What we offer

Billings Logan International (BIL) Airport Limo Service

Wedding guests, Yellowstone groups and Red Lodge weekenders arriving at BIL ride together in Sprinter vans, stretch limos and coaches with winter ready chauffeurs who know all eastern Montana's roads.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Billings Logan International (BIL) Airport

Billings Logan International (BIL) Airport sits on top of the Rims, a short five minute drive above downtown Billings, and every arrival through its doors deserves a ride that matches the view. Our Montana airport limo service places a professional chauffeur at the terminal curb at the exact minute your flight pulls in, with a polished sedan, SUV, stretch limousine or Sprinter van already warmed up and waiting. Union Limousine built its reputation on airport work, and BIL is a station we know by heart: which revolving door the airlines use, where the cell phone lot sits off Airport Road, and how the drive down the Rims behaves when a January storm rolls across the Yellowstone Valley.

Business travelers bound for the medical corridor, families heading to Red Lodge, hunting parties with gear, and wedding guests stepping off a Delta flight from Minneapolis all get the same treatment: a named chauffeur, a tracked flight, a clean vehicle, and a flat price agreed before anyone leaves home. We serve the whole of Montana from this airport, from Laurel and Lockwood to Miles City, Bozeman, and the Wyoming line.

Why Montana Travelers Choose Our BIL Airport Limo Service?

Billings is the largest city in Montana and the business hub for the eastern half of the state, which means BIL handles a steady mix of corporate, medical, energy, ranching and tourism traffic. A limo service that works here has to be punctual in all four seasons, comfortable on long rural highways, and discreet enough for executives and physicians who want to work on the way in. Union Limousine built its Billings operation around those three needs.

  • Live flight tracking on every BIL arrival, so your chauffeur adjusts to early landings and weather holds without you lifting a finger.
  • Flat rate pricing quoted in writing before the trip, with no surge, no meter and no surprise mileage charges on runs to Red Lodge, Cody or Sheridan.
  • Meet and greet inside the terminal on request, with a name board at baggage claim and help with luggage, ski bags, rifle cases and strollers.
  • Chauffeurs trained for Montana winter driving, with vehicles equipped for icy stretches of Interstate 90 and the Beartooth approach.
  • Complimentary wait time built into airport pickups, so a slow bag carousel never turns into an extra charge.
  • Corporate accounts with monthly invoicing for hospitals, law firms, oil and gas operators and regional banks headquartered in Billings.

Our Fleet for Billings Logan Airport Transfers

Every vehicle we dispatch to BIL is late model, professionally detailed before each run, and matched to the size of your party and the length of your drive. Choose by headcount and luggage, and we will confirm the exact vehicle class on your booking.

Sedans and SUVs for Executives, Couples and Small Groups

  • Luxury Sedans, up to 3 passengers: the right choice for a single executive or a couple flying in for a weekend, with room for two large suitcases and quiet cabins for calls on the way to the Billings Clinic campus or a downtown hotel.
  • Premium SUVs, up to 6 passengers: ideal for families, small sales teams and anyone traveling with skis, golf clubs or hunting gear. Four wheel drive gives extra confidence on winter runs to Red Lodge, Columbus or Big Timber.

Stretch Limousines, Sprinter Vans and Group Coaches

  • Stretch Limousines, up to 20 passengers: the classic pick for wedding parties arriving for a ceremony at a Yellowstone River venue, milestone birthdays, prom groups and anniversary trips that begin the moment the plane lands.
  • Sprinter Vans, up to 14 passengers: executive seating, standing headroom and generous luggage space make these the workhorse for corporate retreats, church groups and extended families heading into the Beartooth Mountains.
  • Party Buses, up to 30 passengers: lighting, sound and a social layout for bachelor and bachelorette weekends, brewery tours along Montana Avenue and group outings to First Interstate Arena concerts.
  • Mini Charter Buses, up to 35 passengers: comfortable coach seating for athletic teams, conference delegations and tour groups transferring from BIL to Little Bighorn Battlefield or Pompeys Pillar.
  • Full Size Charter Buses, up to 56 passengers: underfloor luggage bays, restrooms and reclining seats for large company meetings, school trips and multi day Yellowstone itineraries that begin at the Billings terminal.

BIL Limo Services We Provide Across Montana

Corporate and Medical Travel

Billings anchors the regional economy with two major hospital systems, energy refineries in Laurel and Lockwood, and corporate offices along North 27th Street. Union Limousine executive sedans and SUVs carry visiting physicians, auditors, engineers and sales teams between Billings Logan and their meetings with a chauffeur who understands the value of a quiet, punctual ride. Same day returns to the airport are scheduled at the same time as the pickup, so your departure is covered before you ever arrive.

Weddings, Celebrations and Group Nights Out

A wedding in the Yellowstone Valley often means guests flying in from Denver, Seattle and Minneapolis over the same two days. We coordinate multiple BIL pickups into one schedule, stage stretch limousines for the couple and party buses for the guests, and run shuttles between hotels, the ceremony and the reception. The same team handles milestone birthdays, retirement dinners and reunion weekends at venues across Billings and Red Lodge.

