What we offer

Seattle Paine Field International (PAE) Airport Limo Service

Aerospace teams, cruise guests, and island families rely on our Seattle Paine Field International (PAE) Airport Limo Service for flat fares, sedans to 56 seat coaches, and chauffeurs who know Everett.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Seattle Paine Field International (PAE) Airport

Flying through Everett changes the shape of a trip. Security at Paine Field clears in minutes, the terminal has two gates, and your chauffeur is standing at the only curb the building has. Our Washington airport limo service covers every Alaska Airlines arrival and departure at PAE with a licensed chauffeur, a tracked flight, and a vehicle sized for the people and bags you are moving. Travelers across Washington, WA book us because the ride home should feel as calm as the terminal they just walked out of.

Why Fly Through PAE With a Chauffeur Waiting at the Curb?

Paine Field was built around one idea: a small terminal that respects your time. We mirror that approach. A chauffeur meets you inside the arrivals area with your name on a tablet, carries the luggage, and has you rolling down Airport Road within minutes of baggage claim. For departures we plan the pickup around your boarding time plus live conditions on Interstate 5 and State Route 526, so you reach the terminal with time to enjoy its restaurant and the view of the runway. Union Limousine has handled airport transfers since 1997, and the same chauffeur standards travel with us to Everett.

Who Books a Paine Field Limo?

  • Aerospace visitors heading to the Boeing Everett factory, the Future of Flight gallery, or supplier offices along the Paine Field industrial corridor
  • Snohomish County families flying Alaska to Palm Springs, Las Vegas, or Honolulu who want one vehicle for every passenger and every suitcase
  • Whidbey Island and Camano Island residents who want a chauffeur waiting at the Mukilteo ferry landing before an early flight
  • Corporate travelers moving between PAE and downtown Seattle, Bellevue, or the Lynnwood City Center light rail station
  • Cruise passengers who fly into Everett and need a direct ride to the Seattle piers on sailing morning
  • Wedding parties, Tulalip Resort guests, and concert crowds bound for Angel of the Winds Arena who need a stretch limousine or party bus

Travelers who want an executive sedan without the limousine presentation can book our Paine Field car service for the same chauffeur, the same flight tracking, and a quieter arrival. Groups of thirty or more arriving on a single Alaska flight are matched with a Washington airport charter bus that stages at the terminal and loads everyone in one movement.

Our Fleet for Paine Field Transfers

Every vehicle in the fleet is detailed before each pickup, insured for commercial passenger service, and driven by a chauffeur who knows the Everett road network. Capacities below reflect comfortable seating with luggage, so a party of six in an SUV still has room for six checked bags.

Vehicles and Passenger Capacities

  • Sedans (up to 3 passengers): executive rides for one to three travelers with carry ons and a checked bag each; the right fit for business trips to the Boeing campus or quick hops to Lynnwood and Edmonds
  • SUVs (up to 6 passengers): room for families, ski equipment bound for Stevens Pass, or a small team sharing one ride into Seattle after a morning arrival
  • Stretch Limousines (up to 20 passengers): anniversaries, proposals at Mukilteo Lighthouse Park, prom nights, and Woodinville wine tours booked around a flight home
  • Sprinter Vans (up to 14 passengers): corporate shuttles between PAE and Everett hotels, youth sports teams, and extended families flying together with a mountain of luggage
  • Party Buses (up to 30 passengers): bachelor and bachelorette weekends, concert nights at Angel of the Winds Arena, and casino runs to Tulalip and Quil Ceda Creek
  • Mini Charter Buses (up to 35 passengers): conference delegations, school bands, and church groups arriving on one Alaska flight and departing the terminal together
  • Full Size Charter Buses (up to 56 passengers): large tour groups, cruise charters headed to the Seattle waterfront, and company retreats bound for the Cascade foothills

History and Importance of the Airport

Snohomish County broke ground on the field in September 1936 as a Works Progress Administration project, one of ten planned super airports meant to lift the regional economy out of the Depression. The Army Air Corps took over in 1941 and named the base for Topliff Olin Paine, an Everett native and pioneering airmail pilot. The county regained the property in 1948, hosted an Air Force defense wing through 1966, and then welcomed Boeing, which chose the north edge of the field for the plant where the 747 first flew in February 1969. Paine Field's history since then has been an aerospace story: the Boeing Everett factory, Aviation Technical Services, and roughly 550 based general aviation aircraft make PAE the fourth largest general aviation airport west of the Mississippi. Scheduled passenger flights returned on March 4, 2019 when Propeller Airports opened a privately built terminal, and the county renamed the airport Seattle Paine Field International Airport in July 2023.

