What we offer

Lincoln (LNK) Airport Limo Service

Husker weekends, wedding parties, and corporate teams rely on our Lincoln (LNK) Airport Limo Service for SUVs, stretch limos, Sprinter vans, and coaches that stage at LNK before the wheels touch down.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Lincoln (LNK) Airport

A flight into Lincoln deserves a better finish than a shuttle queue or a rideshare that cancels at the curb. Our Lincoln (LNK) Airport Limo Service places a professional chauffeur inside Lincoln Airport before your aircraft parks, tracks your flight in real time, and carries you to the Haymarket, Memorial Stadium, the State Capitol district, or any address across Nebraska, NE in a black vehicle that was detailed that same morning. As part of our Nebraska airport limo service network, we cover every commercial gate in the state, and LNK is the one closest to the heart of state government, Husker athletics, and the University of Nebraska.

Union Limousine has delivered chauffeured transportation since 1997, and the standards we built on the East Coast travel with every reservation to Lincoln. Licensed and insured chauffeurs, late model vehicles, flat quoted pricing, and a dispatch desk that answers at 3 AM are the baseline here, whether you are flying in for a legislative session, a campus visit, a wedding in Lancaster County, or a Saturday at the stadium.

Why Travelers Across Nebraska, NE Choose Our LNK Limo Service?

Lincoln Airport is compact, which is good news for passengers and bad news for anyone relying on last minute transportation. With a single terminal, six gates, and most arrivals clustered into a few banks each day, taxi lines and rideshare wait times swell the moment a United Express jet from Denver and an American flight from Dallas touch down within the same half hour. A prebooked limo from Union Limousine removes that variable entirely.

  • Flight monitoring on every LNK arrival, so delays, early landings, and gate changes never cost you a waiting chauffeur
  • Meet and greet inside baggage claim with a printed name sign, or curbside pickup if you prefer to walk straight out
  • Fixed quotes for transfers anywhere in Lincoln, Lancaster County, Omaha, Grand Island, Kearney, Beatrice, and the rest of Nebraska, NE
  • Child seats, luggage trailers for large groups, and wheelchair friendly SUVs available on request
  • Chauffeurs who know the West Adams Street approach, the garage levels, and the fastest route to Interstate 80 in any weather
  • One invoice for corporate travel managers covering unlimited passengers, vehicles, and dates

Lincoln (LNK) Airport Transfers We Handle Every Day

Arrivals at LNK: Meet and Greet Service

When your flight lands, your chauffeur is already inside the terminal. LNK consolidated its gates and baggage claim during the 2024 renovation, so the walk from any gate to the carousel takes only a few minutes. Your chauffeur confirms your name, handles the luggage, and leads you across the short covered walk to the vehicle. Average time from carousel to closed car door runs under ten minutes, even on Husker home weekends.

Departures to LNK from Anywhere in Nebraska

Departure pickups run on a schedule we build backward from your boarding time. Because the airport sits roughly five miles northwest of downtown and about ten minutes from the State Capitol, most Lincoln pickups are quick, yet we still add buffer for construction on Cornhusker Highway and for winter conditions on West Adams. Clients leaving from Omaha, Seward, York, Columbus, or Hastings receive a pickup time that accounts for Interstate 80 traffic and the posted airline check in cutoff.

Connections Between LNK and Eppley Airfield

Many Nebraska travelers mix the two airports: outbound on a nonstop from Omaha, return on a cheaper fare into Lincoln, or the reverse. Our Nebraska limo service runs the Interstate 80 corridor between LNK and Eppley Airfield dozens of times a week, a drive of about 55 to 60 miles that our chauffeurs complete in roughly an hour. The same vehicle can wait while you collect checked bags or drop you at either terminal door and depart.

Game Day, Capitol, and Campus Runs

Lincoln is a city built around a stadium, a capitol dome, and a research university, and LNK sits within twenty minutes of all three. Football Saturdays, the Nebraska State Fair, volleyball matches, graduation weekends, and legislative sessions each bring their own traffic pattern, and our Nebraska chauffeur service plans around them. For a concert or Husker basketball game, your chauffeur can drop you at the arena entrance and stage in the Festival Lot per the published directions and parking guidance at Pinnacle Bank Arena, then return to the exact spot you left from when the final buzzer sounds.

