What we offer

Great Falls International (GTF) Airport Limo Service

Groups of two to fifty six ride together from baggage claim with our Great Falls International (GTF) Airport limo service. Sedans, Sprinter vans, and coaches serve Great Falls plus every corner of MT.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Great Falls International (GTF) Airport

Touch down on Gore Hill and walk straight to a chauffeur who already knows your flight number. Our Great Falls International (GTF) Airport Limo Service covers every arrival and departure at the commercial gateway for north central Montana, with terminal meet and greet, live flight tracking on each reservation, and a fleet sized for one traveler or fifty six. As the Great Falls branch of our statewide Montana airport limo service, we cover Cascade County, Malmstrom Air Force Base, and the long highway corridors that run toward Helena, the Rocky Mountain Front, Glacier National Park, and the Canadian ports of entry.

Why Travelers in Montana, MT Book Our GTF Airport Limo Service?

Great Falls is a compact airport, yet the distances around it stretch for hours in every direction. A flight that lands at 11:30 pm still leaves you with a drive across town to a hotel on 10th Avenue South, a ride to base housing near Malmstrom, or a two hour run up US 89 to a cabin outside Choteau. Taxis thin out late in the evening, and rideshare coverage in Great Falls depends on who happens to be online. A reserved chauffeur removes that uncertainty. Your vehicle is assigned the day before, your driver watches the inbound flight, and the meter never runs because the price was fixed at booking.

Flight Tracking and Terminal Meet and Greet

Every GTF pickup is tied to a flight number. When Delta's Salt Lake City connection runs 40 minutes behind or the United Denver flight lands early, the chauffeur adjusts without a phone call from you. Inside the terminal, your driver waits at the base of the escalator by baggage claim holding a name sign, helps with luggage, and walks you to the vehicle parked in the commercial lane directly outside the arrivals doors. Curbside pickups are available for travelers who prefer to text on landing and meet at the door.

Fixed Pricing for Great Falls Airport Transfers

Union Limousine quotes are flat and all inclusive. The figure you approve covers the chauffeur, fuel, airport fees, tolls where they apply, and standard gratuity, so a snowstorm on I 15 or a backed up pickup lane never changes what you pay. Business accounts receive monthly invoicing with per ride detail, which makes expense reporting simple for contractors rotating through Malmstrom, consultants visiting Benefis Health System, and agricultural buyers calling on Golden Triangle grain operations.

Long Distance Rides Across Central Montana

Great Falls sits at the center of a very large service map, and our Montana limo service treats the whole region as home turf. Chauffeurs run GTF to Helena, Fort Benton, Lewistown, Havre, Shelby, Browning, Choteau, Augusta, and the east entrance of Glacier National Park at St. Mary on a regular basis. Vehicles are winter equipped, drivers are briefed on Montana Department of Transportation road reports before every long run, and the quote for a three hour transfer is agreed in advance just like a ride downtown.

Who We Drive at Great Falls International Airport?

Malmstrom Air Force Base and Military Families

Malmstrom sits roughly ten miles east of the terminal, and a large share of our GTF bookings begin or end at its gates. We handle PCS arrivals with extra luggage, families flying in for graduations and ceremonies, retirees returning for reunions, and contractors on temporary duty who need a reliable ride at odd hours. Chauffeurs know the visitor center procedures and the route along 2nd Avenue North and 57th Street, and every vehicle has room for duffels, car seats, and the gear that comes with a military move.

Business Travelers and Medical Appointments

Great Falls is the healthcare, banking, and agricultural hub for a region the size of several eastern states. Our sedans and SUVs carry physicians and patients to Benefis Health System and Great Falls Clinic, executives to meetings in the downtown core along Central Avenue, and energy and agribusiness teams out to Cascade, Belt, and the Highwood Mountains. Quiet cabins, charging ports, and a chauffeur who handles the parking and the weather let you work or rest between the terminal and your first appointment.

Weddings, Reunions, and Western Art Week Groups

Each March, Western Art Week fills every hotel in the city and brings collectors through GTF from across the country. Through the summer, weddings at venues along the Missouri River and reunions at Montana ExpoPark do the same. Our Montana airport chauffeur service pairs those groups with the right vehicle, from a stretch limousine for the wedding party to a mini coach that moves 35 relatives from the terminal to the reception in one trip.

Glacier, the Rocky Mountain Front, and Fly Fishing Trips

Many visitors choose Great Falls over Kalispell because fares are lower and the drive to the east side of Glacier is a scenic three hours on US 89. We stage SUVs and Sprinter vans with rooftop and rear cargo room for rods, waders, and hard sided luggage, and chauffeurs stop at Choteau, Dupuyer, or Browning for supplies on request. Anglers headed for the Missouri below Holter Dam, the Smith River put in, or the Blackfoot drainage get the same treatment.

Where We Drive From GTF?

