What we offer

East Texas Regional (GGG) Airport Limo Service

Families, wedding parties and balloon race visitors book East Texas Regional (GGG) Airport Limo Service for Sprinter vans and coaches that carry everyone from the terminal curb to Longview in comfort.

Stretch Limo Service to and from East Texas Regional (GGG) Airport

Flights into Longview touch down on a quiet field with free parking, a single terminal, and a curb that empties within minutes of each American Eagle arrival. Union Limousine turns that calm into an advantage with a Texas airport limo service built around the real GGG schedule, so a chauffeur is standing in the arrivals hall when the jet bridge opens and your sedan or SUV is idling at the door before the rental counter line has moved.

Private Chauffeur Service at GGG for Longview, Kilgore and East Texas

Every booking at East Texas Regional Airport starts with your flight number. We watch the Dallas/Fort Worth connection in real time, adjust the pickup window when weather holds a regional jet at DFW, and never bill for the wait. Travelers heading to the Eastman Chemical complex, the Longview Medical District, Kilgore College, or an oilfield services office in White Oak step from baggage claim into a climate controlled cabin with bottled water, phone chargers, and the route already loaded. Our full limo service menu also covers hourly charters, so the same chauffeur can carry you between site visits all day and return you to Terminal Circle for the evening departure.

Who Relies on Our East Texas Regional Airport Limo Service?

  • Corporate travelers connecting through DFW to plants and refineries across Gregg, Harrison and Rusk counties
  • LeTourneau University families arriving for move in weekends, graduation ceremonies and Abbott Aviation Center tours
  • Wedding parties and reunion groups meeting relatives who fly in from across the country
  • Great Texas Balloon Race visitors who want hotel transfers without fighting the late July event traffic
  • Patients and caregivers with appointments at Longview Regional Medical Center or CHRISTUS Good Shepherd
  • Oil, gas and petrochemical executives who need a confidential ride to Kilgore, Henderson or Marshall

History and Role in the Region

A citizens campaign that began in 1935 led Gregg County voters to approve $200,000 in airport bonds in November 1940, and the county bought 800 acres south of Longview for the field. Gregg County Airport and its first terminal opened on July 15, 1947 with two runways. In 1970 the county paved a 10,000 foot runway, the first of that length at any civilian airport in Texas or the Southwest, and in 1972 the field became the first in the state to employ both certified aircraft rescue firefighters and certified police officers under the new FAA Part 139 rules. A rebuilt terminal followed in 1988, the airport took its current name in 2002, and Gregg County still owns and funds it today under a 20 year master plan backed by a $10 million TxDOT grant accepted in September 2025. GGG is also home to the Abbott Aviation Center of LeTourneau University, whose training fleet accounts for a large share of daily movements, and military aircraft stop here regularly to refuel.

Airlines Flying From GGG

American Eagle is the only scheduled carrier at East Texas Regional Airport, flying regional jets to Dallas/Fort Worth International several times a day. The airport advises arriving 60 to 90 minutes before departure, and the American counter checks bags through to the final destination. If your itinerary continues onward, our DFW Airport limo service can meet the same aircraft at the other end of the hop.

Domestic Destinations

Every GGG departure lands at DFW, and from there passengers reach the entire domestic map on a single ticket. Common onward cities for Longview travelers include Houston, Austin, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Denver, Phoenix, Atlanta and Washington, D.C., with most connections completed inside a two to three hour window at the hub.

Terminal Information

GGG operates one compact passenger terminal at 269 Terminal Circle. The American ticket counter, TSA checkpoint, departure lounge, single jet bridge gate, baggage claim and the Avis rental desk all sit on one level, so the walk from curb to gate takes under five minutes. Free WiFi runs throughout the building, designated smoking areas are outside, and the Gregg County Sheriff's Department handles airport law enforcement. The county has remodeled the terminal in phases with federal grant money, including the installation of a new passenger boarding bridge.

Passenger Traffic

The FAA lists East Texas Regional as a primary commercial service airport, a category that requires at least 10,000 annual boardings. Enplanements have historically run in the low to mid 20,000s each year, which works out to roughly 40,000 to 50,000 total passengers through the terminal, nearly all of them on the DFW shuttle. Flight training, corporate jets, charter operators and military refueling stops push total aircraft movements far above what the airline figures alone would suggest.

Parking Overview

Parking at GGG is free for the full length of your trip, a rarity among commercial airports in Texas, and county officials have said they intend to keep it that way. The surface lot sits directly in front of the terminal with accessible spaces near the entrance and video surveillance, and no shuttle is needed. Travelers leaving a car longer than 30 days should check in at the information booth. The official list of airport facilities covers lost and found, disabled access and other terminal services.

Pickup and Drop Off Guidance

Arriving guests exit baggage claim onto the terminal loop, where our chauffeur waits inside with a name sign and walks you to a vehicle staged a few steps from the door. For departures we stop at the curb outside the ticket counter, set luggage on the sidewalk and confirm your flight is on time before pulling away. Because the terminal is small, we schedule arrivals to the minute and do not circle. Travelers who want a dedicated vehicle for a full day of meetings can combine the transfer with our hourly GGG airport car service.

Ground Transportation Options

Beyond private chauffeurs, GGG has an Avis counter in the terminal, and local taxi companies will send a cab to the curb on request. Longview Transit, the fixed route bus network run by the City of Longview, does not stop at the airport; its downtown transfer center sits near the Amtrak Texas Eagle station and the Greyhound stop about nine miles north. Rideshare coverage in rural Gregg County is thin, especially for the last arrival of the evening.

