Victoria Regional (VCT) Airport Limo Service
Plant crews, executives and families arriving on the evening Houston flight get a named chauffeur, a fixed rate and a cooled cabin. Victoria Regional (VCT) Airport Limo Service with corporate billing.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Victoria Regional (VCT) Airport
Flights in and out of Victoria Regional Airport run on a tight two departure schedule, and the first one leaves at 5:30 a.m. A chauffeur who is already parked outside the terminal before you have finished reading your boarding pass is worth a great deal at that hour. Our Victoria Regional (VCT) Airport Limo Service covers every United Express departure and arrival at the old Foster Field, with the same standards our Texas airport limo service holds at the largest hubs in the state. Travelers from Victoria, Port Lavaca, Cuero, Goliad, Edna and the wider Crossroads region book us for the ride to the terminal and for the ride home when the evening flight from Houston touches down.
Chauffeured Transfers Built Around the VCT Schedule
VCT is a small field with a very specific rhythm. One flight goes out early, one comes back late, and the United ticket counter shuts 45 minutes before each departure. We plan every pickup backward from that cutoff, so a passenger with checked bags is dropped at the curb a full 90 minutes ahead of wheels up, and a carry on traveler has a comfortable hour in hand. When the inbound jet from Houston is running behind, our dispatch team adjusts the arrival pickup automatically, which means nobody is waiting on a dark apron for a car that was called too early.
Because VCT ties directly into George Bush Intercontinental, many of our clients pair a Victoria pickup with a connection on the Houston end. Our IAH airport limo service can meet the same passenger at Terminal B, so a two leg trip behaves like one continuous reservation with a single confirmation number.
Why Texas Travelers Choose Our VCT Airport Limo?
Union Limousine has been handling airport transfers since 1997, and the discipline that comes from serving crowded coastal hubs transfers well to a regional airport where the margin for error is a single missed check in. Here is what sets our VCT program apart:
- Pickup times calculated from the United counter cutoff, not a generic buffer
- Live flight tracking on the inbound SkyWest aircraft from Houston
- Licensed, background checked chauffeurs who know Foster Field Drive, Highway 59 and Loop 463
- Flat quotes for Victoria County and fixed rate runs to Port Lavaca, Point Comfort, Goliad and Cuero
- Corporate billing for refinery, plant and energy contractors along the Gulf Coast corridor
- Reservations accepted 24/7 by phone or online, with written confirmation sent within minutes
Early Morning Departures Handled Properly
A 5:30 a.m. departure means a 4:00 a.m. pickup for most households in Victoria. Our chauffeurs confirm by text the night before, arrive ten minutes early with the cabin already cooled or warmed, and load luggage quietly in the driveway. You arrive at the terminal rested, with time for the single security lane and the short walk to the gate.
Evening Arrivals and the Drive Home
The evening flight from IAH lands around 8:30 p.m., when local taxi coverage in Victoria is thin and rideshare wait times stretch. Our chauffeur tracks the tail number, parks in the free lot beside the terminal, and greets you at the baggage area with a name board. Within minutes you are on the road toward home, a hotel on Navarro Street, or a job site in Calhoun County.

Where We Take You From VCT?
Victoria and the Crossroads Region
Most VCT transfers stay inside Victoria County. Our Victoria car service covers downtown Victoria, the historic district around De Leon Plaza, Riverside Park and the Texas Zoo, the Victoria Mall corridor on Navarro, University of Houston Victoria, Victoria College, DeTar Healthcare System and Citizens Medical Center. Hotel transfers along Houston Highway and Loop 463 are a daily routine for our chauffeurs.
Longer Runs Across South Texas
Victoria sits at the junction of U.S. 59, U.S. 77 and U.S. 87, which places Port Lavaca, Point Comfort, Seadrift, Port O'Connor, Goliad, Cuero, Hallettsville, Edna and El Campo within an easy drive. For clients who need to reach Corpus Christi, San Antonio, Austin or Houston without a connecting flight, our limo service in Texas runs direct intercity transfers from the VCT curb.
Venues and Landmarks Near the Airport
The restored Officers Club on the airport grounds hosts weddings and corporate dinners, and we stage vehicles there for guests arriving on the evening flight. Other frequent destinations include the Leo J. Welder Center for the Performing Arts, the Museum of the Coastal Bend at Victoria College, the Victoria Community Center and Riverside Stadium during Generals games.

