What we offer

Minneapolis Saint Paul International (MSP) Airport Limo Service

Snow on Interstate 494 or a red eye into Terminal 2, our Minneapolis Saint Paul International (MSP) Airport limo service tracks the flight, waits indoors, and drives you home to any town in Minnesota.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Minneapolis Saint Paul International (MSP) Airport

Flights into MSP arrive around the clock, and the drive that follows should already be settled before the wheels touch down. Union Limousine provides Minneapolis Saint Paul International (MSP) Airport limo service for travelers across Minnesota, MN, with chauffeurs who follow your inbound flight, meet you inside the Ground Transport Center, and carry you to Minneapolis, Saint Paul, Bloomington, Rochester or any address in the state. Our Minnesota airport limo service runs on one standard at every field we cover, and MSP is where most of our Minnesota clients begin their trip.

Why Travelers in Minnesota Book Our MSP Airport Limo?

MSP is a Delta hub with two separate terminals, a tram level, several parking ramps and a curb policy that forbids waiting. A chauffeur who already knows the layout removes every one of those variables. We confirm the terminal from your flight number, position the vehicle in the correct ground transportation area, and greet you with a name board at baggage claim when you ask for it. Pricing is quoted in full before you confirm, and the quote holds whether your plane lands at 6 a.m. or after midnight.

  • Live flight tracking on every airport reservation, with pickup times adjusted automatically
  • Complimentary wait time after landing so you can collect checked bags without rushing
  • Meet and greet inside Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, with curbside collection for travelers carrying only hand luggage
  • Licensed, background checked chauffeurs in dark suits, trained on MSP roadway rules
  • Flat quotes for Minneapolis, Saint Paul and suburban drop offs, with statewide service to Rochester, Duluth, St. Cloud and Mankato
  • Child seats, extra luggage capacity and wheelchair accessible vehicles on request

Flight Tracking and Wait Time Built In

Winter weather and connecting delays are facts of life at MSP, especially between November and March. Our dispatch desk watches your flight from departure, so a two hour hold in Denver or a diversion to Rochester never leaves you without a car. If your flight arrives early, your chauffeur is already in position. If it arrives late, the vehicle rolls in to match the new landing time, and the waiting period only starts once the aircraft is at the gate.

Chauffeurs Who Know Both Terminals

Terminal 1 Lindbergh and Terminal 2 Humphrey sit about a mile apart on different access roads, and there is no walkway between them. Our team knows that Delta, American, United and the international carriers use Terminal 1, while Sun Country, Southwest, Frontier and JetBlue use Terminal 2. We route the vehicle to the correct Ground Transport Center every time, and we also handle transfers between the two buildings for travelers connecting across airlines.

Our MSP Airport Limo Fleet

Every vehicle is late model, detailed before each airport run and equipped with bottled water, phone charging and climate control. Choose by passenger count and luggage volume, and we will confirm the right fit for your group.

Sedans for Up to 3 Passengers

Executive sedans suit solo business travelers, couples and small families heading from MSP to downtown offices, hotels on Nicollet Mall or homes in Edina and Wayzata. Two large cases and two carry ons fit comfortably.

SUVs for Up to 6 Passengers

Full size SUVs handle families returning from vacation, golf groups with clubs, and winter arrivals carrying bulky gear. The higher ride height and all wheel drive are welcome on snowy drives up Interstate 35W or out to Maple Grove.

Stretch Limousines for Up to 20 Passengers

Stretch limousines turn an MSP pickup into the opening scene of a celebration. Wedding parties, birthday groups and bachelor or bachelorette arrivals ride together with a stocked bar, mood lighting and a chauffeur who handles the luggage.

Sprinter Vans for Up to 14 Passengers

Executive Sprinter vans carry sports teams, corporate delegations and extended families with full luggage. High roofs, forward facing leather seating and rear cargo space make them the practical choice for groups bound for Mayo Clinic in Rochester or lake homes near Brainerd.

Party Buses for Up to 30 Passengers

Party buses collect large groups arriving for Vikings games at U.S. Bank Stadium, concerts at Target Center or weekend events in Stillwater. Wraparound seating, sound systems and dance floor space keep everyone together from the terminal onward.