Yellowstone, Beartooth Highway and Regional Touring

Many travelers choose Billings as their gateway to the northeast corner of Yellowstone National Park, reached through Red Lodge and the Beartooth Highway in summer or through Livingston and Gardiner when the pass closes. Our chauffeurs plan these long drives with fuel, meal and photo stops in mind, and our Montana airport Sprinter van service gives groups the luggage space a week in the park requires. Day trips to Little Bighorn Battlefield, Pictograph Cave and the Crow Reservation are equally easy to arrange.

Conferences, Teams and Large Delegations

When a convention at MetraPark or a tournament at Montana State University Billings brings a crowd into BIL on the same flight, we move the whole group together. Our Montana charter bus service pairs full size coaches with a dedicated coordinator who manages manifests, flight changes and hotel drop offs so organizers can focus on the event itself.

Service Area: Billings, Yellowstone County and Beyond

Our BIL coverage follows the roads that radiate from the Rims. In the city we serve Downtown, the Heights, the West End, Shiloh Crossing, the Billings Clinic and St. Vincent corridor, Rimrock Mall, Rocky Mountain College and every hotel cluster near Interstate 90. Beyond the city limits we run regular airport transfers to Laurel, Lockwood, Huntley, Shepherd, Columbus, Absarokee, Red Lodge, Roundup, Hardin, Forsyth and Miles City. Longer trips reach Bozeman, Livingston, Great Falls and across the state line to Sheridan and Cody in Wyoming. Every one of these routes is priced as a flat rate under our Montana limo service program, so a transfer to Red Lodge costs the same whether you book it in July or during a February snowstorm.

Billings Logan International Airport Information

Brief History and Importance of BIL

Billings Logan International Airport opened on May 29, 1928 on a 400 acre plateau atop the Rims, the sandstone cliff that rises 500 feet above downtown. Northwest Airlines started the first scheduled passenger service in 1933, and the field took the Logan name in 1957 in honor of longtime airport manager Dick Logan. It became Billings Logan International Airport in 1971. The airport is owned by the City of Billings and run by its Aviation and Transit Department, which also operates MET Transit; the city describes the field as minutes from downtown with year round and seasonal service through multiple hubs. Today BIL covers roughly 2,500 acres, functions as the only commercial airport for eastern Montana, and ranks as the busiest air cargo airport in the state.

Airlines Operating from BIL

Six passenger airlines serve Billings Logan. United and United Express carry the largest share of travelers, followed by Delta and Delta Connection, Alaska Airlines through its Horizon operation, American Eagle, Allegiant Air and Cape Air. Cargo volume is substantial as well, with UPS Airlines, Alpine Air Express, Empire Airlines and Richland Aviation moving freight and mail through the field every day.

Domestic Destinations

Year round nonstop flights connect BIL with Denver, Dallas Fort Worth, Minneapolis St. Paul, Salt Lake City, Seattle, Las Vegas and Phoenix Mesa. Seasonal service has included Chicago O'Hare, Phoenix Sky Harbor and Portland. Cape Air links Billings with five smaller Montana communities: Glasgow, Glendive, Havre, Sidney and Wolf Point, which makes BIL the connecting point for much of the Hi Line and the Bakken region. Denver is the busiest route by a wide margin, and all passenger traffic at the airport is domestic.

Terminal Information

BIL operates a single passenger terminal at 1901 Terminal Circle with two concourses, A and B, that were rebuilt during a terminal modernization completed in 2024 at a cost of about 45 million dollars. The project raised the gate count from six to nine, increased jet bridges from four to eight, and delivered a new security checkpoint, a larger lobby, a restaurant and gift shop in the Great Room on the concourse, and refreshed baggage claim areas. Ticket counters close up to 45 minutes before departure, and the airport asks travelers to arrive two hours ahead of their flight. A REAL ID or another TSA accepted document is required to pass the checkpoint.

Passenger Traffic

Billings Logan set a record with 980,676 passengers in 2024 and then crossed the one million mark for the first time in 2025, finishing the year at 1,026,611 passengers. July is consistently the busiest month, when Yellowstone visitors and summer events push daily volumes past 3,000 travelers. Roughly 40 percent of BIL passengers are traveling for business, a share that keeps the airport busy on weekdays throughout the year and explains why corporate car service is such a large part of our Billings schedule.

Parking Overview

All public parking is across Terminal Circle from the building and switched to a ticketless, camera based system in July 2026. The Short Term lot gives the first 30 minutes free and then charges 3 dollars per half hour up to 18 dollars a day. Long Term Premium sits closest to the doors, offers EV charging and caps at 15 dollars a day. The standard Long Term lot tops out at 12 dollars a day, and the Economy and Remote Overflow lots cap at 10 dollars. A free Cell Phone Waiting lot sits east of the terminal off Airport Road for drivers meeting arriving passengers. A small transaction fee is added to every paid stay.

