What we offer

Waco Regional (ACT) Airport Limo Service

Baylor weekends, Silos trips, and downtown meetings all begin smoothly with Waco Regional (ACT) Airport Limo Service: a chauffeur tracks your DFW flight and meets you curbside, price fixed in advance.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Waco Regional (ACT) Airport

Waco Regional (ACT) Airport Limo Service places a uniformed chauffeur at the curb on Karl May Drive the moment your American Eagle jet from Dallas/Fort Worth rolls to the gate. Union Limousine operates a Texas airport limo service shaped around Central Texas life: Baylor families arriving for move in weekend, executives bound for downtown Waco boardrooms, wedding parties headed to venues along the Brazos River, and visitors chasing the Silos. Each ride is reserved ahead of time, matched to your flight, and quoted in full before the door opens.

Why Waco Travelers Reserve Our ACT Airport Limo?

Waco Regional is a compact single terminal airport, which makes a prearranged ride the easiest part of the day. Our chauffeurs know the two hour free zone, the short walk from gate to baggage claim, and the quickest route onto Steinbeck Bend Drive and Highway 6 toward town. We watch American's inbound schedule in real time, so an early arrival finds the car already staged and a late one costs you nothing extra. Every reservation through our limo service includes a licensed, background checked chauffeur, a detailed vehicle, and one all inclusive rate with tolls and gratuity options shown up front.

  • Flight tracked pickups timed to the actual wheels down moment at ACT
  • Meet and greet inside the terminal or curbside at the main entrance, your choice
  • Fixed pricing with no surge, no meter, and no surprise airport fees
  • Child seats, extra luggage space, and accessibility requests handled at booking
  • Twenty four hour dispatch for the 3:30 a.m. terminal opening and late evening arrivals
  • Corporate billing, event contracts, and recurring campus transfers available

Who Rides With Us From Waco Regional Airport?

Business Travelers and Site Visits

Executives flying in for meetings at the Waco Industrial Park, Sanderson Farms, SpaceX in McGregor, or the Texas State Technical College campus want a quiet cabin, a charger, and a chauffeur who already knows the gate code. Our sedans and SUVs deliver all three, and we hold vehicles on standby for same day return flights.

Baylor University Weekends

Family weekend, commencement, Homecoming, and Big 12 football Saturdays fill every hotel in McLennan County. We shuttle parents, recruits, and alumni between ACT, campus housing, McLane Stadium, and the hotels along Interstate 35. The Sprinter van is the usual choice for a full tailgate crew flying in from out of state.

Weddings, Reunions, and Silos Weekends

Couples marrying at Hotel Herringbone, The Phoenix Ballroom, or a Hill Country ranch outside Crawford rely on our stretch limousines and party buses to move guests between the airport, the venue, and the afterparty. Bachelorette groups flying in for a Magnolia Market weekend book the same way and ride together from the first minute.

Conventions, Tours, and Sports Teams

The Waco Convention Center, the Extraco Events Center, and the Heart O' Texas Fair draw delegations that arrive on the same flight and need to leave as one unit. Our mini and full size charter buses stage at the airport's commercial curb and roll out together, luggage loaded, with a chauffeur who has already walked the venue's bus drop zone.

Service Area: Waco, McLennan County, and Central Texas

Our chauffeurs cover every neighborhood a Waco flight might send you to: Castle Heights, Sanger Heights, Brook Oaks, and the Austin Avenue historic district near the airport; Woodway, Hewitt, and Robinson on the south side; Bellmead, Lacy Lakeview, and China Spring to the north and east. Our McLennan County car service also runs to McGregor, West, Mart, and Lorena, and the same chauffeur stays with you for round trips. Beyond the county line we serve Temple, Belton, Killeen, and Fort Cavazos along Interstate 35, plus Hillsboro and Waxahachie heading north. Statewide travelers booking our Texas limo service can pair an ACT arrival with a departure from Austin, San Antonio, or Houston on the same reservation.

When American's Waco schedule does not line up with your meeting, we drive you straight to the Metroplex. Our DFW airport limo service covers the ninety minute run up Interstate 35 to Terminal A through E, and our ACT airport car service handles the return leg so a missed connection never strands you in Dallas.

Local Venues and Landmarks Near the Airport

Visitors land fifteen minutes from the attractions that put Waco on the national map. The Waco Mammoth National Monument sits off Steinbeck Bend Drive within a short drive of the terminal, and the Dr Pepper Museum, Magnolia Market at the Silos, and the historic Waco Suspension Bridge cluster downtown along the Brazos. On the Baylor side of the river, the Mayborn Museum Complex anchors a campus that hosts tens of thousands of visitors on game weekends. Our chauffeurs plan arrivals around these landmarks so a quick stop on the way to the hotel is easy to add.

History and Role in Central Texas

The airport began in 1941 when the City of Waco bought grazing land northwest of town for a new municipal airfield. The War Department leased the site in 1942, finished the runways in a hurry, and opened Blackland Army Airfield, an advanced twin engine pilot school that trained bomber and transport crews until early 1945. The field returned to civilian hands by 1950 as Waco Municipal Airport, and Braniff flew the first airline schedules before Pioneer, Continental, Trans Texas, and Texas International followed. Today the city owns and operates the 1,369 acre airport, which sits at 516 feet elevation with a 7,107 foot main runway and a 5,103 foot crosswind runway. A ten million dollar terminal modernization unveiled in late 2023 added new seating, charging stations, a refreshed security checkpoint, and a public art program.