Mini Charter Buses for Up to 35 Passengers

Mini coaches work well for conference groups moving from MSP to the Minneapolis Convention Center or Saint Paul RiverCentre, school and university teams, and tour groups starting a Minnesota itinerary. Underfloor luggage bays keep the cabin clear.

Full Size Charter Buses for Up to 56 Passengers

Full size motor coaches serve incentive trips, large corporate meetings, athletic programs and multi day tours across the state. Restrooms, reclining seats, Wi Fi and generous storage make the long run to Duluth or the Iron Range comfortable.

Where We Drive From MSP Across Minnesota?

Our limo service in Minnesota starts at the terminal and ends wherever your plans take you. The most common runs are the 20 to 30 minute transfers to downtown Minneapolis via Minnesota Highway 5 and Interstate 35W, and to downtown Saint Paul, where the State of Minnesota has its Capitol, courts and agency offices along the John Ireland Boulevard corridor. Bloomington and the Mall of America are only minutes from Terminal 2. Suburban business parks in Eden Prairie, Minnetonka, Plymouth and Golden Valley, along with residential drop offs in Edina, Woodbury, Eagan and Apple Valley, fill out most weekday schedules.

Longer transfers are just as routine. We drive patients and families to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, visiting faculty and recruits to the University of Minnesota campuses in the Twin Cities and Duluth, executives to St. Cloud and Mankato, and vacationers north to Brainerd Lakes and the North Shore. Travelers connecting to general aviation or regional flights can also book our chauffeur service in Minnesota between MSP and St. Paul Downtown (STP), Flying Cloud (FCM), Anoka County Blaine (ANE), Crystal (MIC) and Rochester International (RST).

Corporate Travel and Executive Transfers

Minnesota is home to Target, 3M, UnitedHealth Group, General Mills, Best Buy, Medtronic and U.S. Bancorp, and their visitors move through MSP every weekday. Our corporate airport transfers include centralized billing, traveler profiles, monthly statements and a single dispatch contact for assistants who manage multiple itineraries. Chauffeurs keep the cabin quiet for calls and wait as long as the schedule requires.

Weddings, Game Days and Group Arrivals

Out of town wedding guests, visiting fans for Twins, Vikings, Timberwolves and Wild games, and families arriving for graduations at the Twin Cities colleges often need several vehicles leaving MSP within the same hour. Our limo service team coordinates staggered pickups by flight, assign one coordinator to the group, and match sedans, SUVs, Sprinters and coaches so nobody waits at the curb. The same coordination covers departures, with vehicles staged at hotels for timed drop offs back at the terminal.

Return Trips and Round Trip Bookings

Most clients book the return at the same time. For a simple sedan trip back to the terminal, our MSP airport car service can be reserved on the same account, with pickup timed to your airline's check in guidance and the live road conditions that morning.

Minneapolis Saint Paul International (MSP) Airport Information

Airport Details at a Glance

  • Airport name: Minneapolis Saint Paul International (MSP) Airport
  • Airport code: MSP
  • Address: 4300 Glumack Dr, St. Paul, MN 55111, United States (Terminal 1); Terminal 2 is at 7150 Humphrey Drive, Minneapolis, MN 55450
  • Phone: +1 612 726 5555
  • Official website: www.mspairport.com
  • Operator: Metropolitan Airports Commission (MAC)

History and Regional Importance

The airfield began in 1920 as Speedway Field, laid out on the infield of an abandoned auto racing track between Minneapolis and Saint Paul. Airmail service followed, the field was renamed Wold Chamberlain Field in 1923 to honor two local pilots lost in the First World War, and Northwest Airways flew its first mail contract from here in 1926. The Metropolitan Airports Commission took over in 1943 and has run the airport ever since. Terminal 1 opened in 1962 and Terminal 2 followed in May 2001. Northwest Airlines kept its headquarters and largest hub at MSP for decades, and after the 2008 merger Delta Air Lines inherited that role. Today MSP is the primary gateway for Minnesota, western Wisconsin, the Dakotas and northern Iowa, and the airport supports tens of thousands of jobs and billions of dollars in annual economic activity across the region.

