Bozeman Yellowstone International (BZN) Airport Limo Service
Executive sedans, Sprinter vans and full size coaches cover every BZN arrival, from Montana State University visits and Bozeman business trips to wedding parties and Yellowstone tours out to Gardiner.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Bozeman Yellowstone International (BZN) Airport
Touching down in Belgrade with the Bridger Range filling the terminal windows deserves a better welcome than a rental counter queue. Our Bozeman Yellowstone International (BZN) Airport Limo Service places a licensed chauffeur at the arrivals curb at the exact minute your flight parks, with your name on a tablet and a warm cabin waiting outside. As the Montana branch of a chauffeured company founded in 1997, Union Limousine brings the timing discipline it built at the busiest East Coast airports to every Montana airport limo service pickup in the Gallatin Valley, from Bozeman and Belgrade to Big Sky, Livingston and the Yellowstone gateway towns farther south.
Chauffeured Arrivals and Departures at Montana's Busiest Airport
BZN handled a record 2,809,419 passengers in 2025 and crossed three million over the twelve months ending September 2026, so the arrivals lane now moves at a pace that catches first time visitors off guard. We track every inbound tail number through the airline feed, adjust the pickup window when a Denver or Salt Lake City connection slips, and never bill waiting time caused by the airline. Outbound, we calculate the departure from your Bozeman, Big Sky or Livingston address against live Interstate 90 and US 191 conditions, then add a cushion that respects the single security checkpoint the terminal operates while the east end is under construction.
What Sets Our BZN Limo Apart?
- Flight monitoring on every reservation, with the pickup time moved automatically when your inbound aircraft runs early or late
- Meet and greet inside baggage claim, complete with luggage handling from the carousel to the vehicle
- Child seats, winter sports racks, golf bags and fly rod tubes carried on request at no extra charge
- Flat quoted fares that ignore surge pricing on powder days, graduation weekend and festival Fridays
- Chauffeurs who drive the Gallatin Canyon and Bozeman Pass in winter conditions every week of the season
Where We Drive From BZN Across Montana?
Belgrade sits eight miles northwest of downtown Bozeman, which puts the terminal within twenty minutes of Main Street hotels, Montana State University and the Cannery District. Our Montana limo service then reaches well past the city limits: Big Sky Resort and the Yellowstone Club lie about an hour south through the Gallatin Canyon, Livingston and Paradise Valley sit thirty to forty minutes east over Bozeman Pass, and the North Entrance to Yellowstone at Gardiner and the West Entrance at West Yellowstone are each roughly ninety minutes to two hours from the curb.
Bozeman, Belgrade and the Gallatin Valley
Corporate guests heading to the Bozeman tech corridor, families checking into Four Corners vacation rentals, and wedding parties bound for barns in Manhattan or Gallatin Gateway all receive the same door to door attention. Montana State University visitors, from admissions tours to Bobcat game weekends, ride straight to campus; the Montana State University visit guide is a practical planning stop before you arrive, and we drop at the Strand Union Building, the residence halls or the Museum of the Rockies lot as instructed.
Big Sky, Livingston and the Yellowstone Gateways
Groups bound for Big Sky, Moonlight Basin or Spanish Peaks usually outgrow a single SUV once equipment bags join the manifest, which is where our Montana airport Sprinter van service takes over with fourteen seats and a tall rear cargo bay. Anglers heading to the Madison River at Ennis, guests of the lodges in Pray and Emigrant, and tour groups entering Yellowstone through Gardiner all ride with chauffeurs who know exactly where the elk cross US 89 at dusk.
Executive Transfers From the Terminal and the FBO Ramp
Private flyers arriving at the general aviation ramp on Wings Way, and executives stepping off a scheduled jet for meetings in Bozeman or Belgrade, rely on our Montana airport chauffeur service for planeside or curbside pickups timed to the minute. Expect a quiet cabin, chilled water, phone chargers and a chauffeur who already knows the gate code at your destination.
Our Fleet for BZN Airport Transfers
Every vehicle in the Montana fleet is late model, detailed between trips, and fitted with winter rated tires from October through April. Choose by headcount and luggage, and we will confirm the exact make and model on your reservation.
Sedans (Up to 3 Passengers)
Executive sedans suit solo business travelers, couples on an anniversary trip to Big Sky, and anyone who wants a direct ride to a downtown Bozeman hotel with two large bags and carry ons stowed in the trunk.
SUVs (Up to 6 Passengers)
Full size SUVs with all wheel drive are the workhorse of winter at BZN. They carry a family of five with equipment bags, handle the Gallatin Canyon in fresh snow, and give executives extra legroom for the ride to Paradise Valley.
Stretch Limousines (Up to 20 Passengers)
Stretch limousines turn a flight arrival into the opening act of a wedding weekend, a milestone birthday at a Big Sky lodge, or a bachelor party rolling into downtown Bozeman. Bar service, mood lighting and a privacy divider come standard.
