What we offer

Arlington Municipal (AWO) Airport Limo Service

Group trips from the AWO airfield run smoothly with sedans, Sprinter vans and coaches for up to 56 guests. Our Arlington Municipal (AWO) Airport Limo Service covers fly ins, weddings, and plant tours.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Arlington Municipal (AWO) Airport

Pilots, charter passengers, and aviation crews who fly into Arlington deserve a car waiting at the gate, a chauffeur who knows the field, and a quiet cabin for the drive home. Union Limousine brings that standard to Arlington Municipal (AWO) Airport Limo Service, extending our Washington airport limo service to one of the busiest general aviation fields in Snohomish County. We meet you on the apron side, load your bags, and take the I 5 corridor to Seattle, Everett, Bellingham, or anywhere your plans point.

Arlington sits about an hour north of downtown Seattle, and the airport has no taxi stand, no rideshare queue, and no shuttle counter. That gap is where we come in. Every reservation includes flight tracking, a confirmed vehicle, and a licensed chauffeur who checks the gate location before your wheels touch the runway.

Chauffeured Ground Travel Built Around Arlington Municipal Airport

General aviation trips rarely follow airline timetables. A charter might arrive early with a tailwind, a flight lesson might run long, or a ferry pilot might need a ride south after delivering an aircraft. Our dispatch team watches those changes and adjusts pickup times so you never stand in a parking lot searching for your car.

Travelers Who Ride With Us From AWO

  • Charter and private jet passengers heading to Seattle offices, Bellevue meetings, or waterfront hotels
  • Aircraft owners and hangar tenants who need a dependable ride after dropping a plane for maintenance
  • Ferry and delivery pilots connecting to Paine Field or Seattle Tacoma International for a commercial flight home
  • Flight students and their families visiting from out of state for training blocks
  • Fly in guests attending the August Hometown Fly In and Community Airport Day
  • Corporate teams touring the Cascade Industrial Center and nearby manufacturing sites

Why Travelers Choose Our AWO Limo Service?

Ride quality starts long before the door opens. Union Limousine has moved executives, families, and flight crews since 1997, and that history shows up in small details: a chauffeur who confirms your tail number, a cabin set to your preferred temperature, and a route planned around Smokey Point traffic on a Friday afternoon.

  • Flight aware dispatch: We monitor your arrival and shift the pickup time without extra calls from you.
  • Fixed, upfront pricing: Your quote covers the trip, so surge rates and meter surprises stay out of the picture.
  • Vetted, uniformed chauffeurs: Every driver is background checked, trained, and familiar with Snohomish County roads.
  • Clean, late model vehicles: Cabins are detailed before each trip, with bottled water and charging ports ready.
  • Round the clock availability: Early departures, late returns, and weekend flights are all covered.
  • Luggage and gear support: Flight bags, golf clubs, and equipment cases are loaded with care.

Our Washington Fleet for Arlington Airport Transfers

Group size, luggage volume, and the purpose of your trip shape the right vehicle. Every option below is available for pickups and drop offs at AWO.

Luxury Sedans (1 to 3 Passengers)

A sedan suits a solo executive or a couple with standard luggage. Use cases include business transfers to Everett or Seattle, rides to a Paine Field departure, and private trips after a charter landing.

Premium SUVs (4 to 6 Passengers)

SUVs handle small families, flight crews, and travelers carrying golf bags or bulky cases. They are a favorite for winter trips when Cascade weather calls for extra traction.

Stretch Limousines (8 to 20 Passengers)

Stretch limousines bring a celebratory feel to anniversaries, weddings at Snohomish County venues, and VIP arrivals for private aviation guests.

Sprinter Vans (8 to 14 Passengers)

Sprinter vans offer standing headroom and generous cargo space for corporate teams, wedding parties, and sports groups traveling together from the airfield.

Party Buses (15 to 30 Passengers)

Party buses add sound systems and lounge seating for birthday outings, casino nights at Tulalip, and group celebrations after a fly in weekend.

Mini Charter Buses (20 to 35 Passengers)

Mini coaches move mid sized groups such as company delegations, school aviation programs, and tour groups visiting the Skagit Valley.

Full Size Charter Buses (36 to 56 Passengers)

Full size coaches handle conventions, large aviation club outings, and event shuttles between Arlington hotels and the airfield.

Arlington Municipal (AWO) Airport Travel Guide

Knowing how the field works makes your arrival smoother. Here is a practical overview for passengers and pilots using AWO.

