Tri Cities Pasco/Kennewick/Richland (PSC) Airport Limo Service

Wine groups, Hanford crews, and wedding parties all use our Tri Cities Pasco/Kennewick/Richland (PSC) Airport Limo Service for sedans through 56 seat coaches, with car seats and winery stops arranged.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Tri Cities Pasco/Kennewick/Richland (PSC) Airport

Flights into Tri Cities Airport touch down a few miles north of downtown Pasco, and the drive that follows sets the tone for everything after. Union Limousine runs a dedicated Washington airport limo service for passengers arriving at and departing from PSC, with chauffeurs who watch your flight, stage in the right spot, and keep the terminal exit simple. Business visitors heading to Richland, families bound for Kennewick, and wine tourists aiming at Red Mountain all get the same quiet, polished ride.

Tri Cities Pasco/Kennewick/Richland (PSC) Airport Limo Service is built around the way this airport actually works: one terminal, a short loop road, and a passenger base that has set records three years running. We know where the economy lot sits, where the rental counters queue up after an evening Seattle arrival, and how long it takes to reach Interstate 182 when the lots are full. Our job is to remove every one of those variables from your day.

Why Travelers Across Washington, WA Choose Our PSC Airport Limo Service?

Ground transportation in the Tri Cities has always leaned on rental cars and a small taxi pool. A private chauffeur changes the equation for anyone whose schedule, luggage, or group size does not fit that pattern. Here is what you receive when you reserve with us:

  • Real time flight monitoring on every Alaska, Delta, United, American, and Allegiant arrival
  • A chauffeur who meets you curbside or inside baggage claim, your choice
  • Late model sedans, SUVs, and larger vehicles kept detailed and inspected
  • Flat quotes agreed before the trip, with no surge pricing on holiday weekends
  • 24 hour dispatch for red eye departures and late night arrivals
  • Child seats, extra luggage space, and accessibility requests handled in advance

Flight Tracked Pickups at Pasco

The busiest arrival bank at PSC lands late in the evening, when the Los Angeles flight, the Phoenix flight, and the final Seattle and Salt Lake City rotations come in inside a two hour window. That is exactly when a prearranged car earns its keep. Your chauffeur checks the live board, adjusts for an early or delayed touchdown, and is standing at the curb when you walk out. Our limo service covers every one of those late banks, seven days a week.

Service Coverage: Pasco, Kennewick, Richland and Beyond

The three cities sit at the meeting point of the Columbia, Snake, and Yakima rivers, and travel between them means crossing bridges that slow down at commute hours. Our chauffeurs know which crossing to use at which time of day, and they plan the route before the engine starts.

Richland and the Hanford Corridor

Richland hosts Pacific Northwest National Laboratory, about 17 miles from the airport by way of Interstate 182 and George Washington Way. Scientists and contractors attending meetings on campus can review the PNNL visitor requirements before arrival, then let us handle the drive and the Battelle Boulevard entrance. We also serve Columbia Point, the Hanford Reach Interpretive Center area, and the hotel cluster along George Washington Way.

Kennewick and Columbia Park

Kennewick is the retail and hospitality center of the metro, home to Columbia Center mall, the Toyota Center arena, the Three Rivers Convention Center, and the Columbia Park waterfront. Trade show exhibitors, touring crews, and families staying along Clearwater Avenue book our SUVs and Sprinter vans for airport runs and local shuttling. Our PSC airport car service also supports corporate accounts in Kennewick with monthly billing and a single point of contact.

Wine Country Transfers

The Tri Cities market itself as the heart of Washington wine country, with over 200 wineries inside a 50 mile radius. Red Mountain, Prosser, and the Yakima Valley sit within an hour, and Walla Walla is under 60 miles to the east. Visitors can browse the full list of Tri Cities wineries and let us build a tasting itinerary around the PSC arrival, with a chauffeur who stays with the group all day and handles every winding vineyard road.

Our Fleet for PSC Airport Transfers

Union Limousine maintains a mixed fleet so the vehicle matches the trip. Every unit is detailed between assignments, inspected on a fixed schedule, and stocked with bottled water.

Tri Cities Airport (PSC) Information Guide

Airport at a Glance

  • Airport name: Tri Cities Pasco/Kennewick/Richland (PSC) Airport
  • Airport code: PSC
  • Address: 3601 N 20th Ave, Pasco, WA 99301, United States
  • Phone: +1 509 547 6352
  • Official website: https://www.flytricities.com/
  • Owner and operator: Port of Pasco

History and Regional Importance

The field began as a United States Navy facility during the Second World War. The Port of Pasco took ownership in 1963, and three years later the Pasco Airport was renamed Tri Cities Airport, gained a new terminal, and saw its runway extended. The terminal grew from 25,000 to 62,000 square feet in 1986, received a lobby expansion in 2003, and then went through a $42 million modernization between 2014 and 2017 that produced the building passengers use today. The Port is now developing the Aerospace Innovation and Manufacturing Center on airport land, a project aimed at aerospace, research, and manufacturing tenants. Commercial flying here traces back to 1926, when Varney Airlines carried the first contract airmail between Pasco and Elko, Nevada, on a route that later became part of United Airlines.