Airlines Operating from MSP

Delta Air Lines runs its hub from Terminal 1 and carries well over half of all MSP passengers, with American, United, Alaska, Air Canada, Air France, KLM, WestJet and Discover Airlines sharing the same building, plus Denver Air Connection on regional routes and seasonal Aer Lingus service to Dublin. Terminal 2 is home to Sun Country Airlines, which is headquartered at MSP, together with Southwest, Frontier, JetBlue, Allegiant, Icelandair and seasonal Condor flights. Airline terminal assignments can shift between seasons, so check your ticket before heading to the airport.

Domestic Destinations

Nonstop domestic service covers every major hub, including Chicago, New York, Atlanta, Denver, Dallas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Orlando and Boston, along with dozens of regional cities across the Upper Midwest such as Fargo, Bismarck, Sioux Falls, Duluth, Rochester, Des Moines, Milwaukee and Madison. Sun Country adds a wide leisure network to Florida, Arizona, Texas and the West Coast, while Delta connects MSP to over 150 domestic and international cities over the course of a year.

Terminal Information

Terminal 1 Lindbergh is the main building, with Concourses A through G, over 100 gates, the on site InterContinental hotel, and a landside mall of shops and restaurants. Baggage claim sits on the lower level, with the Tram Level and underground light rail station beneath it. A multi year, Delta led interior renovation of the concourses is under way, so expect some rerouted walkways. Terminal 2 Humphrey is a single concourse (H) with check in and baggage claim on Level 1 and the security checkpoint and gates on Level 2. The terminals are connected only by the free Metro Transit Blue Line light rail, which runs about every 15 minutes around the clock, or by the inter terminal shuttle for passengers who need step free assistance.

Passenger Traffic

MSP handled 36,071,627 passengers in 2025, about 3 percent below the 37.2 million recorded in 2024, while international traffic set a new record at roughly 3.6 million passengers across 35 nonstop international destinations. The all time annual record remains 39.5 million in 2019. The airport ranks among the twenty busiest in the United States and has placed first in the J.D. Power mega airport customer satisfaction study in three of the last four years.

Parking Overview

Terminal 1 offers hourly parking in the Gold Ramp on Level 3, daily parking in the connected Blue, Red, Green and Silver ramps, valet, and the ePark Elite program. Terminal 2 has hourly parking plus a value lot, and the off site Quick Ride Ramp charges the value rate with a shuttle every few minutes around the clock. Rates depend on the lot, length of stay and demand, and prebooking online guarantees a space at lower pricing with free cancellation up to 12 hours before arrival. Travelers who prebook a chauffeur avoid the ramps entirely, which matters during holiday peaks when Terminal 1 ramps regularly fill.

Pick Up and Drop Off Guidance

Federal security rules at MSP prohibit any vehicle from stopping on terminal roadways to wait, so arriving passengers must already be standing at the curb before a private car pulls in. Prearranged limousines are handled differently. At Terminal 1, collect your bags, follow signs down to the Tram Level, then go up one level to the Ground Transport Center, where limousines, hotel shuttles and taxis load from the south end on the east roadway. At Terminal 2, cross the skyway from baggage claim to the Ground Transport Center on the ground level of the Purple Ramp directly across from the terminal. Drivers meeting friends can use the free cell phone lots on Post Road, and the airport's own pick up and drop off page shows the overflow curb on the upper level at Terminal 1 and the express area on Level 2 of the Purple Ramp at Terminal 2. Our chauffeurs follow these rules precisely, which is why your vehicle is staged and ready the moment you walk out.

Ground Transportation Options

Taxis queue at a starter booth one level up from the Tram Level at Terminal 1 and in the Terminal 2 Ground Transport Center, with metered fares to downtown Minneapolis usually landing between 40 and 50 dollars. App based rides collect from lettered zones inside the Terminal 1 Ground Transport Center and from the Purple Ramp at Terminal 2. The Blue Line light rail reaches downtown Minneapolis in about half an hour and the Mall of America in under 15 minutes, while Metro Transit Route 54 serves Saint Paul from the Transit Center on Level 1 of the Silver Ramp. Rental counters are in the Silver Ramp at Terminal 1 and the Purple Ramp at Terminal 2, Jefferson Lines runs intercity coaches, and most airport hotels operate their own shuttles.

