What we offer

St Cloud Regional (STC) Airport Limo Service

Snowbird couples, SCSU families and corporate teams across Central Minnesota rely on our St Cloud Regional (STC) Airport Limo Service for fixed, fair pricing and vehicles that seat 3 to 56 passengers.

Stretch Limo Service to and from St Cloud Regional (STC) Airport

The terminal at St. Cloud Sky Central Airport, still known to most Central Minnesota travelers as St Cloud Regional (STC) Airport, opens its doors three hours before every departure, and our chauffeurs plan every pickup around that rhythm. Union Limousine provides private, flight tracked transfers between STC and homes, hotels and offices in St. Cloud, Sartell, Sauk Rapids, Waite Park and the surrounding counties, as part of a wider Minnesota airport limo service that covers every commercial airport in the state. Fixed quotes, licensed chauffeurs and a fleet sized for everything from a single business traveler to a 56 passenger group departure make the ride to 1550 45th Avenue SE the easiest part of the journey.

Private Limo Transfers at STC for Central Minnesota Travelers

STC is a leisure airport first. Allegiant flies year round to Mesa Gateway near Phoenix and seasonally to Punta Gorda on the Florida Gulf Coast, which means a large share of passengers are snowbirds heading south with heavy luggage, golf bags and a long parking bill waiting for them if they drive themselves. A chauffeured sedan or SUV solves that problem at both ends of the trip. We collect you at your front door, load the bags, and return you to the same spot weeks later when the Florida flight lands at night in a Minnesota January.

Our limo service also serves the many travelers who use STC as a convenient alternative to the drive down Interstate 94 to the Twin Cities. Checking in at a small airport with one security lane and a PreCheck lane takes minutes, and a chauffeur waiting curbside when the Airbus pulls up to the gate keeps that advantage intact on the return leg.

Who Rides With Us at St. Cloud Sky Central?

Union Limousine chauffeurs handle a steady mix of passengers through STC: retirees flying to the Mesa winter home, St. Cloud State University families arriving for move in weekend and Huskies hockey games at the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center, medical visitors bound for CentraCare St. Cloud Hospital, and corporate groups attending events at the River's Edge Convention Center downtown. For executives who need a driver for a full day of meetings in Stearns, Benton and Sherburne counties, our hourly chauffeur service in Minnesota keeps the same vehicle and chauffeur with you from the airport until the last appointment ends.

  • Door to door pickups anywhere in St. Cloud, Sartell, Sauk Rapids, Waite Park, St. Joseph, St. Augusta and Clearwater
  • Flight tracking on every Allegiant arrival so the chauffeur adjusts to delays without a phone call from you
  • Fixed, all inclusive quotes with no surge pricing on holiday weekends or during the snowbird rush
  • Child seats, extra luggage space and wheelchair accessible vehicles arranged in advance
  • Meet and greet service inside the terminal for first time visitors, students and elderly passengers

Our Fleet for STC Airport Runs

Every vehicle assigned to a St. Cloud airport transfer is late model, detailed before each trip and driven by a chauffeur who knows the quickest route from the terminal to Highway 10, Highway 15 and Interstate 94. Choose by group size and luggage load.

History and Role in Central Minnesota

St. Cloud has had a public airfield for close to a century, and the present site east of the Mississippi River in Sherburne County has grown into a 1,414 acre facility with a 7,500 foot concrete main runway (13/31) and a 3,000 foot crosswind runway (5/23). Scheduled service has had its ups and downs. Mesaba Airlines flew Delta Connection turboprops to Minneapolis Saint Paul until the end of 2009, SkyWest operated a short lived United Express link to Chicago O'Hare from May 2014 to April 2015, and Allegiant arrived on December 15, 2012 with nonstop flights to the Phoenix area. Allegiant has been the anchor ever since. A state economic study credits the airport with roughly 395 civilian jobs, 80 military positions and about 50 million dollars in annual regional impact, and the September 30, 2025 rebrand to St. Cloud Sky Central Airport, with the tagline Flying Kept Simple, signals the authority's push to attract more carriers.

Airlines Operating From STC

Allegiant Air is the only scheduled passenger airline at STC, operating Airbus A320 family jets and the occasional Boeing 737 on a low frequency, high load schedule. Sun Country Airlines flies casino charter packages from STC to Laughlin, Nevada several times each winter, typically bundled with lodging at Don Laughlin's Riverside Resort. The Airport Authority and Greater St. Cloud Development Corporation continue to court additional carriers.

