What we offer

Glendale Municipal (GEU) Airport Limo Service

Corporate flight departments rely on Glendale Municipal (GEU) Airport limo service for crew moves, client pickups and Luke AFB visits. Sprinter vans and charter buses handle groups of up to 56 riders.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Glendale Municipal (GEU) Airport

Corporate jets, charter arrivals and flight school traffic share a single 7,150 foot runway on the west side of the Valley, and the people stepping off those aircraft rarely want to wait at a curb. Our Glendale Municipal (GEU) Airport Limo Service puts a chauffeur at the terminal door or the fixed base operator ramp before your wheels touch down, then carries you anywhere in Arizona, AZ in a vehicle matched to your party. As part of our wider Arizona airport limo service, the Glendale route is staffed by drivers who know Glen Harbor Boulevard, the Loop 101 interchange at Glendale Avenue and the event traffic patterns that build around State Farm Stadium on game weekends.

The FAA now lists the field as Glendale Regional Airport, though most pilots, dispatchers and West Valley residents still call it Glendale Municipal or simply GEU. Whichever name appears on your flight plan, Union Limousine confirms the tail number, watches the inbound estimate and positions the car so that a strong tailwind or a holding pattern never leaves you stranded on the ramp.

Chauffeured Limousines Built Around General Aviation Timing

Private aviation runs on its own clock. A Citation out of Van Nuys can arrive forty minutes early, a training aircraft can tie up the pattern, and a charter from Denver can be pushed back by weather over the Mogollon Rim. We treat every GEU reservation as a live assignment with a moving target, so the chauffeur receives revised arrival estimates throughout the day and adjusts staging without a single call from you.

Meeting Points Inside the Terminal and at the FBO

Glendale Aero Services operates the fixed base operator facility, and most private passengers deplane within a short walk of its lounge. Tell us your preferred meeting point, the FBO entrance, inside the two level terminal lobby, or beside the aircraft when ramp access has been arranged with the operator. Our driver will hold a name board, help with luggage from the moment it clears the cabin door and have the air conditioning running before you reach the vehicle.

Departures That Respect Your Preflight Routine

Outbound travelers get the same precision in reverse. We calculate drive times from Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, Sun City or Litchfield Park using live traffic, then add a buffer so you reach the airfield with time for a weather briefing and a walk around. Early departures before the desert heat builds are common at GEU, and chauffeurs are available at any hour even though the tower itself opens at 6 a.m. on weekdays and 7 a.m. on weekends.

Limo Service Coverage From Glendale Across Arizona

Our limo service in Arizona treats GEU as the natural gateway to the West Valley, but the same chauffeur who meets you at the terminal can carry you to Sedona, Tucson, Flagstaff or the resort corridor of Paradise Valley in one unbroken trip. Below are the areas we serve most often from Glendale Municipal.

Glendale, Peoria and the Westgate Entertainment District

State Farm Stadium sits minutes north of the airfield along the Loop 101 corridor and hosts the Arizona Cardinals, the Fiesta Bowl and major concerts under its retractable roof. Desert Diamond Arena and the restaurants of Westgate line up beside it, which makes the district the single most requested drop off point for limousines leaving GEU. Visiting executives and wedding parties often stay at the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale, a short walk from both venues, and we stage return pickups at agreed meeting points so nobody searches for a vehicle in a crowded lot after the final whistle. Peoria Sports Complex and Camelback Ranch bring Cactus League crowds each spring, and Midwestern University, West MEC and Arrowhead Towne Center fill the calendar the rest of the year.

Avondale, Goodyear, Litchfield Park and Luke Air Force Base

South and west of the field, Avondale is home to Phoenix Raceway, the one mile oval that stages two NASCAR weekends a year including the Cup Series championship in November. Race fans flying into GEU book party buses and SUVs for the short run down Loop 101 to Interstate 10, and corporate hospitality groups reserve Sprinter vans for shuttle loops between the track and West Valley hotels. Goodyear Ballpark, the Wigwam resort in Litchfield Park and the residential gates of Luke Air Force Base are all within fifteen minutes of the terminal, and we regularly move military families, contractors and visiting dignitaries between the base and the airport.

