokane Transit Authority buses stop at the Concourse A and Concourse C curbs and connect through the West Plains Transit Center to the STA Plaza downtown, with a $2 standard fare and free rides for anyone 18 and under; routes and times are published by Spokane Transit. Intercity coaches and shuttles also serve Pullman, the Tri Cities area, and Montana.

Tips for Arriving Passengers

Concourse C arrivals should confirm which carousel is active, since Concourse C has its own baggage claim separate from the A and B hall. Pack a layer for the walk to the curb; Spokane sits at 2,385 feet and winter evenings fall well below freezing. If you have a few hours before a meeting, downtown is a 15 minute ride, and the city posts current hours and attractions for the park on its Riverfront Spokane visitor information page. Travelers heading to Coeur d'Alene should budget 40 to 50 minutes on Interstate 90 in clear weather and more during ski season.

Why Travelers Prebook a Chauffeur at GEG?

A prebooked chauffeur removes the two biggest variables at Spokane Airport: construction related curb changes and the midday gap in taxi availability. Your price is confirmed before you fly, so a late arrival or a snow delay never triggers surge pricing. Your chauffeur knows which concourse you are in, carries your bags from the carousel, and already has the heat or air running. For groups, one vehicle replaces four or five rideshare cars and keeps everyone together on the ride to the hotel, the venue, or the lake.

For Concourse A and B arrivals, your chauffeur waits inside the A and B baggage claim with a name sign, then walks you to the vehicle at the main curb. Concourse C arrivals are met at the Concourse C baggage claim. Curbside only pickups can be requested for travelers with carry on bags.

Downtown hotels, the Spokane Convention Center, and Riverfront Park are about seven miles from the terminal, which is a 15 to 20 minute ride on Airport Drive and Interstate 90 in normal traffic.

Yes. Coeur d'Alene, Post Falls, Hayden, and the lake resorts are among our most requested GEG destinations. The ride runs 40 to 50 minutes on Interstate 90, and the rate is confirmed before you fly.

Every reservation includes live flight monitoring. We adjust the pickup time automatically for early arrivals, late arrivals, and diversions, and you only pay for the time you booked.

Our full size charter buses seat up to 56 passengers with underfloor luggage bays, an onboard restroom, and WiFi. Mini charter buses carry up to 35 and party buses up to 30 for groups that fall in between.

Infant, convertible, and booster seats can be added to any sedan, SUV, or Sprinter van at the time of booking. Let us know the age and weight of each child so the right seat is installed before pickup.

Sedans and SUVs can usually be confirmed with a few hours of notice. Stretch limousines, party buses, and charter coaches should be booked at least 48 hours ahead, and earlier for Gonzaga games or Hoopfest weekend.

We do. Pullman and Washington State University are roughly 75 miles south on US 195, a ride of about 90 minutes. Sprinter vans and mini coaches are popular with visiting teams, recruiting families, and alumni groups.

Yes. Sprinter vans and SUVs have dedicated space for skis, snowboards, and boot bags. Tell us how many gear bags you are bringing so we send a vehicle with a rear luggage bay sized for the trip to Schweitzer or Mount Spokane.

Lane reductions on inbound Airport Drive and the closure of the old hourly lot have changed curb access, but prebooked pickups continue at the main curb and the Concourse C curb. Your chauffeur receives daily updates on staging areas, so the meeting point is always current.
