What we offer

Waynesville-St. Robert Regional (TBN) Airport Limo Service

Executives flying Contour into TBN get a quiet sedan, a chauffeur cleared for the post, and a direct run to Rolla or Lebanon. Our Waynesville-St. Robert Regional (TBN) Airport Limo Service is on time.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Waynesville-St. Robert Regional (TBN) Airport

Fort Leonard Wood sits in the middle of the Ozarks, a long way from any big city terminal, and every flight that lands at Waynesville-St. Robert Regional (TBN) Airport brings someone who still has a drive ahead of them. A new soldier's family arriving for graduation week, a defense contractor headed to the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence, a couple flying in from Dallas for a Lake of the Ozarks weekend, a Rolla engineer coming home from Nashville. Our Missouri airport limo service puts a licensed chauffeur and a spotless vehicle at the curb of the brand new TBN terminal, with base access requirements handled before you ever leave home.

Why Travelers Across Missouri, MO Choose Our TBN Limo Service?

Small airports reward preparation. TBN has one airline, one runway, a handful of departures a day, and a gate check at the entrance to an active Army post. Rideshare coverage in Pulaski County is thin, and a driver who has never been through the Fort Leonard Wood main gate can lose half an hour at the Visitor Center while your luggage waits on the sidewalk. We built this service around those realities.

Flight Tracking and Gate Timing

Contour's regional jets arrive from Dallas Fort Worth and Nashville on a schedule that can shift with weather at either end. We track your inbound flight and adjust the pickup window so the car is waiting when you walk out, with no charge for airline delays. Our dispatch team also factors in the time needed to clear the Fort Leonard Wood gate so the chauffeur is already positioned at the terminal when the jet pulls up.

Chauffeurs Who Know Pulaski County

Every chauffeur Union Limousine assigns to TBN work is screened, background checked, and trained through our Missouri airport chauffeur service program on the routes that matter here: the I 44 corridor to Rolla and Lebanon, Route 66 through Waynesville and St. Robert, Highway 17 toward the Big Piney River, and the drive north to Camdenton and Lake of the Ozarks. They know which hotels sit on post and which line the St. Robert strip, and they know that graduation week traffic at the main gate looks nothing like a Tuesday in February.

Transparent Pricing on Every Missouri Limo Service Quote

Our Missouri limo service quotes are all inclusive. The figure you approve covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, tolls, fuel, and standard wait time. There is no surge pricing when a flight comes in late and no mystery line item added after the trip. Hourly bookings with Union Limousine for weddings, graduations, and corporate itineraries work the same way, with the rate agreed in writing before the day arrives.

Group Travel for Graduations and Base Events

Fort Leonard Wood graduates thousands of soldiers each year, and families often arrive in groups that outgrow a single sedan. Our Missouri airport charter bus service and Sprinter vans move extended families, unit reunions, and visiting delegations from the TBN terminal to Nutter Field House, the post lodging, or hotels in St. Robert without splitting anyone across multiple cars.

Where We Drive from TBN Airport?

The airport sits inside Fort Leonard Wood, roughly five miles south of the St. Robert exit on Interstate 44. Most trips begin with the short run up Missouri Avenue to the main gate and then fan out across central Missouri.

Fort Leonard Wood, St. Robert, and Waynesville

On post destinations include the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence, Nutter Field House, Foster Lodge, Warrior Lodge, and the Candlewood Suites and Holiday Inn Express located inside the installation. Just outside the gate, St. Robert's hotel corridor along Missouri Avenue and the Route 66 Neon Park sit minutes from the terminal, and Waynesville, the Pulaski County seat platted in 1839 and named for General Anthony Wayne, offers the historic downtown square, Roubidoux Spring, and the Gasconade River.

Rolla, Lebanon, and the I 44 Corridor

Rolla and the Missouri University of Science and Technology campus are about 30 miles east, while Lebanon lies a similar distance west. Both are regular destinations for faculty, engineers, and families who prefer the convenience of TBN over a two hour drive from St. Louis Lambert International.

Lake of the Ozarks, Springfield, and St. Louis

Lake of the Ozarks, Camdenton, and Osage Beach are about an hour to the northwest. Springfield and Branson are roughly 90 minutes to the southwest, and St. Louis is about two hours east. We also provide transfers between TBN and St. Louis Lambert International (STL), Springfield Branson National (SGF), or Kansas City International (MCI) when a connection requires a change of airports.