Domestic Destinations

  • Mesa Gateway Airport (AZA), Phoenix/Mesa, Arizona: year round Allegiant service, typically two departures a week, and the busiest route with 18,630 passengers from February 2025 through January 2026
  • Punta Gorda Airport (PGD), Punta Gorda/Fort Myers, Florida: seasonal Allegiant service two to three times a week from late November to mid April, carrying 6,770 passengers over the same twelve months
  • Laughlin, Nevada (IFP): Sun Country charter packages on select winter dates

Terminal Information

STC has a single, compact passenger terminal that was renovated with roughly 5 million dollars in improvements and now handles around 200 travelers at a time. Terminal doors open three hours before each scheduled flight and ticket counters close 45 minutes before departure. Inside you will find one TSA checkpoint with a PreCheck lane (enrollment is not available on site), free Arvig Wi Fi throughout the building, snack and beverage vending in the lobby and beyond security, drinking fountains on both sides of the building and a post office drop slot outside the east front doors. There is no staffed restaurant or currency exchange, so plan meals before you arrive.

Passenger Traffic

The airport reported over 44,000 passengers in 2024, a 23 percent jump over 2023 and a sharp recovery from the single scheduled route of the early 2010s. Flight activity overall exceeds 100 takeoffs and landings a day once general aviation, Minnesota Army National Guard helicopters, medical flights and flight school traffic are counted, with about 140 people working on the field.

Parking Overview

Parking at STC has been paid since March 2022 and now costs a flat 11 dollars per day in every lot, including the main lot and two overflow lots, with no long stay discount. Payment is by license plate at kiosks inside and outside the terminal (Discover is not accepted) or through the ParkMobile app using zone 13101, and a session cannot be backdated after departure. Greeters meeting a flight may park free for a two to three hour window, and the authority's own parking page asks travelers to arrive two hours or more before busy snowbird departures to find a space near the doors. Stays over 30 days must be registered with airport administration. For a couple spending four months in Mesa, that daily rate adds up to well over a thousand dollars, which is exactly why a round trip chauffeur booking pays for itself.

Pick Up and Drop Off Guidance

The terminal sits at the end of 45th Avenue SE on the east side of the Mississippi, a short drive from the Highway 10 corridor. Departing passengers are dropped at the main entrance on the terminal's single curb, where the chauffeur unloads bags beside the check in hall. For arrivals, our chauffeur tracks the inbound Allegiant flight, parks in the short term area and meets you either at baggage claim with a name sign or at the curb the moment you step outside, depending on the meet style you choose at booking. The lobby is small and fills quickly, so a prearranged pickup is the smoothest option when a full A320 unloads at once.

Ground Transportation Options

Rental counters are not located in the terminal. Enterprise, National and Alamo operate from West Division Street about 7.6 miles away, while Avis and Budget share an office on Roosevelt Road roughly 6.4 miles out, and all require prior reservations with airport delivery arranged in advance. Metro Bus serves St. Cloud, Sartell, Sauk Rapids and Waite Park with fixed routes and a Dial a Ride program, though no route stops at the terminal itself. Jefferson Lines motorcoaches to the Twin Cities, Fargo and Brainerd board at St. Cloud State University and downtown, and local taxis plus Uber and Lyft are available with variable waits. A prebooked St Cloud airport car service removes the guesswork for anyone arriving late in the evening.

Tips for Arriving Passengers

  • Confirm your REAL ID or passport before leaving home; the airport charges a fee for TSA ConfirmID verification if your license is not compliant
  • Arrive 90 minutes to two hours before an Allegiant departure, and earlier during Thanksgiving week and spring break
  • Download the Allegiant app, since the airline's boarding passes, bag fees and gate changes are easiest to manage on your phone
  • Pack winter layers in your carry on for the walk from the terminal to the curb when returning from Arizona or Florida in February
  • Share your flight number when booking so your chauffeur receives live arrival updates

Why a Prebooked Chauffeur Beats Taxis and Rideshare Here?

St. Cloud has a limited pool of taxi and rideshare drivers, and an Allegiant arrival releases well over a hundred passengers onto a single curb at once. Union Limousine assigns a specific vehicle and chauffeur to your reservation ahead of time, confirms the price in writing, tracks the flight from Mesa or Punta Gorda, and waits in the lot so the car is at the door when you are. There is no surge pricing at 11 pm, no second ride needed for extra bags, and no need to coordinate a ride share pickup spot in a parking lot at 20 degrees below zero.

