Corporate teams, WMU aviation visitors, and air show guests rely on Battle Creek Kellogg Field Executive (BTL) Airport Limo Service for sedans, SUVs, Sprinter vans, and coaches on call, day and night.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Battle Creek Kellogg Field Executive (BTL) Airport
Private jets, flight school traffic, and corporate shuttles move through Battle Creek Executive Airport at Kellogg Field every day, and the people on board expect a car waiting the moment the cabin door opens. Our Battle Creek Kellogg Field Executive (BTL) Airport Limo Service covers that moment with a professional chauffeur, a clean late model vehicle, and a pickup plan built around your tail number or arrival time. As part of our wider Michigan airport limo service, we handle executive arrivals at Duncan Aviation and Centennial Aircraft Services, visits to the WMU College of Aviation, Field of Flight weekends, and quiet weekday transfers to Kalamazoo, Marshall, and Grand Rapids. Union Limousine has provided chauffeured transportation since 1997, and that experience shows in how calmly a BTL pickup unfolds.
Why Fly Into BTL With a Chauffeur Waiting?
Kellogg Field is an executive airport in the truest sense. There is no airline terminal, no baggage carousel, and no taxi rank. Passengers step out of the aircraft, walk through an FBO lobby, and are outside within minutes. That speed only pays off when ground transportation is already in place. We monitor your flight, position the chauffeur at the correct FBO, and keep the vehicle climate ready so the transition from cabin to car takes seconds.
- Flight tracking by tail number or charter reference, with pickup times adjusted automatically when an aircraft arrives early or late
- Chauffeurs who know the difference between the Duncan Aviation ramp on South Airport Road and the Centennial Aircraft Services building
- Discreet, uniformed drivers for board members, physicians, athletes, and families who value privacy
- Child seats, extra luggage capacity, and multiple vehicle pickups for larger parties arriving on the same flight
- Flat quotes confirmed in advance for every trip across Michigan, MI, with no surge pricing on holiday or air show weekends
BTL Limo Service Across Michigan, MI
Battle Creek sits in the center of southern Michigan, which makes Kellogg Field a convenient entry point for business across the entire region. Interstate 94 runs just south of the airport, so Detroit, Ann Arbor, Kalamazoo, and the Indiana line are all direct drives, and Michigan Route 66 links the field with Marshall and Sturgis to the south and Hastings to the north. Our chauffeurs cover every one of these corridors daily.
Battle Creek and Calhoun County
Most BTL passengers stay close. Kellogg Company's headquarters stands downtown, FireKeepers Casino Hotel draws guests to the Interstate 94 corridor east of the city, and Kellogg Arena, Binder Park Zoo, and the Fort Custer Industrial Park generate steady corporate and leisure travel. Families and veterans flying in for services at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta are about 15 minutes from the FBO door, and we treat those trips with the care they deserve. Marshall, home to the Ford BlueOval Battery Park, is 20 minutes east and has become a frequent destination for engineering and supplier teams.
Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids and the Wider State
Kalamazoo is a 25 minute ride west, where we deliver passengers to Western Michigan University's main campus, downtown offices, the Kalamazoo Expo Center, and the hotels near Portage. Grand Rapids and DeVos Place are about an hour northwest, Lansing and the Capitol are an hour north, and Ann Arbor is 90 minutes east along Interstate 94. For Detroit, Traverse City, or multi city itineraries, our limo service in Michigan connects BTL with every major business and resort destination in the state under one reservation.
Our Fleet for BTL Airport Transfers
Every vehicle on the ramp side of Kellogg Field is matched to the passenger count, luggage load, and purpose of the trip. All are detailed before each assignment and driven by a licensed, background checked chauffeur.
Sedans (Up to 3 Passengers)
Executive sedans suit single travelers and pairs arriving on a corporate jet or charter. Ideal for a quick run to a Battle Creek hotel, a Kalamazoo office, or a same day return flight.

Full size SUVs carry small teams, families with children, and anyone with golf bags, sample cases, or winter gear. The go to choice for Marshall supplier visits and FireKeepers weekends.
