What we offer

Garden City Regional (GCK) Airport Limo Service

Work crews, hunting parties and wedding parties flying into Garden City can share one reserved ride, from a Sprinter van to a full size coach, with clear pricing and a Kansas dispatch team on standby.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Garden City Regional (GCK) Airport

Flying into the southwest corner of the Sunflower State calls for a ride that is waiting when your American Eagle jet reaches the gate. Our Kansas airport limo service places a licensed chauffeur at Garden City Regional (GCK) Airport with a clean vehicle, a name sign and a plan for your bags, so the drive to Garden City, Holcomb, Dodge City or a ranch gate begins the moment you walk out of the terminal.

The airport sits along U.S. Highways 50 and 400 on the high plains, a region built on farming, beef production, energy and hunting. Visitors arrive for plant visits, board meetings, harvest crews, weddings and sporting events, and many of them find a reserved car is the simplest way to cover the ten miles between the airfield and town. Reserve a GCK airport limo, Sprinter van or coach with our dispatch team and your pickup is confirmed before you pack.

Why Passengers Book a Chauffeur at GCK?

  • Flight tracking: your driver follows the American Eagle schedule from Dallas/Fort Worth, so an early or late arrival never leaves you waiting.
  • Fixed pricing: you see the rate before you confirm, with no surge charges at the curb.
  • Reserved availability: GCK handles a small number of scheduled flights, so a confirmed car removes the guesswork after a late evening arrival.
  • Room for gear: suitcases, hunting cases, golf bags and work equipment travel with you.
  • Group capacity: one booking moves anywhere from 1 passenger to 56.
  • Professional chauffeurs: licensed drivers who know the highways, the weather and the hotels around Garden City.

Fleet for GCK Airport Transfers

Choose the vehicle that matches your group size and the purpose of your trip. Each option below shows its seating range and the travelers it suits best.

Sedans for Up to 3 Passengers

A sedan suits the solo executive, the visiting engineer or a couple heading to a Garden City hotel after the evening arrival from Dallas. Two to three suitcases fit in the trunk, and the quiet cabin gives you space for a call before your first meeting.

SUVs for Up to 6 Passengers

An SUV carries a small family, a hunting party with gun cases or a client team with carry on bags and laptop cases. The higher ride and cargo space handle Kansas wind and gravel approaches to a lodge or farm with confidence.

Stretch Limousines for Up to 20 Passengers

Weddings, anniversary dinners, prom nights and milestone birthdays in Garden City call for a stretch limousine with leather seating, ambient lighting and a sound system. Guests arrive at the airport together and step into one vehicle for the celebration.

Sprinter Vans for Up to 14 Passengers

Work crews, church groups, volunteer teams and corporate delegations travel together in a Sprinter van with space for gear behind the rear bench. It is the practical choice for a group that flies in on the same Envoy Embraer jet.

Party Buses for Up to 30 Passengers

A party bus turns a bachelor weekend, a birthday or a game day outing into a rolling event with lounge seating and entertainment features. Book one for nights out in Garden City or a day trip to Dodge City.

Mini Charter Buses for Up to 35 Passengers

School teams, family reunions, agriculture tour groups and wedding parties fill a mini charter bus comfortably. Overhead racks and a rear luggage area keep the aisle clear for the ride from GCK to a hotel block.

Full Size Charter Buses for Up to 56 Passengers

Conventions, athletic programs, church conferences and company retreats use a full size motor coach for the largest group transfers. One driver, one vehicle and a single schedule keep a big party together from the arrival gate to the venue door.

Garden City Regional (GCK) Airport Information

Garden City Regional Airport is a city owned airfield at 2225 S Air Service Rd, Garden City, KS 67846. Airport Administration answers questions at +1 620 276 1190, and the official site is fly2gck.com. Use the details below to plan your trip, then pair them with a reserved ride.