Tips for Arriving Passengers

  • Check the American app before leaving DFW; a missed connection on the Longview rotation can cost several hours.
  • Allow about 20 minutes to downtown Longview, 25 to Kilgore and 45 to Tyler or Marshall in normal traffic.
  • Late July arrivals during the Great Texas Balloon Race meet heavier traffic on FM 2011 and Loop 281.
  • Keep your chauffeur's number handy; cell signal is fine, but the lot gets dark after the final flight.
  • Pack for East Texas humidity and sudden thunderstorms, which are the usual cause of delays on the DFW leg.

Why a Prebooked Chauffeur Beats Taxis and Rideshare at GGG?

A regional airport nine miles from town has no taxi rank with a row of waiting cabs, and rideshare drivers rarely sit at the terminal hoping for a fare. Prebooking with Union Limousine removes that uncertainty: the vehicle is confirmed, the chauffeur already holds your flight details, the fare is fixed before you board, and the car fits your luggage and group size. Flight tracking means a delay out of DFW changes nothing on your end, and a receipt lands in your inbox for expense reporting.

Our Fleet for East Texas Regional Airport Transfers

Every vehicle in the Union Limousine fleet is detailed before each run, carries commercial insurance, and is driven by a licensed, background checked chauffeur who knows the Longview area.

Sedans (Up to 3 Passengers)

Executive sedans are the standard choice for a solo consultant or a pair of colleagues flying in for a plant tour or a courthouse appointment. Leather seating, a quiet cabin and trunk space for two large bags make the short run to downtown Longview or Kilgore comfortable.

SUVs (Up to 6 Passengers)

Full size SUVs suit families with strollers and golf bags, small project teams with equipment cases, and anyone who wants extra legroom for the drive to Tyler or Marshall. They handle rural farm to market roads with ease in wet weather.

Stretch Limousines (Up to 20 Passengers)

Stretch limousines are booked for wedding parties meeting flights at GGG, milestone anniversaries, prom groups and VIP guests arriving for a gala at the Longview Convention Complex. Mood lighting, a bar area and a sound system set the tone before you reach the venue.

Sprinter Vans (Up to 14 Passengers)

Sprinter vans carry sports teams, church groups and corporate delegations with room to stand and generous luggage capacity. They are the practical answer for a LeTourneau visiting group or a crew heading to a drilling site after a DFW connection.

Party Buses (Up to 30 Passengers)

Party buses turn the transfer itself into part of the celebration, with wraparound seating, lighting and audio for birthday weekends, bachelor and bachelorette groups, and tailgate crowds bound for a Kilgore College or Longview Lobos game.

Mini Charter Buses (Up to 35 Passengers)

Mini charter buses move conference attendees, school groups and reunion gatherings between GGG, hotels near Loop 281 and event venues, with underfloor luggage bays and a restroom on request.

Full Size Charter Buses (Up to 56 Passengers)

Full size motorcoaches handle the biggest arrivals, from company retreats and multi family reunions to balloon race tour groups, with reclining seats, climate control, a restroom and space for everyone's bags on a single vehicle.

Where We Take You From GGG

Longview and Gregg County

Most transfers run north on Farm to Market Road 2011 and State Highway 149 into Longview, reaching the Medical District, downtown and the Loop 281 hotel corridor in about 20 minutes. Our car service in Gregg County also covers Kilgore, Gladewater, White Oak and Lakeport, including residential pickups for departing flights.

Kilgore, Tyler, Marshall and the Piney Woods

Longer runs reach Tyler and the University of Texas Health Science Center in about 45 minutes, Marshall and Carthage in under an hour, and Shreveport across the Louisiana line in roughly 70 minutes. Statewide, our limo service in Texas connects GGG with Dallas, Houston, Austin and San Antonio by road when a connecting flight is not worth the wait.

Venues and Landmarks Near the Airport

Regular drop offs include the Belcher Center and Longview Convention Complex, the Maude Cobb Convention and Activity Center, the Gregg County Historical Museum, the Longview Museum of Fine Arts, the East Texas Oil Museum on the Kilgore College campus, and lakeside homes on Lake Cherokee and Lake O' the Pines.

Seasonal Event Transfers

Spring brings Alley Fest in downtown Longview, fall brings the Gregg County Fair and high school football at Lobo Stadium, and the holiday season fills the Belcher Center calendar. We stage additional vehicles at GGG around each of these dates.

Great Texas Balloon Race Weekend

Held at the airport itself every summer since 1980, the balloon race closes some airfield access roads and draws tens of thousands of spectators. We coordinate pickup points with the event layout so flyers landing that weekend still reach their hotels without delay.

Your chauffeur arrives at the terminal before the scheduled landing time and tracks the aircraft from DFW, so the vehicle is in place even when the flight comes in ahead of schedule.

Yes. Every reservation is linked to the flight number, and dispatch adjusts the pickup time automatically when American reports a delay or an early arrival.

Hourly charters keep the same chauffeur with you from the arrival at Terminal Circle through site visits in Longview, Kilgore or Tyler and back for the evening flight.

No. Wait time caused by airline delays is covered, and the quoted fare stays the same regardless of how late the aircraft arrives.

The terminal sits about nine miles south of downtown Longview, a drive of roughly 15 to 20 minutes depending on traffic on FM 2011 and Highway 149.

A Sprinter van carries up to 14 passengers with luggage, while two SUVs work well if the group is splitting between a hotel and the campus.

Infant, convertible and booster seats are available on request at the time of booking and are installed before the chauffeur leaves for the airport.

Yes. Tyler is about 45 minutes west and Shreveport about 70 minutes east, and both are quoted as flat rate transfers from the terminal.

Tell dispatch as soon as the airline rebooks you and the reservation moves to the new flight at no cost, or we can arrange a direct road transfer from DFW.

Major credit cards, corporate accounts and prepaid invoices are accepted, and the confirmed fare is charged only after the ride is completed.