History and Importance
The airfield began life in 1941 as Victoria Field, an advanced single engine gunnery school built in a matter of months after the city raised local money to secure the base. It was renamed for 1st Lieutenant Arthur L. Foster, an instructor killed in a 1925 crash at Brooks Field in San Antonio, and during the Second World War it trained thousands of fighter pilots, including the Mexican 201st Fighter Squadron known as the Aztec Eagles. The base closed in October 1945, reopened in 1951 for Korean War jet training, became Foster Air Force Base and later housed the headquarters of the Nineteenth Air Force before the Air Force left at the end of 1958. The Texas Historical Commission marker in the Officers Club gardens records how the county received the field in 1960 in exchange for nearby Aloe Field, and how Foster Field formally became Victoria Regional Airport in 1976.
Today the airport is the Crossroads region's only scheduled airline link, its main corporate and charter airfield, and a key logistics asset for the petrochemical plants of Calhoun County and the energy industry across South Texas.
Airlines Operating From VCT
United Express, operated by SkyWest Airlines, is the sole scheduled carrier, flying under a federal EAS contract, the rural air service subsidy program. In February 2026 Victoria County announced that SkyWest was upgrading the afternoon turn to the CRJ 550, a 50 seat regional jet with a true first class cabin, premium economy rows and dedicated storage for roll aboard bags. VCT became only the second market in United's Houston system to receive that aircraft. Earlier carriers at Victoria included Trans Texas Airways and Texas International, which served the city for over two decades, followed by Sun Air Express and Contour Airlines under previous EAS contracts.
Domestic Destinations
All scheduled flights operate between VCT and George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) in Houston, arriving at Terminal B. From there, United's hub network connects Victoria passengers to the rest of the United States and to international destinations with a single stop. The morning departure leaves Victoria at 5:30 a.m. and the evening departure at approximately 7:30 p.m., giving business travelers a full working day in either city.
Terminal Information
VCT operates a single passenger terminal with a United ticket counter, one TSA checkpoint and a compact gate area. The airport asks passengers checking luggage to arrive 90 minutes before departure and carry on passengers to arrive 60 minutes ahead; the counter closes 45 minutes before the flight and no agent is available after that until the aircraft departs. One carry on and one personal item are allowed. National rental car counters sit inside the terminal, and the Victoria Jet Center handles private and corporate aircraft from its own facility nearby.
Passenger Traffic
With two 50 seat round trips each day, VCT offers roughly 100 outbound seats daily, and annual boardings run in the low thousands, a figure typical of EAS subsidized airports. The mix leans toward engineers, contractors and executives tied to the coastal industrial corridor, with leisure passengers connecting through Houston during holidays and school breaks.
Parking Overview
Parking at Victoria Regional is free for the full length of your trip. The lot sits beside the terminal and is monitored around the clock by closed circuit cameras, as described on the airport's flight information page. Our chauffeurs use the same lot for arrivals, which keeps the terminal curb clear for active loading.
Pick Up and Drop Off Guidance
The terminal has a single curb directly in front of the entrance. Departing passengers are dropped at the door, and our chauffeur unloads bags and confirms the counter is open before leaving. For arrivals, the chauffeur meets you inside the terminal near baggage claim with a name board, then walks you to the vehicle. Because the lot is adjacent, the walk takes under two minutes even with several bags.
Ground Transportation Options
Avis and Enterprise rental desks operate inside the terminal, and a handful of local taxi companies serve the city. Uber and Lyft work within Victoria, although driver availability at 4:00 a.m. and after the evening arrival is limited. Public transit is run by the Golden Crescent Regional Planning Commission; its Victoria Transit fixed routes operate weekdays within city limits and do not stop at the airport, and the rural Golden Crescent Transit service requires advance scheduling. A prebooked chauffeur removes the uncertainty from both ends of the trip.
Tips for Arriving Passengers
- Text your chauffeur once the aircraft reaches the gate; we are already parked and waiting
- Baggage arrives quickly at VCT, so have your claim tags ready at the carousel
- Allow extra time on Highway 59 during shift changes at the Calhoun County plants
- Summer humidity is intense; our vehicles are precooled before every pickup
- If you are connecting onward by car to Corpus Christi or San Antonio, tell us at booking so the right vehicle is assigned
Why a Prebooked Chauffeur Beats Taxis and Rideshare at VCT?
Rideshare pricing in a small market swings sharply when demand spikes around the two daily flights, and a driver who accepts the trip may still be twenty minutes away. Taxis require a phone call and a wait. A prebooked chauffeur is confirmed days ahead, tracks your flight, holds a fixed rate, and treats a 5:30 a.m. departure as routine. For executives and plant managers whose schedules revolve around the Houston connection, that reliability is the reason they stop gambling on an app.
What to Expect From Our VCT Chauffeurs?
Every Union Limousine chauffeur assigned to Victoria Regional is professionally dressed, holds a commercial license with a clean record, and has driven the regional road network enough to know where the deer cross Highway 59 at dusk. Our limo service standards apply at every airport we serve: door assistance, luggage handling, bottled water, phone chargers and a quiet ride unless you prefer conversation.

For checked luggage, we schedule a terminal arrival 90 minutes before departure, which means a pickup around 3:45 a.m. inside Victoria. Carry on travelers can leave roughly 30 minutes later. We adjust for your address and confirm the exact time the evening before.
Yes. Your chauffeur waits near baggage claim with a name board, helps with bags and walks you to the vehicle parked in the adjacent lot. There is no need to call for the car once you land.
It can. We arrange a Victoria pickup and a separate Houston chauffeur at Terminal B under one confirmation, which is useful when you have a long layover or a meeting in the city before an onward flight.
We track the inbound SkyWest aircraft from the moment it leaves Houston. If it runs late, your pickup time moves automatically at no extra charge, and your chauffeur is still waiting when you walk out.
A Sprinter van carries up to 14 people with luggage and is the usual choice for turnaround crews. Larger groups move in mini coaches or full size charter buses, which also handle tool bags and equipment cases.
Yes. Calhoun County transfers are among our most frequent VCT runs. We quote a fixed rate for Port Lavaca, Point Comfort, Seadrift and Port O'Connor, with no surcharge for early morning or late evening flights.
Direct intercity transfers run every day. San Antonio is about two hours from the terminal and Austin roughly two and a half, and the fixed price often compares favorably with a connecting flight plus a second airport transfer.
Trips inside Victoria County are quoted at a flat rate by vehicle class. Longer runs are priced by destination, with tolls and gratuity shown up front. There are no hidden fuel surcharges and no demand based pricing.
Infant, convertible and booster seats are available on request for sedans, SUVs and Sprinter vans. Let us know the child's age and weight when booking so the correct seat is installed before pickup.
Yes. Companies with staff rotating through Victoria Regional can open an account with monthly invoicing, passenger profiles, preferred vehicle settings and a dedicated coordinator who handles schedule changes.
