Eppley Airfield (OMA) Airport Limo Service
Convention groups, executives and wedding parties rely on Eppley Airfield (OMA) Airport Limo Service for sedans, SUVs, Sprinter vans and coaches sized to the group with flat rates across Nebraska, NE.

Stretch Limo Service to and from Eppley Airfield (OMA) Airport
Flights into Omaha touch down at a terminal that is being rebuilt around the travelers using it, and the last thing anyone wants after a long day in the air is to hunt for a pickup lane inside a parking garage. Our Nebraska airport limo service at Eppley Airfield removes that guesswork. A professional chauffeur tracks your flight, meets you at the correct terminal door, loads the luggage, and drives you to any address in Omaha, Lincoln, Bellevue, Papillion, Council Bluffs, or anywhere else across Nebraska in a clean, late model vehicle that was reserved for you alone.
Union Limousine has delivered chauffeured transportation since 1997, and the same standards apply at OMA that apply at the busiest airports in the country. Fixed pricing, licensed and insured vehicles, and drivers who know the current Build OMA construction routing mean your arrival or departure runs on schedule, whatever the terminal looks like that week.
Why Nebraska Travelers Choose a Chauffeured Ride at Eppley Airfield?
Eppley Airfield is the busiest airport in the state, serving well over five million passengers a year while a 950 million dollar terminal modernization reshapes the building around them. Pickup lanes have moved into the South Garage, the terminal is split into a North and South side during construction, and ride app queues stretch long during the evening arrival banks. A reserved chauffeur sidesteps all of that. Our Nebraska limo service team monitors every inbound flight and positions the vehicle for the moment you clear baggage claim, so there is no app refresh, no surge fare, and no walk to the far corner of a garage.
- Flight tracking on every OMA arrival, with complimentary wait time built in for delays.
- Meet and greet at Door 1 for South Terminal airlines or Door 5 for North Terminal airlines.
- Transparent, all inclusive quotes with no surge pricing during College World Series week, Berkshire Hathaway weekend, or holiday peaks.
- Licensed, background checked chauffeurs who drive the Abbott Drive approach every day.
- Child seats, extra luggage capacity, and accessible vehicle requests handled at booking.
- Service to every Nebraska county, plus Council Bluffs and the Iowa side of the metro.
Eppley Airfield Limo Service Options We Provide
Arrival Transfers from OMA
Tell us your airline and flight number and we handle the rest. Your chauffeur checks the live arrival time, waits in the designated commercial area, and greets you with a name sign at the correct terminal door. From there it is a short, direct drive down Abbott Drive to downtown Omaha, the Old Market, Aksarben Village, or straight out on Interstate 80 toward Lincoln. Luggage goes in the trunk, bottled water is waiting in the cabin, and the ride is billed at the rate quoted when you booked.
Departure Pickups Anywhere in Nebraska
Early departures from OMA are smoother when the car is already idling in your driveway. We serve home, hotel, and office pickups across Omaha, Elkhorn, Gretna, La Vista, Blair, Fremont, and Lincoln, and we time the departure so you reach the ticketing doors with room to spare for TSA screening at either terminal. Drivers watch Interstate 80, Interstate 480, and Highway 75 traffic in real time and reroute when a stall or weather event slows the approach.
Corporate, Medical, and Group Travel
Omaha hosts headquarters for major insurance, rail, and financial companies, a large medical center district, and a steady calendar of conventions at the CHI Health Center. Our Nebraska airport chauffeur service supports recurring executive transfers with billing accounts, driver continuity, and discreet, punctual service. For visiting sports teams, wedding parties, and tour groups flying into OMA together, our Nebraska Sprinter van service and larger coaches keep everyone in one vehicle with the luggage secured and the schedule intact.
Fleet Available for OMA Airport Transfers
Every vehicle in our Nebraska fleet is detailed before each airport run, inspected on a regular schedule, and matched to your passenger count and luggage load. Capacities below are passenger seats; luggage space scales with the vehicle class.
Executive Cars and SUVs
Sedans (Up to 3 Passengers)
Luxury sedans suit solo business travelers, couples, and anyone who wants a quiet, quick ride from Eppley Airfield to a downtown hotel, a medical appointment, or a corporate campus in west Omaha. Ample trunk space handles two large suitcases plus carry on bags.
SUVs (Up to 6 Passengers)
Full size SUVs give families, small teams, and golf or hunting groups extra room for gear. All wheel drive matters on Nebraska winter mornings, and the raised cabin makes the Interstate 80 run to Lincoln comfortable for everyone on board.