Airlines and Nonstop Destinations

Five carriers serve PSC. Alaska Airlines flies to Seattle, Portland, and Los Angeles, with the Portland route restored in June 2026. Delta connects to Salt Lake City with four daily flights, plus Minneapolis St Paul and Seattle. United serves Denver and San Francisco, American Eagle flies to Phoenix Sky Harbor, and Allegiant adds leisure nonstops to Las Vegas, Phoenix Mesa, and Orange County. All scheduled service is domestic, so international itineraries connect through Seattle, Denver, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco.

Terminal, Passenger Traffic and Parking

PSC operates a single terminal that opens two hours before the first departure each day, with one TSA checkpoint, a ticket lobby, gate hold rooms, dining and retail, and a rotating collection of Pacific Northwest art. The airport handled 975,372 passengers in 2025, a record for the third straight year, with 494,829 enplanements and a December peak of 47,989 boardings.

Parking is split into three surface lots. Short term offers the first hour free, then $2 per hour up to a $25 daily cap. Long term gives 30 minutes free and runs $14 for each 24 hour period. The economy lot has no grace period and charges $12 per day. Payment is by card at exit, and parking staff are on site around the clock. Current rates and the lot map are posted on the airport's parking and transportation page.

Pickup, Drop Off and Ground Transportation

The terminal loop road runs directly past the main doors. Departing passengers are dropped at the curb outside ticketing, and arriving passengers step out near baggage claim onto the same curb. Private cars and rideshare drivers use the public pickup lane; our chauffeurs stage in the short term lot when a flight is running late so the curb stays clear, then pull forward the moment you text.

Beyond private cars, the airport lists seven rental agencies, two local taxi companies, Uber and Lyft, the Grape Line coach to Walla Walla, and Ben Franklin Transit city buses, which added a limited stop express route with a curbside airport stop. Each option has a place. None of them combine a guaranteed vehicle, a named chauffeur, and a fixed price the way a reservation with us does.

Tips for Arriving Passengers

  • Baggage claim is a short walk from the gates, and checked bags typically appear within 15 minutes
  • Cell service is strong in the terminal, so text your chauffeur the moment you taxi in
  • Winter fog and ice are common from December through February, so allow extra time on Interstate 182
  • Visitor information kiosks are located in the terminal if you need maps or wine trail brochures
  • REAL ID is required at the checkpoint on your return trip, so confirm your ID before departure day

Why a Prebooked Chauffeur Is the Smarter Choice at PSC?

Taxi availability in the Tri Cities depends on two small companies, and rideshare drivers thin out after 10 p.m., exactly when the heaviest arrival bank lands. Rental counters can hold a 20 minute line when three flights arrive together. A reservation with Union Limousine removes the uncertainty: the vehicle is assigned the day before, the chauffeur has your flight number, and the fare is agreed in writing. For corporate travelers, that means a receipt that matches the expense policy. For families, it means a child seat already installed. For wine groups, it means a sober driver who knows the back roads to Benton City.

Quick Checklist Before Your PSC Pickup

  • Confirm your airline and flight number on the reservation
  • Note your passenger count and luggage pieces so we size the vehicle correctly
  • Add any stops, such as a grocery run or hotel check in, when booking
  • Save our dispatch number in your phone before you board

Reservations made 24 hours ahead secure your first choice of vehicle. Peak dates such as Water Follies weekend, graduation week, and the December holidays fill faster, so a few days of notice is wise.

Absolutely. Walla Walla is roughly a 60 mile drive east on US 12. We offer one way transfers and full day charters that include winery stops, lunch, and the return to the airport or your hotel.

Sprinter vans seat up to 14 and are popular with crews rotating onto Hanford and PNNL projects. We set recurring weekly pickups and bill the company account directly.

Yes. Infant, convertible, and booster seats are installed before the chauffeur leaves for the airport. Tell us the ages of your children when you book.

Expect about 20 minutes on Interstate 182 under normal traffic. Evening commute hours and winter fog can stretch that to 30 minutes, and your chauffeur plans for it.

Yes. Mini charter buses carry up to 35 passengers and full size coaches carry up to 56, with underfloor storage for equipment. Both are available for airport runs and away games.