Great Falls Neighborhoods and Landmarks

From the terminal it is a ten minute drive to downtown Great Falls, the Civic Center, and the Mansfield Convention Center. Chauffeurs regularly serve hotels on 10th Avenue South and along the river, the C.M. Russell Museum, Paris Gibson Square, the Lewis and Clark National Historic Trail Interpretive Center, Giant Springs State Park, the River's Edge Trail, Black Eagle, Montana ExpoPark, the Great Falls College MSU campus, and the University of Providence. Group arrivals heading to a single hotel or venue are well suited to our Montana Sprinter van service, which seats up to 14 with luggage.

Regional Towns and Related Montana Airports

Beyond the city, we drive to Helena and Helena Regional Airport (HLN) about 90 miles south, Bozeman Yellowstone International (BZN) about 190 miles away, Billings Logan International (BIL) roughly 220 miles east, Missoula Montana Airport (MSO) to the west, and Glacier Park International (FCA) in Kalispell. Smaller fields such as Lewistown (LWT), Havre (HVR), and Cut Bank (CTB) are also on our map. One way transfers between airports are common when a connection is missed or a charter leaves from a different city, and the quote covers the full distance with no return fee.

Our Fleet for Great Falls Airport Limo Service

Great Falls International (GTF) Airport Information

Airport: Great Falls International (GTF) | Address: 2800 Terminal Dr, Great Falls, MT 59404, United States | Phone: +1 406 727 3404 | Official website: flygtf.com

Brief History and Importance of the Airport

Great Falls International Airport was established in November 1928 on Gore Hill, about three miles southwest of downtown. During the Second World War the War Department leased the field, renamed it Gore Field, and based the 7th Ferrying Group of the Air Transport Command here. Over 7,500 bombers and fighters passed through on the Alaska Siberia route that delivered Lend Lease aircraft to the Soviet Union, a legacy the city still commemorates. The field returned to the City of Great Falls in June 1948, and the present terminal, designed by a local architecture firm, opened in 1975 along with rebuilt runways, aprons, and taxiways. Today the Great Falls International Airport Authority operates the field with funding support from the FAA. The airport shares its runways with the Montana Air National Guard's 120th Airlift Wing and its C 130 Hercules aircraft, hosts a regional FedEx hub and a large AvMax jet maintenance operation, and anchors the economy of Cascade County and the City of Great Falls as the only commercial airport within a 90 mile radius.

Airlines Operating From GTF

Four carriers serve Great Falls International. Alaska Airlines flies to Seattle Tacoma. Allegiant Air offers low fare leisure routes to Las Vegas and Phoenix Mesa Gateway. Delta Connection, operated by SkyWest, links the airport to Delta's Salt Lake City hub several times daily. United Airlines and United Express connect to Denver year round and add seasonal summer flights to Chicago O'Hare. Delta's direct flight to Minneapolis St. Paul was suspended in September 2025, and airport leadership has said the route could return if seat demand stays strong.

Domestic Destinations

Nonstop service from GTF currently reaches Denver, Salt Lake City, Seattle Tacoma, Las Vegas, Phoenix Mesa, and Chicago O'Hare in summer. Denver is the busiest route, followed by Salt Lake City and Seattle, which together carry the majority of the airport's connecting passengers to the rest of the country. Allegiant's Las Vegas and Phoenix flights are the leisure favorites for Montana residents heading south in winter.

Terminal Information

GTF operates a single terminal on two levels. Ticket counters, the TSA checkpoint, and the gate concourse sit on the upper level, while baggage claim, rental car counters, and ground transportation are on the lower level, with escalators and an elevator between them. The building is known for the Air Host restaurant and lounge and for a display of 883 hand built model airplanes, considered the largest collection of its kind in the world. Walking time from the curb to any gate is only a few minutes, which makes the airport one of the easiest in the region to get around, even for first time visitors.

Passenger Traffic

Great Falls International set a new record in its most recent fiscal year with 387,416 passengers, passing the previous high of 381,223 set in 2015. Growth has come largely from airlines upgauging to larger aircraft on the Denver and Salt Lake City routes, which has added seat capacity even as the number of daily departures stays steady. Peak months run from June through September, when Glacier National Park visitors, fishing groups, and summer military moves overlap, and early morning departures before 7 am are consistently the busiest hours in the terminal.

Parking Overview

Three lots serve the terminal. The Hourly Lot and the Daily Lot are directly in front of the building. The Hourly Lot is free for the first 15 minutes and charges $1 for each additional 30 minutes up to a $15 daily maximum. The Daily Lot is free for the first hour, then $2 for each 30 minutes up to an $8 daily maximum and a $35 weekly cap. The ValuPark Lot near the toll plaza costs $7 per day or $25 per week. Exit plazas take debit and credit cards only, and travelers leaving a vehicle for two months or longer are asked to notify the parking operator so it is not towed.

Pickup and Drop Off Guidance

Arrivals

Arriving passengers follow signs down to baggage claim on the lower level. Our chauffeurs wait there with a name sign for meet and greet bookings. Vehicles load in the commercial lane just outside the arrivals doors, so there is no shuttle, no garage, and no walk in the cold.