Stretch Limousines (Up to 20 Passengers)
Stretch limousines turn an arrival into an occasion. Popular for wedding parties flying in for Gull Lake ceremonies, milestone birthdays, and VIP guests of the Field of Flight Air Show.
Sprinter Vans (Up to 14 Passengers)
Executive Sprinter vans move boards, sales teams, and flight school visitor groups together with room to work or relax. Standing height cabins and rear luggage areas handle a week's worth of bags.

Party buses keep celebrations rolling from the FBO to casino floors, downtown Kalamazoo, or lakeside venues. Lounge seating, lighting, and sound systems are built in.
Mini Charter Buses (Up to 35 Passengers)
Mini coaches handle conference delegations, athletic teams, and WMU aviation program tours that need a single vehicle with forward facing seats and overhead storage.
Full Size Charter Buses (Up to 56 Passengers)
Full size motorcoaches serve air show crews, corporate retreats, and large delegations traveling between BTL, Grand Rapids, Lansing, and Detroit with restrooms and luggage bays on board.
Services We Provide at Kellogg Field
Executive and Corporate Travel
Companies that fly into BTL usually have a tight schedule on the ground. We stage vehicles for plant tours at Fort Custer, investor visits to Kellogg Company, and roadshows that touch three cities before the return flight. Our Michigan airport chauffeur service can hold a chauffeur with you for the entire day, so there is never a wait between meetings.
Flight School, Air Show and Event Groups
Western Michigan University's College of Aviation brings prospective students, parents, and industry partners to the field year round, and the Field of Flight Air Show and Balloon Festival fills every hotel in Calhoun County each July. For these occasions our group shuttle runs timed loops between the airport, hotels, and event gates so nobody is stranded in traffic on Helmer Road.
Point to Point Airport Car Service
Travelers who need a straightforward ride can book our BTL airport car service for a fixed fare between Kellogg Field and any address in Michigan. For hourly bookings, wine tours, or evenings out, our full limo service menu covers the same vehicles with a chauffeur on standby. Union Limousine quotes every trip in writing before the car is dispatched.

History and Regional Importance
The airport began on September 24, 1924, when the Battle Creek Chamber of Commerce leased a farm west of town for an aviation field with cereal magnate W.K. Kellogg's backing. The field received its first airmail service in the summer of 1928 and its first regular passenger flights in 1929, during the same years the federal airmail network was pulling commercial aviation into existence. The military called it Kellogg Field, and in August 1947 it became the first Michigan Air National Guard base in the state's history, a role that continues today through the 110th Wing. In December 2019 the City Commission renamed the facility Battle Creek Executive Airport at Kellogg Field to reflect its corporate and training focus, and the community marked 100 years of flight in September 2024.
Today the field anchors a regional aerospace cluster. Duncan Aviation operates one of the largest privately owned aircraft refurbishment and maintenance campuses in North America here, broke ground on a 40 million dollar expansion in 2022, and gained FAA Testing Center approval for its technical education center in October 2025. WACO Aircraft Corporation builds certificated biplanes on the field, the FAA keeps a Flight Inspection Field Office on site, and roughly 55 private operators base aircraft at BTL.
Airlines Operating From BTL
No scheduled passenger airline serves Kellogg Field. Traffic consists of corporate jets, charter and air taxi flights, flight training, cargo feeders, military sorties, and private owners. Travelers who need commercial service use Kalamazoo Battle Creek International (AZO), about 22 miles west, Gerald R. Ford International (GRR) in Grand Rapids, Capital Region International (LAN) in Lansing, or Detroit Metropolitan (DTW), and we provide chauffeured connections between all of them and BTL.
Domestic Destinations
Because BTL is a general aviation field, destinations follow the charter calendar. Business jets most often link Battle Creek with Chicago, New York, Washington, Dallas, Atlanta, and Florida, while Duncan Aviation's maintenance work draws aircraft from every state. WMU training flights fan out across Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, and Illinois, and the 10,004 foot main runway can accept large transport aircraft when the air show or military exercises call for them.