Stretch Limousines and Sprinter Vans
Stretch Limousines (Up to 20 Passengers)
Stretch limousines turn an airport transfer into part of the celebration. Wedding parties arriving for a ceremony at a Loess Hills venue, bachelor and bachelorette groups heading to the Old Market, and milestone birthday travelers all enjoy the bar area, mood lighting, and privacy partition on the ride in from OMA.
Sprinter Vans (Up to 14 Passengers)
Sprinter vans are the workhorse for mid size groups: visiting executive teams, church groups, and extended families flying into Omaha for a reunion. High ceilings allow standing room while boarding, rear cargo space swallows a full luggage load, and executive configurations add leather captain chairs, USB power, and WiFi.
Party Buses and Charter Coaches
Party Buses (Up to 30 Passengers)
Party buses carry larger wedding entourages, corporate outings, and College World Series fan groups from Eppley Airfield to hotels, Charles Schwab Field, or a vineyard in the Nebraska countryside. Perimeter seating, sound systems, and coolers keep the group together and the energy high.
Mini Charter Buses (Up to 35 Passengers)
Mini coaches work well for conference delegations, school and university groups, and sports teams who need forward facing seats, overhead racks, and under floor luggage bays for a transfer between OMA and a hotel block, a campus, or a training facility.
Full Size Charter Buses (Up to 56 Passengers)
Full size motorcoaches handle incentive groups, tour operators, and large company retreats. Restroom equipped coaches with reclining seats cover multi city Nebraska itineraries in comfort, whether the group is heading to Lincoln for a Huskers game, Kearney for a conference, or back to Eppley Airfield for the flight home.
Where We Drive Around Omaha and Eastern Nebraska?
Downtown Omaha, the Old Market, and the Convention District
Eppley Airfield sits about four miles northeast of downtown, and most arriving passengers are headed somewhere in that direction: the CHI Health Center Omaha arena and convention center, Charles Schwab Field during the College World Series, hotels along 10th Street, or the brick warehouses of the Old Market. Our chauffeurs also cover the Blackstone District, Midtown Crossing, Dundee, Benson, and the Creighton University campus, all within a fifteen minute drive of the terminal in normal traffic.
West Omaha, Bellevue, Offutt Air Force Base, and Sarpy County
Business travelers often continue west along Dodge Street to corporate offices near Aksarben Village, Regency, and the 168th Street corridor, or south to Bellevue, Papillion, La Vista, and Offutt Air Force Base. Military families, defense contractors, and visitors to the Nebraska Medical Center or Boys Town rely on us for door to door transfers at fixed rates, with vehicles sized for everything from a single carry on to a month of relocation luggage.
Lincoln, Fremont, Council Bluffs, and Regional Airports
Many travelers fly into OMA because it offers far more nonstop destinations than Lincoln Airport (LNK), then ride the hour west on Interstate 80 to the state capital, the University of Nebraska, or Memorial Stadium on a game weekend. We also serve Fremont, Blair, Nebraska City, Grand Island, and Kearney on longer transfers, as well as Council Bluffs and the Carter Lake neighborhood that borders the airfield on the Iowa side. Connections to Millard Airport (MLE), Council Bluffs Municipal Airport (CBF), and private jet terminals on the Eppley general aviation ramp are quoted on request.

Brief History and Importance of the Airport
The airfield began in 1925 as an extension of Levi Carter Park, when the City of Omaha acquired roughly 200 acres east of Carter Lake and aircraft started using the ground almost immediately. Known first as Omaha Municipal Airport and the American Legion Airport, the field was handed to the newly created Omaha Airport Authority in 1959, a five member appointed board that still governs it today along with Millard Airport. In 1960 the airport was renamed for Eugene C. Eppley, founder of the Eppley Hotel chain, whose estate provided a one million dollar grant, matched by federal funds, to prepare the runways for jets. United Airlines Boeing 720s became the first jets to land that August, a new terminal opened in 1961, Concourse B followed in 1970, and Concourse A arrived in 1986. Midwest Express ran a hub here from 1995 to 2002.
Today Eppley Airfield covers about 2,650 acres at an elevation of 984 feet, with three runways: 14R/32L at 9,502 feet, 14L/32R at 8,501 feet, and 18/36 at 8,154 feet. It is classified as a medium hub airport and is the primary air gateway for all of Nebraska and western Iowa, driving convention business, corporate travel, and tourism for the entire region.
Airlines Operating from OMA
Seven passenger airlines currently serve Eppley Airfield with roughly 75 daily departures. Southwest Airlines is the largest carrier by a wide margin, moving over 1.8 million passengers in 2025 for a market share near 36 percent, followed by Delta Air Lines at about 17 percent. The full lineup includes:
- Southwest Airlines
- Delta Air Lines and Delta Connection
- United Airlines and United Express
- American Airlines and American Eagle
- Frontier Airlines
- Allegiant Air
- Alaska Airlines
Cargo operators including DHL and Ameriflight also run scheduled freight flights, and the airport handled over 143 million pounds of cargo and mail in 2025.