Airlines Operating at ACT

American Eagle is the sole scheduled carrier, with Envoy Air and SkyWest Airlines flying regional jets on multiple daily rotations to Dallas/Fort Worth International. Texas Aero serves as the full service fixed base operator for corporate jets and private aircraft, and the Baylor University Flight Center plus several flight schools keep the general aviation ramp busy from sunrise onward.

Domestic Destinations

Every scheduled flight from Waco connects through DFW, which opens one stop access to Phoenix, Charlotte, Chicago O'Hare, Miami, Los Angeles, Washington National, and the rest of American's network. Our chauffeurs plan pickups around the first morning departure and the last evening arrival so your Waco leg never becomes the weak link in a cross country itinerary.

Terminal Information

ACT operates one passenger terminal with three gates and two jet bridges. Check in counters, the TSA checkpoint, baggage claim, rental car desks, and a cafe all sit on a single level, so the walk from aircraft door to curb takes only a few minutes. Passenger check in and checked baggage close 45 minutes before scheduled departure, and no bags are accepted after that cutoff.

Passenger Traffic

The FAA recorded 53,849 commercial enplanements at Waco Regional in calendar year 2024, which puts total passengers moving through the terminal near 108,000 for the year. The airfield logs well over 60,000 aircraft operations annually, the large majority from general aviation and flight training, with roughly 74 aircraft based on the field.

Parking Overview

Parking at ACT is simple and inexpensive. According to the airport's official parking information, daily parking costs $7 per day with a $35 weekly maximum, and a two hour area beside the terminal is free for passenger pickup and drop off. Payment is handled through the ParkMobile app, website, or toll free phone line, with no advance reservations offered.

Parking Lot Zones and Rates

ParkMobile Zone Numbers

  • Lot A: Zone 53901
  • Lot B: Zone 53902
  • Lot C: Zone 53903
  • Rate: $7 per day, $35 per week maximum, plus app fees

Pickup and Drop Off Guidance

Arriving passengers exit baggage claim directly onto the curb outside the main terminal entrance, where taxis, rideshare, and private cars load. Our chauffeur waits inside near baggage claim with a name sign or at the curb in the two hour free zone, whichever you prefer. For departures, the drop off lane is immediately in front of the terminal doors, and the airport opens at 3:30 a.m. for the first American Eagle flight.

Ground Transportation Options

Avis and Enterprise operate rental counters beside baggage claim. Local taxis and rideshare drivers serve the main entrance, and several hotels run shuttles by arrangement. There is no fixed route bus to the terminal; the Waco Transit System operated by the city covers routes within city limits only, so travelers heading to Woodway, Hewitt, or Temple need a private vehicle.

Tips for Arriving Passengers

  • Confirm your pickup the night before and share your American Eagle flight number
  • Check your phone when you land; your chauffeur texts the exact meeting spot
  • Keep a jacket handy in winter, since the curb is exposed to the north wind
  • Allow 15 to 20 minutes to downtown Waco and 25 minutes to Baylor on game days
  • Ask us to stage a second vehicle if your group's luggage exceeds the cabin space

Why a Prebooked Chauffeur Beats Taxis and Rideshare at ACT?

Waco Regional's rideshare pool is small and thins out after the last evening arrival, so wait times stretch when a full regional jet empties at once. A reserved chauffeur removes that gamble: the vehicle is on the property before the aircraft blocks in, the price was fixed when you booked, and the driver already knows your destination, be it the Hilton downtown or a lake house on the Speegleville shore. For groups, the difference is even wider, because one Sprinter or coach replaces five separate rideshare pings and keeps everyone together with their bags.

We recommend reserving sedans and SUVs at least 24 hours ahead. Stretch limousines, Sprinter vans, and charter buses for Baylor weekends, weddings, or Silos events should be booked two to four weeks out, since those dates sell through quickly.

Your chauffeur waits inside the terminal beside baggage claim holding a sign with your name, or at the curb in the free two hour zone directly outside the main entrance. Tell us your preference when you book and we confirm it by text.

Yes. Dispatch monitors every inbound flight from DFW and adjusts the pickup time automatically. Early arrivals find the vehicle already waiting, and delays never add a cent to your fare.

Absolutely. We run direct transfers up Interstate 35 to all five DFW terminals in about ninety minutes, which is a popular option when the Waco schedule does not match an international connection.

The campus is roughly nine miles from the terminal, a 15 to 25 minute drive depending on game day traffic along University Parks Drive. We stage extra vehicles for football Saturdays and commencement weekend.

Yes. The airport provides a two hour parking area at no charge for passenger pickup and drop off beside the terminal. Our chauffeurs use it when you prefer a curbside meeting.

A stretch limousine carries up to 20 guests, a Sprinter van seats 14 with luggage, and a party bus holds 30. Many couples pair a Sprinter for the airport run with a stretch limousine for the ceremony day.

Yes. The Silos sit about 15 minutes from the airport, and we often add a stop there on the way to downtown hotels. Group visits in Sprinter vans and party buses are available for full day Magnolia itineraries.

Yes. We regularly carry passengers to Temple, Belton, Killeen, and Fort Cavazos, about 35 to 60 miles south along Interstate 35, as well as north to Hillsboro and Waxahachie.

Nothing changes on your end. Our dispatch desk sees the new arrival time, repositions your chauffeur, and sends an updated meeting text. There is no waiting charge for airline delays.