Phoenix, Scottsdale and the Rest of the Valley

Downtown Phoenix is about thirty minutes southeast via Loop 101 and Interstate 10, and the Camelback corridor, Biltmore area and Scottsdale resorts sit a little further on. Many GEU clients split their itinerary between a private aircraft and a commercial connection, so we coordinate with our Arizona airport chauffeur service to run simultaneous pickups at Glendale and Phoenix Sky Harbor, where our PHX airport limo service covers every terminal, then merge the groups at a hotel or meeting venue. Longer runs to Prescott, Wickenburg, Casa Grande and the Grand Canyon gateway communities are quoted as flat rates with no repositioning fees between stops.

Our Fleet for Glendale Municipal (GEU) Airport Transfers

Every vehicle dispatched to GEU is detailed, inspected and stocked with chilled water. Capacity figures below are maximum passenger counts; luggage space is confirmed at booking so that golf bags, equipment cases and trade show materials ride inside with room to spare.

Sedans for Up to 3 Passengers

Executive sedans suit the solo pilot owner, the visiting surgeon headed to a West Valley hospital and the couple arriving for a Glendale wedding. Quiet cabins, rear climate control and discreet drivers make the thirty minute run into central Phoenix feel like an extension of the flight.

SUVs for Up to 6 Passengers

Full sized SUVs carry small families, foursomes bound for the courses around Litchfield Park and sales teams who need room for sample cases. All wheel drive and raised seating help on the rural stretches toward Wickenburg or during monsoon season when surface streets flood quickly.

Stretch Limousines for Up to 20 Passengers

A stretch limousine turns a GEU arrival into an entrance. Bachelor and bachelorette parties, quinceañera courts, anniversary dinners at Westgate and corporate award nights all ride in a cabin with fiber optic lighting, a bar area and privacy partitions.

Sprinter Vans for Up to 14 Passengers

High roof Sprinter vans are the workhorse for flight crews, hospitality teams during stadium events and Cactus League groups shuttling between Peoria and Glendale. Standing headroom, individual captain chairs and rear luggage racks keep everyone comfortable on multi stop days.

Party Buses for Up to 30 Passengers

Party buses deliver wraparound seating, premium sound and mood lighting for race weekend crowds, concert nights at Desert Diamond Arena and milestone birthdays that begin the moment the aircraft door opens.

Mini Charter Buses for Up to 35 Passengers

Mini coaches handle conference shuttles, church retreats, youth tournament squads and university delegations arriving on charter flights. Overhead storage and reclining seats make them practical for day trips to Sedona or Tucson.

Full Size Charter Buses for Up to 56 Passengers

Full size motorcoaches bring underfloor luggage bays, onboard restrooms and climate systems built for Arizona summers. They serve incentive groups, military unit movements, multi city tours and any occasion where an entire charter manifest needs to travel together.

Who Relies on Our GEU Limousine Service?

Flight departments appreciate a single ground partner, and Union Limousine provides consolidated monthly invoicing and saved passenger profiles for every crew and principal. Event planners use us for stadium and arena nights when parking is scarce and rideshare pricing spikes. Families arriving for Luke Air Force Base graduations, Midwestern University ceremonies and reunions in Sun City prefer a confirmed vehicle waiting at the curb. When a trip calls for an executive sedan on its own, the same reservation desk handles our GEU airport car service with identical flight tracking and flat pricing.

  • Corporate and executive transfers for private jet passengers and visiting board members
  • Game day and concert transportation to State Farm Stadium and Desert Diamond Arena

Glendale Municipal (GEU) Airport Information

Airport at a Glance

  • Airport name: Glendale Municipal (GEU) Airport, listed by the FAA since 2024 as Glendale Regional Airport
  • Airport code: GEU (ICAO KGEU)
  • Address: 6801 N Glen Harbor Blvd, Glendale, AZ 85307, United States
  • Phone: +1 623 930 2188
  • Official website: City of Glendale airport page

Brief History and Importance of the Airport

The City of Glendale has owned an airfield since 1971, when it took over a small crop dusting strip near Grand Avenue known as Glendale Airhaven. That site was boxed in by development, so a citizen committee selected open farmland near Glendale Avenue and 107th Avenue, and the present airport opened in 1987 on 477 acres. The early years were lean, with several tenant businesses failing before a focused management effort turned the facility around; Arizona's aviation community named it Airport of the Year in 1999 and again in 2024. The runway was widened from 75 to 100 feet in 2003 and extended to its current 7,150 feet, which allows midsize business jets to operate with comfortable margins.