Sprinter Vans (Up to 14 Passengers)
High roof Sprinter vans move winter groups, fishing parties and corporate retreat teams with room to stand up, stow long equipment and keep every bag inside the cabin. Captain style seating and USB power make the canyon drive comfortable.
Party Buses (Up to 30 Passengers)
Party buses pick up wedding guests and reunion crowds from BZN and keep the celebration rolling to Livingston, Three Forks or the breweries along North 7th Avenue, with wraparound seating, a sound system and a chauffeur who handles the parking.
Mini Charter Buses (Up to 35 Passengers)
Mini coaches fit conference delegations arriving for events at Montana State University, youth sports teams heading to tournaments, and incentive groups touring the Gallatin Valley, with overhead racks and under floor luggage bays.
Full Size Charter Buses (Up to 56 Passengers)
Full size motorcoaches with restrooms, reclining seats and climate control carry Yellowstone tour groups, church trips and corporate incentive programs from the commercial curb at BZN to West Yellowstone, Gardiner or Cooke City in a single lift.

A Brief History of BZN and Its Role in Montana
The airfield opened in the 1940s as Gallatin Field on open farmland between Belgrade and Bozeman, and for decades it was a modest regional stop served by a handful of daily flights. The Gallatin Airport Authority renamed it Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport at Gallatin Field in 2011 to tie the facility to the national park ninety miles south, and federal approval for international arrivals followed in 2012. It has been Montana's busiest airport every year since 2013, pulling ahead of Billings, Missoula and Kalispell as resort growth at Big Sky and the expansion of the Bozeman economy drew new airlines. A 2020 concourse added five gates, the main runway gained 328 feet in 2025, and the East Terminal Expansion Project now under way will carry the terminal from about 300,000 square feet to nearly 500,000 by 2030. The host community, the City of Belgrade, has grown alongside the airport into one of the fastest expanding cities in the state.
Airlines Operating From BZN
Eight airline brands serve BZN: Alaska Airlines, Allegiant, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, JetBlue, Southwest Airlines, Sun Country and United Airlines. United led the 2025 passenger rankings with 811,127 travelers, followed by Delta at 678,996, Southwest at 485,800, American at 337,218 and Alaska at 322,427. Allegiant, JetBlue and Sun Country round out the schedule with leisure focused routes, and JetBlue flies its Mint premium cabin on the seasonal Boston and New York services.
Domestic Destinations
The summer 2026 schedule offers nonstop flights to 27 cities coast to coast. Twelve run year round: Atlanta, Chicago O'Hare, Dallas Fort Worth, Denver, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Minneapolis St. Paul, Phoenix Mesa, Portland, San Francisco, Seattle and Salt Lake City. Seasonal routes add Austin, Boston, Charlotte, Chicago Midway, Dallas Love Field, Detroit, Houston, Long Beach, Nashville, New York JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Phoenix Sky Harbor, San Diego and Washington Dulles, while a spring break Saturday flight reaches Fort Lauderdale. Austin, Long Beach and Phoenix Sky Harbor were new for 2026, and Denver remains the single largest market by passenger volume.
Terminal Information
BZN operates one terminal with ticketing, security and baggage claim on the ground level and gates along the A and B concourses. The B Concourse opened in October 2020 with five additional gates and a Market Place inside security. During the East Terminal Expansion Project the airport is running ten gates, two of them temporary, with seven new gates planned in stages between spring 2027 and spring 2029 for an eventual total of fifteen. The first high capacity baggage carousel is scheduled to open in December 2026 and the second in January 2027, with a second security checkpoint on the east end due in spring 2027. Rental car counters sit beside baggage claim, and a new Milk Creek Café opened in 2026.
Passenger Traffic
The airport posted 2,809,419 passengers in 2025, a 6.3 percent gain on the 2,642,707 recorded in 2024, with July 2025 the busiest month at 356,148 travelers. Control tower operations totaled 118,030 for the year while corporate aircraft landings rose 9.1 percent to 9,794, a sign of how much private aviation now flows through the Wings Way ramp. For the twelve months ending September 2026 the terminal counted 3,004,991 passengers, the first time it has topped three million in any rolling year.
Parking Overview
Premium Lot A beside the terminal gives the first hour free, charges $3.00 per additional half hour, and caps at $15.00 per day or $105.00 per week; it is the only attended lot and the only one that takes cash. Economy Lot B costs $2.00 per half hour to a $12.00 daily maximum, while the Premium Covered Lot C on the ground floor of the garage runs $3.00 per half hour to a $24.00 daily cap. A one hour free area beside the arrivals lane lets greeters walk inside to meet a passenger, then charges $1.00 per fifteen minutes to a $24.00 maximum. Express exit lanes accept scanned tickets and credit cards, and LAZ Parking handles questions at +1 406 388 4427.
Pickup and Drop Off Guidance
Departing passengers are dropped at the ticketing curb directly outside the airline counters, and a chauffeur will unload bags to the sidewalk and stay until you are inside. For arrivals, your chauffeur waits in baggage claim with a name sign, collects your luggage from the carousel and walks you to the commercial vehicle area on the expanded east curb that opened in June 2026. Share your airline, flight number and mobile number when booking so the pickup moves with the flight, and text us if you check a bag that needs an oversize claim window.