Terminal Information
There is no central passenger terminal. Arriving guests are processed through one of two fixed base operators. Duncan Aviation, at 15745 South Airport Road, runs the primary FBO with a passenger lounge, conference room, crew lounge, catering, and rental car desks, and it operates roughly 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays with fuel service available around the clock by arrangement. Centennial Aircraft Services, affiliated with WACO Aircraft, offers a second full service FBO. The Western Michigan University Aviation Education Center at 237 Helmer Road North houses classrooms, simulators, and the BTL Bistro cafe. There is no TSA checkpoint, so departing passengers can arrive 15 to 20 minutes before wheels up.
Passenger Traffic
Kellogg Field counts movements, not ticketed passengers. The city reported about 85,000 aircraft operations in 2024, down from roughly 96,000 in the year ending October 2021 when 68 percent of activity was general aviation and 31 percent air taxi. In 2019 the field ranked as the third busiest airport in Michigan, and its contract tower placed 59th among 256 nationwide. Several hundred people a day can pass through the FBOs during peak corporate seasons, and the five day Field of Flight festival each July brings tens of thousands of spectators onto airport grounds.
Parking Overview
Parking is free and informal. Each FBO maintains a surface lot directly in front of its lobby for passengers, crews, and visitors, and overnight parking is normally permitted with a word to the front desk. The WMU campus has its own lots for students and guests. During the Field of Flight Air Show, public parking moves to ticketed event lots with shuttle access, and the FBO lots are reserved for aircraft customers, which is one reason many visitors prefer a chauffeured drop off that week.
Pick Up and Drop Off Guidance
Our chauffeurs pull directly up to the FBO entrance. For most arrivals we meet you inside the lobby with a name board, carry your bags, and load the vehicle at the curb. When your flight crew arranges ramp access through the FBO, the vehicle can be escorted planeside so you step from the aircraft stairs into the car.
Where We Meet You?
Tell us which FBO your aircraft is handled by when you book. Duncan Aviation sits on the east side of the field off South Airport Road, while Centennial Aircraft Services is on the west side near the WACO hangars. If you are unsure, send us the tail number and we will confirm with the handler.
What to Text Us?
A tail number, the operator's name, and your estimated arrival time are enough. We track the flight from departure and move the pickup window automatically if winds or air traffic change the schedule.
After Hours Arrivals
Late evening and early morning flights are common at Kellogg Field. Our dispatch runs 24 hours a day, so a chauffeur is waiting whether you touch down at 6 a.m. or after the tower closes at 11 p.m.
Ground Transportation Options
Ground options at BTL are limited compared with an airline airport. Rental cars can be arranged through the FBOs, Duncan Aviation offers crew cars for pilots on short turns, and Battle Creek Transit buses serve the city but do not stop at the FBO doors. Taxi availability is thin, and rideshare coverage in Battle Creek is lighter than in Grand Rapids or Detroit, which can leave passengers waiting on the ramp with no car in sight. A reserved chauffeur removes that gamble.
Tips for Arriving Passengers
- Confirm your handling FBO with the flight crew before departure so ground transportation and catering go to the right building
- Winter arrivals can meet lake effect snow and icy ramps; allow a few extra minutes for deicing and let your chauffeur know if the aircraft is holding
- Air show week in early July brings road closures around Helmer Road and Dickman Road, so book transfers early and expect staged pickups
- Pack any customs paperwork with your crew; international flights into BTL clear through arrangements made in advance with the operator
- Cell coverage is strong across the field, so a quick text when you are on final approach keeps the pickup exact
Why a Prebooked Chauffeur Beats Taxis and Rideshare at BTL?
At a field without a taxi stand, convenience depends entirely on planning. A prebooked chauffeur is already parked at the FBO when the aircraft turns onto the ramp, with your name on the manifest and the destination loaded. Rideshare drivers in Battle Creek may be 20 minutes away or unavailable at night, and app pricing climbs during the air show and holiday weekends. Our fare is fixed when you book, the vehicle is matched to your luggage and group, and the same chauffeur can stay with you for a day of meetings in Marshall, Kalamazoo, and Grand Rapids. For travelers who chose a private aircraft to save time, a private car is the logical final leg.