Tips for Arriving Passengers

  • Note your arrival terminal before you fly; a car waiting at the wrong building costs 20 minutes even with the free light rail link
  • Text your chauffeur when you reach baggage claim so the vehicle can be at the Ground Transport Center as you walk out
  • Customs arrivals clear at Terminal 1; allow extra time after international flights before your scheduled pickup
  • Keep coats accessible in your carry on between November and March, since the Ground Transport Center is covered but open to the air
  • Travelers with mobility needs can request the inter terminal shuttle or a wheelchair accessible vehicle from us in advance

Winter Travel Note

Snow and ice on Interstate 494, Highway 62 and Interstate 35W can double drive times in January. Before leaving the terminal, our chauffeurs check live plow activity, closures and camera feeds on Minnesota 511 from MnDOT and choose the route with the clearest pavement.

Road Conditions Before You Leave the Terminal

We share the expected drive time with you by text once your bags are loaded, so family or colleagues at the destination know when to expect you.

Our Chauffeur's Rule for Snow Days

Arrive earlier, drive slower, and never promise a time the roads cannot keep. That rule has kept our Minnesota airport record clean through many winters.

Why a Prebooked Chauffeur Beats Taxis and Rideshare at MSP?

Taxi lines at Terminal 1 lengthen quickly when several Delta flights arrive together, and app based pricing climbs with every snowfall and every Friday evening bank of arrivals. A prebooked chauffeur holds a fixed price agreed in advance, tracks your flight so a delay never cancels your ride, and meets you inside with your name on a board. The vehicle is a late model sedan, SUV or van you selected, with room for all your luggage and a professional who knows the Twin Cities freeway network. For early morning departures, the car arrives at your door at the agreed minute, which no queue or surge algorithm can promise. Union Limousine builds every MSP reservation on that certainty.

Your chauffeur meets you inside the Terminal 1 baggage claim area with a name board, or at the Ground Transport Center one level up from the Tram Level, where limousines load from the south end. Your confirmation states which option you selected.

Yes. Dispatch follows every inbound flight from departure and adjusts the pickup time automatically. Your waiting period begins only after the aircraft is at the gate, so delays and early arrivals are covered without extra calls.

Most transfers take 20 to 30 minutes via Minnesota Highway 5 and Interstate 35W in normal traffic. Rush hour or winter weather can extend that to 45 minutes, and your chauffeur monitors conditions before departing the airport.

Absolutely. Terminal 2 pickups are made at the Ground Transport Center on the ground level of the Purple Ramp, directly across the skyway from baggage claim. We serve Sun Country, Southwest, Frontier, JetBlue, Allegiant, Icelandair and Condor arrivals there.

A complimentary grace period after landing covers normal baggage collection for domestic flights, with a longer allowance for international arrivals clearing customs. Additional waiting beyond that is billed in short increments at the rate shown on your quote.

A full size SUV seats up to six and carries five large cases plus carry ons, making it the usual choice for families. If you are traveling with strollers, car seats and winter gear, a Sprinter van gives everyone extra room.

Yes. The run to Rochester takes roughly 90 minutes, and we regularly transport patients, families and visiting physicians directly to Mayo Clinic buildings, hotels and residences. Sedans, SUVs and wheelchair accessible vehicles are available for this route.

Stretch limousines for up to 20 passengers are available for airport pickups, and the chauffeur handles luggage loading at the Ground Transport Center. Tell us the flight details and the group size, and we will stage the vehicle to match the arrival.

Two to three days ahead is comfortable for sedans and SUVs, and a week or longer is wise for Sprinters, stretch limousines and coaches during the holidays, spring break and major game weekends. Same day requests are accepted whenever vehicles remain available.

Yes. We operate 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and overnight arrivals into either terminal are met at the same standard. Your quote is confirmed in advance, so a 1 a.m. landing carries no surprise surcharge.