Ground Transportation Options
Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National and Thrifty keep counters next to baggage claim, with Go Rentals operating from Jet Aviation on Wings Way. Several local taxi companies and both Uber and Lyft serve the terminal, shuttle operators run scheduled vans to Big Sky and West Yellowstone, and the Skyline bus links the airport with Big Sky in season. Streamline, the zero fare transit system for the valley, operates a Pinkline route to Belgrade on weekdays plus an occasional airport shuttle, though neither stops at the terminal door on a schedule that suits most flights. Hotel shuttles cover a short list of Belgrade and Bozeman properties.
Tips for Arriving Passengers
- Bozeman sits at about 4,500 feet, so drink water on the flight and go easy on the first evening if you are heading up to Big Sky at 7,500 feet
- Check your bag claim carousel on the overhead screens; the airport is running a reduced carousel count until the new high capacity units open
- Use the covered outdoor walkways along the terminal during peak hours to avoid crowding inside baggage claim
- Save an afternoon for the Museum of the Rockies on the MSU campus, home to the Big Mike T. rex skeleton and the Taylor Planetarium, with free parking during business hours
- Winter arrivals should carry a jacket in hand luggage; the walk from the curb to a vehicle can be well below freezing from November through March
- Cell coverage drops in the Gallatin Canyon, so confirm your Big Sky lodging address and gate code before leaving the terminal
Why a Prebooked Chauffeur Is the Smarter Choice at BZN?
Taxi and rideshare supply in the Gallatin Valley is thin compared with the volume of flights that arrive within the same hour, and surge pricing on a snowy Saturday in February can double the fare to Big Sky with no guarantee that a driver accepts a seventy mile round trip. A prebooked chauffeur removes every variable: the fare is fixed in writing, the vehicle is sized for your luggage, the driver is already at the curb when you reach baggage claim, and the route through the canyon is driven by someone who handles it daily. For groups, a single Sprinter van or coach replaces a scramble for three or four separate cars.
Winter Travel Note
From November through April, Union Limousine schedules canyon and pass transfers with extra time for chain restrictions and reduced speed limits, and every chauffeur carries a winter kit. If Interstate 90 or US 191 closes, we hold your reservation and reroute or reschedule at no penalty.
Reserve Your Bozeman Airport Limo Before You Fly
Booking takes two minutes online or one phone call, and every reservation comes back with a written confirmation, the chauffeur's name and the vehicle assigned. Union Limousine serves BZN around the clock, so a 5:30 a.m. departure or a midnight arrival from Newark receives the same attention as a midday pickup. Pair your airport transfer with hourly limo service for a wedding, a conference or a day in Yellowstone, or keep it simple with a one way BZN car service to your hotel. Union Limousine quotes flat rates with gratuity options shown up front, accepts every major card, and holds your booking against flight delays without a rebooking fee.

Frequently Asked Questions
Explore our FAQs to learn more about our luxury fleet, professional chauffeurs, airport transfers, reservations, and private transportation services designed for a comfortable and seamless travel experience.
We recommend confirming at least 24 hours ahead for winter dates, and 72 hours for holiday weekends, powder days and Big Sky event weekends. The pickup time itself is tied to your flight, so a delay never costs you the reservation.
Your chauffeur waits inside baggage claim holding a sign with your name, helps with bags at the carousel, and walks you to the commercial vehicle area on the east curb. If you prefer a curbside meet, say so when booking.
Plan on about 60 to 75 minutes in clear conditions via Four Corners and the Gallatin Canyon on US 191. Snow, chain restrictions or summer construction can add 20 to 30 minutes, which we build into the pickup time.
Yes. West Yellowstone is roughly 90 miles from the terminal, about two hours by SUV or Sprinter van. We also serve the North Entrance at Gardiner and arrange round trip or hourly charters inside the park in season.
Every reservation includes live flight monitoring. If your inbound aircraft arrives early or late, the chauffeur's dispatch time moves with it automatically and no waiting charge applies for airline caused delays.
Quoted fares are flat and shown before you confirm, so there is no surge pricing. On busy winter weekends a rideshare quote to Big Sky can exceed a chauffeured SUV once surge multipliers apply, and availability is never guaranteed.
A Sprinter van is the right call for six travelers with long equipment bags, since everything rides inside the cabin. An SUV seats six but tight luggage space usually means a roof box or a second vehicle.
Infant, convertible and booster seats are available on request at no additional charge. Add the ages of the children when booking so the correct seats are installed before the chauffeur leaves for the airport.
Yes. We coordinate with the FBO on Wings Way for ramp side or lobby pickups. Send the tail number and the FBO name and the chauffeur will be positioned at the ramp gate before the aircraft blocks in.
Call or text us as soon as you know. We hold the reservation, rebook for the new arrival time at no fee, and if the flight diverts to Billings or Missoula we can reposition a vehicle to collect you there.
