Pine Bluff Regional (PBF) Airport Limo Service
Casino weekends, UAPB homecoming, and lakeside weddings begin smoothly with a stretch limo or Sprinter staged at PBF. Pine Bluff Regional (PBF) Airport Limo Service seats parties of 3 to 56 statewide.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Pine Bluff Regional (PBF) Airport
Grider Field sits about five miles southeast of downtown Pine Bluff off US 65, and nearly everyone who flies into it steps off a private or corporate aircraft with a full calendar waiting on the ground. Our Pine Bluff Regional (PBF) Airport limo service is built around that calendar. We track your tail number, stage a chauffeur at the terminal on Hangar Row before your aircraft turns onto the ramp, and carry you into Pine Bluff, White Hall, Little Rock, or any other stop in Jefferson County and the surrounding Delta. This page is one part of our broader Arkansas airport limo service, and it explains how PBF pickups work, what the airport itself offers, and which vehicle suits your party.
Union Limousine has provided chauffeured transportation since 1997. The standards we hold in large metro markets travel with us to southeast Arkansas: commercially licensed chauffeurs, late model vehicles, flat quotes agreed before the trip, and a live dispatcher who picks up the phone at any hour.
Why Travelers Flying Into Grider Field Book With Us?
A general aviation airport rewards planning. There is no taxi rank outside the PBF terminal and no app driver idling in the lot, so the difference between a smooth arrival and a long wait comes down to who is already there when you land. Here is what we put in place for every PBF reservation:
- Flight tracking by tail number or charter operator, so a 20 minute early arrival or a weather hold changes nothing for you.
- Terminal side staging on Hangar Row with your name displayed, or a direct phone handoff with your pilot if you prefer to be met at the ramp door.
- Flat pricing that covers the chauffeur, fuel, tolls, and wait time inside the published window, with no surge during Saracen Casino weekends or UAPB homecoming.
- A dedicated Pine Bluff Regional Airport car service for one or two passengers, alongside the stretch limousines and coaches described below for larger parties.
- Dispatch coverage around the clock, including the hours after the FBO front desk closes at 6 p.m.
Who Uses Our PBF Airport Limo Service?
Corporate and Industrial Travel
Pine Bluff remains a working city. Executives arriving for the Arkansas River industrial corridor, the Pine Bluff Arsenal, agricultural operations across the Delta, or plant visits in White Hall want a quiet cabin, a charging port, and a chauffeur who already knows the gate. We handle multi stop days, same day returns to Grider Field, and standing weekly bookings for teams that fly in on a schedule.
Casino, Convention, and Event Guests
Saracen Casino Resort and the Pine Bluff Convention Center draw visitors who want to arrive together and leave together. For a buyout group, a tournament field, or a touring act, we pair the airport pickup with an Arkansas airport charter bus rental so luggage, crew, and guests move on one timetable.
Weddings, Reunions, and Campus Visits
Lake Saracen pavilions, historic downtown venues, and the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff campus all sit within a short drive of the airport. We coordinate flights landing at different times, hold vehicles between the ceremony and reception, and run late night returns to hotels along Pines Mall Drive and Camden Road.
Vehicles Available for Pine Bluff Regional Airport Pickups
Every vehicle below can be staged at Grider Field. Capacity figures are passenger seats, and each listing notes the trips it handles best.
Executive Sedans (1 to 3 Passengers)
A sedan suits a single executive, a couple, or a traveler with carry on bags. Use it for runs into downtown Pine Bluff, a transfer to a Little Rock hotel, or a quiet ride to a White Hall plant with calls to make on the way.
Luxury SUVs (4 to 6 Passengers)
An SUV carries a small leadership team or a family with checked luggage and a stroller. It is the right call for hunting trips with gear, golf outings, and winter evenings when the Delta roads turn slick.
Stretch Limousines (8 to 20 Passengers)
A stretch limousine turns the drive from Hangar Row into part of the event. Wedding parties, anniversary dinners, prom groups, and casino celebrations fit the format, and the cabin includes bar service, privacy glass, and ambient lighting.
