What we offer

Harry Reid International (LAS) Airport Limo Service

Bachelorette groups, golf foursomes, and executive groups depart LAS together in Sprinter vans and stretch limousines, escorted by chauffeurs who know every resort entrance in Las Vegas and Henderson.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Harry Reid International (LAS) Airport

Touch down at Harry Reid International and a chauffeur is already standing in the arrivals hall with your name on a tablet, the luggage cart ready, and the route to your resort mapped before the seatbelt clicks. Our Nevada airport limo service covers every arrival and departure at LAS, from the Strip and Summerlin to Henderson, Boulder City, and the far reaches of Nevada, NV. Union Limousine runs a chauffeured fleet built around Las Vegas rhythms: red eye landings, convention crushes, bachelorette weekends, and corporate shuttles that cannot absorb a missed pickup.

Why Travelers in Nevada Choose Our LAS Airport Limo Service

Las Vegas moves on a 24 hour clock, and so do we. Every reservation is matched to a live flight number, so a delayed departure out of Chicago or an early arrival from Los Angeles simply shifts your chauffeur, never your plans. Vehicles are detailed before each run, chauffeurs are background checked and trained on airport curb rules, and pricing is quoted in full before you confirm.

  • Real time flight monitoring on every inbound and outbound trip
  • Meet and greet inside baggage claim at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3
  • Flat quotes with tolls, airport fees, and wait time disclosed up front
  • Chauffeurs who know resort porte cocheres, convention loading zones, and hotel tower entrances
  • Child seats, extra luggage capacity, and accessible vehicles on request

Service Area Across Nevada, NV

Our LAS coverage runs far past the resort corridor. We handle transfers to Henderson executive offices, Summerlin golf communities, Lake Las Vegas resorts, Boulder City, Mesquite, Laughlin, Pahrump, and long distance runs north toward Reno and Lake Tahoe. For local rides between neighborhoods, our Clark County car service uses the same chauffeurs and fleet, so a visiting executive can keep one driver for the entire stay.

Our Fleet for Harry Reid International Airport Transfers

Every vehicle class below is available for arrivals, departures, and hourly bookings around the Las Vegas Valley. Union Limousine matches the vehicle to your luggage count and group size so no one rides with a suitcase on their lap.

Up to 3 passengers. Executive sedans suit solo business travelers, couples heading to a Strip resort, and anyone who wants a quiet ride after a long flight. Tinted glass, leather seating, and bottled water come standard.

SUVs

Up to 6 passengers. Full size SUVs carry families with strollers, golf groups with multiple bags, and executive teams who want to review notes on the way to a Henderson meeting. Ideal for Summerlin and Lake Las Vegas drop offs.

Up to 20 passengers. The classic Las Vegas arrival. Wedding parties, birthday groups, and bachelor or bachelorette crews ride together from LAS straight to the resort with lighting, sound, and a chilled bar on board.

Sprinter Vans

Up to 14 passengers. Sprinter vans give conference delegations and tour groups standing room, individual seating, and luggage space for everyone. A favorite for Las Vegas Convention Center and Allegiant Stadium transfers.

Mini Charter Buses

Harry Reid International (LAS) Airport Information

Here is what every passenger should know before flying into or out of the busiest airport in Nevada.

Brief History and Importance

The field began in 1942 as Alamo Field, a private airstrip built by flight instructor George Crockett on open desert south of what would become the Strip. Clark County purchased the land in 1948, named it for Senator Pat McCarran, and opened a new passenger terminal in 1963 as the resort boom took hold. Terminal 3 followed in June 2012, and in December 2021 the county commission renamed the airport Harry Reid International Airport after the long serving Nevada senator. The airport is owned by Clark County and operated by the Clark County Department of Aviation, which also runs the general aviation fields at Henderson and North Las Vegas. It remains one of the few commercial airports in the country with slot machines inside the terminals, and it sits among the ten busiest airports in the United States.

Airlines Serving LAS

Over 30 carriers operate at Harry Reid International. Southwest is the largest airline at the airport and uses Terminal 1 as a major operating base, followed by Spirit, Frontier, and Allegiant. American, Delta, United, Alaska, JetBlue, Hawaiian, Sun Country, Breeze, and Avelo round out the domestic lineup. International service includes carriers such as Air Canada, WestJet, Aeromexico, Volaris, British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, Korean Air, Condor, and KLM, all arriving at Terminal 3.

Domestic Destinations

LAS offers nonstop flights to well over 100 domestic airports. The densest routes connect Las Vegas with Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Phoenix, Denver, Salt Lake City, Seattle, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, Atlanta, Minneapolis, Boston, New York, and Washington. Southwest and Spirit also serve dozens of secondary cities across the Mountain West, Texas, and the Midwest, which is why so many weekend visitors arrive on Thursday and Friday afternoons.

Terminal Information

Harry Reid International operates two passenger terminals and four runways. The two terminals are not connected inside security, so a shuttle bus on the roadway links them for passengers who need to change buildings.

Terminal 1

Terminal 1 houses Concourses A, B, C, and D. Ticketing sits on Level 2, baggage claim on Level 1, and the ground transportation plaza on Level Zero. Concourses C and D are reached by an automated tram from the main building. Southwest, Spirit, Allegiant, American, and Delta are the principal Terminal 1 airlines.