Winter Travel Note

From December through March, Highway 10 and Interstate 94 between St. Cloud and the Twin Cities can see rapid closures and blowing snow advisories. Our chauffeurs monitor MnDOT road conditions and build extra time into every winter airport run, and all vehicles carry winter tires, emergency kits and heated cabins ready before you step in.

Live Flight Status

Real time arrivals and departures for STC are posted through the airport's flight information display, and our dispatch team watches the same feed to adjust pickup times automatically.

Serving St. Cloud, Sartell, Sauk Rapids, Waite Park and Beyond

Because STC sits on the Sherburne County side of the river, our chauffeurs cover the full tri county metro and the lake country to the north. Common runs include the Crossroads Center retail district in Waite Park, the Paramount Center for the Arts and Lake George downtown, the Munsinger and Clemens Gardens along the Mississippi, and the Quarry Park trails in Waite Park, all listed among the area's top attractions by the St. Cloud Area Convention and Visitors Bureau. Longer transfers reach Monticello, Elk River, Little Falls, Alexandria, Willmar and the Brainerd Lakes resorts, and our broader limo service in Minnesota connects STC with every corner of the state.

Campus and Corporate Transfers

St. Cloud State University, the College of Saint Benedict in St. Joseph and Saint John's University in Collegeville generate steady airport traffic for prospective students and visiting families. Many parents arrive for a scheduled campus visit at SCSU and fly out of STC the same weekend, and a sedan booked for both legs removes the rental car errand entirely. Corporate travelers heading to the Coborn's headquarters in St. Cloud, the CentraCare medical campus or the manufacturers along the Highway 10 corridor in Sauk Rapids appreciate a chauffeur who knows the entrances and shift change traffic.

Statewide Transfers and Group Connections

When a group lands at STC and needs to continue to a lodge on Gull Lake, a wedding venue near Avon or a conference at Minneapolis Saint Paul International, our Minnesota airport Sprinter van service and charter coaches keep everyone together in one vehicle. Chauffeurs on these runs carry route notes for Highway 371, Interstate 94 and the Highway 10 corridor, including rest stops and alternate routes during construction season.

We schedule pickups so you reach the terminal about two hours before departure, which matches the airport's own guidance during snowbird season. Terminal doors open three hours before each flight, so there is no benefit to arriving earlier.

Yes. Every airport pickup includes live flight tracking. If the inbound jet is delayed by weather in Arizona or Florida, the chauffeur's schedule shifts automatically and you are never charged for waiting time caused by the airline.

Choose curbside or inside meet and greet when you book. For inside pickups the chauffeur waits at baggage claim holding a sign with your name. For curbside, the vehicle pulls up to the main entrance as soon as you text that you have your bags.

Usually, yes. Airport parking is 11 dollars a day with no long stay discount, so a 90 day stay in Mesa costs close to a thousand dollars in parking alone. Two sedan transfers typically cost a fraction of that and your car stays warm in the garage.

Absolutely. The whole St. Cloud metro, including Sartell, Sauk Rapids, Waite Park, St. Joseph, St. Augusta and Clearwater, is within our standard pickup zone, and we quote fixed rates for longer trips to Monticello, Little Falls and Alexandria.

An SUV seating up to six is the right call. It takes five passengers plus several large suitcases and a pair of golf travel bags without stacking luggage on laps. For bigger groups a Sprinter van with a rear cargo area works well.

Yes. Many travelers fly Allegiant out of St. Cloud but return through MSP, or the reverse. We run direct transfers between the two airports along Interstate 94 and Highway 10, with the fare quoted in advance regardless of traffic.

Let us know as soon as the airline notifies you and we will move the reservation to the rebooked flight at no charge. Allegiant flies most STC routes only a few days a week, so we keep flexibility built into every airport booking.

Forward facing and booster seats are available on request at no extra cost in sedans, SUVs and Sprinter vans. Mention the ages of the children when booking so the chauffeur installs the correct seats before leaving the garage.

Yes. Mini coaches for 35 and full size coaches for 56 passengers can stage near the terminal to collect a group from one arrival. We coordinate the parking location with airport administration in advance so boarding happens in a single stop.