Brief History and Importance of the Airport

The airfield was carved out of the Ozark hills alongside Fort Leonard Wood during the Second World War and served the Army Air Forces as Forney Army Airfield, a name it carried officially until 1998. Civilian airline service grew out of a joint use arrangement between the Army and the neighboring cities: the passenger terminal operates under Army control, while general aviation is directed by a board appointed by Waynesville and St. Robert. The field was known for years as Waynesville Regional Airport at Forney Field before taking its current name, and the City of Waynesville still lists the airport among its municipal facilities. Today it is one of only 21 joint use airfields on military installations nationwide and the primary air gateway for soldiers, families, contractors, and visitors bound for the post and for Pulaski County.

Scheduled airlines have come and gone with federal contracts. Great Lakes Airlines flew to Kansas City and St. Louis in 2009 and 2010, Cape Air linked the field to St. Louis from 2011 through 2018, and Contour Airlines arrived in February 2019 with the first regional jets, flying to St. Louis and later to Chicago O'Hare under the United Express banner until October 2021. Contour returned in 2022 with routes to Dallas and Nashville, swapped Nashville for Chicago for a period, and in 2026 brought Nashville back. The airport covers 237 acres at an elevation of 1,159 feet and has a single asphalt runway, 15/33, measuring 6,037 by 150 feet, long enough for the Embraer jets that serve it today.

Airlines Operating from TBN

Contour Airlines is the only scheduled carrier at TBN. It flies under a four year federal subsidy program for small community air service that runs from October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2029, and operates its flights as public charters, which means every ticket is booked directly through Contour at 888 332 6686 or on its website. The airline uses 30 seat Embraer regional jets with generous legroom and complimentary snacks and beverages. Because Contour interlines with several major carriers, passengers can check bags through to onward connections at both of its hubs.

Domestic Destinations

Contour schedules 12 round trips a week from TBN. Dallas Fort Worth International (DFW) is served daily, giving central Missouri travelers access to American's largest hub and hundreds of onward flights. Nashville International (BNA) launched on June 1, 2026 with five weekly round trips on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday, departing TBN around midday and returning in the early afternoon. The Nashville route replaced the previous Chicago O'Hare service after the U.S. Department of Transportation approved the change in March 2026. All destinations are domestic; there is no customs facility at TBN.

Terminal Information

TBN opened a new 9,000 square foot passenger terminal in November 2026, the result of a roughly $20 million project funded with local, state, and federal money, including a Federal Aviation Administration improvement grant. Ground was broken on November 15, 2024, the final structural beam was signed by community members and hoisted into place on January 22, 2026, and the ribbon was cut on November 4, 2026. The building is designed for about 50 passengers at a time and replaces a modest terminal that had served the airport for decades. Inside you will find Contour's check in counter, a security checkpoint, a single gate, seating, restrooms, and free Wi Fi. Boarding is a short walk across the apron to the aircraft.

Passenger Traffic

Passenger numbers have climbed sharply. After falling to about 5,400 boardings in 2019, traffic rebounded past the 10,000 enplanement mark, and the airport has now recorded over 11,000 boardings in each of the last three years through 2025, with total traffic in both directions above 22,000 passengers a year. Staying above 10,000 boardings keeps TBN in the FAA's primary commercial service category and raises its annual federal grant entitlement, which helped pay for the new terminal. Military flying has historically accounted for about half of all aircraft operations at the field.

Parking Overview

All parking at TBN is free, which is rare among commercial airports. Short term and long term spaces are available in the lot beside the terminal, and an auxiliary lot across the street provides overflow during busy graduation weeks. There is no garage, no shuttle, and no reservation system. Because the airport is inside the installation, every vehicle on the lot has already cleared the Fort Leonard Wood gate, so the lot is patrolled as part of post security.

Pickup and Drop Off Guidance

The single most important thing to know about TBN is that it sits on an active Army post. Anyone entering to catch a flight, meet a passenger, or drop someone off must pass a 100 percent ID check at the gate. U.S. citizens aged 18 and over who do not hold a Department of War ID should complete the Fort Leonard Wood visitor access request online before travel day, choosing Airport as the reason for the visit and keeping the flight itinerary handy for the guard. Approval usually arrives by text within 24 hours. Drivers need a REAL ID compliant license, current registration, and proof of insurance. From I 44 take exit 161, follow Missouri Avenue south to the main gate, use the far left lanes for the Visitor Center at 2624 Missouri Avenue, and continue to Iowa Avenue once cleared. Curbside drop off is directly in front of the terminal doors.