Our Fleet for Lincoln Airport Limo Service

Every reservation is matched to a vehicle sized for the passenger count and luggage, with no upcharge for choosing the right one. All vehicles are black, late model, climate controlled, and inspected before each LNK run.

Executive Sedans and SUVs

Sedans: Up to 3 Passengers

Luxury sedans suit the solo executive, a couple arriving for a wedding at the Capitol, or a recruiter visiting campus. Two large suitcases and two carry ons fit in the trunk, leaving the cabin free for laptops and quiet phone calls on the way downtown.

SUVs: Up to 6 Passengers

Full size SUVs are the most requested vehicle at LNK. They carry a family of five with sports gear, a four person sales team with sample cases, or a group of friends heading to the Haymarket, and their ground clearance handles January snow on the airport access roads with confidence.

Stretch Limousines and Sprinter Vans

Stretch Limousines: Up to 20 Passengers

Stretch limousines turn an airport pickup into the first event of the trip. Bridal parties arriving for a Lincoln wedding, anniversary couples, prom groups, and milestone birthdays book these for the fiber optic lighting, the bar setup, and the entrance they make outside a downtown hotel.

Sprinter Vans: Up to 14 Passengers

Mercedes Sprinter vans are the answer when a department, a visiting team, or three generations of one family land together. Stand up headroom, leather captain chairs, a rear luggage bay for fourteen bags, and USB power at every seat make the ride from LNK to Kearney or Norfolk feel short.

Party Buses and Charter Coaches

Party Buses: Up to 30 Passengers

Party buses handle bachelor and bachelorette weekends that start at the airport, brewery tours through the Railyard, and alumni groups returning for homecoming. Perimeter seating, sound systems, and coolers are standard; the chauffeur handles the roads so nobody in the group needs to.

Mini Charter Buses: Up to 35 Passengers

Mini coaches move conference delegations, church groups, and school teams between LNK, Nebraska Innovation Campus, and hotels along Cornhusker Highway. Under floor luggage storage and forward facing reclining seats keep the ride comfortable for longer legs to Grand Island or Omaha.

Full Size Charter Buses: Up to 56 Passengers

Full size motorcoaches serve corporate retreats, marching bands, athletic programs, and tour operators that fly a full group into Lincoln. Restrooms, Wi Fi, overhead bins, and a professional CDL driver are included, and we coordinate staging with the airport ahead of arrival so the coach is waiting when the group clears the terminal.

Lincoln (LNK) Airport Information

Lincoln Airport sits at 2400 W Adams St, Lincoln, NE 68524, about five miles northwest of downtown and just off Interstate 80 via Northwest 48th Street or Cornhusker Highway. The Lincoln Airport Authority can be reached at +1 402 458 2480. The following overview helps passengers and the people meeting them understand how the airport works.

A Brief History of Lincoln Airport and Why It Matters

Lincoln chose land northwest of the city for a municipal airfield in the early 1920s, and by 1927 United Air Lines was stopping here, with airmail service following in 1928. During the Second World War the field became Lincoln Army Air Field, where thousands of cadets completed basic flight training before the base closed in December 1945 and the land returned to the city. In 1952 the Air Force took it back as Lincoln Air Force Base, home to Stratojet bombers, refueling aircraft, and Atlas missile crews, before closing the installation in 1966 and handing control to the Lincoln Airport Authority, a public body governed by a five member board elected by Lincoln residents.

Today the airport covers over 5,000 acres, operates three runways, and hosts the Nebraska Air National Guard's 155th Air Refueling Wing and its KC 135R tankers. Runway 18/36 stretches 12,901 feet, one of the longest civilian runways in the country, which is why LNK serves as the primary backup field for Offutt Air Force Base and why oversized charters and military movements are routine here. It is the second largest airport in Nebraska, a federally designated primary commercial service airport, a maintenance base for SkyWest, and the anchor of the 1,000 acre LNK Enterprise Park. The airport estimates its regional economic impact at about one billion dollars a year.

Airlines Operating from LNK

Three carriers currently sell scheduled seats from Lincoln. United, operating as United Express through SkyWest and GoJet, has been the constant for years with multiple daily departures. American Airlines returned to Lincoln in June 2026 after an absence of over two decades, launching nonstop mainline connected service to two of its largest hubs with a third seasonal route scheduled to begin in December 2026. Breeze Airways arrived in December 2025 with Lincoln as its first station in the central United States and expanded again in April 2026.