Airport Details at a Glance

  • Airport Name: Arlington Municipal (AWO) Airport
  • Airport Code: AWO (ICAO KAWO)
  • Address: 18204 59th Ave NE, Arlington, WA 98223, United States
  • Phone: +1 360 403 3470
  • Official Website: Arlington Municipal Airport

History and Importance of the Airport

The field opened in 1934, and local records of the first plane landing at the new Arlington airport describe a runway still being graded when that aircraft touched down. During World War II, the Navy and Army expanded the site into a naval auxiliary air station that supported bomber and carrier air group training. After the war the city regained control, and today the hangar complex is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Spread across roughly 1,189 acres, AWO is one of the largest general aviation airports in Washington and a key economic anchor for north Snohomish County.

Airlines and Scheduled Service

AWO has no scheduled commercial airlines, and the city does not plan to add them. Activity centers on private aircraft, charter operators, flight schools, sightseeing flights, glider and ultralight operations, medevac flights, and aircraft maintenance shops. Corporate jets and turboprops use the 5,332 foot main runway, which has a localizer approach for Runway 34.

Domestic Destinations

Charter flights from Arlington can reach any domestic airport a chartered aircraft can serve, with Boise, Spokane, Portland, Sun Valley, and Southern California among common business and leisure routes. Travelers needing airline service usually connect through Paine Field, about 25 miles south, or Seattle Tacoma International, roughly 60 miles away. Our Paine Field limo service and Seattle Tacoma airport limo service make those connections simple.

Terminal and On Field Facilities

There is no airline passenger terminal. The airport office at 18204 59th Drive NE handles administration, and private businesses on the field provide fueling with 100LL and Jet A on request, avionics, repairs, aircraft painting, flight training, and corporate and T hangars. Pickups typically happen at a specific hangar, the FBO area, or the airport office, so share those details when booking.

Traffic and Airfield Activity

With roughly 500 based aircraft and over 130,000 annual operations, AWO ranks among the most active general aviation fields in the region. A new airport master plan is guiding future hangar growth, partly because rising costs at Boeing Field and Paine Field are moving aircraft north. Each August the city hosts the Hometown Fly In and Community Airport Day, which draws pilots and families from across the Pacific Northwest.

Parking Overview

Parking near the airport office and hangar rows is limited, and many hangar areas sit behind electronic gates that require a remote. Visitors without gate access often wait outside the fence. A chauffeur avoids that problem entirely, since we coordinate gate entry or meet you at the agreed point.

Pickup and Drop Off Guidance

  • Share your hangar number, FBO, or tail number at booking so your chauffeur heads to the right gate.
  • For drop offs, we arrive early enough for preflight loading and pilot checks.
  • Your chauffeur sends a text with the vehicle description and arrival time.
  • Wait times are built into airport reservations for charter delays and weather holds.

Ground Transportation Options

Public options near AWO are thin. Community Transit buses connect Arlington with the Smokey Point Transit Center, and an on demand Zip Shuttle covers parts of town, though neither stops at hangar gates. Taxis must be called from Everett or Marysville, and rideshare availability drops sharply after dark. Rental cars require advance arrangements with off field agencies.

Tips for Arriving Passengers

  • Check weather over Stevens Pass and the Cascades if you plan a mountain drive after landing.
  • Keep your phone on after shutdown so your chauffeur can confirm your exact location.
  • Note that I 5 near Marysville slows on weekday afternoons, so allow extra time for Seattle connections.
  • Pack a layer; Arlington mornings can be foggy and cool even in summer.

Why a Prebooked Chauffeur Often Works Better Than Taxis or Rideshare

Rideshare drivers rarely know which gate leads to which hangar row, and many will not accept a rural pickup at all. Taxis may need 45 minutes to reach the field. A prebooked chauffeur is already parked, already briefed on your flight, and ready to load bags the moment your engines stop. Pricing is set before the trip, so weather surges and late night premiums never touch your bill.

Local Areas, Venues, and Routes We Cover From AWO

Our limo service in Washington reaches every community around the airfield and beyond. Frequent destinations include downtown Arlington, Smokey Point, Marysville, Lake Stevens, Stanwood, Granite Falls, Darrington, Everett, and Mount Vernon. Popular venues include Tulalip Resort Casino, Seattle Premium Outlets, the Centennial Trail, Angel of the Winds Arena, and wedding estates across the Stillaguamish Valley.

Corporate and Aviation Industry Trips

The Cascade Industrial Center beside the airport hosts aerospace suppliers and advanced manufacturers, and Snohomish County supports that business growth and expansion with dedicated resources. Union Limousine moves visiting engineers, buyers, and executives between AWO, plant tours, Boeing sites in Everett, and Seattle hotels.

Event and Fly In Weekend Planning

Fly in weekends and summer weddings fill local roads quickly. Book your vehicle two to three weeks ahead for August dates and peak wedding season.