Domestic Destinations
OMA offers nonstop flights to over 35 destinations across the United States. Major hubs include Chicago O'Hare and Chicago Midway, Dallas Fort Worth and Dallas Love Field, Denver, Atlanta, Houston Intercontinental and Houston Hobby, Minneapolis St. Paul, Detroit, Charlotte, Phoenix Sky Harbor, Salt Lake City, Los Angeles, Seattle Tacoma, and Washington Reagan National. New York LaGuardia gained Southwest service in March 2026, United added daily Newark flights in September 2026, and Allegiant launched Fort Lauderdale in October 2026 alongside a seasonal Gulf Shores route. Leisure destinations include Las Vegas, Orlando and Orlando Sanford, Phoenix Mesa, St. Petersburg Clearwater, Sarasota, Punta Gorda, Destin Fort Walton Beach, Miami, Tampa, Austin, Nashville, San Diego, San Francisco, and St. Louis, with Southwest adding Saturday flights to Fort Myers in March 2027.
Terminal Information
Eppley Airfield is in the middle of the Build OMA Terminal Modernization Program, a 950 million dollar project that broke ground in February 2024 and is scheduled to finish in 2028. The terminal is growing from 375,000 square feet to approximately 646,000 square feet, with a single unified concourse of 22 gates, a centralized TSA checkpoint, a glass central pavilion at the entrance, new local dining and retail, and two gates plus a customs hall capable of handling international arrivals.
How the Terminal Works During Construction
Until the central pavilion opens in 2027, the building operates as two separate halves. The South Terminal, entered through Door 1, serves the South Concourse gates A1 through A10, while the North Terminal, entered through Door 5, serves the North Concourse gates B11 through B20. Each side has its own ticketing, security checkpoint, and baggage claim, and there is no landside connection between them, so confirm which terminal your airline uses before you leave for the airport. On November 4, 2026 the first portion of the new concourse opened to South Terminal passengers, and the project passed the 60 percent mark in September 2026.
Passenger Traffic
Eppley Airfield set an all time annual record in 2024 with 5,277,326 passengers and followed it with 5,225,232 passengers in 2025, its second busiest year ever. June 2026 became the busiest single month in airport history at 530,157 travelers, edging past the 524,331 recorded in June 2025. The airport handles roughly 20,000 passengers a day on average and logged 107,914 aircraft operations in 2025, with May through August carrying the heaviest loads.
Parking Overview
Parking is operated under the ParkOMA brand with close to 10,000 spaces. The South Garage and North Garage sit directly across from the terminal and connect by elevator and skywalk, with rooftop levels priced below the covered floors. Premier Parking occupies a reserved area reached through an interior entrance on Level 3 of the South Garage, and hourly Quick Park spaces serve short visits. The North Economy lot is within walking distance of the terminal, while the larger South Economy lot offers the lowest flat daily rate with a short shuttle ride to the terminal doors. License plate recognition has replaced paper tickets, online reservations are available, and real time space counts appear in the Fly OMA app. Separate north and south cell phone waiting lots give drivers a free place to stand by for arriving passengers.
Pick Up and Drop Off Guidance
Current Routing Inside the South Garage
Private Vehicles
Since early 2025 the front terminal roadway has been closed for construction of the central pavilion. All passenger pickup and drop off for private vehicles now takes place on Level 1 of the South Garage, entered from Terminal Drive off Abbott Drive. Follow the overhead signs to the correct lane, then use the ground level walkways or the South Skywalk elevator to reach the terminal doors.
Ride Apps and Taxis
Uber, Lyft, and taxis load from a dedicated ride app and taxi pickup area at the far west end of South Garage Level 1, marked as section D3. Passengers walk from either terminal to the garage, confirm the section marker, and then request the ride.
Shuttles, Buses, and Tall Vehicles
Hotel shuttles, economy parking shuttles, motorcoaches, and any vehicle taller than six feet ten inches cannot enter the garage and instead use a commercial lane on the terminal frontage near Doors 2 and 4. Economy shuttles unload at Door 4, and North Terminal passengers then walk north along the sidewalk to Door 5. When the modernization finishes in 2028, pickup and drop off will return to a new curb directly in front of the terminal.
Ground Transportation Options
Beyond private chauffeurs, OMA passengers can choose from taxis, ride apps, rental cars housed in the consolidated facility connected to the North Terminal and North Garage, and complimentary shuttles operated by many downtown and Carter Lake hotels. Public transit is limited: Metro Transit runs Route 106, the Eppley Connector, on weekdays only during rush hours between the terminal, the North Omaha Transit Center, and downtown, and Express Arrow intercity buses stop at the terminal on their run to Norfolk. Travelers landing on evenings or weekends have no scheduled bus option at all, which is one reason a prebooked car is so popular here.