Terminal 3

Terminal 3 contains Concourse E and handles all international arrivals along with several domestic carriers including United, Alaska, Frontier, JetBlue, and Hawaiian. Ticketing is on Level 2, baggage claim on Level 1, and prearranged transportation loads on the ground level. A separate tram carries passengers to the D gates for connections.

Passenger Traffic

The airport set an all time record of roughly 58.4 million passengers in 2024. In 2025 it handled 54,989,185 travelers, the third highest annual total in its history, which averages close to 150,000 people a day moving through the two terminals. Peak weeks arrive with CES in January, March Madness, the Formula 1 race in November, and the busiest convention cycles at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

Parking Overview

Over 17,000 public spaces are spread across garages and surface lots at both terminals, with updated rates in effect since July 1, 2026. Short term garage parking runs $4 for the first hour, $8 for two hours, $5 each additional hour, and $38 per day. Long term parking is $12 for the first two hours, $4 each hour after that, and $20 per day. Economy lots cost $6 for two hours, $2 each additional hour, and $14 per day, while valet is a flat $34. Reserved garage spaces can be booked at $30 for Terminal 1 and $23 for Terminal 3, and a Terminal 3 long term reservation drops to $16 per day Saturday through Wednesday. Free cell phone lots serve both terminals. Full details and the online reservation portal are on the airport parking page.

Pickup and Drop Off Guidance

Departing passengers are dropped on Level 2 at either terminal, directly outside ticketing. Curb space is active loading only, and airport police move vehicles that linger, so chauffeurs stage in the cell phone lot until you text that you are ready.

Terminal 1 Pickup

Collect your bags on Level 1, then take the escalator or elevator down to Level Zero. Prearranged limousines and sedans load from the designated limo zone on that level, separate from the taxi line outside doors 1 through 4 and the rideshare area on Level 2M of the parking garage.

Meeting Point Tips

Your chauffeur meets you at the base of the baggage claim escalators holding a name sign, then walks you to the vehicle. Share your carousel number by text and the car pulls forward as you step outside.

Late Night Arrivals

Flights landing after midnight still get a chauffeur inside the terminal. Level Zero is quieter at that hour, which makes it the fastest exit in the building.

Terminal 3 Pickup

After baggage claim on Level 1, prearranged vehicles load from the ground level limo lane on the west end of the terminal. Taxis queue outside doors 52 through 58, and rideshare pickups use the valet level of the Terminal 3 garage. International arrivals clear customs on the same level before reaching the public hall.

Ground Transportation Options

Alongside chauffeured limousines, the airport offers metered taxis, shared ride shuttles, rideshare apps, and public buses. The Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada runs Route 108, Route 109, and the Centennial Express from Level Zero at Terminal 1, with the Centennial Express also stopping at Terminal 3 on its way downtown. All rental car brands operate from a consolidated center on Gilespie Street about three miles south of the terminals, reached by a blue and white shuttle that loads outside baggage claim at both buildings.

Tips for Arriving Passengers

  • Confirm your terminal before landing; the two buildings are a shuttle ride apart
  • Text your chauffeur once you reach the carousel so the vehicle can stage curbside
  • Resort check in often starts at 3 p.m., so plan a lunch or spa stop if you land early
  • Desert heat climbs past 100 degrees from June through September; our vehicles are precooled before pickup
  • Taxi fares to the Strip are flat rate by zone, while chauffeured rides are quoted in advance
  • Build in extra time during CES, Formula 1 week, and major fight weekends

Why a Prebooked Chauffeur Beats the Taxi and Rideshare Lines

Taxi queues at LAS routinely stretch 30 minutes on Friday afternoons and after major events, and rideshare pickups require a walk into the garage followed by surge pricing that can double a fare. A prebooked chauffeur removes every variable. The vehicle is assigned before you land, the fare is fixed, the driver already knows the hotel tower entrance, and the meet and greet inside the terminal means no searching for a license plate in a crowded pickup lane. For groups, one Sprinter or coach replaces a convoy of app rides and keeps everyone together with their luggage.

Popular Destinations from LAS Across Nevada

The airport sits roughly two miles from the south end of the Strip and five miles from downtown, which places every major resort within a short chauffeured ride. Our limo service in Nevada also covers the trips visitors plan around the city, from Hoover Dam and Red Rock Canyon to Valley of Fire, and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority calendar of shows, fights, and festivals keeps those bookings steady year round.

Las Vegas Strip, Downtown, and the Arts District

Resort transfers to the Strip take 10 to 20 minutes depending on the tower. Downtown Las Vegas, Fremont Street, and the Arts District sit about 15 minutes north, with Sphere, Allegiant Stadium, and the Las Vegas Convention Center all reachable on a single hourly booking.

Henderson, Summerlin, and North Las Vegas

Executive and residential runs to Green Valley, Anthem, Lake Las Vegas, Summerlin, and Centennial Hills account for a large share of our weekday schedule. Companies with staff moving between offices book our chauffeur service in Nevada by the hour so the same driver handles airport arrivals, lunch meetings, and evening dinners.

Nearby Airports We Also Serve

Private flyers often land at Henderson Executive (HSH) or North Las Vegas (VGT), while Boulder City Municipal (BLD) hosts tour flights to the Grand Canyon. Northern Nevada travelers connect through Reno Tahoe International (RNO). Each of those fields is covered, and our LAS Airport car service page lists sedan and SUV options for travelers who need a simple point to point ride.