Sprinter Vans (8 to 14 Passengers)
A Sprinter van pairs stand up headroom with a rear luggage bay, which makes it the usual choice for a corporate delegation, a film or broadcast crew, or an extended family arriving on one charter.
Party Buses (16 to 30 Passengers)
A party bus brings perimeter seating, a sound system, and room to move. Bachelor and bachelorette weekends, milestone birthdays, and casino night outs fill it well.
Mini Charter Buses (24 to 35 Passengers)
A mini coach carries a church group, a youth sports roster with coaches, or a mid size conference contingent on forward facing seats with overhead storage and underfloor bays.
Full Size Charter Buses (36 to 56 Passengers)
A full size motorcoach handles a reunion, a festival shuttle loop, or a multi day Arkansas tour. Restroom, WiFi, power outlets, and reclining seats come standard, and we can run several coaches in convoy for larger events.

History and Role in Southeast Arkansas
Grider Field opened on March 22, 1941 as the Pine Bluff School of Aviation, an Army Air Corps primary training detachment built in just over four months on a former cotton field. It was named for John McGavock Grider, a World War I pilot from Osceola who was killed over France in 1918. The field was formally dedicated on May 24, 1941, trained cadets on PT 19s, PT 17 Stearmans, and P 40 Warhawks, and trained over 10,000 pilots before the program closed on November 30, 1944. The city took over the surplus field afterward and it became the first modern municipal airport in southeast Arkansas. Today the roughly 850 acre property holds a terminal, an FAA weather monitoring station, corporate jet hangars, T hangars, a fire station, and a growing aviation museum that is restoring one of the original 1941 barracks. Little Rock Air Force Base still uses the runway for occasional C 130 training.
Airlines and Destinations
No scheduled airline serves PBF, and the airport has not hosted commercial passenger traffic since the 1980s. The field is open to the public for general aviation, air taxi, corporate, and military flights, and it is closed to aircraft carrying 30 or more passengers. Business jets and turboprops arrive from across the country, with the Dallas area, Memphis, Houston, and Atlanta among the common origins for charter operators. The nearest scheduled airline gateway is Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport in Little Rock, about 50 minutes north on new interstate pavement, and our Clinton National Airport limo service links the two fields for travelers who connect through Little Rock. Memphis and Northwest Arkansas National (XNA) are longer drives that we also cover.
Terminal and Passenger Facilities
The single story terminal on Hangar Row doubles as the FBO. Passengers find a lounge off the main concourse, free WiFi throughout the building, a snack vending room, and restrooms. The north wing holds pilot accommodations, a flight planning room with public computers, a quiet room with recliners, a private shower, and a sound treated conference room that seats up to 24 with audio visual equipment, reserved through the airport manager. A restaurant on the field serves weekday lunch, a rarity at an airport of this size.
Passenger Traffic and Based Aircraft
FAA records list 52 based aircraft at Grider Field: 45 single engine airplanes, three multi engine airplanes, one jet, one helicopter, and two ultralights. Activity averages roughly 28 operations a day, split between local general aviation at 58 percent, transient general aviation at 38 percent, air taxi at 3 percent, and military at 1 percent. There is no control tower; the field is attended from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and uses Jonesboro Flight Service and Memphis Center for flight services.
Parking Overview
Vehicle parking is a surface lot beside the terminal, and the airport publishes no parking fees. On the aviation side, the airport charges no landing fees, offers transient hangar space and apron tie downs on a first come basis, and sells 100LL and Jet A by truck during business hours with a 24 hour self serve pump south of the terminal. An after hours line service call out carries a $50 fee.
Pick Up and Drop Off at Hangar Row
For arrivals, your chauffeur waits inside the terminal lobby, or at the ramp side door if your pilot calls ahead, and loads luggage at the curb directly outside. The FBO desk is staffed 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. seven days a week except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day, and after hours the building opens by keypad with a line crew dispatched by phone, so late arrivals still reach the vehicle without standing on the apron. For departures, we drop you at the terminal entrance 20 to 30 minutes before wheels up unless your operator asks for a different window.