Tips for Arriving Passengers
- Check your airline's terminal before landing. Alaska, American, Delta, Frontier, and United passengers should confirm whether they exit through Door 1 or Door 5, because the two halves of the building are not connected inside.
- Stop by one of the two Visit Omaha information kiosks in the terminal for free visitor guides, maps, and event schedules before you head into the city.
- Pack a layer. Omaha winters bring sub zero wind chills across the open garage walkways, and summer storms can delay baggage delivery on the ramp.
- Visiting the University of Nebraska at Omaha? The Dodge Street campus is about a 20 minute drive west of the airport, and campus tours are scheduled on specific mornings, so time your arrival accordingly.
- Allow extra minutes on College World Series dates in June, Berkshire Hathaway shareholder weekend in May, and the holiday travel peaks, when both garages and the ride app zone fill quickly.
- Save the Fly OMA app or the airport construction maps to your phone; walking paths change as new sections of the concourse open.
Why a Prebooked Chauffeur Beats Taxis and Ride Apps at OMA?
During the construction period, the ride app zone is tucked in the far corner of a parking garage and the taxi line shares the same space. After a late evening arrival, that can mean a long walk with luggage, a wait for a driver to accept the trip, and a surge fare on busy nights. A reserved chauffeur removes each of those variables. The vehicle is confirmed days in advance at a fixed price, the driver is tracking your flight and already positioned when you land, and the meet and greet happens at the terminal door, not a garage section marker. Business travelers get a receipt and a consistent driver; families get the right size vehicle and installed child seats; groups get one coach in place of a scramble for four separate cars. On a weekend or a holiday evening, when Metro Transit is not running at all, a prebooked car is simply the most dependable way to leave Eppley Airfield.

Frequently Asked Questions
Explore our FAQs to learn more about our luxury fleet, professional chauffeurs, airport transfers, reservations, and private transportation services designed for a comfortable and seamless travel experience.
Your driver meets you at the terminal door for your airline, Door 1 on the South side or Door 5 on the North side, holding a name sign. Because private vehicles must stage in the South Garage during construction, the chauffeur walks you to the car so you never have to search for a lane or section marker.
The terminal is about four miles northeast of downtown. In normal traffic the drive down Abbott Drive to the Old Market, the CHI Health Center, or a 10th Street hotel takes 10 to 15 minutes. Allow a little longer during College World Series dates or when an event lets out at Charles Schwab Field.
Yes. Lincoln is roughly an hour west on Interstate 80, and we run sedans, SUVs, Sprinter vans, and coaches to the University of Nebraska, downtown Lincoln hotels, and Memorial Stadium on game weekends. The fare is quoted as a flat rate in advance, with no surcharge for traffic or weather delays.
Nothing changes on your end. We track the inbound flight continuously and adjust the chauffeur's arrival time to match the actual landing, with complimentary wait time included. If a flight diverts or cancels, call or text us and we reschedule the pickup at no penalty.
Until the central pavilion opens in 2027, the airport is split into a South Terminal served through Door 1 and a North Terminal served through Door 5, each with its own security and baggage claim. Airline assignments are posted on the airport's construction maps. Tell us your airline when booking and your chauffeur will be waiting at the correct door.
Yes. Rear facing infant seats, forward facing seats, and boosters can be installed in sedans, SUVs, and Sprinter vans at no extra charge when you request them at booking. Let us know the age and weight of each child so the right seat is in the vehicle before it leaves for the airport.
Usually, yes. A single SUV or Sprinter van carries six passengers and their luggage for one flat fare, while two taxis or ride app cars each run a meter or a surge price. The group also stays together, which matters when half of the party is still waiting for bags at the carousel.
For a domestic departure we recommend arriving at the terminal 90 minutes before boarding, or two hours during holiday peaks and summer weekends when the checkpoints are busiest. From downtown that means a pickup about 15 minutes before that mark; from west Omaha, Papillion, or Bellevue plan 30 to 40 minutes of drive time.
Yes. Mini charter buses seat up to 35 and full size motorcoaches up to 56, both with under floor luggage bays. Coaches load from the commercial lane near Doors 2 and 4 on the terminal frontage, and a coordinator can meet the group inside baggage claim to walk everyone out together.
We do. Carter Lake sits directly beside the airfield on the Iowa side of the river, and Council Bluffs is roughly 15 minutes away across the Interstate 480 bridge. Hotels, casinos, and the Mid America Center are all regular stops, with the same flat rate pricing used for Nebraska addresses.