Pickup and Drop Off Guidance

Departing passengers are dropped at the curb directly outside the ticketing doors on Terminal Circle, where our chauffeur unloads luggage and walks it to the door. For arrivals, we confirm your preferred meeting point when the booking is placed: curbside outside baggage claim for quick turnarounds, or a meet and greet inside the terminal with a name board for first time visitors, elderly travelers and large groups. Your chauffeur waits in the cell phone lot until your bags are on the carousel, then pulls to the curb so there is no circling and no walking through the parking lots with luggage.

Ground Transportation Options at BIL

Taxi companies, Uber and Lyft, hotel shuttles, Jefferson Lines intercity buses and a weekday MET Transit route all operate from the terminal, and the local tourism office keeps a current list of transportation choices in Billings for visitors comparing their options. Rental car counters sit inside the terminal with the lots a short walk away. These choices work for some travelers, yet a limo booked in advance is the only option that guarantees a specific vehicle, a specific chauffeur and a specific price before you land in Montana.

Tips for Arriving Passengers at Billings Logan

  • Pack a layer for the curb. The terminal sits at 3,652 feet on an exposed plateau, and the wind on the Rims often feels ten degrees colder, whatever the downtown forecast says.
  • Give yourself time in July. Summer is the peak month, baggage claim fills quickly, and a prebooked chauffeur saves the wait for a taxi line.
  • Heading to campus? Montana State University Billings publishes directions to its University Drive campus and City College, and our chauffeurs know both drop points well.
  • Attending an event at MetraPark? Check the venue's directions to the fairgrounds and let us handle arena parking by dropping you at the gate.
  • Traveling with firearms for hunting season? Tell us at booking so we assign a vehicle with secure, enclosed cargo space for cases.
  • Connecting on Cape Air to Sidney or Glasgow? Share both flight numbers so we can time a pickup around the shorter regional schedule.

Why a Prebooked Chauffeur Beats Taxis and Rideshare at BIL?

Rideshare availability in Billings thins out late at night and during storms, and taxi queues at the terminal grow long when two jets arrive together in July. A reserved chauffeur removes that uncertainty entirely. Your vehicle is assigned the day before, your driver's name and number are sent in advance, and the fare is locked whether your flight lands on time or four hours late.

Flight Tracking and Guaranteed Wait Time

Our dispatch team watches every inbound flight to BIL and shifts pickups automatically. If a Denver connection is delayed by weather, your chauffeur is told before you are, and the complimentary wait window restarts from the actual arrival time.

Flat Pricing on Long Montana Drives

A meter running from the Rims to Red Lodge, Cody or Miles City is an expensive gamble. We quote those routes as a single flat rate that includes fuel, tolls, time and the return of the vehicle, so the cost of a two hour transfer is known before the plane leaves its origin city.

The terminal sits on top of the Rims about two miles northwest of downtown. A chauffeured ride to hotels on North 27th Street or the medical corridor takes roughly ten minutes, and the West End or Shiloh Crossing is about 15 to 20 minutes depending on traffic.

For meet and greet bookings your chauffeur waits at the base of the escalator by baggage claim with a name board. Curbside pickups happen directly outside the baggage claim doors on Terminal Circle, and we text the vehicle description and plate number before you walk out.

Yes. Every BIL reservation is tied to its flight number, and our dispatch team monitors arrival times in real time. If weather in Denver or Minneapolis delays your flight, your pickup moves automatically and no extra wait charge applies.

Absolutely. Red Lodge is one of our most requested routes from Billings Logan, and we quote it as a flat rate for sedans, SUVs and Sprinter vans. In summer we also run transfers over the Beartooth Highway to Cooke City and the northeast entrance of Yellowstone.

We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead for sedans and SUVs, and three to five days for stretch limousines, party buses and charter coaches during wedding season or MontanaFair week. Same day requests are accepted whenever a vehicle is available.

Our chauffeurs drive these roads year round and our SUVs and vans are equipped for snow and ice. We monitor Montana Department of Transportation road reports for Interstate 90 and the Red Lodge corridor and will adjust departure times or vehicle class to keep your transfer safe.

Yes. Infant, convertible and booster seats are available on request at no charge. Let us know the age and weight of each child when you book so the correct seat is installed and inspected before the vehicle leaves for the airport.

A 14 passenger Sprinter van is the best match for 12 travelers with luggage, offering executive seating and a dedicated cargo area. For groups up to 20 with lighter bags, a stretch limousine is an option, and larger parties move to mini or full size coaches.

Yes. We arrange one way transfers to Gardiner, West Yellowstone and Cooke City as well as multi day charters with the same chauffeur throughout. Vehicles are chosen for luggage capacity and mountain roads, and pricing is confirmed in writing before departure.

Every quote covers the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, standard airport wait time, flight tracking and all taxes. Gratuity is optional and can be added in advance. There is no surge pricing and no meter, so the number on your confirmation is the number you pay.