Ground Transportation Options

There is no public transit to the terminal. A few local taxi companies based in St. Robert and Waynesville serve the airport on request, Enterprise has a rental office in St. Robert, and regional shuttle operators run scheduled trips to St. Louis Lambert and Springfield Branson National for travelers connecting elsewhere. The Pulaski County Tourism Bureau publishes a getting here guide that lists cab numbers and rental options for visitors. Uber and Lyft operate in the area, though available drivers are limited and none can enter the post without their own gate clearance. For a vehicle that is guaranteed to be waiting, a prebooked chauffeur remains the dependable choice.

Tips for Arriving Passengers

  • Submit your gate access request the day before you fly, even if you have visited the post before; passes are tied to each visit.
  • Bring a physical REAL ID driver's license or passport. Digital IDs are not accepted at Fort Leonard Wood gates.
  • Book lodging early during graduation weeks. On post hotels fill first, followed by the St. Robert corridor on Missouri Avenue, and the City of St. Robert website lists local hotels and restaurants for visitors.
  • Cell service is reliable at the terminal, but confirm your pickup details before boarding in Dallas or Nashville so your chauffeur has the final arrival time.
  • Winter weather in the Ozarks can close I 44 ramps quickly; allow extra time for the drive to Rolla, Lebanon, or the lake between December and February.
  • If your connection misses, STL is about two hours away and SGF about 90 minutes; we can reposition you to either airport the same day.

Why a Prebooked Chauffeur Beats Taxis and Rideshare at TBN?

At a large hub, a taxi line is a safe fallback. At TBN there is no taxi line, rideshare pickups depend on whoever happens to be near St. Robert, and every driver must clear military security before reaching the terminal. A prebooked Union Limousine chauffeur solves all three problems at once. Your reservation is confirmed days in advance, the chauffeur's gate access is arranged ahead of time, and the vehicle is positioned for your actual arrival time. For families managing strollers and duffel bags, officers on a tight schedule, and executives who need to work on the drive to Rolla, that certainty is worth every dollar of the modest difference in fare. Add a fixed price with no surge and a chauffeur who will wait if the flight is late, and the comparison is settled.

Yes. Every passenger flying in or out of TBN must have Fort Leonard Wood gate clearance, because the terminal sits inside the installation. We walk you through the online visitor access request when you book, and our chauffeurs carry their own credentials so the vehicle is already inside the gate when your flight arrives.

For most travelers, reaching the terminal 60 to 75 minutes before departure is ample at TBN. We add time for the gate check on the way in, so a pickup in St. Robert typically leaves about 90 minutes before the flight, and a pickup in Rolla or Lebanon about two hours before.

Contour Airlines currently flies nonstop from TBN to Dallas Fort Worth International every day and to Nashville International five days a week. Both hubs connect onward to destinations across the country, and Contour's interline agreements let you check bags through on many partner airlines.

Absolutely. Graduation week is one of our busiest periods at Fort Leonard Wood. We meet families at the terminal, take them to their on post or St. Robert hotel, and provide transportation to Family Day and the graduation ceremony, with SUVs, Sprinter vans, and coaches available for larger groups.

Our dispatchers track every inbound Contour flight. If your arrival slips, the pickup moves with it at no additional cost. If a flight diverts to Springfield or St. Louis, we reposition the vehicle to meet you there and bring you to Fort Leonard Wood, Waynesville, or wherever you were headed.

Pricing depends on the vehicle, the exact destination, and the day of the week. Sedan transfers to Osage Beach or Camdenton start well below what two separate rideshare legs would cost, and SUV and Sprinter van rates are quoted per vehicle, so larger groups often pay less per person. Every quote is flat and final.

Yes. We provide direct transfers between Fort Leonard Wood and St. Louis Lambert International, as well as Springfield Branson National and Kansas City International. The run to STL takes about two hours on I 44 and is a popular choice when a Contour connection does not line up with an international itinerary.

Yes. Infant, convertible, and booster seats can be added to any sedan, SUV, or Sprinter van reservation at no charge. Tell us the ages and weights of the children when you book, and the chauffeur will have the correct seats installed before arriving at the terminal.

Hourly service is ideal for contractors and visiting officials with several stops on post or in Rolla. The chauffeur stays with you for the entire block of time, waits at each location, and handles gate transitions, so your attention stays on the meetings. Minimum hourly blocks apply.

For parties of seven or more we recommend a Sprinter van, which seats up to 14 with luggage, or a mini charter bus for up to 35. Full size coaches carrying up to 56 passengers are available for unit reunions, conference groups, and tour operators who want everyone on one vehicle with one schedule.