Today GEU is designated by the FAA as a reliever for Phoenix Sky Harbor International, absorbing corporate, charter and training flights that would otherwise crowd the main commercial airport. A 2021 strategic plan counted roughly 474 aircraft housed on the field, and the City of Glendale launched its first master plan update since 2009 to guide the next twenty years of growth. In 2024 the city moved to rename the facility Glendale Regional Airport to reflect its scale, and the FAA adopted the new name in its records. Luke Air Force Base lies five miles west, and GEU operates under Luke approach control, giving pilots a close relationship with one of the busiest fighter training wings in the country.

Airlines and Operators at GEU

No scheduled airline serves Glendale Municipal. The field is dedicated to general aviation, corporate jets, air charter and flight training. Glendale Aero Services runs the fixed base operation with 100LL and Jet A fuel, a pilot lounge and ground handling. Flight schools based on the airport include ATP Flight School, Aerosim Aviation, Arizona Flight Training Center, Fly Glendale, Angel Aviation, DeepSky Flight and Eagle Sport, while Gold Coast Helicopters offers rotorcraft instruction and tours. Charter operators under Part 135 pay modest landing fees of three to seven dollars depending on aircraft type, collected through an automated billing system.

Destinations Flown From GEU

Because there are no airline gates, destinations depend on the operator. Business aircraft commonly connect Glendale with Las Vegas, Southern California airports such as Van Nuys and Carlsbad, Salt Lake City, Denver and the Texas business centers, while fractional and charter flights reach the Midwest and East Coast nonstop in larger jets. Travelers who need commercial service use Phoenix Sky Harbor, roughly thirty minutes east, or Phoenix Mesa Gateway on the far side of the metro, and we run connections between all three fields daily.

Terminal Information

The two level terminal covers about 22,000 square feet and overlooks the runway with the Estrella Mountains to the south as a backdrop. The lobby, an outdoor patio for aircraft viewing and the Left Seat West restaurant are open to the public, and the Pilot Shoppe sits beside the main lobby. A conference room seating up to forty is available to rent for meetings, which many corporate flyers use before continuing to appointments across the Valley. Terminal doors are open from 6 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. every day except Thanksgiving and Christmas, and the airport administration office on the second floor keeps weekday business hours.

Passenger Traffic and Activity

GEU is one of the busiest general aviation airports in Arizona. The federal contract tower logged 130,239 operations in the twelve months ending April 2026, an average of 357 takeoffs and landings per day, up from 90,144 operations reported in 2019. Training flights make up the majority of that activity, with a growing share of business jet movements tied to the West Valley's corporate expansion and major stadium events.

Parking Overview

Surface parking at the terminal is free and sits directly off Glen Harbor Boulevard within a short walk of the lobby and the FBO. There is no garage, no shuttle and no long term lot, which suits short visits but leaves vehicles exposed to full sun. Aircraft owners can rent tie down spaces from the city for forty dollars a month plus tax, and note that the airport office accepts cards and checks only.

Pick Up and Drop Off Guidance

Private vehicles and chauffeurs pull directly to the terminal entrance on Glen Harbor Boulevard, where a short loading zone fronts the lobby doors. Passengers arriving on charter aircraft are usually escorted through the Glendale Aero Services building, so tell your driver which door you will use. After hours access to the ramp is handled by the FBO at +1 623 877 3333, and all gate entry to the secure side of the airfield must be arranged with the tenant you are visiting.

Ground Transportation Options

Avis keeps a rental counter on the airport, and several agencies in Glendale deliver cars to the terminal with notice. There is no bus stop at the field; the nearest Valley Metro stops are on Glendale Avenue east of the airport entrance. Taxis do not stage at GEU, and rideshare drivers must be summoned from the Westgate area, so a chauffeur reserved in advance is the only option that guarantees a vehicle on the ramp when you deplane.