  • United Airlines (United Express): daily flights to Chicago O'Hare and Denver International
  • American Airlines: nonstop service to Dallas/Fort Worth and Chicago O'Hare since June 2026, plus seasonal winter service to Phoenix starting December 2026
  • Breeze Airways: nonstop flights to Orlando since December 2025 and to Las Vegas on Wednesdays and Saturdays since April 8, 2026, with BreezeThru service that continues on the same aircraft to Orange County's John Wayne Airport

Domestic Destinations

Nonstop destinations from Lincoln now include Chicago O'Hare, Denver, Dallas/Fort Worth, Orlando, Las Vegas, and, through the Breeze one stop no change of aircraft service, Orange County, California, with Phoenix joining for the winter season. Chicago is the busiest route, with roughly 30 departures a week between the two airlines that serve it, followed closely by Denver. Through the United and American hubs, Lincoln passengers connect to hundreds of cities worldwide on a single ticket, and the Breeze routes give leisure travelers direct access to theme parks, the Strip, and Southern California beaches without a connection in Omaha.

Terminal Information

LNK has a single passenger terminal that opened in 1974 and was transformed by the LNK Next expansion, a project of roughly 56 million dollars that cut the ribbon in late May 2024. The expansion added about 38,000 square feet to the north end of the building, grew the gate count from four to six, replaced two separate TSA checkpoints with one consolidated screening area, and consolidated airline ticketing on the first floor with self service kiosks. All six gates now sit together on the north concourse, and for the first time in the airport's history concessions, including the N Flight Pub and Market, sit past security where passengers actually wait. Baggage claim, rental car counters, and the customer service desk are on the ground level a short walk from the curb.

Passenger Traffic

Lincoln handled 129,968 enplanements in calendar year 2024 according to FAA records, and Department of Transportation data puts total passengers arriving and departing in 2025 at roughly 272,000. The trend line turned sharply upward once the new airlines arrived. In July 2026 the airport recorded 17,757 enplanements, its highest single month since July 2006 and a twenty year record. Airport officials credit the Breeze and American launches alongside continued strong loads on United, and a catchment study found that about 20 percent of area travelers now fly from Lincoln, the highest local market share since 2016. For chauffeured transportation this growth means busier arrival banks, fuller parking lots, and a stronger case for reserving a vehicle before you fly.

Parking Overview

All public parking at LNK is managed by SP Plus and sits directly across from the terminal, so there is no shuttle to wait for. The covered Parking Garage adjacent to the terminal charges 3 dollars per hour with a 12 dollar maximum per 24 hours. The North Lot and South Lot charge 2.50 per hour with a 9 dollar daily maximum and a 54 dollar weekly cap, which makes them the better value for trips of several days. Vehicles left longer than 30 days require arrangements with the parking manager. Payment is by card at the exit plazas, and the lots fill fastest around Husker home games, spring break, and the days before Thanksgiving.

Pick Up and Drop Off Guidance

Departing passengers are dropped at the curb directly in front of the terminal entrance, where the 2024 renovation added wider lanes, clearer signage, and a canopy. Ticketing and the single TSA checkpoint are straight inside, and the airport recommends arriving about 90 minutes before a domestic departure, longer on game weekends. Arriving passengers exit baggage claim onto the same curb. Private vehicles may load and unload only while the driver stays with the car; anyone waiting for a delayed flight should use the garage or a lot. Our chauffeurs follow the same rule: they park in the garage, meet you inside, and bring the vehicle to the curb once your luggage is in hand.

A Note on Flight Tracking at LNK

Because LNK serves a short list of flights, a single late inbound aircraft from Denver or Chicago can shift the whole evening bank. We track every reservation against live flight data, so a two hour delay never leaves you searching for a ride at 11 PM when the taxi stand is empty.

Ground Transportation Options

Six rental car brands operate counters at the terminal: Alamo, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, and National. Taxis and rideshare apps serve the airport, though supply is thin outside peak hours and surge pricing is common when several flights land together. Public transit is provided by StarTran, the city owned bus system detailed on the City of Lincoln transit page, which runs Route 52 roughly hourly on weekdays between downtown and the airport, with no Sunday service and limited Saturday hours. Several downtown hotels, among them the Cornhusker Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn, and Courtyard by Marriott on R Street, operate their own airport shuttles on request. A prebooked chauffeur is the only option that guarantees a specific vehicle, a specific driver, and a specific price before you leave home.