History and Importance of GCK

The field began as Garden City Army Airfield, a World War II training base that closed in November 1945 and was later developed for civilian use. Airline service to Garden City dates to 1939, and flights moved to the current airfield in 1947. Today the airport links farming, packing plant, energy and ranching businesses to a national network, supported by a federal small community air service program. On September 11, 2001, three large jets diverted to GCK after domestic flights were grounded.

Airlines and Domestic Destinations

American Eagle serves GCK with flights to Dallas/Fort Worth International (DFW), operated by Envoy Air with Embraer 170 jets since February 2024. DFW is the scheduled passenger destination, and from there travelers connect across the American Airlines network. FedEx Feeder flights operated by Baron Aviation provide cargo service to Wichita. Tickets and flight details are available at aa.com or by phone at 1 800 433 7300.

Terminal Information and Passenger Traffic

A new terminal opened on June 26, 2024, replacing a building from 1959 and adding more space and a passenger loading bridge. The airport recorded 27,856 enplanements in 2023, and Dallas/Fort Worth leads its route data. Plan to arrive 90 minutes before departure with checked bags or 60 minutes with carry on only, because the ticket counter closes 45 minutes before departure.

Parking Overview

Parking is free, according to the airport parking and transportation page. The terminal sits along U.S. Highways 50 and 400, about ten miles southeast of Garden City. Free parking suits a short trip, and a chauffeur transfer lets a family or team leave vehicles at home and skip the early morning highway drive.

Pickup and Drop Off Guidance

The airport site does not describe a dedicated pickup zone for private cars, so we coordinate it with you. For arrivals, send your American Eagle flight number and your driver meets you at the terminal with a name sign or a text message, then walks you to the vehicle. For departures, your chauffeur stops at the terminal entrance and helps with bags, which matters when the ticket counter closes 45 minutes before departure. Curb access questions can go to Airport Administration at +1 620 276 1190.

Ground Transportation Options

GCK is a compact airport, and your choices on arrival are a rental car, a local taxi, a hotel shuttle or a reserved chauffeur.

Rental Cars

Enterprise, Hertz and Thrifty are listed by the airport, and the airport advises reserving before you arrive.

Taxis and Rideshare

Garden City Taxi and No Limit Transportation Services serve the area, and Uber is listed as an option. Availability varies with demand, and a small airport may not have cars waiting when your plane arrives.

Hotel Shuttles

The Clarion Inn and Conference Center at 1911 E Kansas Ave lists an airport shuttle. Call (620) 275 7471 to confirm times before you fly.

Booking Window

We recommend reserving a chauffeur a day ahead for cars and a week ahead for group vehicles.

Tips for Arriving Passengers

  • Send dispatch your American Eagle flight number, including any Dallas connection time.
  • Save your driver's phone number so you can reach each other at the terminal.
  • Check the forecast before you fly, because plains weather can shift from sunshine to wind or snow within hours.
  • Tell us about hunting gear, sports equipment or extra bags so the right vehicle is assigned.
  • Plan hotel check in times for late arrivals, since the last flight of the day can reach GCK after dark.

Why a Prebooked Chauffeur Often Works Better Than a Taxi or Rideshare?

A reservation fixes your pickup time, vehicle and price before you board in Dallas. There is no waiting on an app, no search for a driver and no doubt about whether a car is available after a late arrival. Union Limousine drivers track your flight, adjust the pickup if the schedule changes and handle your luggage, which leaves your first minutes in Kansas free for the people you came to see.

Serving Garden City, Finney County and Southwest Kansas

Union Limousine covers Garden City, Holcomb, Lakin, Scott City, Dodge City, Ulysses and neighboring communities across southwest Kansas, KS. Popular destinations include Lee Richardson Zoo, the Finney County Historical Museum, Garden City Community College and the hotels along Kansas Avenue. Check the Garden City events calendar to time your visit around festivals and community events, then book a ride that fits the schedule.

Local trips pair well with our Kansas limo service for city to city travel, a Sprinter van service in Kansas for crews, and charter bus service in Kansas for large groups. Sedans and SUVs for this airport are listed on our GCK airport car service page, and travelers using other terminals can browse our limousine services hub.