Ground Transportation Options
Grider Field keeps airport courtesy cars available around the clock, with keys handled through the airport manager, and Enterprise is the only rental agency in Pine Bluff, operating from South Olive Street with pickup service. Pine Bluff Transit runs fixed route and paratransit buses inside the city limits from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays only, and none of its routes stop at the airport. Taxi and rideshare coverage in the area is thin and unpredictable, especially at night.
Tips for Arriving Passengers
- Give us the aircraft tail number or charter company name so we can watch the flight on our own.
- Tell your pilot you have a chauffeur booked; many crews will radio ahead and have the FBO alert us when you are on final.
- Arriving after 6 p.m.? The terminal still opens by keypad, and your chauffeur will be inside, so there is no need to wait in the lot.
- Count checked gear before booking. Hunting rifles, golf bags, and trade show cases call for an SUV or Sprinter, since a sedan trunk will not hold them all.
- Keep the number of our dispatcher in your phone; cell coverage is strong on Hangar Row but patchy on some rural roads nearby.
Why a Pre Booked Chauffeur Beats a Taxi or Rideshare at PBF?
Request a ride from the PBF lot and you may wait 30 minutes for a driver who has never found Hangar Row, then pay whatever the app decides on that evening. A pre booked chauffeur from Union Limousine is confirmed days ahead, is already parked when your aircraft taxis in, knows the turn off US 65, and charges the figure on your confirmation. For a corporate traveler whose time is billed by the hour, that certainty is the whole point.
Pine Bluff Venues and Areas We Serve From Grider Field
Most PBF trips end somewhere in Jefferson County. Saracen Casino Resort on the north side of the city is about 15 minutes from the terminal, the Pine Bluff Convention Center and the Delta Rhythm and Bayous Cultural District downtown are a similar run, and the Arkansas Railroad Museum on Port Road draws rail enthusiasts to the former Cotton Belt shops. Outdoor visitors head for Saracen Landing, Lake Langhofer, and Pine Bluff Regional Park for fishing, boating, and pavilion events. Beyond the city, we run regular trips to White Hall, Sheridan, Stuttgart during duck season, Monticello, and Little Rock, and our statewide limo service in Arkansas covers Hot Springs, Fort Smith, and the Ozarks for longer itineraries.

No. Grider Field is a public general aviation airport with no scheduled passenger service and no commercial flights since the 1980s. Corporate jets, charters, and private aircraft use the field, and the nearest airline terminal is in Little Rock.
Inside the terminal lobby on Hangar Row, holding a sign with your name. If your pilot calls ahead, we can meet you at the ramp side door and load bags directly from the aircraft.
About 15 minutes by car in normal traffic. The route runs north on US 65 and across town, and we stage at the resort entrance for drop off and return pickups.
Yes. Little Rock is roughly 50 minutes north via I 530 and I 30, and we run that transfer daily for travelers connecting to Clinton National Airport, downtown hotels, and the state Capitol district.
We do. Give us the tail number or the charter operator and we follow the flight in real time, adjusting the chauffeur’s staging time for early arrivals, holds, or diversions at no extra charge.
A Sprinter van seating up to 14 is the usual choice because it carries 12 passengers plus luggage in one trip. A stretch limousine works if the group is celebrating and travels light.
No counter is on site. Enterprise operates from South Olive Street in Pine Bluff and offers pickup, and the airport keeps courtesy cars for pilots. A pre booked chauffeur removes the wait entirely.
Sedans and SUVs can usually be confirmed with a few hours of notice. Stretch limousines, Sprinter vans, and coaches are best reserved two to seven days ahead, and casino event weekends book out earlier.
Yes. All three are regular destinations from Grider Field, along with Monticello, Star City, and the duck lodges around Stuttgart during the winter season. Quotes are flat for each route.
Absolutely. Many clients land a charter at Grider Field and depart on an airline from Little Rock, or the reverse. We quote the two legs together and assign the same chauffeur when timing allows.