Airlines Operating From PAE

Alaska Airlines is the only scheduled carrier at Paine Field as of fall 2026. Flights are operated by Horizon Air Embraer 175 regional jets and, on the busiest routes, mainline Boeing 737 aircraft. Frontier Airlines flew to Denver, Las Vegas, and Phoenix between June 2025 and January 2026 before withdrawing, and United Airlines served the terminal from 2019 through 2021. In September 2026 Alaska announced a fifty percent increase in departing seats from PAE running through summer 2027, with larger aircraft on Los Angeles, extra frequencies to Portland, and added seats to San Diego and San Francisco.

Domestic Destinations

Alaska's nonstop map from Everett focuses on the West Coast and the Southwest. Current and announced destinations include:

  • Las Vegas (LAS) and Phoenix (PHX), the two routes most often flown with 737 aircraft
  • Los Angeles (LAX), Orange County (SNA), San Diego (SAN), and San Francisco (SFO)
  • Portland (PDX), restored on June 10, 2026 and growing to two daily flights
  • Palm Springs (PSP) and Honolulu (HNL) on seasonal winter schedules
  • San Jose (SJC), scheduled to launch with two daily Horizon flights on April 14, 2027

Terminal Information

The passenger terminal sits between the control tower and the original county terminal building on the east side of the field. It covers about 30,000 square feet with two gates, a single TSA checkpoint, ticketing, baggage claim, and a restaurant and bar overlooking the ramp. Propeller Airports designed the space with lounge seating, fireplaces, and large glass walls, and Newsweek readers voted it one of the three best small airports in America in 2025, the same year The Washington Post ranked it fifth among the fifty best airports in the country. Everything a passenger needs is within a two minute walk of the front door.

Passenger Traffic

Paine Field has welcomed over 3.4 million passengers since commercial service began in March 2019. The terminal was built for roughly 24 daily departures and a volume approaching one million passengers a year, and Snohomish County's long range plan projects four million passengers annually by 2040 with an expansion to seven active gates. Alaska's 2026 capacity announcement is the first step toward that growth.

Parking Overview

Parking at PAE is all surface lots a short walk from the terminal entrance, with roughly 1,070 stalls across the leased parking areas. Valet parking is offered at the curb for travelers who want to hand over the keys and walk straight to security. The county's draft plan calls for close to 2,000 additional spaces by 2040, which shows how quickly the lots fill on holiday weekends. A prebooked chauffeur removes the parking question entirely.

Pick Up and Drop Off Guidance

The terminal has one front curb on 100th Street SW, which makes meeting your chauffeur simple. For arrivals, our chauffeur monitors your Alaska flight and is inside the terminal before the aircraft reaches the gate; you will find a name sign near baggage claim, and the vehicle pulls up as soon as the bags are in hand. For departures we recommend a curbside drop about 75 minutes before boarding, since check in and security at PAE rarely take long. Larger groups using a Sprinter van or coach are staged at the end of the curb so passengers board in a single line without blocking private vehicles.

Ground Transportation Options

Public transit reaches the terminal through Community Transit's Swift Green Line, which stops at Airport Road and 100th Street SW on its route between Seaway Transit Center at the Boeing plant and Canyon Park in Bothell, with buses every ten minutes on weekdays. Everett Transit routes, rental car counters inside the terminal, taxis, rideshare pickups, and a scheduled shuttle to Whidbey Island round out the options. Light rail will not reach the Paine Field area for years, so most travelers coming from King County or the islands still arrive by car. A chauffeured transfer bridges that gap with a fixed fare and a single pickup point.

Tips for Arriving Passengers

Baggage at PAE comes off quickly because only one or two flights deplane at a time, so step toward the carousel as soon as you clear the gate. Cell coverage inside the terminal is strong, and your chauffeur sends a text with the vehicle description before you reach the exit. If you are connecting to the Mukilteo ferry, allow about 15 minutes for the drive and check the sailing schedule, since ferry traffic backs up on summer Friday evenings. Winter arrivals should expect wet pavement on the Airport Road descent, which is one reason we assign SUVs to evening pickups from November through February on request.