Tips for Arriving Passengers

  • Summer temperatures on the ramp exceed 110 degrees; follow the extreme heat guidance from Ready.gov, carry water and keep walks between aircraft and vehicle short.
  • There is no customs office at GEU, so international arrivals must clear at Sky Harbor, Scottsdale or another port of entry before continuing.
  • No TSA screening exists at the field, so departing passengers can arrive fifteen minutes before a private flight and walk straight to the aircraft.
  • The tower closes at 8:30 p.m. on weekdays and 7 p.m. on weekends; the field stays open on common traffic frequency afterward.
  • Runway rehabilitation closures occur periodically, most recently from late September into early October 2025, so confirm NOTAMs with your operator before departure.
  • Luke Air Force Base restricts airspace during fighter operations, which occasionally delays arrivals by a few minutes.

Why a Prebooked Chauffeur Beats Taxis and Rideshare at GEU?

Rideshare apps treat the West Valley as a low density zone and often show wait times of twenty minutes or longer at the airport, with surge pricing during stadium events. Taxis simply do not wait at a field without airline service. A chauffeur reserved through us tracks your aircraft, parks within sight of the terminal door, loads luggage from the ramp and charges a flat rate that was fixed before your flight departed. For executives arriving for meetings and families arriving for celebrations, that certainty is the reason Union Limousine is the first call for Glendale Municipal transfers.

Reserve Your Glendale Municipal (GEU) Airport Limo Today

Game weekends at State Farm Stadium and race weekends in Avondale sell out limousines and party buses well in advance, so securing your vehicle class early protects both availability and your rate. Our reservation desk answers around the clock and can add child seats, extra stops, meet and greet signage or an hourly extension for meetings. For executive sedans, stretch limousines or a full motorcoach, our limo service team confirms every detail in writing within minutes.

Booking takes less than two minutes. Share your tail number or charter operator, choose a vehicle and receive instant confirmation with your chauffeur's name and direct contact. Reserve online with Union Limousine or speak with a coordinator who knows the West Valley, and your car will be waiting on Glen Harbor Boulevard when the engines spool down.

Drivers meet passengers at the terminal entrance on Glen Harbor Boulevard, inside the Glendale Aero Services FBO lounge, or beside the aircraft when ramp access has been cleared by the operator. State your preference at booking and the dispatcher relays it to the chauffeur.

The stadium is roughly four miles northeast of the airport via Glendale Avenue and Loop 101, a drive of ten to fifteen minutes on normal days. On event days we route around closures near Westgate and stage return pickups at an agreed point outside the traffic perimeter.

Yes. Stretch limousines and party buses can pull to the FBO entrance with advance notice. For full size motorcoaches we coordinate with the operator for a loading position that does not block fuel trucks or hangar access on the ramp.

No. Our rate is fixed at booking regardless of the hour. Aircraft can land at Glendale after the tower closes using the common traffic frequency, and chauffeurs stage for late arrivals at the same flat price quoted during the day.

We regularly carry families, contractors and official visitors between the airport and the base gates, which are about fifteen minutes west. Chauffeurs are briefed on gate procedures and will wait while visitor passes are processed.

A fourteen passenger Sprinter van is the usual choice for a group of twelve with luggage, offering standing headroom and individual seating. If the group plans to add guests for a game at Peoria Sports Complex, a party bus seating up to thirty provides extra room.

We assign vehicles to the Avondale track with prearranged entry through the appropriate lot and a return meeting point outside the race perimeter. Party buses and Sprinter vans are the most popular choices, and bookings should be placed several weeks before the November championship.

Yes. A single reservation can include a pickup at Glendale Municipal, hourly service for meetings or events, and a final drop at any Sky Harbor terminal. The itinerary is billed as one flat quote with no repositioning fees between segments.

Hourly service is available in every vehicle class with a short minimum. Clients visiting offices in Glendale, Peoria and Goodyear often keep a sedan or SUV on standby for the day so that each stop begins the moment they are ready.

Our dispatch desk follows the flight in real time. If a diversion is announced, the chauffeur is redirected to the new airport immediately and the fare remains the original flat rate for the planned route, with any extra distance confirmed before the vehicle moves.