Tips for Arriving Passengers

  • Turn your phone on at the gate; your chauffeur has already texted a photo of the vehicle and the exact meeting spot in baggage claim
  • Allow about 15 minutes from the Interstate 80 exit to the terminal curb, and 25 to 30 minutes from downtown hotels during the 5 PM rush
  • Game weekend visitors should review the Visit Lincoln guide to getting here and getting around, since downtown street closures start hours before kickoff
  • Campus visitors can check the University of Nebraska visitor information page for visitor center hours; the Van Brunt Visitors Center closes on home football days
  • Pack for the Plains: winter arrivals often meet wind chills well below zero on the curb, and summer afternoons can bring fast moving storms that delay inbound flights
  • If your itinerary changes, call us from the aircraft before deplaning; we reassign chauffeurs in minutes

Why a Prebooked Chauffeur Beats Taxis and Rideshare at LNK?

Rideshare at a small airport is a gamble on supply. Drivers position themselves where volume is predictable, and in Lincoln that means downtown and the stadium district, not West Adams Street at 10:45 PM. A reserved chauffeur is dispatched to your flight specifically, so the vehicle exists whether or not anyone else lands that hour. Pricing is quoted in full before the trip, with no surge multiplier when the Denver and Chicago flights arrive together. Vehicle class is guaranteed by Union Limousine, so a party of six with luggage is never squeezed into a compact. And for corporate travelers, a chauffeur who tracks the flight, carries the bags, and knows the building saves the one resource no fare can buy back, which is time.

We recommend reserving at least 24 hours ahead for sedans and SUVs and three to five days ahead for stretch limousines, Sprinter vans, and coaches. Same day requests are accepted whenever a vehicle is available, and our dispatch desk answers around the clock. Husker home weekends, graduation, and the State Fair sell out earliest.

Your chauffeur waits in the baggage claim area on the ground floor holding a sign with your name. Because all six gates sit on the single north concourse, the walk from any gate to the carousels takes only a few minutes. If you prefer a curbside pickup, tell us at booking and the vehicle will be waiting at the arrivals curb when you walk out.

Yes. Every airport reservation is linked to your flight number and monitored against live airline data. If your Denver or Chicago flight lands early, the chauffeur is already there; if it is delayed two hours, the pickup time moves automatically and no waiting charges apply for airline delays.

Transfers between LNK and downtown Lincoln, the Haymarket, or the Capitol district are quoted as a flat rate based on vehicle class, with gratuity and tolls stated up front. The exact figure depends on the vehicle you choose and the time of day, and you receive the full price in writing before confirming.

Absolutely. The LNK to Omaha run along Interstate 80 is one of our most common Nebraska transfers, covering roughly 55 to 60 miles in about an hour. We quote it as a single flat fare, track both flights if you are connecting, and can drop at either Eppley terminal door.

A full size SUV seats up to six passengers and holds five or six large suitcases plus carry ons. For two families or a group of ten to fourteen, a Sprinter van with a rear luggage bay is the better fit. Child seats are available at no extra charge when requested at booking.

No. If your airline cancels the flight, we cancel or rebook your transfer without penalty as soon as you notify us. Rebooking onto a later flight the same day is handled by the dispatch desk, and your chauffeur assignment moves with the new arrival time.

Yes. Our chauffeurs plan around stadium closures, the Haymarket pedestrian zones, and the Cornhusker Highway backups that start hours before kickoff. We stage vehicles on routes that avoid the closures and adjust pickup times on football Saturdays so you reach the terminal with time to spare.

Yes. Stretch limousines seating up to 20 are popular for bridal parties and couples flying in for Lincoln weddings. We handle the airport meet and greet, load the luggage, and carry the group to the venue or hotel, with red carpet service and complimentary water on board.

Lincoln is served by United to Chicago O'Hare and Denver, American to Dallas/Fort Worth and Chicago O'Hare with winter service to Phoenix, and Breeze to Orlando and Las Vegas with a same plane continuation to Orange County. We track arrivals on all three carriers and meet passengers from every route.