Why a Prebooked Chauffeur Beats Taxis and Rideshare at PAE?

Taxi and rideshare supply at Paine Field is thin because the airport sits in an industrial district with few drivers waiting nearby. Arriving passengers who open an app after landing often watch a fifteen minute wait estimate climb while surge pricing kicks in around the evening Alaska bank. A prebooked limo service locks the fare in advance, guarantees a vehicle large enough for the group and the luggage, and puts a professional chauffeur at the curb before the wheels touch down. Union Limousine also tracks every inbound flight, so a delay out of Phoenix or Las Vegas shifts your pickup automatically with no new booking and no waiting fee.

Serving Everett, Snohomish County, and the North Puget Sound

Paine Field sits between Everett and Mukilteo, roughly 25 miles north of downtown Seattle, and most of our PAE transfers stay within Snohomish County. We run to the Port of Everett's Waterfront Place district and its marina hotels, to Naval Station Everett, Everett Community College, Providence Regional Medical Center, and the Tulalip Resort Casino. Southbound rides reach Lynnwood, Edmonds, Mill Creek, Bothell, Shoreline, and the Seattle neighborhoods along Interstate 5. Northbound rides serve Marysville, Arlington, Lake Stevens, Snohomish, and the Skagit Valley. Visitors exploring Seattle NorthCountry attractions such as the Flying Heritage and Combat Armor Museum, Jetty Island, or the Mountain Loop Scenic Byway can book our limo service in Washington by the hour and keep one chauffeur for the entire day.

Nearby Airports We Also Serve

Many PAE travelers also fly out of Seattle Tacoma International when a route is not offered from Everett, and our Seattle Tacoma International Airport limo service covers that 45 mile run down Interstate 5. We also meet Kenmore Air and SeaPort Airlines passengers at Boeing Field in Seattle and connect Bellingham International passengers with Everett and the Skagit Valley, so a split itinerary with one airport in and another out is routine for us.

Travel Time Notes

Interstate 5 south of Everett slows sharply between 3 and 6 p.m. on weekdays, and the Mukilteo ferry queue adds time on summer weekends. Union Limousine builds those patterns into every quoted pickup time, and your chauffeur reroutes through State Route 99 or Interstate 405 when live traffic calls for it.

Frequently Asked Questions

For most Alaska flights we suggest a pickup that puts you at the terminal 75 to 90 minutes before boarding. Paine Field security is quick, but Interstate 5 traffic from Seattle or the ferry schedule from Whidbey Island can add time, and we factor both into your quote.

Your chauffeur waits inside the terminal near baggage claim holding a sign with your name. Once the luggage is collected, the vehicle pulls up to the front curb on 100th Street SW and you are loaded within a minute or two.

Yes. Every inbound flight is monitored from departure to touchdown. If your flight from Las Vegas, Phoenix, or any other city runs late, your pickup time shifts automatically and no waiting fee applies.

A Sprinter van seats up to 14 passengers with a dedicated rear luggage area, which handles a checked bag and a carry on per person comfortably. For ski gear or oversized items, tell us at booking and we will confirm the right configuration.

Outside rush hour the trip runs 40 to 55 minutes down Interstate 5. Weekday afternoons between 3 and 6 p.m. can stretch that to 75 minutes or longer, which is why we quote pickup times based on live traffic.

We do. Rear facing infant seats, forward facing seats, and boosters can be added to any sedan, SUV, or Sprinter van at booking. Let us know the ages of the children and we will install the seats before the chauffeur leaves the garage.

Yes. Mini charter buses seating up to 35 and full size coaches seating up to 56 run directly from the Paine Field terminal to Pier 66 and Pier 91. Luggage rides in the under floor bays, and we coordinate the arrival with your ship's check in window.

Our chauffeurs cover every scheduled departure, including the first Alaska flights that board around 6 a.m. Pickups as early as 3:30 a.m. from Seattle, Bellevue, or the islands are routine and confirmed the night before.

We serve all of Snohomish County, including Everett, Mukilteo, Lynnwood, Edmonds, Mill Creek, Bothell, Marysville, Arlington, Lake Stevens, Snohomish, and Monroe, along with King, Skagit, Island, and Whatcom counties on request.

Airport transfers are quoted as flat rates based on vehicle type and destination, with tolls, fuel, and standard waiting time included. Hourly rates apply for day charters or multi stop itineraries, and every quote is confirmed in writing before travel.