Departures

Departing passengers are dropped at the upper level curb in front of ticketing. Allow 90 minutes before a domestic departure in summer and during holiday periods, since the single checkpoint handles every flight. For the popular 5 am to 7 am departure bank, we recommend a pickup time that puts you at the curb by 4:30 am.

Ground Transportation Options

Rental counters for Avis Budget, Hertz, Enterprise, and National Alamo are located in the baggage claim area. A local taxi company serves the terminal, and Uber operates in Great Falls with variable availability. Great Falls Transit District runs seven city routes that meet at the downtown transfer center, and none of them stops at the terminal itself. Regional shuttles such as Salt Lake Express, North Central Montana Transit, and Northern Transit Interlocal connect to Helena, Havre, Shelby, and Alberta on limited schedules, and the nearest Amtrak Empire Builder stations are in Shelby and Havre. For door to door service at any hour, a prebooked chauffeur remains the simplest option.

Tips for Arriving Passengers

  • Dress for the elevation. Great Falls sits at 3,680 feet and the wind off the plains can make a 40 degree day feel much colder when you step outside the terminal.
  • Grab maps and event listings before you leave town. Great Falls Montana Tourism keeps a visitor center at Overlook Park on the River's Edge Trail with current information on festivals, museum hours, and road conditions.
  • If your schedule allows a stop on the way to the hotel, the C.M. Russell Museum on 13th Street North holds the largest collection of the cowboy artist's work anywhere and is open daily in summer.
  • Check the Going to the Sun Road status before you set up a Glacier run from GTF. The road usually opens fully in late June or early July, and US 89 to St. Mary is the fastest approach from Great Falls.
  • Carry your military ID or visitor pass if you are headed to Malmstrom. Chauffeurs can drive onto base once passengers clear the visitor center, which saves a second transfer.
  • Book ground transportation before you fly. Taxi counts are limited and rideshare drivers are not always online for late arrivals, so a confirmed reservation is the safest plan.

Why a Prebooked Chauffeur Beats Taxis and Rideshare at GTF?

Great Falls is a small market with a handful of licensed taxis and a modest rideshare pool, which means late flights, early departures, and holiday weekends can leave arriving passengers waiting at the curb. A reservation with us guarantees a specific vehicle and driver, tracked to your flight, with the fare locked before you board. Long rides to Helena, Glacier, or the Hi Line are priced per trip, with no surge, no per mile uncertainty, and no driver declining the distance. Groups of six to fifty six avoid splitting into several cars entirely. Union Limousine chauffeurs are background checked, commercially insured, and trained on winter driving, and the same standard applies to a three mile hotel transfer and a three hour mountain run.

Reserve at least 24 hours ahead for standard transfers and a week ahead for stretch limousines, party buses, and charter coaches, especially during Western Art Week in March and the summer Glacier season. Same day bookings are accepted when a vehicle is available, so it never hurts to call.

Yes. Every reservation is linked to your flight number, and dispatch monitors the inbound aircraft from departure to touchdown. If your Salt Lake City or Denver flight is late, the chauffeur arrives for the new landing time at no extra charge, and early arrivals are handled the same way.

For meet and greet service, your chauffeur waits at baggage claim on the lower level holding a sign with your name. The vehicle is parked in the commercial lane directly outside the arrivals doors. Curbside pickup is available if you prefer to text on landing and meet at the door.

Downtown transfers are priced as a flat rate based on the vehicle, with sedans the most economical and stretch limousines and buses quoted per trip. The figure covers the chauffeur, fuel, airport fees, and gratuity, so the amount you approve at booking is the amount you pay.

Absolutely. The east side of Glacier at St. Mary is about three hours from GTF on US 89, and we run SUVs, Sprinter vans, and coaches to St. Mary, Many Glacier, East Glacier, and West Glacier through the summer. The quote covers the full distance and chauffeurs check road conditions before departure.

Yes. Malmstrom is one of our most frequent destinations from the terminal. Chauffeurs are familiar with the visitor center and gate procedures, vehicles have room for military luggage, and we handle PCS arrivals, TDY travel, graduations, and family visits at any hour, including late night flights.

Rear facing infant seats, forward facing seats, and boosters are available on request at no charge. Let us know the ages of the children when you book so the correct seats are installed and inspected before the chauffeur leaves for the airport.

A Sprinter van is the best match. It seats up to 14 passengers with luggage in one vehicle, so a fishing group, wedding party, or corporate team can ride together from baggage claim to the hotel. For larger parties, mini coaches carry 35 and full size coaches carry 56.

We do. The 5 am to 7 am departure bank is the busiest period at Great Falls International, and our chauffeurs run pickups across the city and Malmstrom starting well before 4 am. Reservations are confirmed the evening before with the exact pickup time.

Yes. Helena to GTF is about 90 miles on I 15 and one of our most common long distance routes. Book both legs together for a combined quote, and the same chauffeur can handle the return if your dates are set. One way transfers to Helena Regional Airport are also available.
